Detailed Description
The scheme provided by the specification is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an implementation scenario of an embodiment disclosed in this specification. As shown in fig. 1, a user may communicate with a plurality of contacts, e.g., contact 1, contact 2, …, contact N, in real time, such as sending and receiving text messages, files, voice messages, etc., via a terminal (e.g., a smartphone, a computer, etc.) using an instant messaging tool (e.g., a payroll, a nail, etc.).
In the scenario shown in fig. 1, the user may be prompted by using the prompting method of the embodiment of the present specification. The prompting method is mainly based on the following observation and statistics: if the user does not operate the instant messaging tool for a long time (for example, 10min), for example, the user may leave the computer or concentrate on operating other tools, when the user returns to the instant messaging tool to send a message, the user often forgets or ignores which contact corresponds to the current interface of the instant messaging tool, and at this time, the probability of sending the message to the wrong contact is greatly improved. Therefore, in the method of the embodiment of the present specification, it is first determined whether a long time has elapsed between a current operation of a user preparing to send a message and a previous operation performed on an instant messenger. And when the interval is determined to exceed a certain threshold value, prompting the current contact person to the user in a certain mode. The manner of prompting may include changing a display state associated with the contact, displaying a text prompt, and the like. In this way, when the user is ready to send a message, a prompt is sent to the user, thereby prepositively reducing the probability of the user sending a wrong contact. The specific implementation of the above method is described below.
FIG. 2 illustrates a flow diagram of a hinting method according to one embodiment. The execution main body of the method can be an instant messaging tool, or a plug-in the instant messaging tool, or a terminal provided with the instant messaging tool, etc. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes: step 21, receiving a first operation of activating an input box of the instant messaging tool by a user; step 22, determining a time interval between the first operation and a last operation performed on the instant messaging tool; step 23, determining whether the time interval is greater than a preset time threshold, on one hand, ending the process when the determination result indicates that the time interval is not greater than the time threshold, and on the other hand, continuing to execute step S24 when the determination result indicates that the time interval is greater than the time threshold; and 24, prompting the current contact corresponding to the input box to the user. The execution mode of each step is described below with reference to a specific example of a display interface of the instant messaging tool.
Generally, according to different installed terminals, an instant messaging tool can be divided into a mobile terminal and a desktop terminal, where the mobile terminal is suitable for small portable mobile devices such as smart phones and is also referred to as a mobile phone terminal in the following description; the desktop is suitable for a PC, a tablet computer, and other devices, and is also referred to as a PC in the following description.
Whether the instant messaging tool is a mobile phone terminal or a PC terminal, the instant messaging tool comprises a conversation interface, wherein a conversation window and an input box corresponding to the current contact are displayed. The layout of the session interface may be different according to different terminals. Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a session interface of a mobile phone end in an example; FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a session interface on the PC side according to an example; fig. 5 shows a schematic diagram of a session interface on the PC side in another example. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the session interfaces of the mobile phone end and the PC end both include a session window and an input box. As further shown in fig. 5, the session interface of the PC may further include a contact list, and the contact list may include a plurality of recent contacts with which communications have been created, and a tile bar corresponding to each contact.
For the instant messenger shown above, first, in step 21, a first operation of a user is received, where the first operation is used to activate an input box in a session interface of the instant messenger.
In particular, the first operation is to activate an input box in the conversation interface, such as the input boxes shown in fig. 3 through 5. After the input box is activated, for example, a static cursor or a flashing cursor is displayed to indicate that the input box is activated, at this time, the terminal may receive the communication content input by the user, and the communication content may include characters, pictures, voice, video, documents, and the like. The operation mode of the first operation corresponds to a session interface included in the instant messaging tool, the running environment of the instant messaging tool and the like, and the operation of activating the input box belongs to the first operation.
In one case, a conversation interface with a contact has not been created in the instant messenger prior to receiving the first action. At this time, the first operation may be a creation operation of the session interface, and the activation of the input box may be completed while the session interface including the input box is created.
In one embodiment, the creation operation of the session interface may be a click operation of a contact icon in an address book of the instant messenger. In one example, as shown in fig. 6, a double click on an icon of a contact "zhao xiao yan" in the address book may create a session interface corresponding to the current contact "zhao xiao yan", an input box is included in the session interface, and a cursor displayed in the input box indicates that the input box is in an activated state.
In another case, a conversation interface with a contact is created in the instant messenger prior to receiving the first action. At this time, the first operation is an activation operation performed on an input box in the conversation interface.
