Abstract
The invention discloses an electronic prescription issuing method and system, wherein a pharmacist records or confirms basic information and disease symptoms of a patient at a pharmacy terminal and sends the basic information and the disease symptoms to a corresponding doctor terminal, a doctor checks the disease symptoms of the patient through the doctor terminal and diagnoses the disease symptoms to give treatment opinions to the doctor terminal, and the pharmacy terminal checks a medicine list in the medicine opinions after receiving the medicine opinions of the doctor to generate an electronic prescription.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of internet medical treatment, in particular to a method and a system for issuing an electronic prescription.
Background
According to the second rule of the prescription management method, the prescription refers to a medical document which is provided for a patient by a registered medical practitioner and a medical assistant physician (hereinafter, referred to as a physician) in a diagnosis and treatment activity, is audited, prepared and checked by a medical professional technician (hereinafter, referred to as a pharmacist) who acquires the qualification of the medical professional technical staff, and is used as a drug administration certificate of the patient. Along with the continuous development of the internet, electronic prescriptions (electronic prescriptions) are continuously popularized, and refer to medical electronic documents which rely on network transmission, adopt information technology programming, fill medicine treatment information in diagnosis and treatment activities, make prescriptions, transmit the prescriptions to a pharmacy through the network, and are audited, allocated, checked and charged by professional pharmacy technicians, and are used for dispensing medicines and taking medical medicines in the pharmacy.
The existing electronic prescription taking a pharmacy as a background is used for prescribing prescription medicines in a remote outpatient service mode, doctors and patients do not meet the prescription, the inquiry time is short, doctors even can not clearly distinguish whether the patients are the patients themselves or not, and the risk of the doctors is high; most pharmacists do not examine the prescription and do not comply with the prescription management method.

s0: the patient fills in the basic information and illness state symptoms of the patient through the patient terminal and sends the basic information and illness state symptoms to the pharmacy terminal, and a pharmacist of the pharmacy confirms the illness state symptoms of the patient after receiving the basic information and illness state symptoms of the patient terminal.
Preferably, in the step S1, before the pharmacy terminal sends the basic information of the patient and the disease symptoms to the physician terminal, the physician who is in the corresponding clinic category is randomly obtained according to the basic information of the patient and the disease symptoms, and then the basic information of the patient and the disease symptoms are sent to the corresponding physician terminal.

the doctor terminal is used for checking the basic information and the disease symptoms of the patient to make diagnosis and feeding back the medication opinions to the pharmacy terminal.
Preferably, the doctor terminal is also used for issuing a biochemical test sheet and receiving and viewing a test report of the biochemical test sheet when a doctor cannot directly diagnose according to the disease symptoms of the patient.
Preferably, the system further comprises a courier terminal, and the courier terminal is used for checking the inspection sample data needing to be delivered by the courier and carrying out order receiving and delivery according to the inspection sample data.

The basic information of the patient includes the name, sex, age, allergy history and other basic information of the patient, and the disease symptoms are all indicative of the current physical discomfort of the patient. The doctor gives the medicine opinion including the list of the medicine and the dosage of the medicine.
In order to facilitate the patient to check the electronic prescription, the patient can pay fee through the terminal, so the electronic prescription issuing method of the invention comprises the following steps:

Further, in order to facilitate quick finding of the outpatient physician corresponding to the patient condition, in step S1, the pharmacy terminal randomly obtains the physician of the corresponding outpatient category according to the patient condition and before sending the patient basic information and the patient condition to the physician terminal, and then sends the patient basic information and the patient condition to the corresponding physician terminal.

The doctor terminal is also used for issuing a biochemical test sheet and receiving and viewing a test report of the biochemical test sheet when a doctor can not directly diagnose according to the disease symptoms of the patient.
The system also comprises a courier terminal, and the courier terminal is used for checking the inspection sample data to be delivered by the courier and carrying out order receiving and delivery according to the inspection sample data.

s0: the patient fills in the basic information and illness state symptoms of the patient through the patient terminal and sends the basic information and illness state symptoms to the pharmacy terminal, and a pharmacist of the pharmacy confirms the illness state symptoms of the patient after receiving the basic information and illness state symptoms of the patient terminal.
