According to the document sharing method, the document is uploaded to the storage platform, the server downloads the document from the storage platform and converts the document into the picture format to obtain the document to be subjected to picture, the picture document is uploaded to the storage platform, the server sends the picture document to each terminal at the storage address of the storage platform, and each terminal downloads the picture document to the local according to the second storage address. In the process of document sharing, the document is converted into the picture format at the server side, and the picture document is sent to the sharers and audiences participating in sharing, so that the data volume of the picture is smaller than that of a video, and the bandwidth and the flow occupied by document sharing can be saved. Meanwhile, a document sharing framework of the terminal, the server and the storage platform is formed, the storage platform is used for storing documents and pictures, the data can be collected, a user can visit at any place at any time by means of the mobile device, the resource sharing and the cooperative work in the network are achieved, the traditional resource interaction is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

In another embodiment, in step S717, the receiving further includes the check code returned by the storage platform in response to the storage address allocation request.
The check code is generated by the storage platform responding to the second storage request by using the check code generator and is used for checking the document to be uploaded. And after the storage platform generates the check code, the storage platform also stores the check code. And when receiving the storage address allocation request, the storage platform allocates a second storage address for the document to be uploaded, and returns the allocated second storage address and the check code to the server.
Step S723 includes: and sending the second storage address and the check code to a terminal corresponding to the first user identifier, and uploading the document to a storage platform by the terminal according to the second storage address and the check code.
Specifically, the request terminal sends a storage request to the storage platform, wherein the storage request carries a second storage address and a check code. When the storage platform receives a storage request of a request terminal, the storage platform needs to verify the check code, and if the storage request does not have the check code or the carried check code is inconsistent with the check code stored in the storage platform, the storage platform can be considered as an illegal terminal, that is, the storage platform does not allocate a storage address to the document. The storage platform can ensure the legality of the uploaded file by verifying the check code.
In another embodiment, the picture document comprises a first picture document and a second picture document, wherein each graph in the second picture document is a thumbnail corresponding to each graph in the first picture document.
The thumbnail refers to a thumbnail obtained by compressing the first picture document. Specifically, converting the document into a picture format to obtain a picture document may be: and converting the document into a picture format to obtain a first picture document, and compressing each picture in the first picture document to obtain a second picture document.

In another embodiment, a long time is required from file uploading to a stage of actually entering sharing, a plurality of participants may have sharing requirements simultaneously in a conference process, and in order to avoid an abnormal situation that a plurality of participants become the participants simultaneously, the sharing requirements in the same room or conference are controlled in the form of a queue in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 9, a document sharing method includes the following steps:

The service is deployed on multiple machines in a cluster of servers, so it is first ensured that sharing requests from members of the same group fall on the same machine for processing.
When the members share the document, the members are distributed into the same room, each room has a unique group identifier, and participants in the same room have the same group identifier. When a certain member in a room makes a document sharing request, the cluster routes the corresponding request to a specified machine according to the group identifier of the sender of the current document sharing request. All document sharing requests of members in such a room will fall on the same machine.

The page turning operation refers to switching the picture in the shared display area from the current picture to the previous page/the next page/jumping to the Nth page, wherein N is a positive integer. The current display picture refers to a picture displayed in the sharing display area of the sharing page at the current time. The page turning operation may be implemented by a keyboard, a remote control device, or a touch stroke operation. The closing operation refers to closing the picture document. The marking operation is that according to the provided marking tool, a mark is formed on the current display image according to the acquired triggering or touch of the mouse. For example, the sharer terminal acquires the selected tool as a line drawing, acquires a start coordinate and an end coordinate according to the acquired trigger of the mouse, packages the marking parameters such as the type of the selected marking tool and the start coordinate and the end coordinate into an operation message, and sends the operation message to the server.

