技术领域
本发明涉及发热器具制造领域,具体的说是一种车上加热取暖和保健的新型电加热产品。
背景技术
目前,汽车加热垫主要加热发热线内的金属丝来达到制热的目的,发热线比较硬且发热不均匀、升温比较慢。
发明内容
本发明为解决目前汽车加热垫需要发热线来达到制热目的、导热慢、发热不均匀、制作过程复杂问题,提供了一种制作简单、不需发热线即可导电导热且具有8-14微米远红外保健功效的新型汽车加热垫。
本发明的技术方案是,一种石墨烯汽车加热垫,由垫体、石墨烯发热片、温控器、控制器和点烟器插头构成,其特殊之处是,垫体内的石墨烯发热片由石墨烯导电膜、上层无纺布和下层无纺布组成,石墨烯导电膜由石墨烯纤维导电纸、导电胶布、导线组成,导电胶布粘贴在石墨烯纤维导电纸的两侧,导线固定在到导电胶布上,上层无纺布、石墨烯导电膜和下层无纺布通过导电胶固定,温控器连接导线和控制器,控制器连接点烟器插头。
使用时,将加热垫平铺在汽车座椅上,连接点烟器插头,打开控制器进行加热,根据需要设置控制器以达到人体所需要的温度。
技术效果
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述方案可以实现一种工艺简单、性能安全、直接通电发热、具有远红外保健作用的新型电加热产品。

一种石墨烯汽车加热垫,由垫体1、石墨烯发热片3、温控器2、控制器5和点烟器插头6构成,其特殊之处是,垫体1内的石墨烯发热片3由石墨烯导电膜8、上层无纺布7和下层无纺布9组成,石墨烯导电膜8由石墨烯纤维导电纸10、导电胶布11、导线4组成,导电胶布11粘贴在石墨烯纤维导电纸10的两侧,导线4固定在到导电胶布11上,上层无纺布7、石墨烯导电膜8和下层无纺布9通过导电胶固定,温控器2连接导线4和控制器5,控制器5连接点烟器插头6。
使用时,将加热垫平铺在汽车座椅上,连接点烟器插头6,打开控制器5进行加热,根据需要设置控制器以达到人体所需要的温度。
