本发明公开了一种净味防霉剂，它是由下述重量份的原料组成的：乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷2‑3、二丙酮醇6‑9、乙烯基羧酸酯1‑2、茶树精油3‑5、8‑羟基喹啉0.1‑0.2、油酸二乙醇酰胺1‑2、硬脂酸镁2‑3、硫化亚锡0.07‑0.1，本发明首先将8‑羟基喹啉采用硅烷醇溶液改性，然后与茶树精油共混，有效的改善了各原料的分散均匀性，从而提高了成品的稳定性，本发明的防霉剂防霉性好，净味性强，使用环保，安全性高。

技术领域
本发明属于防霉剂领域，具体涉及一种净味防霉剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
防霉剂可分为有机、无机及天然三种。常用的有机防霉剂有：联苯、邻苯基苯酚、2-吡啶硫醇-1-氧化锌等。常用无机防霉剂有：过硫酸铵、磷酸钙、锌离子、银离子、铜离子化合物等。天然防霉剂有：芥子萃取物、艾蒿等。
防霉剂目前已有500余种。用于食品、 水果、饲料、化妆品的防霉剂，要求不得对人畜有害，且有效期长，对霉菌广谱。用于涂料、粘合剂的防霉剂，要求分散性好，有效期长。喷洒或涂刷在卫生间、塑料门窗边缘等处的防霉剂，要求不溶于水，耐气候性好。一般说有机防霉剂较无机防霉剂的防霉能力强。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足，提供一种净味防霉剂及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种净味防霉剂，它是由下述重量份的原料组成的：
乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷2-3、二丙酮醇6-9、乙烯基羧酸酯1-2、茶树精油3-5、8-羟基喹啉0.1-0.2、油酸二乙醇酰胺1-2、硬脂酸镁2-3、硫化亚锡0.07-0.1。
一种净味防霉剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）取8-羟基喹啉，加入到其重量20-30倍的无水乙醇中，搅拌均匀，升高温度为55-60℃，保温搅拌10-40分钟，加入乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷，搅拌1-2小时，得硅烷醇溶液；
（2）取油酸二乙醇酰胺，加入到其重量100-107倍的去离子水中，搅拌均匀，得酰胺水溶液；
（3）取硬脂酸镁，加入到上述硅烷醇溶液中，搅拌均匀，超声30-40分钟，蒸馏除去乙醇，加入茶树精油，搅拌均匀，得硅烷精油；
（4）取上述硅烷精油，加入到酰胺水溶液中，搅拌均匀，加入剩余各原料，搅拌均匀，即得。
本发明的优点
本发明首先将8-羟基喹啉采用硅烷醇溶液改性，然后与茶树精油共混，有效的改善了各原料的分散均匀性，从而提高了成品的稳定性，本发明的防霉剂防霉性好，净味性强，使用环保，安全性高。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种净味防霉剂，它是由下述重量份的原料组成的：
乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷2、二丙酮醇6、乙烯基羧酸酯1、茶树精油3、8-羟基喹啉0.2、油酸二乙醇酰胺2、硬脂酸镁3、硫化亚锡0.07。
一种净味防霉剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）取8-羟基喹啉，加入到其重量20倍的无水乙醇中，搅拌均匀，升高温度为55℃，保温搅拌10分钟，加入乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷，搅拌1小时，得硅烷醇溶液；
（2）取油酸二乙醇酰胺，加入到其重量100倍的去离子水中，搅拌均匀，得酰胺水溶液；
（3）取硬脂酸镁，加入到上述硅烷醇溶液中，搅拌均匀，超声30分钟，蒸馏除去乙醇，加入茶树精油，搅拌均匀，得硅烷精油；
（4）取上述硅烷精油，加入到酰胺水溶液中，搅拌均匀，加入剩余各原料，搅拌均匀，即得。

1.一种净味防霉剂，其特征在于，它是由下述重量份的原料组成的：
乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷2-3、二丙酮醇6-9、乙烯基羧酸酯1-2、茶树精油3-5、8-羟基喹啉0.1-0.2、油酸二乙醇酰胺1-2、硬脂酸镁2-3、硫化亚锡0.07-0.1。
2.一种如权利要求1所述净味防霉剂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）取8-羟基喹啉，加入到其重量20-30倍的无水乙醇中，搅拌均匀，升高温度为55-60℃，保温搅拌10-40分钟，加入乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷，搅拌1-2小时，得硅烷醇溶液；
（2）取油酸二乙醇酰胺，加入到其重量100-107倍的去离子水中，搅拌均匀，得酰胺水溶液；
（3）取硬脂酸镁，加入到上述硅烷醇溶液中，搅拌均匀，超声30-40分钟，蒸馏除去乙醇，加入茶树精油，搅拌均匀，得硅烷精油；
（4）取上述硅烷精油，加入到酰胺水溶液中，搅拌均匀，加入剩余各原料，搅拌均匀，即得。
