技术领域
本发明属于中药保健食品技术领域,涉及一种降脂减肥的固体饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
常规减肥思路有三:利水通便、消食降浊、抑制食欲。由于肥胖者多因食欲旺盛,嗜食肥甘所致,而多余的脂肪对于中医而言属于湿邪范畴,湿性重浊粘腻,容易滞留体内,且影响二便通利,所以常规减肥便着眼于两处,一为控制摄入,二为加强排除,于是利水化湿之荷叶、薏苡仁、泽泻,消食之山楂、麦芽、神曲,通便之芦荟、大黄、番泻叶便成了减肥产品的王牌用药。但是,这种思路完全是见标不见本,首先,肥胖者长期饮食不节,能量摄入过多,造成脾胃负担,日久损伤脾胃,而抑制食欲的用药往往更伤脾胃,所以这种控制摄入的方式得不偿失。同时,脾胃损伤,运化不利,导致水湿、积食停滞,利水通便似乎就成了不二之法。然而,现有减肥产品不论利水之荷叶,消食之山楂,还是通便之芦荟、大黄,都是直男之士,一味暴走而不顾补益,所以,虽能逞一时之效验,却导致脾胃之更伤,停药后往往反弹迅速,如此恶性循环,且不说身体难以持久,单是减肥也难获良效。基于以上原因,本发明通过研究肥胖机理,开发出了一种降脂减肥的固体饮品及其制备方法来解决这些问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种降脂减肥的固体饮品及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中所提到的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种降脂减肥的固体饮品,由以下质量份数的原料组分制成:光皮木瓜10~32份、刺梨40~80份、茯苓20~45份、香橼12~30份、佛手15~30份、枳椇子24~48份、山楂12~27份、榧子20~40份、牛蒡根20~40份、桑叶10~30份、抗性糊精28~60份、木糖醇8~24份。
进一步地,一种降脂减肥的固体饮品,由以下质量份数的原料组分制成:光皮木瓜12~28份、刺梨50~70份、茯苓24~40份、香橼15~28份、佛手18~27份、枳椇子28~42份、山楂16~24份、榧子24~36份、牛蒡根25~35份、桑叶15~22份、抗性糊精30~48份、木糖醇10~18份。
一种降脂减肥的固体饮品的制备方法,按如下步骤制备:
(1)按质量份数分别称取光皮木瓜10~32份、刺梨40~80份、茯苓20~45份、香橼12~30份、佛手15~30份、枳椇子24~48份、山楂12~27份、榧子20~40份、牛蒡根20~40份、桑叶10~30份、抗性糊精28~60份、木糖醇8~24份;
(2)将光皮木瓜、刺梨、茯苓、香橼、佛手、枳椇子、山楂、榧子、牛蒡根、桑叶加水微沸煎煮三次,第一次加相当于上述原料总质量10~15倍量水,煎煮60~90min,第二次加相当于上述原料总质量6~10倍量水,煎煮40~60min,第三次加相当于上述原料总质量5~8倍量水,煎煮20~40min,合并煎液,放凉过滤,减压浓缩,真空干燥,得干浸膏粉,备用;
(3)将干浸膏粉、抗性糊精和木糖醇进行混合,制得固体饮品。
进一步地,步骤(2)中干燥温度为60~80℃,出膏率为12~20%。
进一步地,步骤(3)中干浸膏粉、抗性糊精和木糖醇的质量比为1:0.8~2:0.4~0.8。
组成本发明的各原料的功效活性如下:方中光皮木瓜性温,味酸,归肝脾二经,和胃化湿;茯苓性平,味甘淡,归心脾二经,健脾利湿。二者一为健运脾气、一为和理胃气,共同鼓舞脾胃之正气,同时共行化湿利水之事,合而为方中君药。
香橼、佛手性辛温、味甘苦,皆入肝脾胃三经,共凑理气和中、消胀化痰之功;刺梨、山楂酸甘微温,皆入脾胃二经,共凑消食化积,行气散瘀之功。四药合用辅助木瓜、茯苓,除能加强二者健脾益气之功外,还能攻伐体内瘀滞之邪,共为臣药。
枳椇子性平味甘,入脾经,利水消肿;榧子性温味甘,入大肠经,润肠通便。二者合用辅助诸药专注病所,而为使药。
