Description

Method for manufacturing seamless clothes
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of garment processing, and particularly relates to a method for manufacturing seamless garments.
background
conventional garment manufacturing generally employs a sewing machine to sew a seam of a garment piece cut by a preceding process, for example, with a sewing machine to form a garment contour. This method usually results in redundant waste pieces of fabric that are not useful when cutting the cut pieces (i.e., cut pieces), which on the one hand results in material waste and on the other hand is not cost effective. In addition, since a seam allowance (generally about 1 cm) needs to be left at the time of sewing, and if the seam allowance is directly contacted with the skin of a human body at the time of wearing, an uncomfortable feeling and a possibility of damage to the human body are given, and thus, processes such as slit sewing, flat sewing, lining and the like need to be adopted for treatment.
the prior art methods for making seamless garments generally include the following three methods: firstly, a hot-pressing adhesive process is adopted to adhere an adhesive tape to the seams of cut pieces which are needed to be sewn by sewing equipment, and seamless clothes are obtained after cooling, wherein a typical literature publication is 'a manufacturing method of seamless clothes' recommended by CN 102204719A; secondly, adopting a liquid adhesive to bond the seams of the cut pieces to form seamless clothes; thirdly, the seams of the garment body are bonded by means of double-sided adhesive tape and ultrasonic waves to form a seamless garment, typically a 'splicing structure of seamless garment fabric' provided by CN 201550658U.
since not being limited to the common feature of the three methods exemplified above is the use of stickies, the following general disadvantages exist: firstly, the adhesive tape, the liquid adhesive and the double-sided adhesive all contain chemical solvent components, so that the adhesive tape is not environment-friendly enough and is easy to cause allergy to different wearing groups; secondly, because the manufacturing process depends on harsh equipment such as CN102204729A, a 3KW hot air blower (with the air temperature of 550-; thirdly, the seams of the cut pieces are artificially connected by means of the adhesive tapes or the adhesives in a forced manner, fibers at the seams are not mutually entangled, and the adhesive tapes or the adhesives have the fatal defects of degumming and even failure, so that the connection strength and the connection durability of the obtained seamless clothes at the seams are often difficult to achieve or even cannot achieve the expectation at all, for example, the washability is very weak.
In view of the above-mentioned prior art, there is a need for improvement, for which the applicant has made active and useful investigations and has finally developed the technical solutions described below.
