3)按照有机肥料总质量的需求,称取适量的种草药渣,逐一称取黄金石药渣3份、雌黄药渣2份、使君子药渣5份、乙酸药渣2份、草酸药渣2份和琥珀酸药渣1份,统一加入到研磨机内,粉碎成碎渣,备用;
4)按照要求,逐一称取25重量份的钙、45重量份的钾、8重量份的氮、25重量份的锅灶灰、5重量的斑脱岩和25重量份的碳酰胺,加入到混料机内,混合搅拌均匀,在将上述1)、2)、3)得到的原料加入到混料机内,混合搅拌,得到混合原料;
5)将上述得到的混合原料堆积在发酵槽中常温下发酵30~40天,发酵期间每天翻动混合物料3次,以确保混合物料的中心最高温度控制在50~55℃,得到一次发酵物料;
6)将步骤5)制得的二次发酵物料经烘干机内65~70℃温度烘干至含水率为8~11%后,再经造粒机制成粒径为3~5mm的颗粒,即为所述的一种农作物种植用的有机肥。

Claims (7)

1.一种种植青椒用的有机肥料,其特征在于,所述有机肥料包括钙、钾、氮、锅灶灰、斑脱岩、碳酰胺、中药制剂、发酵菌群、微量元素肥料以及混合辅助药剂,所述混合辅助药剂包括瑞锰铜、瑞毒锰锌、速克灵、农利灵、多硫悬浮剂、甲基硫菌灵、甲霜灵、扑海因、多菌灵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种种植青椒用的有机肥料,其特征在于,所述配料中的各成分含量如下:20~25重量份的钙、35~45重量份的钾、5~8重量份的氮、20~25重量份的锅灶灰、3~5重量的斑脱岩、10~25重量份的碳酰胺、3~8重量份的中药制剂、5~8重量份的发酵群落、1~3重量份的微量元素肥料以及、10~15重量份的混合辅助药剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种种植青椒用的有机肥料,其特征在于,所述中药制剂的成分为黄金石2~3份、雌黄1~2份、使君子3~5份、乙酸1~2份、草酸1~2份和琥珀酸0.5~1份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种种植青椒用的有机肥料,其特征在于,所述微量元素肥料成分如下:铁3~4份、硅1.5~2份、铜0.3~0.5份、碘0.1~0.2份、溴0.1~0.2份、磷0.2~0.5份、硼2~3份、锌0.4~0.5份、锰0.2~0.3份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种种植青椒用的有机肥料,其特征在于,以该肥料的总质量为基数,所述混合辅助药剂是由0.1~0.2重量份的瑞锰铜、0.2~0.3重量份的瑞毒锰锌、0.1~0.2重量份的速克灵、0.2~0.4重量份的农利灵、0.3~0.4重量份的多硫悬浮剂、0.1~0.2重量份的甲基硫菌灵。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种种植青椒用的有机肥料,其特征在于,所述混合辅助药剂是由0.1~0.2重量份的瑞锰铜、0.2~0.3重量份的瑞毒锰锌、0.1~0.2重量份的速克灵、0.1~0.3重量份的甲霜灵、0.3~0.5重量份的扑海因、0.2~0.3重量份的多菌灵。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种种植青椒用的有机肥料,其特征在于,所述该有机肥的制取过程如下:
1)先根据总质量的要求,称取适量的瑞锰铜可溶性粉剂、瑞毒锰锌可溶性粉剂、速克灵可溶性粉剂、甲霜灵可溶性粉剂、扑海因可溶性粉剂、多菌灵可溶性粉剂,混合加入到小型搅拌器内,再加入少量水,混合搅拌均匀,备用;
或者,根据总质量的要求,称取适量的瑞锰铜可溶性粉剂、瑞毒锰锌可溶性粉剂、速克灵可溶性粉剂、农利灵可溶性粉剂、多硫悬浮剂可溶性粉剂、甲基硫菌灵可溶性粉剂,混合加入到小型搅拌器内,再加入少量水,混合搅拌均匀,备用;
2)按照有机肥料总质量的需求,称取适量的微量元素肥料,逐一称取铁粉、硅粉、铜粉、碘粉、溴粉、磷粉、硼粉、锌粉、锰粉,在统一加入到小型混料箱内,再加入少量水,进行混合搅拌均匀,备用;
3)按照有机肥料总质量的需求,称取适量的种草药渣,逐一称取黄金石药渣、雌黄药渣、使君子药渣、乙酸药渣、草酸药渣和琥珀酸药渣,统一加入到研磨机内,粉碎成碎渣,备用;
4)按照要求,逐一称取钙、钾、氮、锅灶灰、斑脱岩和碳酰胺,加入到混料机内,混合搅拌均匀,在将上述1)、2)、3)得到的原料加入到混料机内,混合搅拌,得到混合原料;
5)将上述得到的混合原料堆积在发酵槽中常温下发酵30~40天,发酵期间每天翻动混合物料3次,以确保混合物料的中心最高温度控制在50~55℃,得到一次发酵物料;
6)将步骤5)制得的二次发酵物料经烘干机内65~70℃温度烘干至含水率为8~11%后,再经造粒机制成粒径为3~5mm的颗粒,即为所述的一种农作物种植用的有机肥。
