When the heater assembly is used for heating the washing water, the washing water enters the lower mouth of the washing water pipe, the washing water uniformly enters the heat exchanger b through the water distributor b at the lower end of the cavity b, meanwhile, the washing water push pipe communicated with the washing water pipe is used for feeding water, the water pushes the piston to move forwards along the wall of the washing water pipe, the piston attracts the push block to push the electromagnetic heater to move forwards, and the electromagnetic heater compresses the return spring of the electromagnetic heater until the piston reaches the limit position, so that the electromagnetic heater can not move forwards, the electromagnetic heater is just opposite to the washing cavity, the electromagnetic heater works, the heat exchanger b heats the washing water, the heated washing water flows out through the washing water pipe after the washing water pipe stops supplying water, the electromagnetic heater stops working, and due to the elastic force of the return spring of the electromagnetic heater, the return spring of the electromagnetic heater pushes the electromagnetic heater to return to the original position, and a small amount of water in the wash water push pipe flows out through the wash water port.
When the heater assembly is used for heating drinking water, the same principle as that of heating washing water is adopted, the electromagnetic heater is pushed to the position right opposite to the drinking water cavity by the pushing block, then the electromagnetic heater works, and the resetting step of the electromagnetic heater after the drinking water pipe stops supplying water is the same as that of the washing water.

Detailed Description
The following describes in detail an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 12, the multifunctional cabinet of the present embodiment includes an L-shaped cabinet body P; the upper end face of the long side of the cabinet body is provided with an induction cooker T with double cooking positions; a water tank 7 is arranged at the upper end of the short side of the cabinet body; the upper end surface of the cabinet body is positioned at the center of the rear end of the water tank and is provided with a tap 1.
The faucet comprises a faucet base 11, a faucet outer tube 12 vertically and fixedly connected to the faucet base, and a rotating shell 13 rotatably connected to the upper portion of the faucet outer tube.
Symmetrically distributed water outlet pipe orifices 131 are formed at the front end of the rotating shell; one of the water outlet ports is connected with a drinking water pipe 142; a chute 1311 is formed at the upper end of the inner wall of the water outlet pipe orifice; a slide rail 1422 which is in sliding connection with the chute is formed at the upper end of the outer wall of the drinking water pipe; a spring retainer 1421 is formed at the front part of the outer wall of the drinking water pipe; the drinking water pipe is sleeved with a spring 143 between the front end of the spring retainer ring and the inner wall of the front end of the rotating shell.
A valve pipe 151 is connected in the drinking water pipe; a connecting rod 1512 fixedly connected with the drinking water pipe is formed at the front end of the valve pipe; and water inlets 1511 which are distributed along the circumferential direction at equal angles are formed at the rear part of the side wall of the valve pipe.
The rear end of the rotating shell is connected with a reversing joint 16 which is coaxial with the outer pipe of the tap; a drinking joint 162 is formed on the side wall of the reversing joint; the drinking adaptor is fixedly connected with a driving pipe 152 which is in sealing sliding connection with the drinking water pipe.
A washing connector 161 which is arranged in parallel with the drinking connector is formed on the side wall of the reversing connector; a washing water pipe 141 is connected in the other water outlet pipe mouth; the connection mode of the washing water pipe is completely the same as that of the drinking water pipe, and a driving pipe connected with the washing water pipe is fixedly connected with the washing joint.
An inner vertical pipe connecting part 163 communicated with the drinking joint is formed at the lower end of the reversing joint; an inner vertical pipe 182 is fixedly connected to the inner periphery of the inner vertical pipe connecting portion, and an inner vertical pipe joint 1821 is arranged at the lower end of the inner vertical pipe.
An outer vertical pipe connecting part 164 which is larger than the inner vertical pipe connecting part in diameter and is coaxially arranged is formed at the lower end of the reversing connector, and the outer vertical pipe connecting part is communicated with the washing connector; an outer vertical pipe 181 fixedly connected with the outer vertical pipe connecting part is sleeved outside the inner vertical pipe; the outer vertical pipe is inserted in the outer faucet pipe and is arranged coaxially with the outer faucet pipe.