因脾胃禀赋喜温恶寒,故以上诸药多为温性;又因肥胖责之脾胃,故以上诸药皆味甘而入脾胃之经,力道专一。但中医辨证妙在对立统一、相反形成,故方中牛蒡根、桑叶皆性寒凉、味甘苦,归心肝肺经,共具疏风解郁,清凉散降之功,反佐诸药而为佐药。
发明人研究认为,肥胖的机理多以脾胃损伤、气机失畅为其根本,湿食停滞,代谢失衡为其表现。本发明在中医整体观念和辨证论治的指导下,调理着眼于健脾益气、调理气机,在此基础上行消食化积、润肠通便之事。同时,根据中医理论,气机阻滞日久,既易造成郁而化火,又能形成气滞血瘀,从而加重气机郁滞,甚至变生他病。故而为取得全面疗效,本方又兼具了清热散郁、活血化瘀之功。全方立法缜密、用药考究、配伍精当,以健脾益气固本,利水消食治标,兼以清热、化瘀,标本兼顾、攻补兼施。且方中之药皆为药食同源之品,可长期服用而无毒副作用。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明方中之药皆为药食同源之品,可长期服用而无毒副作用;全方立法缜密、用药考究、配伍精当,以健脾益气固本,利水消食治标,兼以清热、化瘀,标本兼顾、攻补兼施;本发明充分体现了传统中医扶正祛邪的理论,用户不仅能体会中医祛邪而不伤正的传统养生之道,真正达到瘦身而不伤正气,亦能达到降脂减肥而心情愉悦的目的;降脂减肥不伤身体,停药后体重不反弹,并预防减肥期间心情抑郁。
具体实施方式
为了使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案能予以实施,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
本实施例一种降脂减肥的固体饮品,由以下质量份数的原料组分制成:光皮木瓜18份、刺梨60份、茯苓30份、香橼18份、佛手18份、枳椇子30份、山楂18份、榧子30份、牛蒡根30份、桑叶18份、抗性糊精36份、木糖醇12份。
制备方法:(1)按上述原料组分组成分别精密称取光皮木瓜、刺梨、茯苓、香橼、佛手、枳椇子、山楂、榧子、牛蒡根、桑叶、抗性糊精、木糖醇;
(2)将光皮木瓜、刺梨、茯苓、香橼、佛手、枳椇子、山楂、榧子、牛蒡根、桑叶加水微沸煎煮三次,第一次加相当于上述原料总质量12倍量水,煎煮90min,第二次加相当于上述原料总质量8倍量水,煎煮60min,第三次加6倍量水,煎煮30min,合并煎液,放凉过滤,减压浓缩,真空干燥,得干浸膏粉,备用,干燥温度为60℃,出膏率16.8%;
(3)将干浸膏粉、抗性糊精和木糖醇以质量比1:1:0.5进行混合,制得固体饮品。
本发明降脂减肥的固体饮品的服用方法:每日3~4次,每次1袋,每袋10g,开水冲服。服用起效后,可适当减量,每日2~3次,每次1袋,每袋10g。
实施例2
本实施例一种降脂减肥的固体饮品,由以下质量份数的原料组分制成:光皮木瓜15份、刺梨54份、茯苓28份、香橼21份、佛手21份、枳椇子32份、山楂16份、榧子28份、牛蒡根28份、桑叶20份、抗性糊精30份、木糖醇10份。
制备方法:(1)按上述原料组分组成分别精密称取光皮木瓜、刺梨、茯苓、香橼、佛手、枳椇子、山楂、榧子、牛蒡根、桑叶、抗性糊精、木糖醇;
(2)将光皮木瓜、刺梨、茯苓、香橼、佛手、枳椇子、山楂、榧子、牛蒡根、桑叶加水微沸煎煮三次,第一次加相当于上述原料总质量15倍量水,煎煮80min,第二次加相当于上述原料总质量9倍量水,煎煮50min,第三次加相当于上述原料总质量7倍量水,煎煮30min,合并煎液,放凉过滤,减压浓缩,真空干燥,得干浸膏粉,备用,干燥温度为70℃,出膏率15.6%;
(3)将干浸膏粉、抗性糊精和木糖醇以质量比1:1.2:0.4进行混合,制得固体饮品。
本发明降脂减肥的固体饮品的服用方法:每日3~4次,每次1袋,每袋10g,开水冲服。服用起效后,可适当减量,每日2~3次,每次1袋,每袋10g。
