Technical Field

Background
Cleaning tableware is an indispensable part of the home life. At present, the most common cleaning equipment in household life is a common sponge. The sponge has the advantages of easy foaming and detergent saving, and can basically remove common tableware stains when being matched with the detergent. But the common sponge has general cleaning effects on the bottom of the burnt pan, rice grains tightly adhered to the bottom of the pan, and the like; for tableware with a certain depth, such as cups, jars and the like, the tableware is inconvenient to clean; when the cleaning workload is large, manual cleaning is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the efficiency is low.
Through searching, chinese patent application number: CN201210409729.5; filing date: 2012, 10 and 24 days; the invention is named as follows: adding liquid into the electric dish-washing machine; the application includes the casing, the casing includes handle portion casing, detergent cabin, the power portion casing of longitudinal connection with the handle portion, wherein is provided with the battery jar in the handle portion casing, be equipped with the motor in the power portion casing, the pivot and the reduction gears of this motor are connected, and reduction gears's output shaft is connected with the cleaning brush dish outside the power portion casing terminal surface, the detergent cabin sets up at power portion shell top, and this detergent cabin front end is equipped with the nozzle. This application has changed the mode that the tradition was manual to use sponge clean tableware, adopts the motor to drive the brush head and rotates and realize electronic washing, has reduced people's intensity of labour, is equipped with cleaner cabin and nozzle device simultaneously and sprays the cleaner to the tableware, has strengthened the cleaning performance to the tableware. However, the device of this application has a limitation on the tableware to be washed, it is inconvenient to wash the inside of the tableware having a certain depth, and the device has a disadvantage that the detergent is wasted by spraying the detergent to the tableware using the nozzle. Meanwhile, the cleaning brush disc adopted by the device can not clean stubborn stains on tableware well.
Disclosure of Invention
1. Technical problem to be solved by the invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of inconvenience in cleaning tableware with a certain depth, insufficient cleaning capability, time and labor waste and the like of the traditional sponge, and provides a multifunctional electric tableware cleaning device. Meanwhile, tableware with different depths can be cleaned, detergent can be conveniently added, electric bowl brushing is realized, labor intensity is reduced, and working efficiency is improved.

The invention relates to a multifunctional electric tableware cleaning device which comprises a driving unit, a detergent storage unit, a cleaning device body, a telescopic unit and a cleaning brush head.

Furthermore, the detergent storage unit comprises a charging hole, a charging plug screwed with the charging hole, a storage bin and a discharging pipe, wherein a channel of the discharging pipe is blocked by a material control push rod, one end of the material control push rod is connected with a first material control spring, and the other end of the first material control spring is connected with the side wall of a motor setting area; the other end of the material control push rod extends out of the detergent storage unit, a hole is formed in the material control push rod, and when the hole moves into the discharging pipe, the discharging pipe is communicated.
Furthermore, the storage bin is circumferentially arranged by taking the circuit arrangement area as the center, and n material control push rods are circumferentially arranged along the detergent storage unit, wherein n is more than or equal to 2.

Further, the cleaning brush head comprises a plug column, the plug column comprises a first cylindrical section, a round table section and a second cylindrical section which are sequentially connected, and the second cylindrical section is connected with a sponge or a steel wire ball; the first cylindrical section, the circular table section and the second cylindrical section are hollow structures, and a plurality of holes are formed in the pipe wall of the first cylindrical section.
3. Advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention has the following remarkable effects:
(1) According to the multifunctional electric tableware cleaning device, the detergent containing unit is arranged to store a certain amount of detergent, the circulating pipeline is arranged on the cleaning device body, the detergent can flow into the trough through the storage bin and the discharging pipe, then flows into the hole formed in the pipe wall of the first cylindrical section through the structures such as the circulating pipeline, the hose and the like, so that the detergent is added to the sponge or the steel wire ball, the effect that the detergent can be automatically added to the sponge or the steel wire ball at any time is achieved, the detergent can be conveniently added, and the consumption of the detergent is saved.
