In one possible example, the setting of the content display area of the conference desktop of the cloud conference according to the parameter information and the at least one shared content further includes: determining a reference partition number for adapting the content display area of the shared large-screen device according to the parameter information and attribute information of the at least one shared content, wherein the attribute information comprises at least one of the following: a number of the at least one shared content, a number of the second local devices uploading the at least one shared content; setting a layout scheme of each shared content of the at least one shared content according to the reference partition number and the at least one shared content; setting a preview information representation for each shared content in the at least one shared content according to the layout scheme, wherein the preview information representation is used for presenting key information of each shared content representation on the conference desktop; and updating the content display area of the conference desktop according to the preview information representation.
Specifically, the parameter information of the shared large-screen device and the attribute information of the at least one shared content are used together as a constraint condition for determining the number of reference partitions. Wherein, the attribute information includes but is not limited to: a number of the at least one shared content, a number of second local devices uploading the at least one shared content, and so on.
Further, a layout scheme is set for each shared content according to the determined reference partition number, the layout scheme including: the location of each shared content on the conference desktop and the size of the partition occupied.
Specifically, the related data in the layout scheme is obtained, and the preview information representation of the shared content in the corresponding partition is set for each shared content.
Further, setting a corresponding relation between a preview information representation corresponding to each shared content and the position of the shared content on the conference desktop, and updating a content display area of the conference desktop according to the preview information representation so that key information represented by each shared content is presented in the corresponding content display area.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the application, the number of the reference partitions is determined by the large-screen terminal device and the attribute information of the shared content, and then the layout scheme and the preview information representation corresponding to the layout scheme are set for each shared content according to the number of the reference partitions. Therefore, the conference desktop can be flexibly set, and the key information of at least one shared content in the conference desktop can be intuitively known.
In one possible example, the determining of the number of reference partitions to fit the content display area of the shared large-screen device according to the parameter information and the attribute information of the at least one shared content includes:
if the attribute information is the number of the at least one shared content, determining the number of the partitions supported by the shared large-screen device according to the parameter information; judging the size relationship between the partition number and the number of the at least one shared content; if the partition number is larger than the number of the at least one shared content, determining a reference partition number adapted to the shared large-screen device according to the partition number and the number of the at least one shared content; if the number of the partitions is less than the number of the at least one shared content, grouping the at least one shared content to obtain a grouping result, wherein the grouping result comprises at least two groups, and the number of the shared content of each group of the at least two groups is less than or equal to the number of the partitions; determining a reference partition number that fits the shared large screen device according to the partition number and the number of shared content of each of the at least two groups.
Specifically, in an actual application scenario, if it is determined that the maximum number of partitions supported by the current large-screen terminal device is greater than the number of shared contents in the current shared content list according to the parameter information of the large-screen terminal device, at this time, the reference partition number of the content display area adapted to the shared large-screen device may be determined by the shared content adaptation display area. Fig. 3B is a schematic diagram of a scenario in which the number of reference partitions is determined according to parameter information and at least one piece of shared content. As shown in the left side of fig. 3B, if the currently determined maximum partition number supported by the large-screen terminal device is 5, the number of shared contents in the shared content list is 3. The partition layout scheme of the adapted display area at this time may be as shown at the upper right side of fig. 3B: the 3 shared contents occupy the whole shared large screen in a proper size, and a layout that the 3 are occupied in a full screen is selected. Or as shown in the lower right side of fig. 3B, 3 sections are selected from the 5 sections supported by the current large-screen terminal device as the reference section number of the content display area of the shared large-screen device. It should be noted that, when the number of the reference partitions is 3, the area where the shared content is actually distributed may be set according to the specific content of the file, and the illustrated equal partition is only one of the cases. 3 of the above 5 are selected as reference partitions of the shared content, and the specific size and position of the partitions may also be set in various ways, which is not described herein in detail.
Illustratively, if it is determined that the maximum number of partitions supported by the current large-screen terminal device is smaller than the number of shared contents in the current shared content list according to the parameter information of the large-screen terminal device, that is, the number of shared contents is larger than the number of partitions supported by the large-screen terminal device, at this time, the number of reference partitions in the content display area adapted to the shared large-screen device is determined to be plural. For example: if the maximum partition number supported by the large-screen terminal equipment is 5, the number of the shared contents in the shared content list is 7, and the number of the shared contents is larger than the number of the partitions. At this time, a grouping result may be obtained by grouping the contents in the shared content list, where the grouping result includes at least two groups. Optionally, the 7 shared contents in the shared content list are divided into two groups, one group is 5 shared contents, and the other group is 2 shared contents; or one group of 4 shared contents and another group of 3 shared contents, and the above grouping scheme is not unique.
