Technical Field
The present invention relates to a mobile phone case, and more particularly, to a mobile phone case having a credit card storage part formed therein, which includes a main body 100 having a front surface for storing a mobile phone and a rear surface for storing a credit card, and a cover 200 positioned at the rear surface of the main body for covering the credit card storage part.
Background
Recently, in addition to a call function, a mobile phone or a smart phone is provided with a wireless network, a high definition liquid crystal display, a high pixel built-in camera, a touch panel, and the like, and a sales price thereof is high, and thus, various kinds of mobile phone protective cases are used in order to protect the smart phone from external impact.
Further, the user carrying the mobile phone is inconvenient because the user needs to carry a card-dedicated handbag for storing a transportation card, a credit card, and the like, or a wallet for storing various credit cards, cash, identification cards, and the like, in addition to the mobile phone.
Therefore, various mobile phone cases have been recently developed which can accommodate a credit card and an identification card together with a mobile phone.
In such a mobile phone case, a main body portion for placing a mobile phone and a card insertion hole are integrally formed, and a surface on which the card insertion hole is formed is configured to cover a screen of the mobile phone.
Further, in order to insert the credit card and the identification card, a credit card housing is formed on the rear surface of the main body on which the mobile phone is placed, and a cover is attached to be openable and closable.

Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a mobile phone case including a main body receiving a mobile phone at a front surface thereof and having a credit card receiving part formed at a rear surface thereof, and a cover positioned at a rear surface of the main body and covering the credit card receiving part, wherein the main body and the cover are separately formed, and a hinge part having an insertion groove part and an insertion protrusion part integrally formed with the cover are formed at one side of the main body, thereby facilitating assembly of the main body and the cover.
Further, the present invention provides a mobile phone case in which the hinge portion is formed of a rubber or silicon material, so that the mobile phone case can be opened by 180 ° or more, can be automatically closed without applying a separate force, can protect a credit card from being separated by a cover that is openably and closably attached, and is formed with a card storage portion that is easily assembled by a user.
However, the object of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned object, and other objects not mentioned should be understood by those skilled in the art of the present invention.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a mobile phone case having a credit card storage part formed therein, comprising a main body part 100 for storing a mobile phone at a front surface thereof and a lid 200 for storing a credit card storage part formed at a rear surface thereof; the cover is located behind the body portion and covers the credit card receiving portion.
The body part and the cover of the mobile phone case are separately formed, respectively, and a hinge part 120 integrally formed with the body part and having an insertion groove part 130 and an insertion protrusion part 210 integrally formed with the cover are formed such that the insertion protrusion part 210 of the cover is inserted into the insertion groove part 130 of the hinge part, whereby the body part and the cover can be assembled.
The hinge portion formed in the main body portion is a part of the main body portion, and the hinge portion is formed by: a cut-out section 110 formed by cutting out a part of the body section; a separating portion 122 separated from the main body portion by the cut portion; and a connecting part 121 having one side surface connected to the body part.
The insertion groove part 130 is formed in the separation part 122, and an insertion groove wing part 131 having a wide width is formed in the insertion groove part; an insertion groove neck 132 connected to the insertion groove wing part and having a narrow width; and an insertion groove locking rib 133 disposed at a portion of the insertion groove wing part.
The insertion protrusion 210 of the cap is composed of an insertion protrusion wing part 230 having a wide width and an insertion protrusion neck part 220 connecting the insertion protrusion wing part and the cap and having a narrower width than the insertion protrusion wing part, the insertion protrusion wing part of the cap is inserted into the insertion groove wing part, a bottom surface 231 of the insertion protrusion wing part 230 is closely fixed to a surface of the insertion groove locking rib, and the insertion protrusion neck part is inserted into the insertion groove neck part, so that the cap and the body part can be assembled.
The separating portion and the connecting portion of the hinge portion are made of rubber having elastic force, and the lid can be closed by the elastic force of the hinge portion after the lid is opened in a state where the lid and the main body portion are assembled.
The hinge part 120 is provided at one side portion of the main body in one or more number, and the number of the insertion protrusions 210 is the same as that of the hinge part.