(2) According to the multifunctional electric tableware cleaning device, the connecting mode that the discharging pipe of the detergent storage unit extends into the feeding groove of the cleaning device body is arranged, so that the effect that the motor only drives the cleaning device body to rotate and the detergent storage part does not rotate is achieved, the burden of rotation of the motor is reduced, and energy consumption is saved.
(3) According to the multifunctional electric tableware cleaning device, the second cylindrical section of the cleaning brush head can be connected with the sponge and the steel wire balls, so that a proper cleaning tool can be selected according to requirements when tableware is cleaned, and the problems of insufficient cleaning force due to cleaning by the sponge are solved.
(4) According to the multifunctional electric tableware cleaning device, the special clamping plate structures on the two sides and the bottom of the tableware cleaning device body are used for fixing or removing the sponge or the steel wire balls, and the clamping plate structures on the two sides and the bottom of the cleaning device body are suitable for the sponge or the steel wire balls with the same specification, so that the effect that the sponge or the steel wire balls can be exchanged according to the requirements is achieved, and meanwhile, the sponge or the steel wire balls on the two sides facilitate the washing of the inner side wall of the cup body.
(5) The telescopic unit comprises the telescopic body and the telescopic rod, the hose storage bin is arranged in the innermost rod of the telescopic rod, the hoses are fixed at the upper opening and the lower opening of the hose storage bin and are communicated with the runner pipe, and tableware with deeper depths can be cleaned by the telescopic rod, so that the reliable conveying of detergent can be ensured by the hoses, and the effect of cleaning the tableware with different depths can be achieved.
(6) The multifunctional electric tableware cleaning device is reasonable in structural arrangement, simple to operate and convenient to popularize and use.

Detailed Description
For a further understanding of the present invention, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and examples.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a multifunctional electric tableware cleaning apparatus of the present embodiment includes a driving unit 100, a detergent receiving unit 200, a cleaning apparatus body 300, a telescopic unit 400, and a cleaning brush head 500.
The detergent storage unit 200, the cleaning device body 300 and the telescopic unit 400 are all cylinders, the driving unit 100 is arranged in the detergent storage unit 200, a waterproof layer is arranged on the outer wall of the driving unit 100, the output shaft 104 of the driving unit 100 is connected with the cleaning device body 300, the telescopic unit 400 is arranged at the other end of the cleaning device body 300, the cleaning brush head 500 is arranged on the outer circumference of the cleaning device body 300, and the cleaning brush head 500 is also arranged at one end, far away from the cleaning device body 300, of the telescopic unit 400.
Referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, the driving unit 100 includes a motor switch 101, a circuit setting area 102, a motor setting area 103 and an output shaft 104, the circuit setting area 102 and the motor setting area 103 are disposed inside the detergent storage unit 200, the motor switch 101 is disposed outside the detergent storage unit 200, a motor control circuit is disposed inside the circuit setting area 102, and a motor and a speed reducing mechanism thereof are disposed inside the motor setting area 103; the output shaft 104 of the motor protrudes out of the detergent receiving unit 200. The motor switch 101 controls the motor to rotate, and the motor drives the output shaft 104 to rotate.