Further, a reference partition number adapted to share the large screen device is determined based on the partition number and the number of shared content of each of the at least two groups. The process of each group of shared content adapting to the shared large-screen device is similar to the process corresponding to fig. 3B, and is not described herein again.
In another possible example, before the grouping operation is performed, the contents in the shared content list may be sorted according to the uploading time of each shared content, and then the grouping operation is performed on the shared contents according to the sorting result to obtain the grouping result.
In another possible example, if the attribute information is the number of the second local devices uploading the at least one shared content, performing a clustering operation on the at least one shared content according to the number of the second local devices to obtain a clustering result, where the clustering operation is used to cluster the at least one shared content uploaded by the same second local device, the second local device includes at least one terminal device, and each clustering result in the clustering result corresponds to the at least one terminal device one to one; and adapting the reference partition number of the content display area of the shared large-screen device according to the parameter information and the determination of each shared content in each clustering result.
Specifically, at least one shared content stored in the cloud space may be uploaded by at least one second local device, that is, each shared content has a corresponding uploading device. In an actual application scenario, if it is currently needed, a shared file set uploaded by each participant through the second local device is acquired more quickly, where the shared file set includes at least one shared content. Then, a clustering operation may be performed on the shared content in the shared content list according to the second local device, that is, at least one shared content uploaded by the same second local device is clustered into the same shared file set, so as to obtain a clustering result, where the clustering result includes at least one shared file set, and each shared file set corresponds to the second local device.
And further, the reference partition number of the content display area of the sharing large-screen device is adapted according to the parameter information and the determination of each shared content in each shared file set in the clustering result.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, the server determines the number of reference partitions adapted to the content display area of the shared large-screen device according to the parameter information and the attribute information of the at least one shared content, where the attribute information includes the number of the at least one shared content and the number of second local devices uploading the at least one shared content. Therefore, different reference partition numbers can be determined by combining the parameter information and different attribute information, so that the differentiation and the individuation of the conference desktop layout are realized, and the experience of a user is better improved.
In a possible example, the method specifically includes the following steps: determining the number of reference partitions adapted to the shared large-screen device according to the parameter information; obtaining type information of the at least one shared content, wherein the type information is used for indicating the type of the at least one shared content, and the type comprises: the method comprises the following steps of (1) dividing a screen into a mirror image and recording screen contents of a file and local equipment of a user; setting the preview information representation for each shared content in the at least one shared content according to the type information; and setting a layout scheme of each shared content in the at least one shared content according to the reference partition number and the preview information representation.
Specifically, in an actual application scenario, the types of the shared content uploaded to the cloud space by the conference participants through the second local device include multiple types, specifically include one or more of the following: files, split screen images of user local equipment and screen recording contents. The server sets different preview information representations for different types of shared content to represent key information for each shared content.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, a layout scheme of each shared content may be determined by acquiring type information of the shared content, setting a corresponding preview information representation for each shared content according to the type information, and combining the reference partition number and the preview information representation. Therefore, under the condition of being adaptive to the partition display of the large-screen sharing terminal, the key information of each shared content can be embodied by the more targeted preview information, and the user can conveniently and quickly preview the shared content.
In one possible example, the file includes one or more of: picture files, document files, video files; the method specifically includes the following steps: if the at least one shared content is the picture file, extracting a thumbnail of the picture file, and representing the thumbnail as preview information of the picture file; if the at least one shared content is the video file, extracting a specified number of frame pictures in the video file, and using the specified number of frame pictures as preview information representation of the video file; and if the at least one shared content is the document file, extracting a first section of text content of the document file, and representing the first section of text content as preview information of the document file.
Specifically, if at least one shared content is the picture file, a thumbnail of the picture file is extracted as a preview information representation of the picture file.
Specifically, if at least one piece of shared content is a document file, according to most writing habits, the first segment of text content can better summarize the core content, and therefore, if the current file is a document file, the server extracts the first segment of text content of the document file as the preview information representation of the document file.
Illustratively, the method for acquiring the text core content further includes performing text abstract extraction through a neural network, and representing the extraction result as the final preview information of the document file.
Specifically, if at least one shared content is a video file, extracting a specified number of frame pictures in the video file as preview information representation of the video file. The frame pictures with the specified number can be the number preset by a server or the number preset by a user. Another possible way is to specify the video position as a starting point at which to start extracting a specified number of frames of pictures. This is so as to avoid unnecessary video content at the beginning or end of the video.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the application, corresponding preview information representations can be set for different types of files, so that better preview information can be set in a targeted manner according to characteristics of the files to represent key information of the files, and a user can also acquire related information of the files more quickly.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart illustrating another information partition display method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the information partition display method in the present application is applied to the electronic device shown in fig. 1A, and specifically includes the following operation steps:
s401, receiving a conference desktop pushed by a server aiming at the cloud conference.
