The oil inlet of the grease tank 4 is connected with the quick filling and draining module valve 1 through management, and a two-way electromagnetic reversing ball valve 2 and a filter 3 are arranged in a pipeline between the quick filling and draining module valve 1 and the grease tank 4. The oil outlet of the electric pump 6 is connected with a plurality of lubricator valve groups 10 through a pipeline oil collecting block 9 and then through the oil collecting block 9. The lubricator valve block 10 is connected to the lubrication point 21 of the whole machine, and the end part of the lubricator valve block 10 is connected with the pressure sensor 11. A low liquid level sensor 8 is arranged at the upper and lower positions of the grease tank 4, and a high liquid level sensor 7 is arranged at the upper and upper positions of the grease tank 4; the upper end of the grease tank 4 is also provided with a spilled oil detection valve 5.

Referring again to FIG. 2, the lubricator valve block 10 includes a plurality of lubricators 14 in series; the oil injector 14 is provided with a manual oil injection one-way valve 19; the automatic oil filling port 20 of the oil filler 14 is connected to the whole machine lubrication point 21 through a pipeline. The oil injector 14 is provided with an oil quantity adjusting valve 17, a travel indicating pin 16 and an overpressure indicator 15 by a lock nut 18. The in-cab display 13 is electrically connected to an overpressure indicator 15 in the lubricator valve block 10.
The working process comprises the following steps:
when the lubricating grease in the grease tank 4 is lower than the position of the low liquid level sensor 8, the program control module 12 transmits a signal to the display 13 in the cab, and the display 13 in the cab gives an alarm and displays to prompt oiling;
when the quick filling and draining module valve 1 is used for quickly filling oil, and the lubricating grease in the grease tank 4 is higher than the position of the high liquid level sensor 7, the high liquid level sensor 7 transmits a signal to the program control module 12, and the program control module 12 cuts off an oil supply pipeline according to the electric signal of the two-way electromagnetic reversing ball valve 2, so that the automatic gun jump function of the quick filling equipment is realized;
when the high liquid level sensor 7 fails, grease in the grease tank 4 is discharged from the opening of the oil spill detection valve 5, meanwhile, the oil spill detection valve 5 arranged on the grease tank 4 transmits an electric signal to the display 13 in the cab to give an alarm, and the quick filling and draining module valve 1 is closed by a manual switch on the two-way electromagnetic reversing ball valve 2, so that the reliability of the whole machine is improved;
the pressure sensor arranged on the filter 3 with the bypass valve is connected with the display 13 in the cab, when the filter element needs to be replaced, the bypass valve is opened, and the pressure sensor on the filter 3 directly transmits signals to the display 13 in the cab for alarming and prompting, so that the operation cost of the whole machine is greatly reduced;
when the whole machine is running, the program control module 12 controls the electric pump 6 to work and rest time according to the rest and working cycle program set by the program control module 12, and the pressure sensor 11 detects the system pressure in the working cycle process, and when the system pressure is abnormal, the pressure sensor 11 transmits a signal to the display 13 in the cab through the program control module 12.
