1. A method for configuring physical random access channel parameters is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a network side sends physical random access channel parameter list information and physical random access channel parameter list selection threshold list information;
the physical random access channel parameter list information is used for indicating a terminal to read physical random access channel parameter information corresponding to the coverage enhancement grade in the physical random access channel parameter list information according to the determined coverage enhancement grade;
the physical random access channel parameter list selection threshold list information is used for indicating a terminal to read physical random access channel parameter list selection threshold information corresponding to the power grade in the physical random access channel parameter list selection threshold list information according to the power grade of the terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the physical random access channel parameter list selection threshold information comprises a set of physical random access channel parameter list selection threshold values, and the number of the physical random access channel parameter list selection threshold values is determined by the number of coverage enhancement levels.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the number of physical random access channel parameter list selection threshold information included in the physical random access channel parameter list selection threshold list information is determined by the number of terminal power classes.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the physical random access channel parameter list selection threshold list information and the terminal power class are associated as follows:

The method of claim 11, wherein the maximum number of random access request attempts and the number of physical random access channel pilot code repetitions are both determined by a network side according to a coverage enhancement level of a terminal, or determined by the network side according to a terminal power level and a coverage enhancement level of the terminal.
13. A method for selecting physical random access channel parameter information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a terminal receives physical random access channel parameter list information and physical random access channel parameter list selection threshold list information sent by a network side;
the physical random access channel parameter list information is used for indicating a terminal to read physical random access channel parameter information corresponding to the coverage enhancement grade in the physical random access channel parameter list information according to the determined coverage enhancement grade;
the terminal reads physical random access channel parameter list selection threshold information corresponding to the power grade in the physical random access channel parameter list selection threshold list information according to the power grade of the terminal; or, if the measured value of the receiving power of the reference signal or the synchronization signal sent by the network side by the terminal is smaller than the sum of the physical random access channel parameter list selection threshold value corresponding to the coverage enhancement Level N in the physical random access channel parameter list selection threshold information and the power compensation value, the terminal considers that the terminal is in the coverage enhancement Level N, wherein the value range of N is {1, 2, …, maxCE-Level }, maxCE-Level is the number of the coverage enhancement levels or the maximum coverage Level value, and M and N are positive integers.