The inner periphery of the lower end of the outer vertical pipe is fixedly sleeved with the outer wall of the inner vertical pipe in a sealing mode, and an outer vertical pipe joint 1811 is formed on the outer wall of the lower portion of the outer vertical pipe.
The lower end of the tap outer pipe is fixedly sleeved with a blower joint 17 connected with a blower, and the middle of the blower joint is rotationally connected with the outer wall of the outer vertical pipe; an air inlet and outlet 131 is formed at the lower end of the front part of the rotating shell; and an air channel communicated with the air inlet and the air outlet is formed in the faucet outer pipe and the rotating shell.
The rotary rheostat a191 and the rotary rheostat b are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the side wall of the faucet outer pipe above the faucet base; and temperature adjusting handles 19 are respectively and fixedly connected to the rotating shafts of the rotary rheostat a and the rotary rheostat b.
The inner vertical pipe joint is connected with a filter 4 through a hose, the water inlet end of the filter is connected with an electromagnetic valve a61, and the other end of the electromagnetic valve a is connected with a tap water pipe.
The outer vertical pipe joint is connected with an electromagnetic valve b61 through a hose, and the other end of the electromagnetic valve b is connected with a tap water pipe; and the pipeline between the electromagnetic valve b and the outer vertical pipe joint is connected with an ozone generator 5 through a tee joint, and the outlet end of the ozone generator is connected with a check valve.
And heaters are respectively connected to a pipeline between the inner vertical pipe joint and the water outlet end of the filter, a pipeline between the outer vertical pipe joint and the electromagnetic valve b, and a pipeline between the blower joint and the blower 3.
A washing button, a drying button, a disinfecting button and a drinking button are arranged on the faucet base; the washing button, the drying button, the sterilizing button, the drinking button, the rotary rheostat a151 and the rotary rheostat b are electrically connected with the input end of the controller respectively; and the electromagnetic valve a, the electromagnetic valve b, the blower and the ozone generator are respectively and electrically connected with the output end of the controller.
The controller can adopt a single chip microcomputer, and the controller controls the operation of the execution components such as the electromagnetic valve, the blower, the ozone generator and the like according to input signals of a button, a rotary rheostat and the like, which is a conventional technical means in the field and is not the core content of the invention, and the detailed description is not further provided below.
The water tank 7 comprises a cleaning tank and a disinfection tank 73 positioned at the right side of the cleaning tank; a draining plate 72 is slidably mounted at the upper end of the disinfection tank between the front inner side wall and the rear inner side wall of the water tank, and a covering plate 71 is slidably mounted at the upper end of the draining plate between the front inner side wall and the rear inner side wall of the water tank.
In the non-operation state of the faucet, the wash water pipe 141 and the drinking water pipe 142 are contracted inside the rotary housing 13.
When the tap is used for flowing out drinking water, a drinking button on the tap base 11 is pressed, drinking water enters the inner cavity of the inner vertical pipe 182 from bottom to top, enters the adapter 16 from the connecting part of the inner vertical pipe, and enters the driving pipe 152 through the drinking joint 162; when the driving pipe is filled with water, the valve pipe 151 moves forward due to the action of water pressure, and the drinking water pipe moves to the outside of the rotary housing through the water outlet pipe port 131 because the connecting rod 1512 at the front end of the valve pipe is fixedly connected with the drinking water pipe 142, and when the water inlet on the valve pipe moves to the front end of the driving pipe, water enters the drinking water pipe from the water inlet and flows out from the drinking water port 1423; the drinking button is pressed again, the inner vertical pipe stops water inflow, the spring 143 in front of the drinking water pipe pushes the spring retaining ring 1421, the drinking water pipe returns to the inside of the rotary shell, and the initial state is recovered; the sliding groove at the upper end of the water outlet pipe orifice is in sliding fit with the sliding rail at the upper end of the drinking water pipe, so that the drinking water pipe does not rotate when moving back and forth. In the process of resetting the drinking water pipe, a small amount of water in the driving pipe 152 slowly flows out from the gap between the valve pipe and the driving pipe, and finally flows out from the drinking water port.
