The paint spray gun can spray the spray liquid on the workpiece uniformly, conveniently and rapidly, but the utilization rate of the paint is low, and the paint which can be really attached to the workpiece only accounts for 30% -40% of all the sprayed paint, namely, 60% -70% of atomized paint is actually diffused in the air, so that a large amount of resources are wasted.
At present, the conventional water curtain type paint mist purifying device is commonly adopted in the paint spraying process in various industries, and the water curtain type paint mist purifying device forms jet type overflow by utilizing a water pump through a water pipe, a water curtain plate and a water spray nozzle, and forms water mist in a waterfall state, so that the sprayed paint mist in the spraying process can be adsorbed by water and is accumulated in a sewage tank as soon as the sprayed paint mist collides with the water mist. Although the atomized paint is recovered, the recovered paint contains a large amount of water, and a lot of manpower and material resources and material cost are required for removing the water in the paint. If the paint diluent is used instead of water, the paint diluent is usually an ester-and ketone-containing solvent, and the solvent is easy to volatilize, and the evaporation of the solvent is accelerated when the paint diluent forms mist; the use of paint dilutions instead of water typically evaporates 40% -70% and the cost of paint dilutions is much higher than that of water, thus significantly increasing recovery costs.

The front, back, left, right, up, down are all described herein with respect to fig. 1. The spray gun 80 for spraying paint is positioned at the left side of the roller 10, the workpiece 90 to be sprayed is positioned between the spray gun 80 and the roller 10, a supporting table 91 is arranged below the workpiece 90 to be sprayed, the workpiece 90 to be sprayed is placed above the supporting table 91, and a bench vice can be used for fixing the workpiece 90 to be sprayed and the supporting table 91. Wherein the spray gun 80 and the workpiece 90 to be sprayed are both located below the first inclined section 211. The drum 10 is horizontally disposed, i.e., the central axis of the drum 10 is parallel to the horizontal plane. The glue in this embodiment may be epoxy resin AB glue.
When the paint gun 80 performs paint spraying operation, the paint recovery device synchronously starts to operate, and the operation process of the paint recovery device is as follows:
1) The roller 10 rotates, in this embodiment, the roller 10 rotates anticlockwise, the rotation speed of the roller 10 is 7-20 rpm, and the first sagging section 213 and the second sagging section 203 keep sagging under the action of the weight lever 22; the weight 22 is made of metal, and in order to avoid the weight 22 being attracted by the magnet, the weight 22 may be made of non-ferromagnetic metal materials, such as aluminum, copper, lead, and corresponding alloys, which are not attracted by the magnet.
2) Since the bottom plate 42 is in a downward inclined structure, and the upper end of the first inclined section 211 is tightly attached to the bottom plate 42, the first inclined section 211 is tightened, and thus the first inclined section 211 is also in a downward inclined structure, and similarly, the second inclined section 201 and the third inclined section 301 are also in a downward inclined structure; the first transition section 212 is abutted against the roller 10 so that the cross section of the first transition section 212 is arc-shaped, the second transition section 202 is abutted against the first transition section 212, the third transition section 302 is abutted against the second transition section 202, and the third transition section 302 is not fixed with the second transition section 202; the iron plate 31 corresponds to a weight, and the third hanging-down section 303 is in a hanging-down state by the iron plate 31, and the third hanging-down section 303 and the second hanging-down section 203 are not fixed. The first sagging section 213 and the second sagging section 203 remain sagged even though the drum 10 rotates counterclockwise by the weight lever 22, the first transition section 212 is closely attached to the drum 10, and the first inclined section 211 is in a downwardly inclined state.
3) The paint diluent is stored in the paint diluent temporary storage groove 40, a dropping device is started, the paint diluent in the paint diluent temporary storage groove 40 drops to a cloth-sticking sponge above the bottom plate 42 through the dropping device, the net 30 does not obstruct the paint diluent from dropping to be absorbed by the sponge layer 20 due to the mesh, the sponge layer 20 can absorb the paint diluent with 5-8 times of the self weight, and the non-woven fabric layer 21 is wetted by the paint diluent absorbed by the sponge layer 20; the atomized paint sprayed by the paint spray gun 80, wherein a part of atomized paint is sprayed to a workpiece 90 to be painted for painting, another part of atomized paint overflows, and most of the overflowed atomized paint continuously splashes rightwards under the action of inertia so as to fall on the side wall of the roller 10, is accumulated on the side wall of the roller 10 and then flows down in a stranding way along the rotating roller 10; a further portion of the mist paint accumulates on the surface of the first angled section 211 after contacting the first angled section 211.