After creating a group, the first user identifier, that is, the user identifier of the sharer, establishes a corresponding relationship between the user identifiers of the group members and the group identifier, and can find the group identifier according to the first user identifier. FIG. 12 is a flow diagram of a document sharing method of an embodiment. The present embodiment is described by taking the method as an example applied to the first user terminal 101 shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 12, the method includes the steps of:

When the terminal requests to upload the document, a data summarization algorithm is adopted to calculate the summarization value of the document, such as a hash algorithm, an MD5 algorithm and the like.
The server obtains a first storage address of the picture document corresponding to the document identifier in the storage platform, and sends the first storage address to the sharer terminal, that is, the first terminal in the embodiment, where the picture document is obtained after the document corresponding to the document identifier is converted into a picture format.

In another embodiment, the first storage address comprises an address of the first pictorial document and an address of the second pictorial document; and the pictures in the second picture document are thumbnails corresponding to the pictures in the first picture document.
Step S106 includes: and downloading pictures from the storage platform to the sharing display area for display according to the address of the first picture document, and downloading pictures from the storage platform to the directory list display area for display according to the address of the second picture document.
The thumbnail refers to a thumbnail obtained by compressing the first picture document. And when the mouse is lifted up, the starting point and the end point are removed, and at the moment, the first view is redrawn again, the drawn straight line disappears, and one-time complete marking operation is finished.
In consideration of the difference in coordinate systems of different platforms, the transmitted start point coordinate and end point coordinate in the present embodiment are relative coordinates with respect to the second view. Specifically, the start point coordinate and the end point coordinate are divided by the width and the height of the first view, respectively, for example, the width and the height of the first view displayed by the current picture are (100,200), the start point coordinate is (10,40), and the relative coordinate P (x, y) of the start point coordinate with respect to the second view is ((10.f/100.f), (40.f/200. f)). The difference in coordinate systems of different platforms also needs to be taken into account when encapsulating the start-point sitting and end-point coordinates. For example, in an IOS device, the origin of the view is in the upper left corner, while in a MAC device, the origin of the view is in the lower left corner. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the vertical coordinates of the package coordinates of the MAC device. The sharer terminal system calls the mouse dragging event according to the refreshing frequency of the UI thread, and if the mouse dragging event is called each time, the data is sent again, so that greater data transmission pressure is brought to a network layer and a background. If the data is transmitted only once before the drawing is finished, the display of one mark disappears immediately after the audience receives the data, and the shared drawing and marking process cannot be seen completely. To this end, in another embodiment, the start point coordinate and the end point coordinate are start point coordinates and end point coordinates within a first preset time, and the step S110 includes: and sending the operation message to the server at intervals of a first preset time.

Because the data volume of the picture is smaller than that of the video, the bandwidth and the flow occupied by document sharing can be saved. And meanwhile, a document sharing framework of the terminal, the server and the storage platform is formed, and by utilizing the picture document of the storage platform, the user can access at any place at any time by depending on the mobile device through data concentration, so that in-network resource sharing and cooperative work are realized, the traditional resource interaction is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
In another embodiment, the first storage address comprises an address of the first pictorial document and an address of the second pictorial document; and the pictures in the second picture document are thumbnails corresponding to the pictures in the first picture document. The downloading module is used for downloading pictures from the storage platform to the sharing display area for displaying according to the address of the first picture document;
and downloading the picture from the storage platform to the display area of the directory list for displaying according to the address of the second picture document.
In yet another embodiment, further comprising: and the packaging module is used for collecting the operation instruction of the picture document and packaging the operation instruction into an operation message, wherein the operation message carries the first user identifier.

According to the document sharing device, the shared terminal receives the first storage address of the picture document sent by the server in the storage platform, the picture document is obtained after the corresponding document is converted into the picture format, and the picture document is downloaded from the storage platform to the local according to the second storage address. Because the data volume of the picture is smaller than that of the video, the bandwidth and the flow occupied by document sharing can be saved. And meanwhile, a document sharing framework of the terminal, the server and the storage platform is formed, and by utilizing the picture document of the storage platform, the user can access at any place at any time by depending on the mobile device through data concentration, so that in-network resource sharing and cooperative work are realized, the traditional resource interaction is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
In another embodiment, the document sharing apparatus further includes: and an analysis module.
The receiving module is further used for receiving an operation message sent by the server, wherein the operation message comprises an operation instruction which is acquired and packaged by the sharer terminal and is used for operating the picture document.
And the analysis module is used for analyzing the operation message to obtain an operation instruction and executing corresponding operation.
Specifically, the parsing module is configured to parse the operation message to obtain an operation instruction for page turning/closing/zooming of the image document, and execute an operation corresponding to the operation instruction;
or the analysis module is used for analyzing the operation instruction to obtain the marking parameter, the starting point seat identifier and the end point coordinate, and forming a corresponding mark at a corresponding position according to the marking parameter, the starting point coordinate and the end point coordinate and displaying the mark.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes in the methods of the embodiments described above may be implemented by a computer program, which is stored in a non-volatile computer readable storage medium, and in the embodiments of the present invention, the program may be stored in the storage medium of a computer system and executed by at least one processor in the computer system to implement the processes of the embodiments including the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.

