Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, an embodiment of the manhole cover 1 of the present invention is adapted to be fitted over a permeable manhole 2 and embedded in a cavity 32 of a soil layer 3 together with the permeable manhole 2, and if necessary, a discharge pipe 4 may be fitted to the manhole cover 1, the structure of the permeable manhole 2 is not particularly limited as long as it allows the liquid to be dispersed and permeated to the side, and in this embodiment, the permeable manhole 2 is vertically embedded in the cavity 32 of the soil layer 3 and has a permeable well wall 21 with a hollow and densely meshed shape, and a permeable passage 22 defined by the permeable well wall 21, the permeable passage 22 has a fitting end 221 adjacent to a ground surface 31 of the soil layer 3.
The manhole cover 1 of this embodiment is installed around the end 221 of the permeable pit 2 and is flush with the surface 31 of the soil layer 3. The manhole cover 1 comprises a hollow annular surrounding wall 11, a mounting ring wall 12 horizontally protruding from the top edge of the surrounding wall 11 in a radial direction, and a protruding wall 13 combined between the surrounding walls 11 and adjacent to the bottom edge, wherein the surrounding wall 11 and the protruding wall 13 together define a water level adjusting chamber 14 with an upward opening.
The surrounding wall 11 has an inner annular surface 111 facing the water level adjustment chamber 14, an outer annular surface 112 surrounding the outer annular surface 111, and a plurality of side rows 113 and a plurality of mounting holes 110 penetrating the inner annular surface 111 and the outer annular surface 112, the side rows 113 are not limited in form, in this embodiment, the side rows 113 are elongated and equiangularly surround the water level adjustment chamber 14, and each side row 113 has a bottom edge 114 adjacent to the convex wall 13 and a top edge 115 adjacent to the mounting annular wall 12. Specifically, in the present embodiment, assuming that the cross section of the surrounding wall 11 is circular, the outer diameter of the surrounding wall is 74.5 mm, and the height of the surrounding wall is 65 mm, the number of the side row holes 113 is preferably ten, and each of the side row holes 113 has a width of 3 mm and a height of 30 mm. The mounting hole 110 is provided for the discharge pipe 4 to be mounted adjacent to the mounting ring wall 12, that is, the mounting hole 110 is provided at a position below the mounting ring wall 12 and between the top edges 115 of each side row hole 113.
The form of the convex wall 13 of the present invention is not particularly limited, and in the present embodiment, the convex wall 13 has a flat wall portion 131 which is located in the middle and horizontal direction, an inclined wall portion 132 which is annular and gradually inclined downward from the outer periphery of the flat wall portion 131 toward the surrounding wall 11, and a drainage unit 130. The drainage unit 130 is disposed between the top edge 115 and the bottom edge 114 of each side drainage hole 113, and has a plurality of first drainage holes 133 equally spaced at an angle and provided on the inclined wall portion 132, and a second drainage hole 134 penetrating the flat wall portion 131, each of the first drainage holes 133 having a lower edge 135.
The shape of the first drainage holes 133 of the present embodiment is not particularly limited, and may be the same or different, that is, the shape of the first drainage holes 133 may be a circle, a rectangle, a triangle, an ellipse, or other shapes besides the circle disclosed in the embodiments, and the lower edge 135 of each first drainage hole 133 is slightly higher than the bottom edge 114 of each side drainage hole 113. And the second water discharge hole 134 has a larger diameter than the first water discharge hole 133. Specifically, assuming that the inner diameter of the surrounding wall 11 is 72 mm, the diameter of the flat wall portion 131 is 25 mm, and the height is 15 mm, the aperture of the second drainage hole 134 is preferably 12.7 mm. The number of the first drain holes 133 is ten, and the aperture of each first drain hole 133 is preferably 3 mm.
When the manhole cover 1 of this embodiment is used, the vertical pipe cavity 32 is chiseled on the surface 31 of the soil layer 3, the permeable manhole 2 is buried in the pipe cavity 32, and then the manhole cover 1 is fitted over the fitting end 221 of the permeable manhole 2, so that the assembly can be completed. In this embodiment, in addition to mounting the discharge pipe 4 on the mounting hole 110, the mounting hole 110 may be closed by a film. After being buried, the top edge of the annular wall 12 of the basin cover 1 is approximately flush with the ground surface 31 of the soil layer 3, and for the purpose of filtering water, substances such as gravel, broken stones and the like which can block impurities and allow liquid to pass through are placed in the water level adjusting chamber 14 of the basin cover 1 when in use.
When a liquid such as rainwater flows into the water level adjustment chamber 14 of the manhole cover 1, since the bottom edge 114 of each side discharge hole 113 is slightly lower than the lower edge 135 of each first drain hole 133, when the amount of the liquid flowing in is small, the water first flows out of the manhole cover 1 through the side discharge holes 113 and finally permeates into the soil layer 3 through the permeable well wall 21 of the permeable manhole 2, and since the manhole cover 2 is adjacent to the ground surface 31 of the soil layer 3, the upper region of the soil layer 3 adjacent to the ground surface 31 is first wetted by the liquid in the case of a small amount of the liquid inflow.
When the amount of the liquid flowing in increases and causes a part of the liquid to be stagnated in the water level adjusting chamber 14 of the manhole cover 1, in case that the stagnant water level is not higher than the top surface of the flat wall portion 131, the liquid has a penetrating effect on the deep area of the soil layer 3 since the liquid falls to the bottom of the penetration channel 22 and penetrates to the side because the liquid flows into the penetration channel 22 of the penetration pit 2 through the first drain hole 133 and finally penetrates into the soil layer 3 through the penetration well wall 21 of the penetration pit 2, except that the liquid continuously penetrates into the soil layer 3 through the side drain hole 113 via the penetration pit 2.
When the liquid level staying in the water level adjustment chamber 14 is continuously increased and is higher than the flat wall portion 131 of the convex wall 13, the liquid can flow into the penetration passage 22 from the second drain hole 134 and the first drain hole 133 in a large amount. Since the second drainage holes 134 have a larger diameter than the first drainage holes 133, most of the liquid will drain into the penetration channel 22 of the infiltration pit 2, except that a small portion of the water is retained to continuously permeate toward the region of the soil layer 3 adjacent to the ground surface 31. When the liquid level staying in the water level adjusting chamber 14 is higher than the mounting hole 110, the liquid can be discharged to a remote place through the discharge pipe 4, so that the manhole cover 1 of the present invention can change the flow direction of the liquid according to the water level height of the liquid flowing into the water level adjusting chamber 14, and can also adjust the water flow direction through the manhole cover 1, thereby producing a better dispersion effect.