When the tap is used for flowing out the washing water, the washing button is pressed, the outer vertical pipe 181 is filled with water, the washing water fills the space formed by the inner wall of the outer vertical pipe and the outer wall of the inner vertical pipe and flows to the outer vertical pipe connecting part 164 from bottom to top, the washing water enters the driving pipe through the washing joint and flows out of the bubbler 1411 through the principle same as that of drinking water; the washing button is pressed again, and the reset mode of the washing water pipe is the same as that of the drinking water pipe.
When the faucet is used for hand drying, the hand drying button is pressed, air enters the air blower connector 17, enters the rotary shell 13 through a space formed by the inner wall of the faucet outer pipe 12 and the outer wall of the outer vertical pipe, is finally blown out from the air inlet and outlet 131, the hand drying button is pressed again, and the air blower connector stops air inlet.
When the sterilizing water flows out by using the faucet, the sterilizing button is pressed, the washing water mixed with ozone gas flows out through the same passage as the washing water, meanwhile, the blower is reversely rotated to perform air draft, so that the ozone gas volatilized into the air is pumped out of the room through the reverse passage when hands are dried, the sterilizing button is pressed again, and the water outlet stops discharging water.
The resistance value of the rotary rheostat a is changed by rotating the temperature adjusting handle, and the output power of the electromagnetic heater is controlled by the controller, so that the temperature of the outflow water is changed.
Example 2
The present embodiment is modified from embodiment 1 as follows: a reversing joint fixing screw 133 is fixedly connected to the rear part of the upper end surface of the rotating shell at the position of the reversing joint axis; the reversing joint fixing screw is used for fixedly connecting the rotating shell with the reversing joint; a rotating groove 122 is formed in the outer wall of the upper part of the outer faucet pipe along the circumferential direction; the lower part of the rear end of the rotating shell is fixedly connected with a rotating screw 134 which is in sliding fit with the rotating groove.
The lower part of the outer faucet pipe is positioned above the blower joint and is connected with a faucet fixing nut 121 which fixes the faucet base on the workbench through threads.
A bubbler 1411 is arranged at the lower end of the front part of the washing water pipe; a drinking water port 1423 is formed at the lower end of the front part of the drinking water pipe.
The ozone generator comprises an ozone generating pipe, an air pump connected with the air inlet end of the ozone generating pipe through an air delivery pipe, and a step-up transformer electrically connected with the ozone generating pipe; the controller is respectively electrically connected with the air pump and the booster transformer.
Example 3
The present embodiment is modified from embodiment 1 as follows: the inner wall of the cabinet body is provided with a heater assembly at a position below the water tank, and each heater consists of one heater assembly; the heater assembly comprises a heater shell 21, wherein the front end of the heater shell is hermetically connected with a heater cover 29; the heater shell is sequentially formed with a cavity a213, a cavity b212 and a cavity c211 from left to right; a heat exchanger a281, a heat exchanger b282 and a heat exchanger c283 which are made of stainless steel materials are sequentially arranged in the cavity a, the cavity b and the cavity c; the lower parts of the cavity a and the cavity b are sequentially provided with a water distributor a271 and a water distributor b 272; the centers of the upper and lower end surfaces of the cavity a, the cavity b and the cavity c are sequentially formed with a drinking water pipe 221, a washing water pipe 222 and a ventilation pipe 223.
An electromagnetic heater 26 is arranged at the rear part of the heater shell; an electromagnetic heater baffle 261 is formed on the left side of the electromagnetic heater; the left side and the right side of the rear end face of the heater shell are respectively connected with an electromagnetic heater mounting plate, and the electromagnetic heater mounting plate is close to the upper end and the lower end and is respectively connected with an electromagnetic heater sliding rod which is horizontally arranged; the electromagnetic heater sliding rod is connected with the electromagnetic heater in a sliding manner; an electromagnetic heater return spring 251 is sleeved on the electromagnetic heater sliding rod and positioned on the left side of the electromagnetic heater baffle.