实施例3
本实施例一种降脂减肥的固体饮品,由以下质量份数的原料组分制成:光皮木瓜24份、刺梨65份、茯苓25份、香橼24份、佛手18份、枳椇子35份、山楂20份、榧子32份、牛蒡根35份、桑叶20份、抗性糊精40份、木糖醇15份。
制备方法:(1)按上述原料组分组成分别精密称取光皮木瓜、刺梨、茯苓、香橼、佛手、枳椇子、山楂、榧子、牛蒡根、桑叶、抗性糊精、木糖醇;
(2)将光皮木瓜、刺梨、茯苓、香橼、佛手、枳椇子、山楂、榧子、牛蒡根、桑叶加水微沸煎煮三次,第一次加相当于上述原料总质量12倍量水,煎煮75min,第二次加相当于上述原料总质量10倍量水,煎煮40min,第三次加相当于上述原料总质量8倍量水,煎煮20min,合并煎液,放凉过滤,减压浓缩,真空干燥,得干浸膏粉,备用,干燥温度为65℃,出膏率14.4%;
(3)将干浸膏粉、抗性糊精和木糖醇以质量比1:1.5:0.6进行混合,制得固体饮品。
本发明降脂减肥的固体饮品的服用方法:每日3~4次,每次1袋,每袋10g,开水冲服。服用起效后,可适当减量,每日2~3次,每次1袋,每袋10g。
药理实验:
实施例1~3均为降脂减肥效果显著的固体饮品,其中,实施例1所得固体饮品的药理实验:
1、实验动物
小鼠品系:129,大小23±2克,雌雄对半;SPF级别,购自河南省实验动物中心,动物许可证号是:SCKK(豫)20160003。动物房温度为23℃,昼夜节律为12/12小时。SPF动物饲料购自北京维通利华实验动物技术有限公司;高脂饲料购自江苏美迪森生物医药有限公司。
2、给药剂量与给药方法
取适量实施例1所得固体饮品,开水冲调,配置为0.5g/mL的溶液,折合原药材3g/mL,按照0.1mL/10g的用量ig给药,小鼠给药剂量折合原药材为300mg/kg。
3、对采食普通食物小鼠体重和自主活动的实验方法和结果
SPF小鼠20只,随机分为对照组(n=10)与给药组(n=10)两组,雌雄对半,自由采食普通食物与饮用水。对照组ig 0.9%生理盐水,给药组ig实施例1所得固体饮品溶液,每日1次。每四天称量体重的变化,共测4次。为将体重变化的表现更明显,采取相对体重变化的表示方法,实验开始第一天的体重设定为1。并且,在最后一天使用YLS-1A多功能小鼠自主活动记录仪测定动物的自主活动情况。实验结果见表1。

表1结果表明,经过17天的饲养,对照组小鼠的体重平均增长18%,给药组小鼠的体重平均增长6%,两组初始体重差比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。给药组与对照组小鼠的自主活动次数无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
4、对肥胖小鼠体重和自主活动影响的实验方法和结果
SPF小鼠30只,随机分为空白组(n=10)、对照组(n=10)与给药组(n=10)三组,雌雄对半,空白组采食普通食物与饮用水,对照组与给药组采食高脂食物与饮用水,喂养14天,第14天测定体重变化,造模结果见表2。
第14天开始,对照组与给药组继续采食高脂食物与饮用水,其中对照组ig 0.9%生理盐水,给药组ig实施例1所得固体饮品溶液,每日1次。每四天称量体重的变化,共测4次。为将体重变化的表现更明显,采取相对体重变化的表示方法,实验开始第一天的体重设定为1。并且,在第30天使用YLS-1A多功能小鼠自主活动记录仪测定动物的自主活动情况,实验结果见表3。
第31天,小鼠经氯胺酮/xylaxine混合麻醉,取心脏血0.5mL,3000r/min离心20min,取血浆,-80℃冰箱存放直到测定准备完毕。测定试剂购自南京建成生物工程研究所,测定方法按照说明书进行,吸光度值的测定波长500nm,实验结果见表3。