Referring to fig. 1, there is shown a conventional mobile phone case in which a separate cover 15 is attached to a conventional mobile phone case body 12 to form an openable and closable structure for preventing a card stored therein from coming off.
However, since the cover 15 is opened and closed by forming an elastic member between the handset case body 12 and the cover and the elastic member 27 is a spring, it is difficult for the user to assemble the cover by himself/herself when the pin of the spring is easily broken or the spring is separated.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the mobile phone case with a credit card receiving part according to the present invention is composed of a main body 100 having a front surface for receiving a mobile phone and a rear surface for receiving a credit card receiving part, and a cover 200; the cover is located behind the body portion and covers the credit card receiving portion.
The main body 100 and the cap 200 are separately formed, and a hinge part 120 integrally formed with the main body 100 and having an insertion groove part 130 and an insertion protrusion part 210 integrally formed with the cap 200 are formed, whereby the insertion protrusion part 210 of the cap is inserted into the insertion groove part 130 of the hinge part 120, and the main body 100 and the cap 200 are assembled.
In this case, the main body 100 is formed with a main body lens lead-out part 150 opened to lead out a camera attached to the mobile phone, and the cover 200 is also formed with a cover lens lead-out part 240 at the same position and size as the main body lens lead-out part 150.
An enlarged view of a portion a in fig. 2 and a portion B in fig. 3 will be described with reference to fig. 5 and 6.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the hinge part 120 formed in the main body part is a part of the main body part 100, and the hinge part 120 is formed by a cut part 110 that cuts a part of the main body part 100, a separation part 122 that is separated from the main body part 100 by the cut part 110, and a connection part 121 that connects one side surface of the separation part 122 to the main body part 100.
That is, the cut portion is a space portion of the main body portion where no main body is blank, and is cut after the main body portion is manufactured or is formed so that the cut portion becomes a blank space when the main body portion is formed.

Accordingly, a part of the main body remaining in the cut portion by the cut portion becomes a separation portion 122, one side surface of the separation portion 122 is formed by a connection portion 121 connected to the main body, and a hinge portion is formed by the separation portion and the connection portion.
The hinge portion 120 formed as described above is a part of the main body portion and is integrally formed when the main body portion 100 is manufactured, so that the number of parts can be reduced.
Further, since the main body is mostly made of rubber having an elastic force, the hinge portion also has an elastic force, and the lid connected to the hinge portion can be automatically closed by the elastic force.
The insertion groove 130 is formed in the separation part 122, and the insertion groove 130 includes an insertion groove wing part 131 having a wide width, an insertion groove neck part 132 connected to the insertion groove wing part 131 and having a narrow width, and an insertion groove locking rib 133 disposed at a part of the insertion groove wing part 131.
Further, a cross-sectional view cut in the C-C direction of the lid shown in fig. 4 will be described with reference to fig. 7.
Referring to fig. 7, the insertion protrusion 210 of the cap is composed of an insertion protrusion wing part 230 having a wide width and an insertion protrusion neck part 220 having a narrow width compared to the insertion protrusion wing part 230.
The state in which the main body portion and the cover are connected will be described with reference to fig. 8 and 11.
Referring to fig. 8 and 11, the cap 200 may be assembled to the body 100 by connecting the insertion protrusion wing part 230 formed in the cap to the insertion groove part 130 formed in the body, inserting the insertion protrusion wing part 230 of the cap into the insertion groove wing part 131, fixing the bottom surface 231 of the insertion protrusion wing part 230 to the surface of the insertion groove locking rib 133 in close contact therewith, and inserting the insertion protrusion neck part 220 into the insertion groove neck part 132.
The hinge part 120 is provided at one side portion of the main body in one or more numbers, and the number of the insertion protrusions 210 is the same as that of the hinge part 120.
The separation part 122 and the connection part of the hinge part 120 are supported by rubber having elastic force and can be opened by 180 ° or more, and in a state where the cap 200 and the body part 100 are assembled, the cap 200 can be naturally closed by the hinge part 120 without applying additional force after being opened.
At this time, the insertion protrusion 210 plays a lever role, and the hinge part 120 is formed of a material having an elastic force, so that the lid 200 is naturally closed in contact with the body part 100 by the insertion protrusion 210 and the hinge part 120, since the hinge part 120 has a restoring force to its original position.
The hinge portion 120 and the insertion protrusion portion 210 are integrally and simultaneously molded with the main body portion 100 and the cap 200, respectively.
Accordingly, the hinge portion formed at the main body 100 is formed of a rubber material, the insertion protrusion 210 of the cap is made of plastic and is not easily broken, and thus, it can be used for a long time, and it is easily assembled when the main body 100 and the cap 200 are disassembled.
