Further, the patient information includes a patient digital signature of the patient, the medication list includes a medication enterprise digital signature of a medication enterprise providing the medication list, and the physician medication opinion includes a physician digital signature of the physician.
It should be noted that, the patient information should include the patient digital signature of the patient in addition to the personal information and symptoms of the patient, so as to provide reliable basis for the source of the patient information and prevent the person from maliciously providing the information for seeing a doctor; besides the medicine information, the medicine list also comprises the digital signature of the medicine enterprise providing the medicine list, so that the medicine list is provided with a real basis, and the medicine list is prevented from being maliciously misused and cannot be traced. Step 505: the patient terminal obtains patient's evaluations of the drug list and the physician, wherein the evaluations are feedback made by the patient after taking the drug according to the electronic prescription.

Further, the patient information includes a patient digital signature of the patient, the medication list includes a medication enterprise digital signature of a medication enterprise providing the medication list, and the physician medication opinion includes a physician digital signature of the physician.
It should be noted that, the patient information should include the patient digital signature of the patient in addition to the personal information and symptoms of the patient, so as to provide reliable basis for the source of the patient information and prevent the person from maliciously providing the information for seeing a doctor; besides the medicine information, the medicine list also comprises the digital signature of the medicine enterprise providing the medicine list, so that the medicine list is provided with a real basis, and the medicine list is prevented from being maliciously misused and cannot be traced. Similarly, the doctor's medical opinion should also include the digital signature of the doctor who provides the medical opinion to provide a real evidence for the medical opinion, so as to prevent the medical opinion from being falsely used maliciously, and prevent the patient or the medicine enterprise from being unable to find the doctor who provides the medical opinion when the patient or the medicine enterprise has a question about the medical opinion.
For easy understanding, referring to fig. 6, a sixth embodiment of a method for issuing an electronic prescription according to the present invention includes:
step 600: and the authorization authentication center authenticates the patient terminal and/or the medicine enterprise terminal and/or the doctor terminal.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure the information security of the electronic prescription, before a patient, a medicine enterprise, or a doctor uses the electronic prescription through a terminal, an authorization and authentication center needs to authenticate the identity of the terminal, and only the terminal authorized through authentication can acquire the operation authority of the electronic prescription, wherein the authentication mode of the authorization and authentication center on the terminal may be the validity of the public key of the patient, the medicine enterprise, or the doctor sent through the authentication terminal.
Step 601: the patient terminal acquires patient information and sends the patient information to the medicine enterprise terminal, sends a medicine list request to the medicine enterprise terminal, and acquires a medicine list which is returned by the medicine enterprise terminal and corresponds to the patient information, wherein the patient information comprises basic personal information and symptoms of a patient.
It should be noted that step 601 is identical to step 101, and will not be described in detail here. .
Step 602: the patient terminal sends the patient information and the medicine list to the doctor terminal, and sends a doctor medicine application suggestion request to the doctor terminal.

Step 603: the patient terminal obtains the doctor medication opinions corresponding to the patient information and the medicine list returned by the doctor terminal, and generates an electronic prescription comprising the patient information, the medicine list and the doctor medication opinions.

Step 604: the patient terminal sends the electronic prescription to the block chain of the medical alliance with the intelligent contract, so that the block chain of the medical alliance stores and shares the electronic prescription.

For easy understanding, referring to fig. 7, an embodiment of a system for issuing an electronic prescription according to the present invention is a method for implementing the above-mentioned electronic prescription, including: a patient terminal 701, a drug enterprise terminal 702, a physician terminal 703, an authorization and authentication center 704, and a health alliance blockchain 705;
the system comprises a patient terminal 701, a medicine enterprise terminal 702 and a medicine management terminal, wherein the patient terminal 701 is used for acquiring patient information of a patient and sending the patient information to the medicine enterprise terminal 702, sending a medicine list request to the medicine enterprise terminal 702 and acquiring a medicine list returned by the medicine enterprise terminal 702, and the patient information comprises basic personal information and symptoms of the patient;
the patient terminal 701 is further configured to send the patient information and the drug list to the physician terminal 703, and send a physician's drug use suggestion request to the physician terminal 703;
the patient terminal 701 is further configured to obtain the doctor medication opinions returned by the doctor terminal 703, and generate an electronic prescription including patient information, a medicine list and the doctor medication opinions;
the medicine enterprise terminal 702 is used for acquiring a medicine list request and patient information sent by the patient terminal and returning a medicine list to the patient terminal.
The doctor terminal 703 is configured to obtain a doctor medication suggestion request, patient information, and a medicine list sent by the patient terminal, and return a doctor medication suggestion to the patient terminal.
And the authorization authentication center 704 is used for verifying the validity of the nodes of the block chain 705 of the medical alliance, the patient terminal 701, the medicine enterprise terminal 702 and the doctor terminal 703.
And the block chain 705 of the medical alliance is used for recording the transactions among the patient terminal 701, the medicine enterprise terminal 702 and the physician terminal 703, triggering an intelligent contract and processing the electronic prescription.
It should be noted that the authorization and authentication center 704 is responsible for proving the validity of the node of the block chain 705 of the medical alliance, the patient terminal 701, the medicine enterprise terminal 702 and the physician terminal 703, after the node of the block chain 705 of the medical alliance, the patient terminal 701, the medicine enterprise terminal 702 and the physician terminal 703 generate asymmetric keys by themselves, information data and public keys of the node of the block chain 705 of the medical alliance, the patient terminal 701, the medicine enterprise terminal 702 and the physician terminal 703 need to be sent to the authorization and authentication center 704 for verification, and after the verification is passed, the authorization and authentication center 704 issues a digital certificate, so that a legal identity can be obtained. The nodes of the block chain 705 of the healthcare alliance consist of trusted nodes of a healthcare organization with strong computer capability and storage capability, and the block chain in which the nodes added into the block chain 705 of the healthcare alliance are located needs to be authorized by an authorization and authentication center 704 and issue a digital certificate to obtain corresponding rights. The nodes of the block chain 705 of the medical alliance are responsible for recording the operation of the electronic prescription using terminals, namely the patient terminal 701 and/or the medicine enterprise terminal 702 and/or the physician terminal 703, and triggering an intelligent contract to complete various functions of the electronic prescription.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like in the description of the invention and in the drawings described above, if any, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the invention described herein are, for example, capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. It is to be understood that, in the present invention, "at least one" means one or more, "a plurality" means two or more. "and/or" for describing an association relationship of associated objects, indicates that there may be three relationships, for example, "a and/or B" may indicate: only A, only B and both A and B are present, wherein A and B may be singular or plural. The character "/" generally indicates that the contextual objects are in an "or" relationship. "at least one of the following" or similar expressions refer to any combination of these items, including any combination of single item(s) or plural items. For example, at least one (one) of a, b, or c, may represent: a, b, c, "a and b", "a and c", "b and c", or "a and b and c", wherein a, b, c may be single or plural.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical functional division, and in actual implementation, there may be other divisions, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.

