Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a positioning method of terminal equipment, which is mainly used in terminal equipment such as a smart phone, a communication panel and the like, and a communication chip or a communication module which cannot be detached is integrated in the equipment, so that the problem that the terminal equipment cannot prepare a positioning position after being lost is avoided.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a positioning method of a terminal device according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the positioning method of the terminal device includes the following steps:
in step S101, the terminal device receives a location information acquisition request sent by the server through the communication chip.
In this step, the communication chip is different from an SIM card installed in a common mobile phone or a communication device, and the communication chip is integrated in the terminal device, and cannot be detached, and cannot be erased by a user without read-write permission, so that the communication chip is safe and reliable.
When the position of the terminal equipment needs to be acquired, a user can send a position information acquisition request to a server registered by a communication chip of the terminal equipment through other terminal equipment, wherein the identifier of the communication chip of a carrier is identified, and the server sends the position information acquisition request to the terminal equipment according to the request and indicates the terminal equipment to report the position information, namely, the terminal equipment performs data interaction with the server through the integrated communication chip.
In step S102, the terminal device acquires the current location information according to the location information acquisition request.
In this step, the terminal device obtains the location information according to the instruction of the server, where the location information may be obtained by positioning according to a system such as a GPS or a BDS, or obtained by interacting with the terminal device and a surrounding network device, or determined according to a map installed on the terminal device or a motion situation in a navigation application, and this scheme is not limited.
In an optional implementation scheme, the communication chip may perform positioning without using other communication modes on the terminal device, and the communication chip may perform data interaction with the network device to obtain the location information. That is, the communication chip may interact with a network device such as a base station or a router to determine specific location information.
In step S103, the terminal device returns the position information to the server through the communication chip.
In this step, after the terminal device obtains the location information, the communication chip directly sends the location information of the terminal device to the server, so that the server can forward the location information of the terminal device to a user in need.
In the above process, the interaction process of the position information through the communication chip does not need the operation of the user and does not need to be prompted, and the position information can be directly analyzed and processed in the background and returned to the server.
In one possible implementation of the solution, the communication chip may be an eSIM card or an eUICC.
The method for positioning the terminal device provided by this embodiment is applied to the terminal device integrated with the communication chip, the communication chip can perform data interaction with the server, the terminal device receives the position information acquisition request sent by the server, acquires the current position information according to the position information acquisition request, and finally, the terminal device returns the position information to the server through the integrated communication chip. Through this kind of mode, after user's terminal equipment loses, integrated communication chip can not dismantled and rewrite, can also continue to fix a position and get for, prevents that data from revealing, effectively improves user experience.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a specific implementation of another positioning method for terminal equipment.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating another positioning method for a terminal device according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, before step S101 shown in fig. 1 described above, or after S103, or the process may be performed independently. The method in the scheme comprises the following steps:
in step 201, the terminal device receives a data deletion request sent by the server through the communication chip.
In step 202, the terminal device deletes the locally stored data according to the data deletion request.
In this scheme, if the terminal device is lost, a large amount of user data is stored in the terminal device, for example: if the photos, the contact information of the contact persons, the account numbers of various application programs, the mailboxes and the like are leaked, great potential safety hazards exist, and inconvenience is easily brought to users.
Therefore, if the terminal device is lost, important data in the terminal device needs to be cleared, a data deletion request can be sent to the terminal device through interaction between the server and the integrated communication chip, and the terminal device deletes the stored data, cache data and other important data after receiving the data deletion request, so that data leakage is avoided.
Optionally, in a specific implementation, the server may also backup data in the terminal device in advance, and then instruct the terminal device to clear the data.
Optionally, the server may further send a request for deleting specified data, where the request carries a type of data to be deleted or a data identifier, so that the terminal device may delete the data specified to be deleted by the user, for example: and deleting the contact information in the terminal equipment, or deleting the account password of the application program and the like.
According to the positioning method of the terminal device, the position of the terminal device is determined, and meanwhile data in the terminal device can be directly deleted, so that leakage of important data caused by loss of the device is avoided, and data security and user experience are improved.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a specific implementation of another positioning method for terminal equipment.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a positioning method of a terminal device according to another exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, before step S101 or before step S201, the method for positioning a terminal device further includes:
in step 301, the communication chip of the terminal device sends a network registration request to the server, where the network registration request includes identification information of the terminal device.
In step 302, the terminal device receives the registration result returned by the server.
In order to implement the above implementation schemes, the communication chip needs to be registered in the server, and the server registers and stores the identifiers and the corresponding relationships of the terminal device and the communication chip, so that the user acquiring the interactive data and information can be authenticated according to the identifier of the communication chip or the terminal device in the subsequent processing process.
In addition, the server needs to have the authority to access the communication chip, so that the communication chip needs to be registered, and if a user tries to read and write the communication chip through other equipment in the subsequent process, the server can send alarm information to the server to prevent data leakage.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, if it is determined that the terminal device has been lost, in the retrieving process, the position of the terminal device obtained according to the above scheme can only be locked within a certain range due to a positioning error, and therefore, in order to facilitate a small-range search, the server can control the terminal device to emit a prompt such as a sound or a light.
For example: the terminal equipment receives an alarm instruction sent by the server through the communication chip and then plays a preset alarm audio according to the alarm instruction. The user can set alarm audio or alarm light in the device as early as possible so that the instruction of the server can be directly executed when needed.
According to the positioning method of the terminal device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, after the position information is acquired through the interaction between the server and the communication chip, if the terminal device needs to send out a warning so as to determine the specific position of the terminal device in a small range, the terminal device can be controlled to play a specific audio through the interaction between the server and the communication chip so as to find the terminal device and perform positioning in the small range.
On the basis of the embodiment, the mobile phone is taken as an example, esim or euicc is integrated in the mobile phone, data such as an SIM card KI and the like are built in the mobile phone through the esim or the euicc or other modes, the esim or the euicc card automatically registers in a network after the mobile phone is started, if the mobile phone is lost, the mobile phone can be remotely controlled through methods such as short messages and the like because the SIM card cannot be pulled out, so that the functions of alarming, deleting data and the like of the mobile phone can be realized, the data protection is realized, and the mobile phone can be found more reliably.
