Example 4, referring to fig. 1, the disinfectant spray head 200a is connected with a disinfectant spray pump; the inlet end and the outlet end of the disinfection unit 200 are respectively provided with a correlation type photoelectric switch, the transmitting end and the receiving end of the correlation type photoelectric switch are respectively arranged on the two side walls of the disinfection unit, and the two groups of photoelectric switches provide start and stop control signals for the disinfection spray pump. Wherein, after the photoelectric switch at the inlet end cuts off the correlation light, a starting signal is provided for the disinfection spray pump; after the photoelectric switch at the outlet end is blocked, a stop signal is provided for the disinfection spray pump.
The remaining structure of this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 1, 2 or 3, and will not be described here again.
The foregoing describes in detail preferred embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations can be made in accordance with the concepts of the invention by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden. Therefore, all technical solutions which can be obtained by logic analysis, reasoning or limited experiments based on the prior art by the person skilled in the art according to the inventive concept shall be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.

Claims (5)

1. The closable sole cleaning machine with the independent disinfection unit comprises a cleaning unit (100), and is characterized in that the disinfection unit (200) is arranged at the outlet end of the cleaning unit (100), and the cleaning unit (100) forms a cleaning area through the inside of a rectangular groove with an upward opening; a movable cover is arranged above the cleaning area and connected to the cleaning unit (100), and the movable cover is of a folding structure; to form a cover for the cleaning area when opened; when folded, the cleaning area is opened; the disinfection unit (200) consists of a disinfection unit framework and a soft pedal pad, and the disinfection unit (200) is sprayed and disinfected by arranging disinfection liquid spray heads (200 a) on two sides; the cleaning area comprises a plurality of hairbrush rollers (101) which are transversely and parallelly arranged, and a crossbeam type bearing strip (102) is arranged between every two adjacent hairbrush rollers (101); at least two bearing blocks (103) are sleeved on at least one bearing strip (102) in a sliding way; a reset spring (104) is arranged on one side of the bearing block (103), the reset spring (104) is sleeved on the bearing strip (102), and the reset spring (104) is used for pushing the bearing block (103) to move towards the extending direction through elastic force; the movable cover is formed by connecting at least two cover plates (107); the bearing blocks (103) form a support for the cover plate (107); the cover plate (107) at the starting end of the movable cover is connected to the corresponding side wall of the rectangular groove, the cover plate (107) at the far end of the movable cover is connected to the bearing block (103) at the far end, and the bearing block (103) is fixedly connected with a first stay cable (105) for pulling back; the bearing block (103) positioned at the far end of the movable cover is also fixedly connected with a second inhaul cable (106), and the second inhaul cable (106) is used for pulling the bearing block (103) to the far end; a first guide wheel (108) is arranged in front of the bearing block (103) at the far end of the movable cover, and a second guide wheel (109) and a third guide wheel (110) are arranged in the side wall of the rectangular groove at the starting end of the movable cover; the first inhaul cable (105) and the second inhaul cable (106) form two sections of the whole inhaul cable, and the cable section corresponding to the first inhaul cable (105) is fixedly connected to one side of the bearing block (103) positioned at the far end of the movable cover after passing through the third guide wheel (110); the cable section corresponding to the second inhaul cable (106) is fixedly connected to the other side of the bearing block (103) positioned at the far end of the movable cover after sequentially bypassing the second guide wheel (109) and the first guide wheel (108); the whole inhaul cable is wound on the driving wheel through the middle section, and the driving wheel is driven by the covering driving motor to rotate positively and negatively.

The closable sole cleaner with independent sterilization unit according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of said cover plates (107) are hinged in sequence; the cover plate (107) at the starting end of the movable cover is hinged with the corresponding side wall of the rectangular groove, and the cover plate (107) at the far end of the movable cover is hinged with the far end bearing block (103).

The closable sole cleaner with independent sterilization unit according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of said cover plates (107) are telescopically connected in sequence; a cover plate (107) positioned at the starting end of the movable cover is fixedly connected with the corresponding side wall of the rectangular groove, and the cover plate (107) positioned at the far end of the movable cover is fixedly connected with the far-end bearing block (103); a telescopic limit structure is formed on the adjacent cover plates (107); the cover plate (107) is of a rectangular groove structure with a downward opening, and the telescopic limiting structure is formed on the side wall of the rectangular groove; the telescopic limiting structure is formed by a strip hole (107 a) and a limiting nail (107 b) which is in sliding fit in the strip hole (107 a); the strip holes (107 a) and the limit nails (107 b) are respectively arranged on two adjacent cover plates (107).
4. The closable sole cleaner with an independent sterilization unit according to claim 1, wherein the sterilization liquid spray head (200 a) is connected with a tread filling device, which is located under the soft tread pad.

The closable sole cleaner with independent sterilization unit according to claim 1, wherein the sterilization liquid spray head (200 a) is connected with a sterilization spray pump; the inlet end and the outlet end of the disinfection unit (200) are respectively provided with a photoelectric switch, and the two groups of photoelectric switches provide start-stop control signals for the disinfection spray pump.