The cloud conference refers to a conference group created by a conference creator at a cloud end through the electronic device, the conference group comprises at least one participant, the electronic device comprises at least one local device of the participant and/or a shared large-screen device, a content display area of a conference desktop is dynamically adapted to parameter information of the shared large-screen device, and the parameter information is used for indicating the size of the shared large-screen device.
In one possible example, before receiving the conference desktop pushed by the server for the cloud conference, the electronic device further includes the following steps: the creator sends a conference creation request to the server through the first local device, and after receiving the creation request of the cloud conference, the server creates a cloud space for storing shared content uploaded by conference participants for the cloud conference at the cloud end. The cloud space refers to a resource space configured by the cloud end for processing and storing the data of the cloud conference.
Further, the conference participants can upload at least one shared content to the cloud space of the cloud conference through the electronic device to obtain a shared content list, wherein the electronic device comprises at least one local device of the conference participants and/or a shared large screen device. Wherein, the identity of the conference participants includes: the speaker is a participant who obtains the control authority of the cloud conference control desktop of the cloud conference through the electronic equipment.
S402, displaying the conference desktop, wherein the conference desktop comprises preview information of at least one shared content.
Specifically, the electronic device displays a conference desktop, wherein preview information including at least one shared content in the conference desktop is displayed in a corresponding display area.
In one possible example, the speaker sends a control operation request to the server through its corresponding electronic device, wherein the control operation request includes one or more of: modifying at least one shared content, adjusting the partition mode of at least one shared content, and adding new shared content in the shared content list.
And further, receiving the conference desktop adjusted by the server according to the control operation request and displaying the conference desktop.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the application, a conference desktop pushed for a cloud conference by a server may be received by an electronic device, and the conference desktop is displayed, where the conference desktop includes preview information of the at least one shared content. Therefore, the electronic equipment can be used as a receiving party to receive the conference desktop and directly display the conference desktop after establishing communication connection with the server, the received shared content information does not need to be displayed after being rearranged in real time, extra processing time is consumed, and dependence on network states of a receiving end and a sending end is reduced.
Referring to fig. 5 in accordance with the embodiment shown in fig. 2, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the electronic device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs, where the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, and in an embodiment of the present application, the programs include instructions for performing the following steps:
acquiring a shared content list of a cloud conference, wherein the cloud conference refers to a conference group created by a conference creator at a cloud end through a first local device, the conference group comprises at least one conference participant, the shared content list comprises at least one shared content, the at least one shared content refers to information uploaded to a cloud space of the cloud conference by the at least one conference participant through a second local device, the first local device comprises a terminal device of a user or a shared large-screen device, and the second local device comprises a terminal device of the user;
acquiring parameter information of the shared large-screen equipment, wherein the parameter information is used for indicating the size of the shared large-screen equipment;
setting a content display area of a conference desktop of the cloud conference according to the parameter information and the at least one shared content, so that preview information of the at least one shared content is displayed in the conference desktop;
and sending the conference desktop to the shared large-screen device and/or the second local device of the at least one conference participant.
It can be seen that, in the electronic device described in this embodiment of the application, a shared content list of a cloud conference is obtained, where the cloud conference refers to a conference group that is created at a cloud end by a conference creator through a first local device and includes at least one participant, the shared content list includes at least one shared content that is uploaded to a cloud space of the cloud conference by the at least one participant through a second local device, the first local device includes a terminal device of a user or a shared large-screen device, and the second local device includes a terminal device of the user; acquiring parameter information of shared large-screen equipment; setting a content display area of a conference desktop of the cloud conference according to the parameter information and the at least one shared content, so that preview information of the at least one shared content is displayed in the conference desktop; and sending the conference desktop to a second local device sharing the large-screen device and/or at least one conference participant. Therefore, the layout scheme can be set for the content to be shared through the cloud server, at least one shared content can be pushed to the terminal device to be displayed according to the layout scheme, the partition layout scheme can be dynamically adjusted according to actual application requirements, and the flexibility of shared content display and the user experience are improved.
