Abstract
本发明公开了富硒牛大力的栽培方法,不直接点播或幼苗垂直移植,先育苗12个月至18个月待幼苗根系初步形成再移植,移植幼苗的根系全部横向辐射状摆放在12cm深的营养土中,硬底层阻止根系向下生长,保水保肥的耕作层促进根系横向生长,15cm内的耕作层地温高,促进根系生长膨大,提高产量、品质和产值。移植后一周,每个月喷淋一次富硒营养液,得到的牛大力富含硒元素。

技术领域
本发明涉及植物栽培技术领域,特别是涉及富硒牛大力的栽培方法。
背景技术
牛大力,别名猪脚笠、金钟根、山莲藕、倒吊金钟、大力薯,是一种常用的山草药。分布福建、广西、广东、海南、贵州等地,生长于深山幽谷之中。为豆科豆科崖豆藤属植物,美丽崖豆藤Millettia specisoa Champ.。牛大力是广西特色的药材,疗效确切且需求量大。广西所产的牛大力是各地客商的首选原料,最受广东和港澳同胞的亲睐。牛大力始载于《生草药性备要》,是《广西中药材标准》(1990年版)收载的地方药材。牛大力以根入药,味甘,平。归肺、肾经,主要成份为蛋白质、淀粉质及生物碱等。具有补虚润肺、强筋活络的功效,临床证明其对腰肌劳损、风湿性关节炎、肺虚咳嗽、肺结核、慢性支气管炎、慢性肝炎等慢性疾病有较好的疗效。全年可采,以秋季挖根为佳,主要收获程序:挖根、洗净、切片、晒干、封存、防潮、防霉和防虫。现代研究发现,牛大力含有多糖、生物碱、香豆素和多种微量元素等成分,其中牛大力多糖是其主要活性成分,具有调节免疫系统、抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤活性,尤其是抗肿瘤方面疗效明确,目前临床研究显示其对鼻咽癌、卵巢癌、肺癌、以及结肠癌具有良好的治疗效果。同时牛大力多糖也是理想的免疫增强剂;生物碱和香豆素具有保肝、祛痰、镇咳、镇痛、镇静、解痉的作用,且对正常细胞均没有毒副作用,在开发抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗衰老等药物方面有着特殊的优势,已成为近年来各企业竞相提取开发的新目标,市场需求量巨大。自20世纪70年代起,作为主要原料被制药企业加工成壮腰健肾丸、强力健身胶囊、桂龙药膏、活络止痛丸、强力追风透骨丸、舒筋健腰丸、益智康脑丸、抗风湿液等中成药,在全国广泛应用。
硒是人体必需的微量元素。硒参与合成人体内多种含硒酶和含硒蛋白。其中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,在生物体内催化氢过氧化物或脂质过氧化物转变为水或各种醇类,消除自由基对生物膜的攻击,保护生物膜免受氧化损伤;硒参与构成碘化甲状腺胺酸脱碘酶。在体内硒和维生素E协同,能够保护细胞膜,防止不饱和脂肪酸的氧化。微量硒具有防癌作用及保护肝脏的作用。硒能提高人体免疫,促进淋巴细胞的增殖及抗体和免疫球蛋白的合成。硒对结肠癌、皮肤癌、肝癌、乳腺癌等多种癌症具有明显的抑制和防护的作用,其在机体内的中间代谢产物甲基烯醇具有较强的抗癌活性。硒与维生素E、大蒜素、亚油酸、锗、锌等营养素具有协同抗氧化的功效,增加抗氧化活性。同时,硒具有减轻和缓解重金属毒性的作用。
硒对人体的重要生理功能越来越为各国科学家所重视,各国根据本国自身的情况都制定了硒营养的推荐摄入量。美国推荐成年健康男女硒的每日摄入量(RDI)分别为70微克/天和55微克/天,而英国则为75微克/天和60微克/天。中国营养学会推荐的成年人摄入量为50-250微克/天。
人体中硒主要从日常饮食中获得,因此,食物中硒的含量直接影响了人们日常硒的摄入量。食物硒含量受地理影响很大,土壤硒含量的不同造成各地食品中硒含量的极大差异。土壤含硒量在0.6毫克/千克以下,就属于贫硒土壤,我国除河南夏邑、陕西紫阳等地区外,全国72%的国土都属贫硒或缺硒土壤。这些区域的食物硒含量一般在0.01-0.06毫克/千克之间,而食物硒含量低于0.02毫克/千克,则被视为严重缺硒食品,长期摄入严重缺硒食品,必然会造成硒缺乏疾病。
中国营养学会对我国13个省市做过一项调查表明,成人日平均硒摄入量为26-32微克,离中国营养学会推荐的最低限度50微克相差甚远。随着现代工业的发展、环境污染的加剧,土壤缺硒势必导致大量低硒植物的产生,造成低硒食物链,导致人食物源低硒化,严重影响健康。
发明内容
现有技术中,对于牛大力的栽培,是采用深耕(60cm以上)松土,种子直接点播或幼苗垂直移植办法,由此生长出来的植株主根是垂直的,侧根是斜向下生长的。
现有技术的缺点:1、耕作成本费用高:深耕60cm以上要动用挖掘机,由于根系向下生长达60cm以上,根系采收时用人工挖地采收十分困难,采用挖掘机费用又太高。2、牛大力适宜在不积水有一定坡度的山地或旱地种植,但现有技术深耕60cm以上种植,由于土壤松散,水土流失相当严重,破坏生态环境。3、由于现有技术深耕60cm以上土壤松散,根系向下生长超过60cm,营养积累难集中,根系膨大速度慢,不利于结薯,产值低,收获时间推迟。
本发明的目的是提供富硒牛大力的栽培方法,有效解决牛大力现有技术栽培出来的植株主根是垂直生长、侧根是斜向下生长的问题,同时,还富含硒元素。
富硒牛大力的栽培方法,包括以下步骤:
1)选择成熟饱满的牛大力种子,选择无污染的旱地培育成育苗的营养土;
2)将牛大力种子放在无污染的育苗营养土中,入土1.5cm,按30×30cm规格摆放种子,保湿不积水,保温20-25度育苗,至种子发芽长到离地高8cm后,在自然条件下育苗12-18个月,3个月为一次,定期剪去高出地面15cm以上的枝条,促进根系形成和生长,促进根系变大变粗,12-18个月再移植;
3)移植前一天剪去地上高出15cm以上的枝条,用清水淋湿苗圃,药液喷雾;
4)选择不积水、有坡度的山地或旱地种植,有坡度的根据地势起畦,包排水沟畦宽2m,双行种植,植株与沟边0.5m,株距1m、行距0.7m,品字型种植,排水沟宽30cm、深10cm,耕作层松土深15cm,保持硬底层,施用肥料,均匀施入每苗周围1m2范围的土壤,并与土壤拌匀;
5)按每亩种660株苗的规格,穴深12cm,穴宽根据每株苗根系长度而定,移植牛大力幼苗时,左手拿苗,右手摆放根系,主根统一向右摆平后,其它已经成型的根系全部辐射状横向均匀摆放在12cm深的营养土中,摆放完整后盖土,盖土时由中间到周围,避免把根系弄成堆,幼苗顶部露出地面3cm;
6)移植后淋定根水,把根系上边的土壤淋湿,盖上黑色地膜防草,并把牛大力露出地面顶着地膜的苗,用小刀划穿地膜,让苗露出,通风透气;
7)移植后一周,每个月喷淋一次富硒营养液至土壤湿润,定期剪去高度超过0.8m以上的枝条和往周围生长超过0.5m以外的枝条,6个月后根据长势淋肥,周而复始,直到采收,采收期为移植后第三年起;
所述富硒营养液,通过以下制备方法得到:
①原料准备:准备纯净水100份、L-硒蛋氨酸1.0份、羟乙基纤维素0.2份;
②将步骤①的原料混合后磨浆,得到浆液,灭菌,冷却至25℃,按体积百分比为5-10%接入培养成熟的枯草芽孢杆菌液体菌种,放入发酵罐中,发酵罐中通入无菌空气,进行搅拌发酵,发酵结束后,迅速将温度升至70℃保持0.5-1.0h灭活,得到。
本发明步骤3)所述的药液喷雾,是用50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂800-1000倍药液喷雾。
步骤4)所述的施用肥料,是每亩用腐熟有机肥500-750kg、加50kg氮磷钾含量各15的复合肥、加地虫净15%颗粒剂1-1.2kg或15%颗粒剂0.5kg,25%多菌灵可湿性粉剂2kg,将以上有机肥、复合肥、杀虫剂、杀菌剂拌匀,每苗施0.8-1.2kg。
步骤7)所述的采收期为移植后第三年起,时间越长产量越高,品质越好,价值越高。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、不用深耕,松土深15cm,,保持硬底层,减少深耕费用。由于根系生长在15cm左右的土壤,根系人工采挖容易,不用挖掘机,减少耕作费用。
2、在15cm内的土壤施肥淋水,达到保水保肥作用,减少水、土、肥流失,保持生态环境。
3、不直接点播,先育苗12个月至18个月再移植,移植幼苗的根系全部横向辐射状摆放在12cm深的营养土中,硬底层阻止根系向下生长,保水保肥的耕作层促进根系横向生长,15cm内的耕作层地温高,促进根系生长膨大,提高品质、产量和产值。
4、现有技术中的富硒营养液,一般是使用无机硒,特别是亚硒酸钠和硒酸钠、亚硒酸钾和硒酸钾等,从金属矿藏的副产品中获得,无机硒有较大的毒性,且不易被吸收,作为营养液,吸收效果不好。本发明使用的硒蛋氨酸,是一种有机硒源,与无机硒相比,硒代蛋氨酸具有安全、高效的优点,它能够替代部分蛋氨酸结合到体蛋白上形成一个可逆的硒贮存库,而不存在中毒危险。目前,硒蛋氨酸主要来源于天然硒酵母,是硒酵母中有机硒的主要存在形式,但是硒蛋氨酸具有浓厚的酵母味道,直接水溶后喷洒,吸收效率低且会影响到最终产品的口感和风味。枯草芽胞杆菌,是芽胞杆菌属的一种,枯草芽孢杆菌菌体自身合成α-淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶等酶类,相当于复合酶,本发明通过硒蛋氨酸混合枯草芽胞杆菌后发酵,利用硒蛋氨酸产品带有的酵母成分发酵,一方面利于硒元素进入花生,另一方面随着蛋氨酸的合成它们能利用环境中特别是土壤中的亚硒酸盐和硒酸盐合成硒蛋氨酸,还可以有效改善、化解酵母风味。
5、本发明在营养液中添加了羟乙基纤维素,具有良好的增稠、悬浮、分散、乳化、粘合、成膜、保护水分和提供保护胶体等特性,在营养液中使用可以使得硒蛋氨酸充分粘附在土壤、根系上,利于根系对营养成分的吸收。
具体实施方式
下面以实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例:
富硒牛大力的栽培方法,包括以下步骤:
1)选择成熟饱满的牛大力种子,选择无污染的旱地培育成育苗的营养土;
2)将牛大力种子放在无污染的育苗营养土中入土1.5cm,按30×30cm规格摆放种子,保湿不积水,保温20-25度育苗,至种子发芽长到离地高8cm后,在自然条件下育苗12-18个月,3个月为一次,定期剪去高出地面15cm以上的枝条,促进根系形成和生长,促进根系变大变粗,12-18个月待幼苗根系初步形成再移植;
3)移植前一天剪去地上高出15cm以上的枝条,用清水淋湿苗圃,用50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂800-1000倍药液喷雾;
4)选择不积水、有坡度的山地或旱地种植,有坡度的根据地势起畦,包排水沟畦宽2m,双行种植,植株与沟边0.5m,株距1m、行距0.7m,品字型种植,排水沟宽30cm、深10cm,耕作层松土深15cm,保持硬底层,亩用腐熟有机肥500-750kg、加50kg氮磷钾含量各15的复合肥、加地虫净15%颗粒剂1-1.2kg或15%颗粒剂0.5kg,25%多菌灵可湿性粉剂2kg,将以上有机肥、复合肥、杀虫剂、杀菌剂拌匀,每苗施0.8-1.2kg,均匀施入每苗周围1m2范围的土壤,并与土壤拌匀;
5)按每亩种660株苗的规格,穴深12cm,穴宽根据每株苗根系长度而定,移植牛大力幼苗时,左手拿苗,石手摆放根系,主根统一向右摆平后,其它已经成型的根系全部辐射状横向均匀摆放在12cm深的营养土中,摆放完整后盖土,盖土时由中间到周围,不要把根系搞成堆,幼苗顶部露出地面3cm;
6)移植后淋定根水,把根系上边的土壤淋湿,盖上黑色地膜防草,并把牛大力露出地面顶着地膜的苗,用小刀划穿地膜让苗露出,通风透气;
7)移植后一周,每个月喷淋一次富硒营养液至土壤湿润,定期剪去高度超过0.8m以上的枝条和往周围生长超过0.5m以外的枝条,6个月后根据长势淋肥,周而复始,直到采收,采收期为移植后第三年起;

1.富硒牛大力的栽培方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)选择成熟饱满的牛大力种子,选择无污染的旱地培育成育苗的营养土;

3.根据权利要求1所述的富硒牛大力的栽培方法,其特征在于:步骤4)所述的施用肥料,是每亩用腐熟有机肥500-750kg、加50kg氮磷钾含量各15的复合肥、加地虫净15%颗粒剂1-1.2kg或15%颗粒剂0.5kg,25%多菌灵可湿性粉剂2kg,将以上有机肥、复合肥、杀虫剂、杀菌剂拌匀,每苗施0.8-1.2kg。