The detergent storage unit 200 comprises a charging hole 205, a charging plug 201 screwed with the charging hole 205, a storage bin 202 and discharging pipes 206, wherein the storage bin 202 is circumferentially arranged by taking a circuit arrangement area 102 as a center, channels of the discharging pipes 206 are blocked by material control push rods 203, and the number of the material control push rods 203 is 2 along the circumference of the detergent storage unit 200. One end of the material control push rod 203 is connected with a first material control spring 204, and the other end of the first material control spring 204 is connected with the side wall of the motor setting area 103; the other end of the material control push rod 203 extends out of the detergent storage unit 200, a hole is formed in the material control push rod 203, when the hole moves into the discharging pipe 206, the discharging pipe 206 is conducted, and at the moment, the detergent flows out of the discharging pipe 206.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in this embodiment, a connecting thread 301 is disposed at one end of the cleaning device body 300, the cleaning device body 300 is connected with the output shaft 104 through the connecting thread 301, the screwing direction is opposite to the motor rotation direction, a circumferential feeding groove 306 is disposed on the cleaning device body 300, and the discharging pipe 206 extends into the feeding groove 306. This structural design has reached that the motor only drives cleaning device body 300 rotation, and the detergent receiving unit 200 is not pivoted effect to reduce motor pivoted burden, practiced thrift the energy consumption. The feeding groove 306 is communicated with the flow pipeline 305, a second material control spring 304 is arranged in the flow pipeline 305, one end of the second material control spring 304 is fixed on the side wall of the flow pipeline 305, the other end of the second material control spring is connected with the first leakage-proof plate 303, and one side or two sides of the second material control spring 304 are provided with leakage plates 302.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the cleaning brush head 500 includes a plug, where the plug includes a first cylindrical section 501, a round table section 502, and a second cylindrical section 503, which are sequentially connected, and the second cylindrical section 503 is connected with a sponge 504 or with a steel wire ball 505; when the tableware is cleaned, a proper cleaning tool can be selected according to the requirement, so that the problem of insufficient cleaning force caused by cleaning by using a sponge is solved. The first cylindrical section 501, the round table section 502 and the second cylindrical section 503 are hollow structures, a plurality of holes are formed in the pipe wall of the first cylindrical section 501, and the diameters of the two round holes of the first cylindrical section 501, the second cylindrical section 503 and the first clamping plate 308 of the cleaning brush head 500 are the same and the distance between the two round holes and the two second clamping plates 406 is the same.
Referring to fig. 4, the cleaning device body 300 is provided with a first clamping plate 308 along the axial direction thereof, the first clamping plate 308 is provided with two pieces, the first cylindrical section 501 of the cleaning brush head 500 is aligned with the round holes of the two first clamping plates 308 and can be just pushed in, the first clamping plate 308 is connected with one end of a first push plate spring 307, and the other end of the first push plate spring 307 is fixed at the solid part of the cleaning device body 300; continuing to push inwards, the circular table section 502 starts to push the first clamping plate 308 towards two sides, the first clamping plate 308 compresses the first push plate spring 307, and when the circular table section 502 is completely pushed into the first clamping plate 308, the first push plate spring 307 pushes the first clamping plate 308 to clamp the second cylindrical section 503, and the cleaning brush head 500 is clamped and fixed.
In this embodiment, after the cleaning brush head 500 is mounted on the cleaning device, the cleaning brush head 500 is pressed inwards, the cleaning brush head 500 pushes the first leakage preventing plate 303 inwards, the first leakage preventing plate 303 compresses the second material control spring 304 inwards, so that the first cylindrical section 501 of the cleaning brush head 500 and the first leakage preventing plate 303 enter the flow pipeline 305 along the material leakage plate 302, the detergent enters the cleaning brush head 500 through the small hole on the side wall of the first cylindrical section 501, the cleaning brush head 500 is loosened, the second material control spring 304 pushes the first leakage preventing plate 303 outwards to leave the flow pipeline 305, and the first leakage preventing plate 303 pushes the first cylindrical section 501 outwards to leave the flow pipeline 305, so that the detergent is stopped being added into the cleaning brush head 500.
In this embodiment, a button 309 is disposed on the lower portion of the first clamping plates 308, and the button 309 controls the opening of the two first clamping plates 308 through the clamping plate driving assembly.