Claims (20)

1. A document sharing method is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a document sharing request, wherein the document sharing request carries a document identifier and a first user identifier;
acquiring a corresponding second storage address according to the document identifier; the second storage address is a storage address of the document corresponding to the document identifier in the storage platform;
downloading the document from the storage platform according to the second storage address;
converting the document into a picture format to obtain a corresponding picture document; the picture document is obtained after the document corresponding to the document identification is converted into a picture format;
sending a first storage request to the storage platform, wherein the first storage request carries the converted picture document;
receiving a first storage address returned by the storage platform in response to the first storage request;
and sending the first storage address to each terminal, and downloading the picture document to the local by each terminal according to the first storage address, wherein each terminal comprises a sharing terminal corresponding to a first user identifier and a spectator terminal corresponding to a second user identifier with a group identifier same as the first user identifier.
2. The method according to claim 1, further comprising, before the step of obtaining the document sharing request:
acquiring an uploading document request, wherein the uploading document request carries a first user identifier and a document identifier;
sending a storage address allocation request to a storage platform according to the document uploading request;
receiving a second storage address returned by the storage platform in response to the storage address allocation request;
establishing a corresponding relation between the document identification and the second storage address;
and sending the second storage address to a terminal corresponding to the first user identification, and uploading a document to the storage platform by the terminal according to the second storage address.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising, after the step of obtaining an upload document request: detecting whether a second storage address corresponding to the document identifier is stored;
when a second storage address corresponding to the document identifier is not detected to be stored, executing the step of sending a storage address allocation request to a storage platform according to the document uploading request;
when detecting that a second storage address corresponding to the document identifier is stored, executing the step of acquiring the corresponding second storage address according to the document identifier;
or
After the step of obtaining the document sharing request, the method further includes: detecting whether a first storage address corresponding to the document identifier is stored;
when detecting that a first storage address corresponding to the document identification is stored, acquiring the first storage address corresponding to the document identification;
and when the first storage address corresponding to the document identification is not detected to be stored, executing the step of acquiring the corresponding second storage address according to the document identification.
4. The method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the step of obtaining the document sharing request:
acquiring a group identifier corresponding to the first user identifier;
adding the document sharing request to a sharing queue corresponding to the group identifier;
and if the document sharing request is the first sharing request in the sharing queue, executing the step of obtaining the first storage address of the picture document corresponding to the document identifier in a storage platform.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring an operation message sent by a terminal corresponding to the first user identifier, wherein the operation message comprises an operation instruction for operating a picture document, which is acquired and packaged by the terminal corresponding to the first user identifier; the operation message carries the first user identification;
acquiring a group identifier corresponding to the first user identifier;
searching a second user identifier corresponding to the group identifier;
and sending the operation message to a terminal corresponding to the second user identification, and analyzing the operation message and executing corresponding operation by the terminal.
6. A document sharing method is applied to a sharing terminal and comprises the following steps:
sending a document sharing request to a server, wherein the document sharing request carries the document identifier and a first user identifier, and the server acquires a corresponding second storage address according to the document identifier; the second storage address is a storage address of the document corresponding to the document identifier in the storage platform; downloading the document from the storage platform according to the second storage address; converting the document into a picture format to obtain a corresponding picture document; the picture document is obtained after the document corresponding to the document identification is converted into a picture format; sending a first storage request to the storage platform, wherein the first storage request carries the converted picture document; receiving a first storage address returned by the storage platform in response to the first storage request; sending the first storage address to each terminal, and downloading the picture document to a local place by each terminal according to the first storage address; each terminal comprises a sharing terminal corresponding to a first user identifier and an audience terminal corresponding to a second user identifier with a group identifier same as the first user identifier;
receiving the first storage address sent by the server;
and downloading the picture document from a storage platform to a local according to the first storage address.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
collecting an operation instruction for the picture document, and packaging the operation instruction into an operation message, wherein the operation message carries a first user identifier;
and sending the operation message to a server, and sending the operation message to a terminal corresponding to a second user identifier with the same group identifier as the first user identifier by the server.
8. A document sharing method is applied to a viewer terminal and comprises the following steps:
receiving a first storage address of a picture document sent by a server on a storage platform, wherein the server acquires a document sharing request, and the document sharing request carries a document identifier and a first user identifier; acquiring a corresponding second storage address according to the document identifier; the second storage address is a storage address of the document corresponding to the document identifier in the storage platform; downloading the document from the storage platform according to the second storage address; converting the document into a picture format to obtain a corresponding picture document; the picture document is obtained after the corresponding document is converted into a picture format; sending a first storage request to the storage platform, wherein the first storage request carries the converted picture document; receiving a first storage address returned by the storage platform in response to the first storage request; sending the first storage address to each terminal, and downloading the picture document to a local place by each terminal according to the first storage address; each terminal comprises a sharing terminal corresponding to a first user identifier and an audience terminal corresponding to a second user identifier with a group identifier same as the first user identifier;
and downloading the picture document from a storage platform to a local according to the first storage address.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
receiving an operation message sent by the server, wherein the operation message comprises an operation instruction for operating the picture document, which is acquired and packaged by the sharer terminal;
and analyzing the operation message to obtain the operation instruction and execute corresponding operation.
10. A document sharing system applied to a server includes: the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a sending module;
the first obtaining module is used for obtaining a document sharing request, and the document sharing request carries a document identifier and a first user identifier;
the second obtaining module is used for obtaining a corresponding second storage address according to the document identifier; the second storage address is a storage address of the document corresponding to the document identifier in the storage platform; downloading the document from the storage platform according to the second storage address; converting the document into a picture format to obtain a corresponding picture document; the picture document is obtained after the document corresponding to the document identification is converted into a picture format; sending a first storage request to the storage platform, wherein the first storage request carries the converted picture document; receiving a first storage address returned by the storage platform in response to the first storage request