The above description has introduced the solution of the embodiment of the present application mainly from the perspective of the method-side implementation process. It is understood that in order to implement the above functions, it includes corresponding hardware structures and/or software modules for performing the respective functions. Those of skill in the art will readily appreciate that the present application is capable of hardware or a combination of hardware and computer software implementing the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments provided herein. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. In the embodiment of the present application, the functional units may be divided according to the above method examples, for example, each functional unit may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing unit. It should be noted that the division of the unit in the embodiment of the present application is schematic, and is only a logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
In the case of dividing each function module by corresponding functions, please refer to fig. 6 in accordance with the embodiment of fig. 2, where fig. 6 is a block diagram of functional units of an information partition display apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the apparatus 600 includes: an acquisition unit 601, a setting unit 602, and a push unit 603, wherein,
the obtaining unit 601 is configured to obtain a shared content list of a cloud conference, where the cloud conference refers to a conference group created by a conference creator in a cloud through a first local device, the conference group includes at least one participant, the shared content list includes at least one shared content, the at least one shared content refers to information uploaded to a cloud space of the cloud conference by the at least one participant through a second local device, and the first local device includes a terminal device of a user or a shared large-screen device, and the second local device includes a terminal device of the user; the parameter information is used for acquiring the parameter information of the shared large-screen device, and the parameter information is used for indicating the size of the shared large-screen device;
the setting unit 602 is configured to set a content display area of a conference desktop of the cloud conference according to the parameter information and the at least one shared content, so that preview information of the at least one shared content is displayed in the conference desktop;

It can be seen that, in the information partition display apparatus described in the embodiment of the present application, the obtaining unit obtains the shared content list of the cloud conference and obtains the parameter information of the shared large-screen device; the setting unit sets a content display area of a conference desktop of the cloud conference according to the parameter information and the at least one shared content, so that preview information of the at least one shared content is displayed in the conference desktop; the pushing unit sends the conference desktop to a second local device sharing the large-screen device and/or at least one conference participant. Therefore, the layout scheme can be set for the content to be shared through the cloud server, at least one shared content is pushed to the terminal device to be displayed according to the layout scheme, the partition layout scheme can be dynamically adjusted according to actual application requirements, and the flexibility of shared content display and the user experience are improved.
It should be noted that, for the sake of simplicity, any of the above embodiments of the information partition displaying method are described as a series of action combinations, but those skilled in the art should understand that the present application is not limited by the described action sequence, because some steps may be performed in other sequences or simultaneously according to the present application. Further, those skilled in the art will recognize that the embodiments described in this specification are preferred embodiments and that no acts are necessarily required to achieve the ends of this application.

The electronic device provided by the embodiment is used for executing the information partition display method, so that the same effect as the effect of the implementation method can be achieved.
In case an integrated unit is employed, the electronic device may comprise a processing module, a storage module and a communication module. The processing module may be configured to control and manage actions of the electronic device, and for example, may be configured to support the electronic device to perform the steps performed by the obtaining unit 601, the setting unit 602, and the pushing unit 603. The memory module may be used to support the electronic device in executing stored program codes and data, etc. The communication module can be used for supporting the communication between the electronic equipment and other equipment.
The processing module may be a processor or a controller. Which may implement or perform the various illustrative logical blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with the disclosure. A processor may also be a combination of computing functions, e.g., a combination of one or more microprocessors, a Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and a microprocessor, or the like. The storage module may be a memory. The communication module may specifically be a radio frequency circuit, a bluetooth chip, a Wi-Fi chip, or other devices that interact with other electronic devices.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer storage medium, wherein the computer storage medium stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, the computer program enables a computer to execute part or all of the steps of any one of the methods as described in the above method embodiments, and the computer includes a control platform.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any of the methods as described in the above method embodiments. The computer program product may be a software installation package, the computer comprising the control platform.

It can be seen that, in the electronic device described in the embodiment of the present application, a shared content list of a cloud conference is obtained; acquiring parameter information of shared large-screen equipment; setting a content display area of a conference desktop of the cloud conference according to the parameter information and the at least one shared content, so that preview information of the at least one shared content is displayed in the conference desktop; and sending the conference desktop to the shared large-screen device and/or the terminal device of at least one conference participant. Therefore, the layout scheme can be set for the content to be shared through the cloud server, the partition layout scheme can be dynamically adjusted according to actual application requirements, and the flexibility of shared content display is improved.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.