The dropping device comprises a butterfly valve 50 and a transverse tube 51 with two closed ends, the butterfly valve 50 is located above the transverse tube 51, the input end of the butterfly valve 50 is communicated with the inner cavity of the paint diluent temporary storage groove 40, the output end of the butterfly valve 50 is communicated with the inner cavity of the transverse tube 51, the central axis of the transverse tube 51 is parallel to the central axis of the roller 10, and a plurality of first through holes 511 are formed in the lower side of the transverse tube 51. The working process of the liquid dropping device is as follows: the butterfly valve 50 is opened and the opening degree of the butterfly valve 50 is controlled so that the paint thinner in the paint thinner temporary storage tank 40 flows to the inner cavity of the transverse pipe 51 through the butterfly valve 50 and then drops downwards from the first through holes 511, and the drops of the paint thinner dropped downwards from the single first through hole 511 drop downwards at a rate of 60 to 110 drops/minute. The paint thinner droplets falling downward from the first through holes 511 are absorbed by the second inclined sections 201.
4) Energizing the electromagnet 71, wherein the electromagnet 71 is repeatedly energized for 1-2 seconds, de-energized for 8-15 seconds and energized for 1-2 seconds; when the electromagnet 71 is electrified, the electromagnet 71 generates magnetic force, the magnetic force generated by the electromagnet 71 can absorb the iron plate 31 to move downwards, the iron plate 31 moves downwards to drive the lower end of the pull net 30 to move, in the pull net 30, the third inclined section 301 is fixedly connected with the second inclined section 201, at the moment, under the action of the pulling force generated by the iron plate 31, the third inclined section 301 pulls the second inclined section 201, as shown in fig. 6, in the second inclined section 201, the sponge is pulled and extruded by the third inclined section 301 to force the paint diluent in the sponge to flow out, the paint diluent which flows out can pass through the first inclined section 211 under the action of gravity to dilute the paint accumulated on the lower surface of the first inclined section 211, so that the paint is prevented from solidifying, the viscosity of the paint on the lower surface of the first inclined section 211 is reduced to flow to the side wall of the roller 10 along the first inclined section 211 under the action of gravity, and finally the paint is converged with the side wall of the roller 10 to flow down in a strand. In the process, as the surface of the woven cloth, the knitted cloth, the woven cloth, the sponge and the like is rough and porous, atomized paint is adhered to the surface of the woven cloth, the knitted cloth, the sponge and the like, and is not easy to flow down in a stranding way; the surface of the non-woven fabric is smoother than that of woven fabric, knitted fabric, woven fabric, sponge and the like, so that paint attached to the surface of the non-woven fabric is easy to flow down in a stranding manner under the action of gravity. Since the sponge is capable of absorbing and storing the paint diluent, which makes the paint diluent less prone to evaporation, in the present invention, the paint diluent does not evaporate more than 9%. Further, a spring 33 is disposed between the upper end of the third inclined section 301 and the first riser 41, one end of the spring 33 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the third inclined section 301, and the other end of the spring 33 is fixedly connected to the first riser 41. When the electromagnet 71 is energized, the upper end of the third inclined section 301 is pulled to move downward, which causes the spring 33 to be stretched; when the electromagnet is de-energized, the tension created by the stretched spring 33 can urge the second angled section 201 to return to its original position, as shown in fig. 5. Further, the side wall of the second inclined section 201 is provided with a plurality of second through holes 2011, and the second through holes 2011 are parallelogram. The parallelogram shaped second through-hole 2011 allows the second angled section 201 to deform easily when pulled and squeezed by the third angled section 301, thereby allowing the second angled section 201 to squeeze out paint diluent easily.