A washing water push pipe positioning opening 262 and a drinking water push pipe positioning opening 263 are formed on the baffle plate of the electromagnetic heater; a washing water push pipe 23 communicated with the washing water pipe is inserted in the washing water push pipe positioning opening; a drinking water push pipe 24 communicated with the drinking water pipe is inserted in the drinking water push pipe positioning port; the right ends of the washing water push pipe and the drinking water push pipe are fixedly connected with the electromagnetic heater mounting plate on the right side.
The inner walls of the washing water push pipe and the drinking water push pipe are respectively connected with a piston 232 in a sealing sliding way; the outer walls of the washing water push pipe and the drinking water push pipe are slidably sleeved with a push block 231 which is mutually attracted with the piston through magnetic force; the pushing block is positioned on the right side of the electromagnetic heater baffle; the leftmost ends of the washing water push pipe and the drinking water push pipe are respectively connected with a blocking cover 233 for blocking the piston from falling off; the baffle cover on the washing water push pipe is right opposite to the connecting part of the cavity a and the cavity b; the blocking cover on the drinking water push pipe is right opposite to the leftmost end of the cavity a.
The heater subassembly realizes realizing the heating to air, drinking water or wash water through an electromagnetic heater through adjusting electromagnetic heater's position, and is specific:
when the hand drying button is pressed, air is heated through the heater assembly, enters the heat exchanger c in the cavity c through the lower opening of the ventilation pipe 223, meanwhile, the electromagnetic heater 26 works, and the heat exchanger c is heated, so that the air in the heat exchanger c is heated. The hand drying button is pressed again, and the electromagnetic heater stops heating.
When a washing button is pressed down, washing water is heated through a heater assembly, water enters the washing water pipe 222 through the lower mouth, the washing water uniformly enters a heat exchanger b through a water distributor b at the lower end of a cavity b212, meanwhile, the washing water push pipe communicated with the washing water pipe enters water, a piston 232 is pushed to move forwards along the wall of a washing water pipe, the piston attracts a push block 231 to push an electromagnetic heater to move forwards, the electromagnetic heater compresses an electromagnetic heater reset spring 251 until the piston reaches a limit position, the electromagnetic heater cannot move forwards, the electromagnetic heater is right opposite to a washing water cavity at the moment, the electromagnetic heater works, the washing water is heated through the heat exchanger b, and the heated washing water flows out through the washing water pipe; and pressing the washing button again, stopping the work of the electromagnetic heater, pushing the electromagnetic heater to return to the original position by the return spring of the electromagnetic heater under the elastic action of the return spring of the electromagnetic heater, and allowing a small amount of water in the washing water push pipe to flow out through the washing water port.
When the drinking button is pressed down, the drinking water is heated through the heater assembly, the same principle as that of heating washing water is realized, the electromagnetic heater is pushed to the position right opposite to the drinking water cavity by the pushing block, then the electromagnetic heater works, the washing button is pressed down again, the drinking water pipe stops supplying water, and the resetting step of the electromagnetic heater is the same as that of the washing water.
Example 4
The present embodiment is modified from embodiment 1 as follows: the inner wall of the cabinet body below the water tank is provided with a blower 3 connected with a blower joint; the blower includes a blower housing 31, a motor 32 fixedly connected to one end of the blower housing, and a blower cover 35 fixedly connected to the other end of the blower housing.
The side wall of the shell of the air blower is respectively provided with an air inlet and outlet a311 and an air inlet and outlet b 312; the air inlet and outlet a is far away from the motor relative to the air inlet and outlet b.
The output shaft 321 of the motor is a polygonal structure; a centrifugal wind wheel 34 is arranged in the shell of the blower; a motor connecting hole 341 with the inner wall in transmission connection with the output shaft is formed in the center of the centrifugal wind wheel; a pushing plate 343 inclined at 45 degrees is formed in the middle of one side of the fan blades of the centrifugal wind wheel, which is far away from the circle center; and a screw 323 for blocking the centrifugal wind wheel from separating from the output shaft is fixedly connected to the end surface of one side of the output shaft, which is far away from the motor.