The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (10)

1. A method of prescribing an electronic prescription, comprising:
101: the method comprises the steps that a patient terminal obtains patient information and sends the patient information to a medicine enterprise terminal, a medicine list request is sent to the medicine enterprise terminal, and a medicine list corresponding to the patient information and returned by the medicine enterprise terminal is obtained, wherein the patient information comprises basic personal information and symptoms of a patient; the medicine enterprise terminals for providing the medicines in the medicine enterprise terminals are all medicine enterprise terminals in more than one medicine enterprise alliance which meets the intelligent contract of the medicine enterprise;
102: the patient terminal sends the patient information and the medicine list to a doctor terminal, and sends a doctor medication suggestion request to the doctor terminal;
103: and the patient terminal acquires the doctor medication opinions corresponding to the patient information and the medicine list returned by the doctor terminal and generates an electronic prescription comprising the patient information, the medicine list and the doctor medication opinions.
2. The method of prescribing electronic prescriptions of claim 1 further comprising, after step 103:
104A: and the patient terminal sends the electronic prescription to a block chain of medical alliances with intelligent contracts, so that the block chain of medical alliances stores and shares the electronic prescription.
3. A method of prescribing electronic prescriptions as in claims 1 or 2 further comprising, after step 103:
104B: the patient terminal obtains the evaluation of the patient to the medicine list and the doctor, wherein the evaluation is feedback made by the patient after the patient takes the medicine according to the electronic prescription.
4. The method of prescribing electronic prescriptions as in claim 1 further comprising, after step 101 and before step 102:
1012A: and the patient terminal acquires the outpatient service type of the patient according to the patient information and randomly acquires the doctors belonging to the outpatient service type.
5. The method of prescribing electronic prescriptions as in claim 1 further comprising, after step 101 and before step 102:
1012B: and the patient terminal acquires the outpatient service type of the patient and the selectable doctor list of the outpatient service type according to the patient information, and acquires the doctor designated by the patient according to the selectable doctor list.
6. The method of making an electronic prescription according to claim 1, wherein said patient information includes a patient digital signature of said patient, said medication list includes a drug enterprise digital signature of a drug enterprise providing said medication list, and said physician order opinion includes a physician digital signature of said physician.
7. The method of prescribing electronic prescriptions of claim 1 further comprising, prior to step 101:
100: the patient terminal and/or the medicine enterprise terminal and/or the doctor terminal are/is authenticated through an authorized authentication center.
8. A system for prescribing electronic prescriptions for implementing the method of prescribing electronic prescriptions of any of claims 1 to 7, comprising: a patient terminal, a medicine enterprise terminal and a doctor terminal;
the system comprises a patient terminal, a medicine enterprise terminal and a medicine enterprise terminal, wherein the patient terminal is used for acquiring patient information, sending the patient information to the medicine enterprise terminal, sending a medicine list request to the medicine enterprise terminal, and acquiring a medicine list which is returned by the medicine enterprise terminal and corresponds to the patient information, wherein the patient information comprises basic personal information and symptoms of the patient;
the patient terminal is also used for sending the patient information and the medicine list to a doctor terminal and sending a doctor medication suggestion request to the doctor terminal;
the patient terminal is further used for acquiring a doctor medication suggestion corresponding to the patient information and the medicine list returned by the doctor terminal and generating an electronic prescription comprising the patient information, the medicine list and the doctor medication suggestion;
the medicine enterprise terminal is used for acquiring a medicine list request and the patient information sent by the patient terminal and returning a medicine list to the patient terminal; the medicine enterprise terminals for providing the medicines in the medicine enterprise terminals are all medicine enterprise terminals in more than one medicine enterprise alliance which meets the intelligent contract of the medicine enterprise;
the doctor terminal is used for obtaining the doctor medication suggestion request, the patient information and the medicine list sent by the patient terminal and returning the doctor medication suggestion to the patient terminal.
9. The system for prescribing electronic prescriptions of claim 8 further comprising: a healthcare alliance blockchain;
and the block chain of the medical alliance is used for storing and sharing the electronic prescription.
10. The system for prescribing electronic prescriptions of claim 8 further comprising: an authorization and authentication center;
and the authorization authentication center is used for authenticating the patient terminal and/or the medicine enterprise terminal and/or the doctor terminal.