5) The accumulated paint on the side wall of the roller 10 flows downwards along the side wall of the roller 10 in a strand, the upper end of the scraping plate 110 is closely attached to the side wall of the roller 10, the scraping plate 110 is arranged in a downward inclined mode, for example, the included angle between the scraping plate 110 and the second vertical plate 111 is an obtuse angle, and the scraping plate 110 can scrape off the strand of paint on the side wall of the roller 10 and then flows into the first recovery groove 60 along the scraping plate 110 and the second vertical plate 111. Most of the paint on the side wall of the roller 10 is scraped off by the scraping of the scraper 110; even a trace amount of residual paint is eventually wiped off by the first transition section 212, thereby avoiding the presence of paint residue on the side walls of the roller 10 that is not easily removed, and thus ensuring the quality of the subsequent recovered paint. The second transition section 202 can timely replenish the first transition section 212 with sufficient paint diluent so that the first transition section 212 can wipe the side walls of the drum 10 clean. During the powering up and down of the electromagnet 71, a portion of the mixture containing paint and paint thinner flows down the first drop leg 213, the second drop leg 203, and the third drop leg 303 into the second recovery tank 70 for temporary storage.
Further, a drain pipe 72 is disposed below the second recovery tank 70, a drain hole is disposed at a bottom of the second recovery tank 70, an upper end of the drain pipe 72 is communicated with the drain hole, and a lower end of the drain pipe 72 is communicated with an inner cavity of the first recovery tank 60. The mixed liquid recovered in the second recovery tank 70 flows to the first recovery tank 60 through the drain pipe 72. Further, a stirring paddle 61 is provided inside the first recovery tank 60, the stirring paddle 61 is provided below the second riser 111, and the stirring paddle 61 is provided below the link 52. The stirring paddle 61 is driven by a servo motor provided below the first recovery tank 60. The stirring paddle 61 is turned on so that the paint recovered in the first recovery tank 60 and the mixed liquid are stirred and mixed into recovered paint. The density of the reclaimed paint can be measured using a densitometer, after which a new paint or paint diluent is replenished according to the formulation to enable the reclaimed paint to be reused. In the recovery process of paint, the non-woven fabric does not pollute the paint and cannot introduce impurities well. Generally, a paint spraying workshop belongs to a dust-free workshop, and the effect of paint spraying is prevented from being influenced by excessive dust.
Further, a drain valve 62 is disposed outside the first recovery tank 60, and an input end of the drain valve 62 is in communication with an inner cavity of the first recovery tank 60. After the reclaimed paint is stirred, the liquid discharge valve 62 can be opened, and the reclaimed paint in the first reclaiming tank 60 is intensively discharged to a specified container for temporary storage through the liquid discharge valve 62.
The greater the degree of inclination of the first inclined section 211, the strands of paint flowing downward along the first inclined section 211 are likely to drop downward off the lower surface of the first inclined section 211. The smaller the degree of inclination of the first inclined section 211, the less likely the strands of paint flowing down the first inclined section 211 flow down, and the slower the flow rate. Accordingly, it is necessary to control the downward inclination angle of the first inclined section 211. Further, the angle between the bottom plate 42 and the first riser 41 is alpha, and alpha is 105 DEG-120 deg. Since the upper end of the first inclined section 211 is closely attached to the bottom plate 42, the first inclined section 211 is maintained in a parallel state with the bottom plate 42, which makes it easy for paint on the lower surface of the first inclined section 211 to flow downward in a strand.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, annular baffles 11 are respectively fixed at the front and rear ends of the drum 10. The baffle 11 can prevent the cloth sticking sponge and the net 30 from deviating, and can prevent paint on the side wall of the roller 10 from splashing on the front end face and the rear end face of the roller 10.
In the above embodiment, the paint recovery device can effectively recover the over-sprayed paint, so that the total amount of the wasted paint is not more than 21%, the wasted paint comprises the paint which is not recovered in the air and the paint which falls on the ground or the table surface of the supporting table 91, the recovered paint can be used without removing impurities, the utilization rate of the paint is high, and the production cost is effectively reduced. The cloth sticking sponge and the net 30 belong to easy-to-wear parts, and need to be replaced periodically, and the replacement operation is simple and convenient.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention.