In one embodiment, the first operation may be a click operation on an input box in the conversation interface. In one example, as shown in fig. 7, a click operation is performed on an input box in a session interface at the mobile terminal, the input box is activated to display a cursor therein, and an input keyboard is popped up in the session interface. In another example, as shown in fig. 8, an input box in a session interface on the PC side is clicked, and after the input box is activated, a cursor is displayed therein.
In another embodiment, the first operation may be a click operation on a minimized window of the instant messenger located in the taskbar. In one example, as shown in fig. 9, a minimized window of an instant messenger, i.e., a nail, is displayed in a task bar of the PC-side interface, and when the minimized window is clicked, a pinned session interface is restored and displayed, and an input box is activated to display a cursor.
In yet another embodiment, the first operation may be an unlocking operation of a display screen of the terminal. In one example, a session interface including an input box is displayed in a display screen of the terminal, and the terminal is in a screen locking state because the user operation is not received within a period of time, when the user performs an unlocking operation on the screen, the terminal is awakened, and the displayed input box is activated accordingly.
After receiving the first operation of activating the input box, next, in step S22, a time interval between the first operation and a previous operation performed on the instant messenger is determined.
Specifically, the last operation performed on the instant messenger is the last operation performed on the instant messenger received before the first operation was received. The specific operation mode of the last operation may be any operation mode, for example, the last operation may be an operation of maximizing or minimizing the session interface, or an input operation performed on the input box.
When the last operation and the first operation are received, the receiving time of the last operation and the receiving time of the first operation can be correspondingly recorded, and the difference value between the receiving time of the first operation and the receiving time of the last operation is used as the time interval between the first operation and the last operation. In one example, the receiving time of the first operation is 2018/3/12,13:40:00 and the receiving time of the previous operation is 2018/3/12,13:32:00, so that the time interval between the first operation and the previous operation can be calculated to be 8 min.
Next, in step S23, it is determined whether the time interval between the first operation and the previous operation is greater than a preset time threshold. When the time interval (e.g., 8min) is greater than the time threshold (e.g., 5min), step S24 is then performed, and when the time interval (e.g., 1min) is not greater than the time threshold (e.g., 5min), step S24 need not be performed, but the flow is ended.
In step S24, the user is prompted for the current contact corresponding to the input box.
In one embodiment, a contact list may be included in the session interface of the instant messenger, and the contact list may include a plurality of contacts, each of which is displayed as a tile bar (see the tile bar shown in fig. 5). Accordingly, prompting the user for the current contact corresponding to the input box may include: and performing change display on the display state of the block bar corresponding to the current contact in the plurality of block bars, wherein the change display can be brightness change display, shape change display, shaking display and the like. The duration of the display change may be predetermined according to actual needs, for example, in order to reduce interference to the user and to implement weak prompting to the user, the preset duration may be set to be a shorter duration, for example, 0.3s, and for example, in order to sufficiently attract the attention of the user, the preset duration may be set to be a longer duration, for example, 1 s. In addition, the preset duration can be adjusted according to the related data fed back by the subsequent user.
In one example, the current contact corresponding to the input box may be prompted to the user by displaying a tile bar corresponding to the current contact within a preset time period in a brightness change manner. Namely, the tile bar corresponding to the current contact is flickered to prompt the user of the current contact.
In another example, the current contact corresponding to the input box may be prompted to the user by causing the tile bar corresponding to the current contact to perform brightness change display and dithering display within a preset time period. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the block bar is made to blink (i.e., blink plus dither) for 0.3 s.
In yet another example, the user may be prompted for the current contact corresponding to the input box by causing the tile bar to change shape for a preset length of time. For example, the tile bar is continuously displayed in an alternating manner of enlargement and reduction for 0.5 s.
In another embodiment, the dialog interface in which the input box is located may include the avatar and/or name of the current contact. The avatar and/or name may be located in a contact list included with the instant messenger, e.g., the avatar and/or name may be located in a tile bar in the contact list shown in fig. 5; the avatar and/or name may also be located in a conversation window comprised by the instant messenger, see for example the conversation window as shown in fig. 3, fig. 4 or fig. 5. Accordingly, prompting the user for the current contact corresponding to the input box may include: and changing and displaying the display state of the head portrait and/or the name of the current contact in the conversation interface. The avatar and/or name change display may include a brightness change display, a shape change display, a flip display, a dither display, and the like.
In one example, the current contact corresponding to the input box may be prompted to the user by causing the avatar and/or name of the current contact to be displayed in a brightness change and a dithering. For example, the avatar and/or name are made to flash (i.e., blink and dither) for 0.4 s.
In another example, the user may be prompted with the current contact corresponding to the input box by causing the avatar and/or name of the current contact to be displayed with a shape change for a preset length of time. For example, the avatar and the name are continuously displayed in 0.6s in an alternating manner of enlargement and reduction as shown in fig. 11.