1. An information partition display method is applied to a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a shared content list of a cloud conference, wherein the cloud conference refers to a conference group created by a conference creator at a cloud end through a first local device, the conference group comprises at least one conference participant, the shared content list comprises at least one shared content, the at least one shared content refers to information uploaded to a cloud space of the cloud conference by the at least one conference participant through a second local device, the first local device comprises a terminal device of a user or a shared large-screen device, and the second local device comprises a terminal device of the user;
acquiring parameter information of the shared large-screen device, wherein the parameter information is used for indicating the size of the shared large-screen device;
setting a content display area of a conference desktop of the cloud conference according to the parameter information and the at least one shared content, so that preview information of the at least one shared content is displayed in the conference desktop, including: determining the number of reference partitions adapted to the shared large-screen device according to the parameter information; setting a layout scheme of each shared content in the at least one shared content according to the reference partition number and the at least one shared content, wherein the layout scheme is used for indicating a distribution rule and preview content of each shared content on the conference desktop, and the distribution rule comprises an area position of a display partition of the corresponding shared content; updating a content display area of the conference desktop according to the layout scheme;
and sending the conference desktop to the shared large-screen device and/or the second local device of the at least one conference participant.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the setting a content display area of a conference desktop of the cloud conference according to the parameter information and the at least one shared content comprises:
determining a reference partition number for adapting the content display area of the shared large-screen device according to the parameter information and attribute information of the at least one shared content, wherein the attribute information comprises at least one of the following: a number of the at least one shared content, a number of the second local devices uploading the at least one shared content;
setting a layout scheme of each shared content of the at least one shared content according to the reference partition number and the at least one shared content;
setting a preview information representation for each shared content in the at least one shared content according to the layout scheme, wherein the preview information representation is used for presenting key information of each shared content representation on the conference desktop;
and updating the content display area of the conference desktop according to the preview information representation.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining a reference partition number to fit the content display area of the shared large screen device according to the parameter information and the attribute information of the at least one shared content comprises:
if the attribute information is the number of the at least one shared content, determining the number of the partitions supported by the shared large-screen device according to the parameter information;
judging the size relationship between the partition number and the number of the at least one shared content;
if the partition number is larger than the number of the at least one shared content, determining a reference partition number adapted to the shared large-screen device according to the partition number and the number of the at least one shared content;
if the number of the partitions is less than the number of the at least one shared content, grouping the at least one shared content to obtain a grouping result, wherein the grouping result comprises at least two groups, and the number of the shared content of each group of the at least two groups is less than or equal to the number of the partitions;
determining a reference partition number for adapting the shared large-screen device according to the partition number and the number of shared contents of each of the at least two groups; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the setting a content display area of a conference desktop of the cloud conference according to the parameter information and the at least one shared content comprises:
determining the number of reference partitions adapted to the shared large-screen device according to the parameter information;
obtaining type information of the at least one shared content, wherein the type information is used for indicating the type of the at least one shared content, and the type comprises: the method comprises the following steps of (1) dividing screen mirror images and recording screen contents of files and user local equipment;
setting the preview information representation for each shared content in the at least one shared content according to the type information;
and setting a layout scheme of each shared content in the at least one shared content according to the reference partition number and the preview information representation.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the file comprises one or more of: picture files, document files, video files;
the setting the preview information representation for each shared content in the at least one shared content according to the type information includes:
if the at least one shared content is the picture file, extracting a thumbnail of the picture file, and representing the thumbnail as preview information of the picture file;
if the at least one shared content is the video file, extracting a specified number of frame pictures in the video file, and representing the specified number of frame pictures as preview information of the video file;
and if the at least one shared content is the document file, extracting a first section of text content of the document file, and representing the first section of text content as preview information of the document file.
6. The information partition display device is applied to a server and comprises an acquisition unit, a setting unit and a pushing unit:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a shared content list of a cloud conference, wherein the cloud conference refers to a conference group created by a conference creator at a cloud end through a first local device, the conference group comprises at least one participant, the shared content list comprises at least one shared content, the at least one shared content refers to information uploaded to a cloud space of the cloud conference by the at least one participant through a second local device, the first local device comprises a terminal device of a user or a shared large-screen device, and the second local device comprises a terminal device of the user; the parameter information is used for acquiring the parameter information of the shared large-screen device, and the parameter information is used for indicating the size of the shared large-screen device;
the setting unit is configured to set a content display area of a conference desktop of the cloud conference according to the parameter information and the at least one shared content, so that preview information of the at least one shared content is displayed in the conference desktop, and the setting unit includes: determining the number of reference partitions adapted to the shared large-screen device according to the parameter information; setting a layout scheme of each shared content in the at least one shared content according to the reference partition number and the at least one shared content, wherein the layout scheme is used for indicating a distribution rule and preview content of each shared content on the conference desktop, and the distribution rule comprises an area position of a display partition of the corresponding shared content; updating a content display area of the conference desktop according to the layout scheme;
the push unit is used for sending the conference desktop to the shared large-screen device and/or the second local device of the at least one conference participant.

An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the one or more programs including instructions for performing the steps in the method of any of claims 1-5.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, which is executed by a processor to implement the method according to any one of claims 1-5.
