Background
With the rapid development of the automobile industry and the continuous improvement of road traffic facilities, automobiles become a transportation tool of people gradually, people bring comfort and convenience to automobiles, meanwhile, higher requirements on the safety performance of automobile driving are provided, and the improvement of the braking performance of automobiles is always an important task of automobile design and manufacturing departments. Braking performance is one of the main safety features of an automobile. The most basic indexes for evaluating the braking performance of an automobile are braking acceleration, braking distance, braking time and stability of direction during braking. The directional stability during braking means that the automobile can still run along the track in the designated direction during braking. It is very dangerous if the wheels are completely locked due to the emergency braking of the vehicle, especially when driving at high speeds. If the front wheels are locked, the automobile loses the steering capacity; if the rear wheels are locked, the rear wheels will swing or turn around (off tracking and sideslip), and particularly under the condition of wet and slippery road surface, the rear wheels cause great harm to the driving safety. An Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) for automobile is an integrated device of machine, electricity and liquid, which adopts electronic control technique based on traditional Braking System to realize automatic regulation of Braking force and prevent locking of Braking wheels, so as to obtain the most effective Braking effect and greatly improve the active safety of vehicle. The ABS system can utilize the peak adhesion performance between the tire and the road surface to improve the anti-sideslip performance of the automobile, fully exert the braking efficiency, and simultaneously increase the controllability of the automobile in the braking process, thereby reducing the possibility of accidents, and being a safe brake control system with the advantages of skid resistance, locking prevention and the like.
The brake pressure regulating device of the ABS system mainly comprises a pressure regulating electromagnetic valve, an electric pump, a liquid outlet electromagnetic valve and a liquid storage device. However, the pressure regulating solenoid valve adopted by the existing brake pressure regulating device has inaccurate control effect, brake pressure regulation is not accurate enough, power is high, heat is high, coils are easy to burn, and the electric pump still consumes electric energy.

If the ABS controller 8 determines that a wheel (assumed to be the front left wheel) is about to lock and drag, it immediately issues a command to close the booster pump 1 and open the second return valve 7, at which time the brake fluid in the seventh oil pipe 17 flows back to the master cylinder 3 through the second return valve 7. And because the booster pump 1 does not work, the oil pressure in the first oil pipe 11 is not enough to open the pilot-operated overflow valve 10, the brake fluid in the first oil pipe 11 cannot flow into the second oil pipe 12 through the pilot-operated overflow valve 10, the check valve 4 is arranged between the brake at the left front wheel and the pilot-operated overflow valve 10, and the brake fluid in the brake cannot flow back into the first oil pipe 11 (namely, the channel between the brake master cylinder 3 and the left front brake is closed), so that the pressure of the brake at the left front wheel is not increased any more, namely, the pressure maintaining state in the ABS braking process.
If the ABS controller 8 determines that the left front wheel still tends to be locked and dragged, it immediately issues a command, and at the same time opens the first oil return valve 6, closes the booster pump 1, and the brake fluid in the brake flows into the brake master cylinder 3 through the first oil return valve 6, so that the oil pressure in the brake at the left front wheel is reduced, that is, the pressure reduction state during ABS braking.

Various insubstantial improvements are made by adopting the method conception and the technical scheme of the invention; the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and can be modified in various ways.