Referring to fig. 5, the clamping plate driving assembly includes a push rod 311, a button 309 connected to the push rod 311, the push rod 311 connected to the cleaning device body 300 through a push rod spring 314, wherein one side of the push rod 311 is in a saw tooth shape, the push rod 311 is meshed with a central pinion 312 through the saw tooth structure, the central pinion 312 rotates coaxially with a central large gear 313, a first pinion 315 and a second pinion 316 are arranged on two sides of the central large gear 313, the first pinion 315 and the second pinion 316 are connected through a belt 318, the second pinion 316 is meshed with a third pinion 317, and the first pinion 315 and the third pinion 317 are respectively meshed with two first clamping plates 308. When the button 309 is pressed, the push rod 311 moves inwards along the positioning plate 310 to compress the push rod spring 314, meanwhile, the push rod 311 moves to drive the engaged central pinion 312 to rotate anticlockwise, the central pinion 312 drives the central large gear 313 to rotate anticlockwise, the central large gear 313 drives the belt 318 to rotate anticlockwise, the belt 318 drives the first pinion 315 and the second pinion 316 to rotate anticlockwise, the second pinion 316 drives the third pinion 317 to rotate clockwise, the rotation of the first pinion 315 and the third pinion 317 enables the two first clamping plates 308 to move to two sides, and the first clamping plates 308 are opened, so that the cleaning brush head 500 can be taken out.
Referring to fig. 6, the telescopic unit 400 includes a telescopic body and a telescopic rod 402, one end of the telescopic body is provided with an external thread 401, one end of the cleaning device body 300 is provided with an internal thread 319, so that the telescopic unit 400 is in threaded connection with the cleaning device body 300, a hose storage bin 403 is arranged in the innermost rod of the telescopic rod 402, a hose 404 is fixed at an upper opening and a lower opening of the hose storage bin 403, a third material control spring 407 is fixed at the bottom of the middle storage hose 404 and the hose storage bin 403, the other end of the third material control spring 407 is connected with a second leakage-proof plate 408, a second clamping plate 406 is arranged at the bottom of the innermost rod of the telescopic rod 402, the second clamping plate 406 is connected with the second clamping plate spring 405, and the other end of the second clamping plate spring 405 is fixed at a solid part of the telescopic rod 402. The innermost rod of the telescoping rod 402 is also provided with the button 309 and associated components to control removal of the cleaning brush head 500. The present embodiment provides the telescopic unit 400 with the effect of cleaning tableware of different depths.
According to the multifunctional electric tableware cleaning device, the sponge or the steel wire balls are fixed or taken down due to the special clamping plate structures on the two sides and the bottom of the tableware cleaning device body, the clamping plate structures on the two sides and the bottom of the cleaning device body are suitable for the sponge or the steel wire balls with the same specification, so that the effect that the sponge or the steel wire balls can be exchanged according to the needs is achieved, and meanwhile, the sponge or the steel wire balls on the two sides facilitate the washing of the inner side wall of the cup body.
The process of cleaning tableware using the multifunctional electric tableware cleaning apparatus of this embodiment is as follows:
Step one, pulling out a charging plug 201, adding detergent into a storage bin 202 through a charging opening 205, and plugging the charging plug 201;
Step two, pushing the material control push rod 203 inwards along the radial direction of the detergent storage unit 200, loosening the material control push rod 203 after a period of time, and enabling detergent to flow into the material inlet groove 306 through the material outlet pipe 206;
Step three, selecting a cleaning brush head 500 with a sponge 504 or a steel wire ball 505 and the installation position of the cleaning brush head 500 according to the cleaning requirement, and pushing the inserting posts of the cleaning brush head 500 into the clamping holes of the two first clamping plates 308 in alignment, so that the two first clamping plates 308 clamp the second cylindrical section 503 of the cleaning brush head 500;
step four, pressing the cleaning brush head 500 inwards for a plurality of times as required, and enabling the detergent to flow into the sponge 504 or the steel wire ball 505 of the cleaning brush head 500 through the holes formed in the wall of the first cylindrical section 501 so as to add the detergent to the sponge 504 or the steel wire ball 505;
step five, if a container with a certain depth is cleaned, the telescopic rod 402 is lengthened according to the depth of the container;
step six, the motor switch 101 is turned on to start cleaning tableware.
Example 2
A multifunctional electric dish cleaning device of this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1 in that: the storage bins 202 are circumferentially arranged centering on the line arrangement region 102, and the material control push rods 203 are arranged in 3 along the circumferential direction of the detergent storage unit 200.