Two movable blocking covers 33 positioned at two sides of the centrifugal wind wheel are arranged in the blower shell body in a sliding mode along the axial direction of the motor; the positions of the two movable blocking covers far away from the air inlet and outlet a are connected through a circular arc-shaped connecting plate 334; more than 2 guide grooves 333 are formed on the periphery of the movable blocking cover at equal angles; the inner wall of the blower housing is formed with a guide bar 231 slidably coupled to each of the guide grooves.
Negative pressure ports 331 which are distributed along the circumferential direction at equal angles are formed in the middle position of the movable baffle plate; two ends of the centrifugal wind wheel are positioned at the periphery of the motor connecting hole and fixedly connected with an annular permanent magnet b 342; the center of the movable blocking cover is connected with an annular permanent magnet a332 which is mutually repelled with the permanent magnet b on the corresponding side.
The air-blower can realize air-out or convulsions through just reversing of motor, and is specific:
when the hand drying button is pressed, the motor 32 of the blower rotates clockwise, the motor output shaft 321 drives the centrifugal wind wheel 34 to rotate, the pushing plate on the fan blade of the centrifugal wind wheel inclines for an angle, so that the pushing plate generates axial pushing force, the centrifugal wind wheel moves towards the motor direction, meanwhile, the permanent magnet b342 on the periphery of the motor connecting hole and the permanent magnet a332 close to the center of the moving blocking cover 33 on one side of the motor repel each other, the guide strip 231 on the inner periphery of the blower shell 31 is in sliding fit with the guide groove 333 on the moving blocking cover, so that the moving blocking cover approaches to the motor along with the centrifugal wind wheel, and when the centrifugal wind wheel moves to the limit position close to the motor direction, the centrifugal wind wheel faces the air inlet/; then the motor drives the centrifugal wind wheel to continuously rotate, negative pressure is generated at the position of the movable blocking cover far away from the motor, air enters the air inlet and outlet a, and air exits the air inlet and outlet b; and pressing the hand drying button again to stop the motor.
When the disinfection button is pressed down, the motor rotates anticlockwise, the centrifugal wind wheel moves towards the direction far away from the motor, the permanent magnet b at the periphery of the motor connecting hole and the permanent magnet a at the center of the movable blocking cover far away from one side of the motor repel each other, the movable blocking cover moves simultaneously until the centrifugal wind wheel is blocked by the screw at the end, far away from the motor, of the output shaft, the centrifugal wind wheel is opposite to the air inlet and outlet a at the moment, then the motor drives the centrifugal wind wheel to continuously rotate, negative pressure is generated at the position, close to the movable blocking cover of the motor, air enters the air inlet and outlet b, air is discharged from.

a washing button, a drying button, a disinfecting button and a drinking button are arranged on the faucet base; the washing button, the drying button, the sterilizing button, the drinking button, the rotary rheostat a and the rotary rheostat b are electrically connected with the input end of the controller respectively; the electromagnetic valve a, the electromagnetic valve b, the blower and the ozone generator are respectively electrically connected with the output end of the controller;
the water tank comprises a cleaning tank and a disinfection tank positioned on the right side of the cleaning tank; a draining plate is slidably mounted at the upper end of the disinfection tank between the front inner side wall and the rear inner side wall of the water tank, and a shielding plate is slidably mounted at the upper end of the draining plate between the front inner side wall and the rear inner side wall of the water tank;
the inner wall of the cabinet body below the water tank is provided with a blower connected with a blower joint; the blower comprises a blower shell, a motor fixedly connected to one end of the blower shell and a blower cover fixedly connected to the other end of the blower shell;
the side wall of the shell of the air blower is respectively provided with an air inlet and an air outlet a and an air inlet and an air outlet b; the air inlet and outlet a is far away from the motor relative to the air inlet and outlet b;