表2结果表明,经过14天的饲养,空白组小鼠的体重平均增长9%,对照组小鼠的体重平均增长21%,给药组小鼠的体重平均增长22%,对照组与空白组初始体重差比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),给药组与空白组初始体重差比较亦有显著性差异(P<0.05),而给药组与对照组初始体重差比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。

表3结果表明,在肥胖小鼠成功造模的基础上,经过17天的饲养,对照组小鼠的体重平均增长14%,给药组小鼠的体重平均下降6%,两组初始体重差比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。给药组与对照组小鼠的自主活动次数比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。给药组与对照组小鼠的甘油三酯含量比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)
本发明实施例1所得固体饮品的药理实验结果表明,在普通饮食和高脂饮食条件下,对小鼠体重有明显抑制作用,对肥胖小鼠血脂亦有降低作用,对小鼠的活动次数无明显改变,验证了本发明既可瘦身减肥降脂又可以保持心情愉悦的作用。
临床实验:
实施例1~3均为降脂减肥效果显著的固体饮品,其中,实施例1所得固体饮品的临床实验如下:
1、患者资料
2016年5月至今,收集52例肥胖症患者,服用本发明产品进行减肥。其中男性21例,女性31例;年龄最小19岁,最大48岁;体重最重96.5kg,最轻为69kg;腹围最大为119cm,最小为87cm;肥胖史最长14年,最短4年。
2、疗效标准
显效:服用三个疗程(一个疗程为一个月)体重下降5kg以上,腹围减少10cm以上,血脂恢复正常,与治疗前有显著性差异。
有效:服用三个疗程(一个疗程为一个月)体重下降3~5kg,腹围减少5cm以上,血脂下降但仍高于正常值,与治疗前有显著性差异。
无效:服用三个疗程(一个疗程为一个月)体重下降不足3kg,腹围减少不到5cm,血脂高于正常值,与治疗前无显著性差异。
3、服用方法与结果
服用本发明实施例1降脂减肥的固体饮品,正常饮食,适量运动,忌暴饮暴食及高热量饮食。第一、二疗程每日4次,每次1袋,每袋10g;第三个疗程每日2次,每次1袋,每袋10g;三个疗程后,记录体重,测定甘油三酯。体重实验结果见表4,血脂实验结果见表5,治疗效果统计见表6。

表6结果表明,服用本发明实施例1固体饮品三个疗程后,男性显效7例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率90.48%;女性显效10例,有效18例,无效3例,总有效率90.32。
综合药理实验与临床实验结果,可以确定本发明对体重和血脂水平均有明显的抑制和降低,具有瘦身减肥降脂的功效。且本发明原料均为药食同源品种,无毒副作用,原料种类少,成本低廉、服用方便,可长期服用。
典型病例:
1、钱某,女,42岁,南阳市卧龙区人,2016年3月使用本发明产品,现场体重89.2kg,血脂高,口述以前喜好高热量食品,目前已服用各种减肥产品3年左右,效果时有时无,且停用后反弹迅速且反弹幅度较大,部分产品导致心情抑郁,尽管已经合理控制饮食,并适当运动,但是效果很不理想,后坚持服用本发明产品,每日4次,每次1袋,每袋10g,开水冲服,两个月后即减少体重6.1kg,同时继续坚持服用本发明产品1个月,每日2次,每次1袋,体重继续下降3.6kg,中间停用1个月亦无反弹,后又服用1个月,体重基本恢复至77kg左右,血脂亦恢复正常,随访至今无反复。
2、陈某,女,44岁,平顶山市叶县人,2016年5月使用本发明产品,现场体重77.8kg,血脂高,口述以前喜好油腻食品,不爱运动,目前已服用各种减肥产品1年左右,效果时有时无,效果不理想,后坚持服用本发明产品,每日4次,每次1袋,每袋10g,开水冲服,并减少油腻食品,两个月后即减少体重5.4kg,同时继续坚持服用本发明产品1个月,每日2次,每次1袋,体重继续下降2.6kg,中间停用1个月亦无反弹,体重基本维持在69kg左右,血脂亦恢复正常,随访至今无反复。