the sending module is further used for sending a storage address allocation request to a storage platform according to the document uploading request;
the second receiving module is configured to receive a second storage address returned by the storage platform in response to the storage address allocation request;
the mapping module is used for establishing a corresponding relation between the document identifier and the second storage address;
the sending module is further configured to send the second storage address to a terminal corresponding to the first user identifier, and the terminal uploads the document to the storage platform according to the second storage address.
12. The system of claim 11, wherein the document sharing system further comprises a second detection module,
the second detection module is used for detecting whether a second storage address corresponding to the document identifier is stored or not;
the sending module is further configured to send a storage address allocation request to a storage platform according to the document uploading request if the detection result of the second detection module is negative;
the second obtaining module is further configured to obtain the corresponding second storage address according to the document identifier when the detection result is yes;
or, the document sharing system further comprises a third detection module;
the third detection module is used for detecting whether a first storage address corresponding to the document identifier is stored; when detecting that a first storage address corresponding to the document identification is stored, acquiring the first storage address corresponding to the document identification; and when the first storage address corresponding to the document identification is not detected to be stored, acquiring the corresponding second storage address according to the document identification.
13. The system of claim 10, wherein the document sharing system further comprises a sharing queue processing module,
the second obtaining module is configured to obtain a group identifier corresponding to the first user identifier;
the sharing queue processing module is used for adding the document sharing request to a sharing queue corresponding to the group identifier;
the second obtaining module is configured to obtain a first storage address of the picture document corresponding to the document identifier in a storage platform when the document sharing request is a first sharing request in the sharing queue.
