Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a dialing interface of a conventional dual card device. As shown in fig. 1, the dialing interface is configured with a SIM card 1 virtual key and a SIM card 2 virtual key, and a user controls the terminal device to make a call through the built-in SIM card 1 by touching the SIM card 1 virtual key, and similarly, can also control the terminal device to make a call through the SIM card 2 by touching the SIM card 2 virtual key.
Currently, the user can modify the text displayed on the virtual keys of the SIM card at the next level interface or the next level interface of the setting interface, so as to prompt the number attribution of the SIM cards 1 and 2.
On one hand, however, modification of the text displayed on the virtual keys of the SIM card needs to be performed on the next interface or even the next interface of the setting interface, which results in a long operation path and many operation steps. On the other hand, the way of modifying the text displayed on the virtual keys of the SIM card does not solve the problem that the dialing performed by the current equipment is completely triggered by the user.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of another dialing interface of a prior art dual card device. As shown in fig. 2, only one SIM card virtual key is included in the dialing interface.
Currently, some users set one SIM card as a default dialing card, so that only one SIM card virtual key appears on the dialing interface, and the user can dial by touching a number list in the dialing interface or touching the SIM card virtual key control device. This approach also does not solve the problem of the current devices performing dialing that is triggered entirely by the user.

Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a dial control method in a terminal device according to an exemplary embodiment. The method may be performed by the apparatus 200 shown in fig. 4, such that the apparatus 200 controls the apparatus 200 to perform or cancel dialing in response to a dialing instruction generated by a user trigger. In an exemplary embodiment, the method is performed by calling device 111 shown in fig. 2, and causes calling device 111 to control calling device 111 to perform or cancel dialing in response to a dialing instruction generated by a user trigger. As shown in fig. 5, the dial control method in the terminal device includes the following steps.
And step 310, receiving a dialing instruction triggered in the terminal equipment.
The dialing instruction is generated by user triggering. When a user initiates a dialing process, the terminal equipment is controlled to generate a dialing instruction.
Under the control of a user, the configured dialing logic is triggered, for example, a touch of the user on a virtual key of a user identity card in a dialing interface is monitored, at this time, a dialing instruction is correspondingly generated, and for this purpose, a process or a thread operated by the terminal device receives the dialing instruction sent by a process or a thread corresponding to a dialing application.
The dialing instruction indicates the initiation of dialing in the terminal equipment, and in addition, indicates a user identity card corresponding to the initiated dialing.
The terminal equipment is internally provided with user identity cards corresponding to different number attributions so as to adapt to the telephone communication requirements under different scenes. In this terminal device, the dialing instruction generates a dialing for initiating the corresponding subscriber identity card, but before the dialing instruction is used for initiating the dialing of the corresponding subscriber identity card, dialing control in the terminal device will be performed for this dialing instruction.
That is, in the terminal device, the generated dialing instruction does not directly initiate the corresponding dialing.
It should be added that a virtual key of a subscriber identity card in the terminal device is triggered, and thus a corresponding dialing instruction is generated, which may be implemented by the user through selection of the subscriber identity card performed on the dialing interface, or may be performed according to a priority level (for example, a subscriber identity card is set as a default card) configured for the subscriber identity card in advance, and this is only for example and is not limited herein.
And step 330, acquiring the geographical position of the terminal equipment according to the dialing instruction.
After receiving the dialing instruction, acquiring the geographical position of the terminal equipment for the dialing instruction. The geographic location of the terminal device refers to a place where the terminal device is located, such as Guangdong province and special administrative districts of hong Kong, and also can be more accurate location information, such as Shenzhen City Futian district and hong Kong university.
It should be understood that the obtaining of the geographical location of the terminal device is implemented by initiating the positioning of the terminal device itself, and thus, correspondingly, the obtained geographical location of the terminal device is the existence form of the latitude and longitude information.
Specifically, the acquisition of the geographic location of the terminal device may be obtained by obtaining information of a network (for example, a local area network) to which the terminal device is connected, or by performing satellite positioning on the terminal device, or by other methods, which is not limited herein, and may be flexibly implemented according to hardware configured to implement positioning by the terminal device.
