Abstract
The invention discloses a hydraulic blasting method for welding steel structures of angle steels into barrels. The method comprises the following steps: step 1: selecting an angle steel with the same length as the shape and the number of the angle steel to be blasted; step 2: the angle steel is butt-welded with angle steel to be blasted at a designed blasting position to form a square pipe, and a steel plate is welded at a bottom pipe orifice; and step 3: cutting a cutting seam every 10cm from the angle steel to be blasted and the angle steel to be welded; and 4, step 4: cutting a cutting seam on two side faces of the angle steel every 10cm, and sealing the welding seam by using glue; and 5: taking a PVC pipe, and winding two iron wires at two ends of the PVC pipe into a cross-shaped fixing device respectively; step 6: putting the PVC pipe into a welding cylinder; and 7: filling water in the welding pipe and the PVC pipe; and 8: fixing the initiating explosive bag on the thin rope, and sinking the initiating explosive bag to a designed position; and step 9: and (5) detonating. The invention has the advantages of common blasting equipment, obvious blasting effect and small damage degree of harmful blasting effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of engineering blasting, relates to a blasting demolition method for angle steel members and building structures, and particularly relates to a hydraulic blasting method for welding angle steel structures into cylinders.
Background
When the steel medium member or the building is demolished by blasting, because the structure is hollow or even a plate-type material, the blasting cannot be performed by punching, and only the blasting process of externally applying the energy-gathered explosive bag can be adopted.
The blasting of the externally applied energy-gathered cartridge has obvious technical defects:
1. the high-detonation-velocity explosive is mostly a pipe product, and the energy-gathered explosive charge processed by the high-detonation-velocity explosive can only be used for plate blasting cutting, namely, a large opening can not be generated only by a seam on a steel plate;
2. when the external application explosive bag is used for blasting, the work doing capability of the explosive clinging to demolition objects is locally concentrated on a line, most of the energy of the explosive not clinging to demolition objects is not directly acted on the demolition objects, most of the energy does not do useless work, and the generated blasting shock waves, blasting flyrock and noise are difficult to prevent and control and cannot be implemented in living and production environments with complex environments.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for welding an angle steel structure into a cylinder by hydraulic blasting to overcome the defects of the prior art, and the method can effectively perform blasting demolition work on the angle steel structure and a building.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows: a method for welding steel angle steel structures into barrels for hydraulic blasting comprises the following steps:
step 1: selecting an angle steel with the same size as the angle steel to be blasted and the length of 1.5 m;
step 2: the angle steel and the angle steel to be blasted are butt-welded into a square pipe at a designed blasting position, and a steel plate is welded at a bottom pipe orifice, so that the angle steel to be blasted, the welding angle steel and the steel plate form a cylinder shape;
and step 3: cutting 9 cutting seams with the length of 2cm at intervals of 10cm from the position 35cm above the angle steel to be blasted and the angle steel to be welded by using a hand-held angle grinder;
and 4, step 4: cutting 16 cutting seams with the length of 2cm on two side faces of the angle steel every 10cm from the position of 40cm, and sealing the welding seams by using glue;
and 5: taking a PVC pipe with the length of 1.5m and the inner diameter of 40mm, and winding two iron wires at the positions of 10cm at two ends to form a cross-shaped fixing device;
step 6: putting the PVC pipe into a welding cylinder to ensure that the PVC pipe is positioned at the center of the welding cylinder;
and 7: filling water in the welding pipe and the PVC pipe;
and 8: fixing the initiating explosive bag on the thin rope according to the designed explosive charging structure, and hanging a balance weight at the charging end to enable the explosive bag to sink to the designed position;
and step 9: and detonating after the preparation work before warning and protection blasting is finished.