In yet another example, the current contact corresponding to the input box may be prompted to the user by causing the avatar and/or name of the current contact to be displayed flipped within a preset time. For example, as shown in fig. 12, the avatar is continuously turned and displayed within 1 s.
According to another embodiment, the prompting the user for the current contact corresponding to the input box may include: and displaying text prompt information, wherein the text prompt information comprises the name of the current contact.
In one example, the text prompt may be displayed in an input box. To avoid interference with user input, the text prompt may be displayed as a gray background prompt and the displayed text prompt may be automatically cleared after the user enters a character in the input box. For example, as shown in fig. 13, when the input box is activated and the user is ready to enter a message in the input box, "you are communicating with Zhao Xiaoyan …" can be displayed in the input box to prompt the user that the current contact is "Zhao Xiaoyan", and the displayed text prompt information can be automatically cleared when the user enters a character in the input box.
In another example, the text prompt may be displayed in the form of a floating window in the conversation interface. In a further example, the text prompt displayed by the floating window may automatically disappear after a preset duration. For example, as shown in FIG. 14, a flyout that includes the text prompt "Hu, is chatting with you is Zhao-xiao swallow" can be displayed in the conversation window, and disappears after continuing to display for 2 s.
In the above-described manner, when it is determined that the current operation of the user to prepare to send the message is separated from the previous operation by a long time, a prompt is issued to the user in various manners to remind the user of the current contact.
To further reduce the interference to the user's normal chat, in one embodiment, a determination is also made before the prompt is issued as to whether the current user often has a record of the contact that missed the message. The user is only prompted for the current contact if the user frequently sends an error message. In other words, before step S24, it is also determined whether the misaddressed message record corresponding to the user satisfies a predetermined condition; and when the missent message record meets the preset condition, prompting the current contact corresponding to the input box to the user.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the missent message record may include an operational record of the withdrawn message; the predetermined conditions associated with the missent message record may include the number of times the user performed a pullback operation on the message, for example, 10 times in total, or 5 times in the last month, or 1 time per week on average. In another embodiment, the mis-sent message record may include a message record containing predetermined text, for example, the predetermined text may be "mis-sent" or the like, and accordingly, the predetermined condition associated with the mis-sent message record may be the number of messages of the message record containing the predetermined text (i.e., including the text "mis-sent"), for example, 8 messages in total, or 6 messages in the last month, or 2 messages per week on average. In yet another embodiment, the missent message record may include both an operation record of the withdrawn message and a message record containing the preset text; accordingly, the predetermined condition may be the total number of the two kinds of records.
In one example, the predetermined condition is that the number of records of the user's missent message record is greater than 5 in the last month. Assume that the missent message record corresponding to the user includes operation records of 4 withdrawn messages generated within the last month, and 3 message records containing a preset text "missent". Accordingly, the missent message records (7 in total) corresponding to the user satisfy the predetermined condition (more than 5), and the current contact corresponding to the input box is prompted to the user.
As can be seen from the above, with the prompting method disclosed in the embodiments of the present specification, it is first determined whether a time interval between a current operation of a user to prepare for inputting a message and a previous operation performed on an instant messenger is greater than a preset time threshold, that is, it is determined whether the user has not operated the instant messenger for a long time before the current operation, and if so, a current contact is prompted to the user. Therefore, when the user does not operate the instant messaging tool within a period of time and then continues to use the instant messaging tool for instant messaging, the user can be effectively reminded, and the user is helped to avoid missending the instant messaging message to a non-target contact person.
Corresponding to the above prompting method, the present specification further provides a prompting device, as shown in fig. 15, where the device 1500 may include:

In one possible design, the session interface includes a contact list in which the avatar and/or name is located; and/or
The conversation interface comprises a conversation window corresponding to the current contact, and the head portrait and/or the name are/is located in the conversation window.
In one possible design, the prompting unit 153 is specifically configured to: and displaying text prompt information, wherein the text prompt information comprises the name of the current contact.
Further, the prompting unit 153 is specifically configured to: and displaying the text prompt information in the input box.
Through the device, whether the time interval between the current operation of the user for preparing to input the message and the last operation of the instant messaging tool is larger than a preset time threshold value or not is judged, namely whether the user does not operate the instant messaging tool for a long time before the current operation is judged, and if so, the current contact person is prompted to the user. Therefore, when the user does not operate the instant messaging tool within a period of time and then continues to use the instant messaging tool for instant messaging, the user can be effectively reminded, and the user is helped to avoid missending the instant messaging message to a non-target contact person.