3、吴某,女,38岁,驻马店市泌阳县人,2016年8月使用本发明产品,现场体重82.5kg,血脂高,口述以前喜好零食,目前已服用各种减肥产品2年左右,尽管已经合理控制饮食,但是效果依然不理想,后坚持服用本发明产品,减少零食,每日4次,每次1袋,每袋10g,开水冲服,两个月后即减少体重6.5kg,同时继续坚持服用本发明产品1个月,每日2次,每次1袋,体重继续下降3.2kg,中间停用1个月亦无反弹,后又服用1个月,体重基本维持在73kg左右,血脂亦恢复正常,随访至今无反复。
4、余某,男,37岁,南阳市南召县人,2017年4月使用本发明产品,现场体重93.8kg,血脂高,口述晚上饭局较多,运动偏少,目前已服用各种减肥产品1年左右,效果时有时无,尽管已经合理控制饮食,并适当运动,但是效果很不理想,后坚持服用本发明产品,每日4次,每次1袋,每袋10g,开水冲服,两个月后即减少体重7.6kg,同时继续坚持服用本发明产品1个月,每日2次,每次1袋,体重继续下降3.7kg,中间停用1个月亦无反弹,后又服用1个月,体重基本恢复至84kg左右,血脂亦恢复正常,随访至今无反复。
5、刘某,男,46岁,南阳市方城县人,2017年6月使用本发明产品,现场体重94.8kg,血脂高,口述应酬较多,无时间运动,目前已服用各种减肥产品2年左右,尽管已经合理控制饮食,并适当运动,但是效果很不理想,后坚持服用本发明产品,每日4次,每次1袋,每袋10g,开水冲服,不暴饮暴食,两个月后即减少体重7.5kg,同时继续坚持服用本发明产品1个月,每日2次,每次1袋,体重继续下降4.1kg,中间停用1个月亦无反弹,后又服用1个月,体重基本恢复至85kg左右,血脂亦恢复正常,随访至今无反复。

1.一种降脂减肥的固体饮品,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的原料组分制成:
光皮木瓜10~32份、刺梨40~80份、茯苓20~45份、香橼12~30份、佛手15~30份、枳椇子24~48份、山楂12~27份、榧子20~40份、牛蒡根20~40份、桑叶10~30份、抗性糊精28~60份、木糖醇8~24份。
2.如权利要求1所述的降脂减肥的固体饮品,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的原料组分制成:
光皮木瓜12~28份、刺梨50~70份、茯苓24~40份、香橼15~28份、佛手18~27份、枳椇子28~42份、山楂16~24份、榧子24~36份、牛蒡根25~35份、桑叶15~22份、抗性糊精30~48份、木糖醇10~18份。
3.如权利要求1所述的降脂减肥的固体饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,按如下步骤制备:

(2)将光皮木瓜、刺梨、茯苓、香橼、佛手、枳椇子、山楂、榧子、牛蒡根、桑叶加水微沸煎煮三次,第一次加相当于上述原料总质量10~15倍量水,煎煮60~90min,第二次加相当于上述原料总质量6~10倍量水,煎煮40~60min,第三次加相当于上述原料总质量5~8倍量水,煎煮20~40min,合并煎液,放凉过滤,减压浓缩,真空干燥,得干浸膏粉,备用;

4.如权利要求3所述的降脂减肥的固体饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述干燥温度为60~80℃,出膏率为12~20%。
5.如权利要求3所述的降脂减肥的固体饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述干浸膏粉、抗性糊精和木糖醇的质量比为1:0.8~2:0.4~0.8。