The invention realizes the hydraulic blasting of the welding drum of the angle steel building structure through five key technical points:
1. according to the type of the angle steel to be blasted, the same type of angle steel is used for welding, so that the blasting quality is ensured;
2. a cutting seam is formed at the blasting part to play a guiding role, so that the angle steel structure can be completely torn;
3. the effect of blasting and damaging the angle steel structure is enhanced by using water as a blasting medium;
4. water is used as a blasting medium, so that the blasting agent is easy to carry and convenient to pour, and can be used for a working surface with difficult construction;
5. an iron wire is twisted on the PVC pipe to form a cross-shaped fixing device, so that the PVC pipe is ensured to be vertical, and the medicine package is positioned in the middle of the body to be blasted.
By adopting the technical scheme, compared with the existing method, the method has the advantages that:
1. blasting equipment is common. The blasting work of the angle steel structure can be completed by using the 2# rock emulsion explosive, the engineering construction is convenient, and military explosives with high blasting speed such as TNT (trinitrotoluene) and the like are not needed;
2. the blasting effect is obvious. The angle steel is welded into a cylinder, so that the loss of blasting energy is reduced, the blasting action time is prolonged, most of blasting energy is used for destroying the angle steel structure, and the hydraulic blasting utilizes the incompressibility of water and the guidance of a cutting seam, so that the blasting destruction degree is greatly improved, and the blasting effect can be ensured;
3. the harmful effect of blasting has small harm degree. Compared with the cutting blasting of naked explosive bags, the blasting harmful effects of blasting noise, blasting shock waves, blasting flying stones and the like are small in degree and easy to control.

A method for welding steel angle steel structures into barrels for hydraulic blasting comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting a welding angle steel 2 with the same model and length of 1.5m according to the model of the angle steel 1 to be blasted;
(2) welding the welding angle steel 2 and the angle steel 1 to be blasted into a square tube;
(3) welding a steel plate 3 with the same thickness as the angle steel at the bottom of the square tube to form a cylinder shape;
(4) cutting a 2cm long cutting seam on the two side faces of the angle steel 1 to be blasted and the welding angle steel 2 at intervals of 10cm from the position of 40cm by using a handheld angle grinder, and totally cutting seams 4 on 16 faces; cutting a 2cm long cutting seam on the angle steel angle at an interval of 10cm from 35cm, and cutting 9 angle cutting seams 5 in total;
(6) sealing the welding seam with glue;
(7) taking a PVC pipe 6 with the length of 1.5m and the inner diameter of 40mm, winding two iron wires at the positions of 10cm at two ends to form a cross-shaped PVC pipe fixing device 7, and then putting the PVC pipe 6 into a welding cylinder to ensure the verticality;
(8) water 8 is filled in the welding pipe and the PVC pipe 6, the initiating explosive bag 9 is fixed on the thin rope 10 according to the designed explosive charging structure, a counterweight 11 is hung at the charging end, and the explosive bag is placed at the designed position;

step 1: selecting an angle steel with the same size as the angle steel to be blasted and the length of 1.5 m;
step 2: the angle steel and the angle steel to be blasted are butt-welded into a square pipe at a designed blasting position, and a steel plate is welded at a bottom pipe orifice, so that the angle steel to be blasted, the welding angle steel and the steel plate form a cylinder shape;
and step 3: cutting a 2cm long cutting seam with 9 pieces at intervals of 10cm from the position 35cm above the angle of the angle steel to be blasted and the welding angle steel by using a hand-held angle grinder;
and 4, step 4: cutting 16 cutting seams with the length of 2cm on two side faces of the angle steel to be blasted at intervals of 10cm from the position of 40cm, and sealing the welding seams by using glue;
and 5: taking a PVC pipe with the length of 1.5m and the inner diameter of 40mm, and respectively winding two iron wires at 10cm positions of two ends to form a cross-shaped fixing device;
step 6: putting the PVC pipe into a welding cylinder to ensure that the PVC pipe is positioned at the center of the welding cylinder;
and 7: filling water into the welding cylinder and the PVC pipe;
and 8: fixing the initiating explosive bag on the thin rope according to the designed explosive charging structure, and hanging a balance weight at the input end of the initiating explosive bag to enable the initiating explosive bag to sink to the designed position;
and step 9: and detonating after the preparation work before blasting of warning and protection is finished.
