背景技术
棉花在植物学分类上属于被子植物锦葵科,棉属,为一年生亚灌木,在热带和亚热带也有多年生灌木或小乔木,棉花是我国重要的经济作物,棉纤维是纺织工业的重要原料和创汇物资;棉籽是重要的食油来源和化工原料,一般脱绒后的棉籽含油率达22-25%,脱壳后的棉仁含油率达35-45%;棉籽壳是廉价的化工和食用菌原料;棉籽饼是优质的饲料和肥料来源,榨油后的棉仁粉含蛋白质45-50%,并含有多种维生素。由此可见,棉花的主副产品都有较高的利用价值,它既是最重要的纤维作物,又是重要的油料作物,还是含高蛋白的粮食作物、精细化工原料和经济药源。因此,努力提高棉花产量和质量,搞好综合利用,拉长产业链,不仅可提高棉农收入,也可满足国民经济发展多方面的需要。
目前棉花的育苗方法很多,但棉苗素质差异较大,移栽成活率低,培育方式不当,制约着棉花产量和品质的提高,在每年育苗季节,总有少部分农户由于育苗过程操作不当引起棉花死苗以及各种病虫害的发生,造成棉苗素质低下,产量明显减少,影响了农民的正常收入,因此加强新型高效的棉花育苗方法的开发很有必要。
现有技术如授权公告号为CN 101743893 B的中国发明专利,公开了一种棉花小穴盘浅层营养液育苗方法,该方法包括如下步骤:a、将泥炭和珍珠岩按2.5~3.5:1.5~2.5的质量比例混配制成基质,将基质装入小穴盘中,并用促根液喷湿;b、将棉种播种于小穴盘内,深度至穴盘基质表面向下0.3~0.6cm处,播种后用浸湿的纸张覆盖在穴盘表面上,在纸张上再覆盖一层0.3~0.6cm厚的基质;c、将穴盘底部衬双层软塑网垫,将穴盘连同软塑网垫放到苗床内;d、穴盘放入苗床后,使用小弓棚保护,苗种有50%见苗时,除去旧纸张及上表层物,并在苗床内注入育苗营养液,深度为1~2cm,苗床内营养液蒸发吸收完后,及时补充;e、保护苗床,一段时间后,起苗、移栽。该方法降低成本,省工省力,育成苗出苗率高,但是,该方法培育的棉苗抗病虫害能力低,产量增益不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种简单可行、成苗率高、增产收益明显、省时省力、便于农业推广的棉花育苗方法,所培育的棉苗根系发达、生命力强、移栽成活率高、抗病虫害能力强、品质优良。
本发明针对上述技术中提到的问题,采取的技术方案为:
一种棉花育苗方法,具体包括如下步骤:
苗床准备:选择地势平坦、背风向阳、排灌方便、土壤肥沃、靠近水源和大田、无病害的地段作为苗床地,使用铁锹或锄头挖出苗床,夯实、平整底层和四周,清除石块、植物根茎和尖锐硬物等,然后将苗床四周和底层浇湿,软化坚硬的土块,最后在苗床底层和四周铺垫0.06-0.1mm的聚乙烯薄膜,使膜的背面紧贴泥土;
配制育苗营养液:将棉花水浮育苗专用肥加水配制成质量浓度为5-8%的母液,再将母液和抗病虫害药剂按照重量配比为1:0.2-0.4混合均匀后倒入育苗池内,加入母液重量60-70倍的清洁水,边加水边搅拌,使肥料充分溶解、均匀一致分布在苗床内,育苗营养液既能促进种子的萌芽,为棉苗的生长提供充足的营养,还能提高棉苗的抗病能力,可进一步提升棉花的产量和品质;
基质装盘:将混合基质均匀倒入育苗盘内,然后刮平表面,抖动育苗盘,让基质比较紧实的充填在育苗孔穴中,使基质离育苗盘表面1-1.5cm,以便播种和播种后覆盖,混合基质是棉花水浮育苗过程中固定棉苗和提供幼苗初期生长的物质,其吸水性强,透气性好,富含有机质和多种微量元素,不携带病原菌;
播种:将棉花种子使用浸种剂浸泡30-50min,控制温度为35-40℃,然后在浸泡结束之后的种子表面喷洒重量配比为1:5.5-7.3的粘合剂海藻酸钠和蔗糖八乙酸酯,使其均匀粘着在种子表面,之后加入棉花种衣剂搅拌均匀,使种衣剂均匀粘附在种子表面,最后将经过包衣的种子在22-30℃的温度条件下保温催芽,经5-12h种子即可破胸,选取白芽长达种子长的1/2的种子在装好基质的育苗盘内进行播种,每穴播1粒,种子小的一端正对育苗盘底部小孔,播种时用手指轻轻下按即可,浸种剂能够有效杀死种子表面及内部病毒、细菌和虫卵,可大大降低棉苗的患病率,海藻酸钠和蔗糖八乙酸酯配合使用,可在种子表面形成孔道膜,将种衣剂的活性成分及其他非活性成分像网一样连结在一起,可将种衣剂紧紧粘合在种子表面,为种子的萌发提供了营养保障,有利于棉花产量的提高,同时通过影响棉花种皮的葡聚糖酶、过氧化氢酶活性中心的氨基酸侧链基团,以提高酶活性,使得部分薄壁细胞和胚乳细胞被降解,提高了种皮的通透性,有利于种衣剂中的有效成分通过膜孔道或者膜本身缓慢溶解,逐步与种子及领近土壤接触,促进胚胎的发育和根的生长,极大提高种子萌芽率;