And 350, judging whether the dialing process corresponding to the dialing instruction is in a roaming state according to the geographical position of the terminal equipment.
The roaming state refers to a state in which a terminal device makes a call through a specific subscriber identity card, but the terminal device is located outside a service area corresponding to the subscriber identity card, for example, a terminal device makes a call through a subscriber identity card registered in the continental china area in hong kong.
After the geographical position of the terminal equipment is obtained, whether the dialing process corresponding to the dialing instruction is in a roaming state or not can be judged according to the geographical position of the terminal equipment when the dialing instruction is received and the user identity card information contained in the dialing instruction.
Step 370, if the dialing process is in roaming state, the dialing restriction logic is triggered, and the dialing process is controlled by the dialing restriction logic to execute or cancel dialing.
The dialing restriction logic is an instruction stored in the terminal device that, when executed, restricts the dialing procedure in the roaming state.
When the dialing process initiated by the terminal equipment is in a roaming state, whether the dialing process can be carried out to finish dialing or not is controlled by dialing limit logic.
If the dialing process corresponding to the dialing instruction is judged to be in a roaming state, the dialing restriction logic is triggered, and dialing is executed or cancelled under the control of the dialing restriction logic.
If the dialing process corresponding to the dialing instruction is not in the roaming state, the dialing restriction logic is not triggered.
For a dialing process initiated by a user, the dialing process is terminated after the dialing is executed or cancelled.
The dialing limit logic is additionally arranged between the receiving time point of the dialing instruction and the execution time point of the dialing, and the addition of the dialing limit logic provides buffer between the dialing initiated by the user and the dialing executed by the terminal equipment, so that when the user selects the user identity card but the user is not located in the service area corresponding to the user identity card, the terminal equipment cannot directly dial through the user identity card, and the problem that the dialing executed by the current equipment is completely triggered by the user is solved.
In an exemplary embodiment, step 310 includes:
monitoring a dialing process initiated in the terminal equipment, and acquiring a dialing instruction generated by triggering the dialing process, wherein the dialing instruction indicates a user identity card executing the dialing process in the terminal equipment.
In a specific application, a user can initiate a dialing process by touching a user identity card virtual key in a dialing interface, and after detecting the touch of the user, the terminal device generates a dialing instruction, wherein the dialing instruction indicates a user identity card corresponding to the user identity card virtual key touched by the user.
In this embodiment, step 350 includes the steps shown in FIG. 6.
FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating details of step 350 according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, step 350 includes:
step 351, obtaining the number attribution information of the user identity card.
The number home information can indicate a region, such as mainland china, hong kong china, where the subscriber identity card is registered. The number attribution information is stored in the user identity card and/or the terminal equipment and belongs to the basic information of the user identity card.
Step 353, determining whether the geographical position of the terminal equipment is in the service area of the user identity card according to the number attribution information.
The number attribution information indicates the region where the user identity card is registered, so that the service area of the user identity card can be determined, for example, if the number attribution information of the user identity card is Guangdong province, that is, if the region where the user identity card is registered is Guangdong province, China is the service area of the user identity card except the hong Kong and Macao district (hereinafter referred to as China inland).
Therefore, after the service area of the user identity card and the geographical position of the terminal equipment are determined, whether the geographical position of the terminal equipment is in the service area of the user identity card or not can be judged. For example, if the service area of the subscriber identity card is china and the geographical location of the terminal device is guangdong province, the geographical location of the terminal device is within the service area of the subscriber identity card.
In an exemplary embodiment, the terminal device is a dual card device, and before step 370, the dialing control method further includes the steps of: acquiring number attribution information of another user identity card; and determining whether the geographical position of the terminal equipment is in the service area of the other user identity card or not according to the number attribution information.
If the geographical location of the terminal device is within the service area of the other subscriber identity card, step 370 comprises the steps of: canceling the dialing and executing the dialing through the other user identity card.
Assuming that the card a and the card B are installed in the dual card device, and the dialing instruction generated by the user trigger indicates that the user identity card executing the dialing process is the card a, before step 370, the number attribution information of the card B is also obtained and it is determined whether the geographical location of the dual card device is in the service area of the card B, if so, the dialing initiated through the card a is automatically cancelled, and the dialing is executed through the card B.
