Description

Current transformer secondary circuit load detection method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of relay protection detection, in particular to a load detection method for a secondary circuit of a current transformer.
Background
In the acceptance and protection inspection of relay protection, the load of a secondary circuit of a current transformer on the protection chamber side is detected.
In the prior art, load detection of a secondary circuit of a current transformer is generally realized by moving a detection instrument to a position near a terminal block of the current transformer and performing a quantitative test on the secondary circuit of the current transformer through a phase line contact of the terminal block of the current transformer, or by moving the detection instrument to a position near a body of the current transformer and connecting the detection instrument to the secondary circuit of the current transformer for direct detection, in a local site outside and close to a protection room.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the entire secondary circuit of the current transformer includes a current transformer body CT and a terminal block D located outside a protection room, and a protection device B located inside the protection room. The description will be given by taking the example of detecting the load of the secondary circuit of the current transformer on the protection chamber side on the a-phase line. Firstly, disconnecting the protection device B from the phase B and the phase C of the terminal block N; secondly, moving the detection instrument (comprising a voltage loading instrument M and an ammeter T) to the outside of the protection room and close to the on-site of the protection room; then, connecting the positive electrode of the voltage loading instrument M into the A-phase contact of the terminal block D and connecting the negative electrode of the voltage loading instrument M into the N-phase contact of the terminal block D, and connecting the ammeter T in series in a secondary circuit of the current transformer; then, if a current transformer body CT is connected, connecting the two ends of the current transformer body CT with the a-phase connection point and the N-phase connection point of the terminal row D respectively, and at this time, taking the voltage loader M as a common voltmeter (that is, the loaded electric quantity is 0), reading the voltage U displayed by the voltage loader M and the current I displayed by the ammeter T; if the current transformer body CT is not connected, the voltage loader M is used for loading certain electric quantity, and the voltage U displayed after the voltage loader M loads the electric quantity and the current I displayed by the corresponding ammeter T are read; finally, calculating the impedance Z = U/I = Z1+ Z2 of the secondary circuit load of the current transformer on the protection chamber side according to the voltage U displayed by the voltage loader M and the current I displayed by the ammeter T; wherein, Z1 is the equivalent impedance of the A-phase cable L in the secondary circuit of the current transformer; z2 is the equivalent impedance of protection device B.
However, the inventor finds that the existing current transformer secondary circuit load detection method has many defects, and the defects are as follows: once the position setting of the terminal row of connecting current transformer is more dispersed, just need detect once more and move detecting instrument once more, so not only waste time and energy, still can be because of the mistake appears in new wiring at every turn to lead to final testing result to appear the error, lead to detecting instrument short circuit even because of wrong wiring, make detecting instrument have the risk of burning out. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the existing current transformer secondary circuit load detection method.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 3, which is a method for detecting a load of a secondary circuit of a current transformer according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method is used for leading a three-phase four-wire access protection device B out of a secondary circuit of the current transformer (as shown in fig. 1) formed by a current transformer body CT through a terminal row N; the current transformer body CT and the terminal block N are arranged outside the protection chamber, and an A-phase contact, a B-phase contact, a C-phase contact and an N-phase contact are arranged on the terminal block N; the protection device B is arranged in the protection chamber and is respectively connected with the phase A connection point, the phase B connection point, the phase C connection point and the phase N connection point on the terminal block N through corresponding four cables; wherein,
the method comprises the following steps:
step S1, selecting a load to be tested in the protection room, and further determining the load to be tested outside the protection room corresponding to a phase line led out from the current transformer body and a contact of a terminal strip correspondingly connected with the phase line; the phase lines led out of the current transformer body comprise a phase line A, a phase line B and a phase line C; the load to be tested comprises the protection device and a cable connected with one of the A-phase connection point, the B-phase connection point and the C-phase connection point of the terminal block;
the specific process is that the load to be tested is selected in the protection chamber, namely the protection device and a cable of which a certain phase is connected with the corresponding contact of the terminal strip are selected, so that the contact of the phase line and the terminal strip led out by the selected load to be tested and connected with the current transformer body can be deduced.
In one embodiment, the load to be measured is a protection device and a cable of an a-phase connection point of an a-phase connection terminal block on the protection device, a phase line led out from a current transformer body is deduced to be an a-phase line, and a connection point of the connected terminal block is the a-phase connection point.
Step S2, providing a voltage loading instrument and an ammeter as a detection instrument, and connecting the voltage loading instrument and the ammeter in series on a corresponding cable connected to a terminal block by a protection device in the load to be detected;
the specific process is that the voltage loading instrument and the ammeter are connected in series to the corresponding cable connected to the terminal block by the protection device in the load to be tested through a wire or a cable, for example, when the impedance of the protection device and the cable connected to the a-phase connection point of the a-phase connection terminal block on the protection device is tested, the voltage loading instrument and the ammeter are connected in series to the cable connected to the a-phase connection point of the a-phase connection terminal block on the protection device.
It can be understood that, in order to facilitate the serial connection of the voltage loading instrument and the ammeter, a disconnected connecting sheet may be disposed on the cable corresponding to the load to be measured, and the voltage loading instrument and the ammeter are connected in series at two ends of the connecting sheet.
Step S3, obtaining a connection mode that the terminal strip and the load to be tested form a communication loop, obtaining the electric quantity correspondingly loaded by the voltage loader according to the connection mode that the obtained terminal strip corresponds to the load to be tested to form the communication loop, and further reading the voltage displayed after the voltage loader loads the electric quantity and the current displayed by the ammeter to calculate the impedance of the load to be tested; the connection mode that the terminal strip forms a communication loop corresponding to the load to be tested is a first connection mode or a second connection mode; the first connection mode is that the current transformer body is connected in series between a contact of a corresponding connection terminal row of the load to be tested and an N-phase contact of the terminal row, so that the terminal row and the load to be tested form a communication loop; and the second connection mode is that after the current transformer body is disconnected, the connection point of the corresponding connection terminal row of the load to be tested is connected with the N-phase connection point of the terminal row in a short mode, so that the terminal row and the load to be tested form a communication loop.

It should be noted that, the electric quantity loaded by the voltage loader is greater than 0, at this time, the voltage loader is a voltage source, and is also a voltmeter, and at this time, the voltage of the loop is output by the voltage loader.