苗床管理:播种之后立即将育苗盘放入苗床内,置盘时托盘之间要留有2-3cm的空隙,以便散热,摆放好育苗盘后盖膜,保湿保温,温度控制在25-30℃,出苗后通风炼苗,上午揭膜通风,下午覆盖,后期时炼苗日揭夜盖,并在棉苗子叶平展时使用浓度为1.0-1.5%的促根剂均匀浇灌到棉苗行间根部;
移栽:当棉苗达三叶一心时,取出育苗盘,将棉苗茎基部轻轻向上拔,不要损伤根系,保持根系完整,在拔出棉苗后,将幼苗在水里轻轻抖动,使棉苗根系上的基质脱落,然后进行移栽,移栽时保持根系舒展、幼苗直立。
作为优选,混合基质的原料成分及其重量份为:植物秸秆粉30-40份、草木灰10-20份、尿素12-25份、磷酸二氢钾8-12份、珍珠岩10-20份、萘乙酸2-4份、硫酸铜3-5份、硫酸锌1-2份、蓖麻油2-5份,混合基质中氮、磷、钾等营养成分充足、搭配合理,可有效促进棉苗根系发育,显著提高根系活力,有助于棉苗的生长。
作为优选,抗病虫害药剂的原料成分及其重量分为:烟梗20-30份、马尾藻10-15份、丁草胺8-12份、70%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂3-5份、20%三环唑3-5份、L-酒石酸二甲酯2-6份。其具体制备步骤为:先将烟梗和马尾藻粉碎,然后与丁草胺、70%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂,20%三环唑和L-酒石酸二甲酯按照配比混合均匀,然后在800-1000rpm的转速下分散搅拌30-50min,搅拌结束之后真空抽滤,所得滤液即为抗病虫害药剂,其中70%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂和20%三环唑都是内吸性杀菌剂,可被植物的叶、茎、根、种子吸收进入植物体内,经植物体液输导、扩散、存留或产生代谢物,可防治作物不受病原体的侵染或对已感病的植物进行治疗,在抗病虫害药剂的制备过程中添加的L-酒石酸二甲酯一方面起分散剂的作用,可有效减轻抗病虫害药剂中的其他有效成分的沉降团聚,有利于其发挥杀菌作用;另一方面L-酒石酸二甲酯可与内吸性杀菌剂发挥协同增效作用,通过影响细菌DNA旋转酶上的残基来抑制细菌DNA旋转酶的活性,进而影响细菌DNA的复制与转录,快速杀死病菌,显著提高了抗病虫害药剂的杀菌功效,使得棉苗具有较强的抗病虫害能力,进一步提升棉花的产量和品质。
作为优选,浸种剂的原料成分及其重量份如下:乙二醇10-15份、蜂蜜2-6份、壳聚糖7-9份、水90-100份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:1)本发明一种棉花育苗方法简单可行、省时省力、成苗率高、增产收益明显,可大大提高劳动生产效率,进一步提升棉花种植的经济效益,具有较高的农业推广价值;2)本发明所培育的棉苗根系发达、生命力强、移栽成活率高、具有一定的抗病虫害能力,品质优良。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明方案作进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种棉花育苗方法,具体包括如下步骤:
1)苗床准备:选择地势平坦、背风向阳、排灌方便、土壤肥沃、靠近水源和大田、无病害的地段作为苗床地,使用铁锹或锄头挖出苗床,夯实、平整底层和四周,清除石块、植物根茎和尖锐硬物等,然后将苗床四周和底层浇湿,软化坚硬的土块,最后在苗床底层和四周铺垫0.06mm的聚乙烯薄膜,使膜的背面紧贴泥土;
2)配制育苗营养液:将棉花水浮育苗专用肥加水配制成质量浓度为5%的母液,再将母液和抗病虫害药剂按照重量配比为1:0.2混合均匀后倒入育苗池内,加入母液重量60倍的清洁水,边加水边搅拌,使肥料充分溶解、均匀一致分布在苗床内,育苗营养液既能促进种子的萌芽,为棉苗的生长提供充足的营养,还能提高棉苗的抗病能力,可进一步提升棉花的产量和品质;
3)基质装盘:将混合基质均匀倒入育苗盘内,然后刮平表面,抖动育苗盘,让基质比较紧实的充填在育苗孔穴中,使基质离育苗盘表面1-1.5cm,以便播种和播种后覆盖,混合基质是棉花水浮育苗过程中固定棉苗和提供幼苗初期生长的物质,其吸水性强,透气性好,富含有机质和多种微量元素,不携带病原菌;
4)播种:将棉花种子使用浸种剂浸泡30min,控制温度为40℃,然后在浸泡结束之后的种子表面喷洒重量配比为1:5.5的粘合剂海藻酸钠和蔗糖八乙酸酯,使其均匀粘着在种子表面,之后加入棉花种衣剂搅拌均匀,使种衣剂均匀粘附在种子表面,最后将经过包衣的种子在22℃的温度条件下保温催芽,经10h种子即可破胸,选取白芽长达种子长的1/2的种子在装好基质的育苗盘内进行播种,每穴播1粒,种子小的一端正对育苗盘底部小孔,播种时用手指轻轻下按即可,浸种剂能够有效杀死种子表面及内部病毒、细菌和虫卵,可大大降低棉苗的患病率,海藻酸钠和蔗糖八乙酸酯配合使用,可在种子表面形成孔道膜,将种衣剂的活性成分及其他非活性成分像网一样连结在一起,可将种衣剂紧紧粘合在种子表面,为种子的萌发提供了营养保障,有利于棉花产量的提高,同时通过影响棉花种皮的葡聚糖酶、过氧化氢酶活性中心的氨基酸侧链基团,以提高酶活性,使得部分薄壁细胞和胚乳细胞被降解,提高了种皮的通透性,有利于种衣剂中的有效成分通过膜孔道或者膜本身缓慢溶解,逐步与种子及领近土壤接触,促进胚胎的发育和根的生长,极大提高种子萌芽率;
5)苗床管理:播种之后立即将育苗盘放入苗床内,置盘时托盘之间要留有2-3cm的空隙,以便散热,摆放好育苗盘后盖膜,保湿保温,温度控制在25-30℃,出苗后通风炼苗,上午揭膜通风,下午覆盖,后期时炼苗日揭夜盖,并在棉苗子叶平展时使用浓度为1.0%的促根剂均匀浇灌到棉苗行间根部;
6)移栽:当棉苗达三叶一心时,取出育苗盘,将棉苗茎基部轻轻向上拔,不要损伤根系,保持根系完整,在拔出棉苗后,将幼苗在水里轻轻抖动,使棉苗根系上的基质脱落,然后进行移栽,移栽时保持根系舒展、幼苗直立。
上述混合基质的原料成分及其重量份为:植物秸秆粉30份、草木灰10份、尿素15份、磷酸二氢钾8份、珍珠岩10份、萘乙酸3份、硫酸铜3份、硫酸锌1份、蓖麻油2份,混合基质中氮、磷、钾等营养成分充足、搭配合理,可有效促进棉苗根系发育,显著提高根系活力,有助于棉苗的生长。

3)基质装盘:将混合基质均匀倒入育苗盘内,然后刮平表面,抖动育苗盘,让基质比较紧实的充填在育苗孔穴中,使基质离育苗盘表面1-1.5cm,以便播种和播种后覆盖;
4)播种:将棉花种子使用浸种剂浸泡50min,控制温度为35℃,然后在浸泡结束之后的种子表面喷洒重量配比为1:7.0的粘合剂海藻酸钠和蔗糖八乙酸酯,使其均匀粘着在种子表面,之后加入棉花种衣剂搅拌均匀,使种衣剂均匀粘附在种子表面,最后将经过包衣的种子在25℃的温度条件下保温催芽,经10h种子即可破胸,选取白芽长达种子长的1/2的种子在装好基质的育苗盘内进行播种,每穴播1粒,种子小的一端正对育苗盘底部小孔,播种时用手指轻轻下按即可;

上述抗病虫害药剂的原料成分及其重量分为:烟梗30份、马尾藻10份、丁草胺10份、70%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂5份、20%三环唑4份、L-酒石酸二甲酯5份。其具体制备步骤为:先将烟梗和马尾藻粉碎,然后与丁草胺、70%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂,20%三环唑和L-酒石酸二甲酯按照配比混合均匀,然后在800rpm的转速下分散搅拌50min,搅拌结束之后真空抽滤,所得滤液即为抗病虫害药剂。
上述浸种剂的原料成分及其重量份如下:乙二醇15份、蜂蜜4份、壳聚糖8份、水90份。
实施例3:
一种棉花育苗方法,具体包括如下步骤:
1)苗床准备:选择地势平坦、背风向阳、排灌方便、土壤肥沃、靠近水源和大田、无病害的地段作为苗床地,使用铁锹或锄头挖出苗床,夯实、平整底层和四周,清除石块、植物根茎和尖锐硬物等,然后将苗床四周和底层浇湿,软化坚硬的土块,最后在苗床底层和四周铺垫0.1mm的聚乙烯薄膜,使膜的背面紧贴泥土;
2)配制育苗营养液:将棉花水浮育苗专用肥加水配制成质量浓度为6%的母液,再将母液和抗病虫害药剂按照重量配比为1:0.3混合均匀后倒入育苗池内,加入母液重量70倍的清洁水,边加水边搅拌,使肥料充分溶解、均匀一致分布在苗床内;
3)基质装盘:将混合基质均匀倒入育苗盘内,然后刮平表面,抖动育苗盘,让基质比较紧实的充填在育苗孔穴中,使基质离育苗盘表面1-1.5cm,以便播种和播种后覆盖;
4)播种:将棉花种子使用浸种剂浸泡40min,控制温度为35℃,然后在浸泡结束之后的种子表面喷洒重量配比为1:6.2的粘合剂海藻酸钠和蔗糖八乙酸酯,使其均匀粘着在种子表面,之后加入棉花种衣剂搅拌均匀,使种衣剂均匀粘附在种子表面,最后将经过包衣的种子在28℃的温度条件下保温催芽,经8h种子即可破胸,选取白芽长达种子长的1/2的种子在装好基质的育苗盘内进行播种,每穴播1粒,种子小的一端正对育苗盘底部小孔,播种时用手指轻轻下按即可;

传统棉花育苗方法。
分别用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3和对照组所述的培育方法对同一品种的棉花种子进行培养,结果如表1:

由表1可知,相比于传统的棉花育苗方法,本发明育苗方法出苗率和移栽成活率均较高,可见本发明培育出的棉苗生命力强,产量高。

Claims (9)

1.一种棉花育苗方法,其特征在于:所述育苗方法具体包括如下步骤:
1)苗床准备:选择合适的地段作为苗床,清理之后铺垫聚乙烯薄膜;
2)配制育苗营养液:将棉花水浮育苗专用肥加水配制成母液,然后在母液中加入抗病虫害药剂,混合均匀后倒入苗床内,并向苗床中添加清洁水,搅拌均匀即得到育苗营养液待用;
3)基质装盘:将混合基质倒入育苗盘;
4)播种:将棉花种子使用浸种剂浸泡之后在其表面喷洒粘合剂海藻酸钠和蔗糖八乙酸酯,然后添加种衣剂进行拌种,再对经过包衣的种子保温催芽,之后将处理好的种子在装好基质的育苗盘内进行播种;
5)苗床管理:播种之后立即将育苗盘放入苗床内,盖膜,保湿保温,出苗后通风炼苗,并在棉苗子叶平展时浇灌促根剂;
6)移栽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花育苗方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4海藻酸钠和蔗糖八乙酸酯的重量配比为1:5.5-7.3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花育苗方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2抗病虫害药剂的原料成分及其重量分为:烟梗20-30份、马尾藻10-15份、丁草胺8-12份、70%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂3-5份、20%三环唑3-5份、L-酒石酸二甲酯2-6份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种棉花育苗方法,其特征在于:所述抗病虫害药剂的具体制备步骤为:先将烟梗和马尾藻粉碎,然后与丁草胺、70%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂,20%三环唑和L-酒石酸二甲酯按照配比混合均匀,然后在800-1000rpm的转速下分散搅拌30-50min,搅拌结束之后真空抽滤,所得滤液即为抗病虫害药剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花育苗方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2母液的浓度为5-8%,母液与抗病虫害药剂的重量配比为:1:0.2-0.4。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花育苗方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2清洁水的添加量为母液重量的60-70倍。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花育苗方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3混合基质的原料成分及其重量份为:植物秸秆粉30-40份、草木灰10-20份、尿素12-25份、磷酸二氢钾8-12份、珍珠岩10-20份、萘乙酸2-4份、硫酸铜3-5份、硫酸锌1-2份、蓖麻油2-5份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花育苗方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4浸种剂的原料成分及其重量份如下:乙二醇10-15份、蜂蜜2-6份、壳聚糖7-9份、水90-100份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花育苗方法,其特征在于:所述步骤5促根剂的浓度为1.0-1.5%。