This embodiment enables the dual card device to automatically cancel and execute dialing according to the dialing instruction generated by user triggering. For example, a home country card and a hong Kong card are installed in the dual card device, the geographic location of the dual card device is in hong Kong, if the user triggers the generated dialing instruction to indicate that the card is a home country card, the dual card device will automatically cancel the dialing initiated by the home country card and automatically execute the dialing by the hong Kong card.
In an exemplary embodiment, step 330 includes:
and triggering and acquiring the geographical position of the terminal equipment according to the dialing instruction, wherein the acquisition of the geographical position is executed through a GPS positioning function and/or a WiFi network access function configured in the terminal equipment.
When the geographical position data of the equipment exists in the terminal equipment, the data can be directly read, and if the geographical position data of the equipment does not exist in the terminal equipment, the positioning logic is called to position the terminal equipment.
The obtaining method of the geographic location of the terminal device includes but is not limited to: GPS (Global Positioning System), WiFi.
In this embodiment, step 330 includes the steps shown in FIG. 7.
FIG. 7 is a flowchart illustrating details of step 330 according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 7, step 330 includes:
step 331, according to the function call priority for executing the geographical location acquisition, calling the WiFi network access function as a dialing instruction to execute the acquisition of the geographical location of the terminal device.
In specific application, the calling priority of the WiFi network access function is set to be higher than that of the GPS positioning function, namely the GPS positioning function is not called when the geographical position of the terminal equipment can be obtained through the WiFi network access function, so that power consumption is avoided.
In step 333, if the acquisition of the geographical location performed by the WiFi network access function fails, the GPS location function is invoked to perform the acquisition of the geographical location of the terminal device.
The power consumption is low through WiFi positioning, but the positioning cannot be realized through WiFi in areas without WiFi, so that the geographic position of the terminal equipment is obtained by calling a GPS positioning function after the positioning fails through WiFi.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating details of step 370 according to a corresponding embodiment of fig. 5. As shown in fig. 8, step 370 includes:
step 371, if the dialing process is in roaming state, initiating a roaming alert to the user, and requesting the user to select a process for the dialing process through the roaming alert.
The roaming reminding is carried out aiming at the dialing process in the roaming state, therefore, when the dialing process is not in the roaming state, the terminal equipment directly executes the dialing according to the dialing instruction generated by the triggering of the user without calling the dialing limit logic.
And when the dialing process is in a roaming state, controlling the terminal equipment to initiate roaming reminding to the user. The roaming reminding mode can be as follows:
1. generating a roaming reminding popup window, controlling a screen to display the popup window, wherein the popup window comprises text contents for prompting a user to dial by using the user identity card and possibly generating roaming fee, and a virtual key capable of acquiring touch operation of the user, wherein the virtual key is divided into a yes part and a no part, if the user touches the yes part, dialing is executed by using the current user identity card, and if the user selects the no part, the dialing process is terminated, or dialing is automatically executed by using other user identity cards.
2. And broadcasting the voice prompt to the user, acquiring a voice instruction input by the user after the broadcasting is started, and executing or cancelling dialing according to the voice instruction input by the user.
It should be understood that the roaming alert is used to request the user to obtain the user's processing choice for the dialing process, and the manner of the roaming alert is not limited in this application.
And step 373, receiving a dialing processing instruction generated by the user for the dialing process selection.
After the roaming reminding is initiated to the user, the user is waited to input the processing selection of the dialing process, and after the processing selection input by the user is received, a dialing processing instruction is generated according to the processing selection so as to finish the dialing process according to the dialing processing instruction.
In step 375, dialing or cancellation of dialing is performed according to the dialing processing instruction.
After receiving the dialing processing instruction, executing/canceling the dialing according to the dialing processing instruction, so that the dialing process is completed, and then when receiving the operation of initiating a new dialing process by a user, starting the new dialing process and processing according to the flow.
The method for initiating the roaming reminding to the user greatly eliminates the roaming fee loss caused by the user selecting the user identity card by mistake on one hand, and on the other hand, the user who needs to make a call through the user identity card which can generate the roaming fee can also make a call through the user identity card.
In another embodiment, step 370 includes:
