Abstract

In the invention, a bracket extending towards the end part of the milling cutter, which is opposite to the rotating shaft, is fixed on the motor stator, the bracket is rotationally connected with the end part of the milling cutter, which is opposite to the rotating shaft, a cutter sleeve is fixed on the bracket, two side surfaces of the cutter sleeve are a first contact surface and a second contact surface which are used for being contacted with two side walls of the inner chamfer of a workpiece, one end of the milling cutter is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, the other end of the milling cutter is rotationally connected with the bracket, on the other hand, the bracket is provided with the first contact surface and the second contact surface which are contacted with the two side walls of the inner chamfer of the workpiece, the maximum feeding amount of the milling cutter is limited, the formed round angle is limited by the two side walls of the inner chamfer of the workpiece, and the final inner corner shape is good.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of metal processing, in particular to a fillet hand mill.
Background
In the prior art, a machining center or a hand-held grinding machine is generally used for grinding metal fillets in cooperation with a milling cutter or a grinding head.
Referring to fig. 1, chinese patent publication No. CN2880378 discloses an abrasive holder loading and unloading structure of a hand-held grinding machine, which can be conveniently loaded and unloaded by a single button method. The abrasive material fixer loading and unloading structure of this hand-held grinder includes: one side is fixed with an abrasive for processing target materials, and the other side is provided with an abrasive fixer with a key slot and an insertion rod; a coupler having a mounting portion for receiving an abrasive holder insertion rod and having a screw hole for connecting a rotation shaft of a grinder body; a sleeve mounted on the coupler and elastically slidable on a circumferential surface thereof; through holes formed in the center of the coupling can be accessed by the movement of the sleeve to catch or release the brake ball of the abrasive holder; wherein, the inside of the mounting part of the coupler is formed with an insertion groove, while the front end of the through hole connected with the insertion groove is provided with 3 fixing grooves, in which 3 jaws formed on the circumference of the insertion rod of the abrasive holder are inserted.
In the prior art, one end of a milling cutter is connected with a rotating shaft in the cooperation of a handheld grinding machine, on one hand, the bending of the moving track of the milling cutter depends on a user, and on the other hand, the milling cutter is easy to shake, and the ground shape is uncontrolled.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a fillet hand mill which can ensure a controlled shape of the fillet to be ground by the milling cutter.
To achieve the above advantages, the present invention provides a fillet hand mill comprising: the milling cutter is fixedly connected with the motor rotating shaft, the support extends from the motor stator towards the end part of the milling cutter, which is opposite to the rotating shaft, the support is rotatably connected with the end part of the milling cutter, which is opposite to the rotating shaft, the support is fixedly provided with a cutter sleeve, and two side surfaces of the cutter sleeve are a first contact surface and a second contact surface which are used for being in contact with side walls of two sides of the inner chamfer of the workpiece.
In one embodiment of the fillet hand mill according to the invention, the holder is provided with an atomizer head for connection of a cooling liquid, the nozzle of the atomizer head being directed towards the milling cutter.
In one embodiment of the fillet hand mill of the invention, the support is provided with a gas jet for connection to a source of compressed gas, the nozzle of the gas jet being directed towards the spindle.
In one embodiment of the fillet hand mill of the invention, the stator is fixed with a protective cover which is arranged outside the rotating shaft and is used for preventing dust from entering the motor stator.
In one embodiment of the fillet hand mill of the invention, the nozzle of the gas jet head is located in the protecting cover, and the protecting cover is provided with a gas outlet hole at one side of the rotating shaft, which is opposite to the bracket.
In one embodiment of the fillet hand mill of the invention, there is a first bearing between the holder and the end of the milling cutter facing away from the spindle.
In one embodiment of the fillet hand mill of the invention, a second bearing and a third bearing are respectively arranged between the protecting cover and the rotating shaft and the milling cutter blade root.
In one embodiment of the fillet hand mill of the invention, the knife holder is detachably connected and fixed to the support or the motor stator.
In one embodiment of the fillet hand mill of the invention, the protective cover is an integral formation with the bracket.
In one embodiment of the fillet hand mill of the invention, the protecting cover is fixed to the motor stator by bolting.

Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the fillet hand mill of the first embodiment of the present invention includes: the milling cutter comprises a motor 1, a milling cutter 2 fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the motor 1, and a support 3 extending from a stator of the motor 1 towards the end part of the milling cutter 2, which is opposite to the rotating shaft, wherein the support 3 is rotationally connected with the end part of the milling cutter 2, which is opposite to the rotating shaft, a cutter sleeve 4 is fixedly arranged on the support 3, and two side surfaces of the cutter sleeve 4 are a first contact surface 401 and a second contact surface 402 which are used for being contacted with side walls of two sides of an inner chamfer of a workpiece. The angle of the first contact surface 401 and the second contact surface 402 is 90 degrees.
The support 3 is equipped with the atomizer 5 that is used for connecting the coolant liquid, and the nozzle of atomizer 5 is towards milling cutter 2, and atomizer 5 external high pressure water source, during operation spray water smoke to milling cutter, play moist blade body, prevent to be stained with sword and refrigerated effect. The bracket 3 is provided with an air nozzle 6 for connecting a compressed air source, and the nozzle of the air nozzle 6 faces the rotating shaft. The cutter sleeve 4 is detachably connected and fixed with the bracket 3 or the stator of the motor 1. The protecting cover 7 and the bracket 3 are integrated into a forming mechanism. The protecting cover 7 is fixedly connected with the stator of the motor 1 through bolts.
In the invention, a stator of a motor 1 is fixedly provided with a bracket 3 extending towards the end part of a milling cutter 2, which is opposite to a rotating shaft, the bracket 3 is rotationally connected with the end part of the milling cutter 2, which is opposite to the rotating shaft, a cutter sleeve 4 is fixedly arranged on the bracket 3, two side surfaces of the cutter sleeve 4 are a first contact surface 401 and a second contact surface 402 which are used for being contacted with two side walls of an inner chamfer of a workpiece, one end of the milling cutter 2 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, the other end of the milling cutter is rotationally connected with the bracket 3, on the other hand, the bracket 3 is provided with the first contact surface 401 and the second contact surface 402 which are contacted with the two side walls of the inner chamfer of the workpiece, the maximum feeding amount of the milling cutter 2 is limited, the formed round corner is limited by the two side walls of the inner chamfer of the workpiece, and the final internal corner shape is good.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but is capable of modification in all aspects and variations in all aspects without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. A fillet hand mill, comprising: the milling cutter is fixedly connected with the motor rotating shaft, and the bracket extends from the motor stator towards the end part of the milling cutter, which is opposite to the rotating shaft, and is rotatably connected with the end part of the milling cutter, which is opposite to the rotating shaft, wherein the bracket is fixedly provided with a cutter sleeve, and two side surfaces of the cutter sleeve are a first contact surface and a second contact surface which are used for being contacted with side walls of two sides of an inner chamfer of a workpiece;
the angle of the first contact surface and the second contact surface is 90 degrees, and the first contact surface and the second contact surface are used for limiting a formed round angle;
The first contact surface and the second contact surface limit the maximum feed amount of the milling cutter, the formed round angle is limited by side walls at two sides of the inner chamfer of the workpiece, and the final fillet has good shape;
The support is provided with an atomizing nozzle for connecting cooling liquid, and the nozzle of the atomizing nozzle faces the milling cutter.
2. The fillet hand mill of claim 1, wherein the bracket is provided with a gas jet for connection to a source of compressed gas, the nozzle of the gas jet being directed toward the spindle.
3. The fillet hand mill of claim 2 wherein the stator is secured with a protective cover over the shaft for preventing dust from entering the motor stator.
4. A fillet hand mill according to claim 3, wherein the nozzle of the gas jet is located in the cover which is provided with a gas outlet opening in the side of the shaft facing away from the support.
5. The fillet hand mill of claim 4, wherein there is a first bearing between the bracket and an end of the milling cutter facing away from the shaft.
6. The fillet hand mill of claim 5, wherein a second bearing and a third bearing are disposed between the protective cover and the spindle and the milling cutter blade root, respectively.
7. The fillet hand mill of claim 6 wherein the knife holder is removably secured to the bracket or the motor stator.
8. The fillet hand mill of claim 7, wherein the shield is an integral mechanism with the bracket.
9. The fillet hand mill of claim 8 wherein the cover is bolted to the motor stator.
