The cutting device comprises two groups of lead screw guide rails 32 which are symmetrically distributed, the lead screw guide rails 32 are symmetrically distributed on the front side and the rear side of a cutting area 9 on a workbench 1, each lead screw guide rail 32 comprises a motor 34 and a lead screw 33, the motor 34 is fixedly installed at the top end of the corresponding lead screw guide rail 32, an output shaft of the motor 34 is connected onto the corresponding lead screw 33, a sliding block 35 is installed on each lead screw 33, a lifting plate 36 is connected between the sliding blocks 35 on the front lead screw guide rail 32 and the rear lead screw guide rail 32, a second air cylinder 37 is installed on one side of the bottom end of each lifting plate 36, the output end of each second air cylinder 37 is connected with a second telescopic rod 38, the other end of each second telescopic rod 38 is connected with a sliding seat 39, a blade 40 is fixedly installed.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the workbench 1 is transported to a proper position, and the inclined table tops 10 at the left end and the right end are conveniently butted with conveying devices such as a conveyor belt; placing the plate component on the transmission roller 3, and driving the plate to advance by the rotation of the transmission roller 3; the height of the film pressing roller 2 is higher than that of the transmission roller 3, and the film pressing roller 2 can extrude the upper surface of the plate to enable the film to be tightly contacted with the plate when the plate moves on the transmission roller 3 through proper adjustment; then, the plate is moved to the cutting area 9, the screw 33 is driven to rotate by the motor 34, so that the lifting plate 36 is driven to ascend or descend, and when the lifting plate 36 is adjusted to a proper height, namely the blade 40 can just cut off the adhesive film, the second air cylinder 37 drives the sliding seat 39 to move in the front-back direction, so that the adhesive film is cut off along the edge of the plate.
The bottom end of the workbench 1 is provided with a supporting device 11, a first hydraulic cylinder 13 drives a first hydraulic rod 14 to extend, so that the supporting legs 15 are firmly contacted with the ground, and the anti-skid teeth 16 increase the friction force and are beneficial to increasing the stability of the workbench 1.
The bottom end of the workbench 1 is also provided with a moving device, when the position of the workbench 1 needs to be moved, the first hydraulic cylinder 13 controls the supporting leg 15 to ascend, and the second hydraulic cylinder 18 controls the mounting seat 20 to descend simultaneously, so that the moving wheel 21 can contact the ground; when the mounting seat 20 descends to a proper height, the first air cylinder 28 drives the fixture block 30 to move towards the mounting seat 20 until the fixture block 30 is clamped in the clamping groove 31, so that the position of the mounting seat 20 is maintained, and the situation of unstable movement is prevented; the driving motor 25 drives the moving wheel 22 to rotate, so that the workbench 1 moves, and more manpower is saved.
