The invention further provides a condensate water discharge method.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a condensate discharging method according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the water pan of the air conditioner is fixed by an elastic component, the elastic component is elastically deformed along with the weight change of the water pan, and a drainage pump for draining condensed water in the water pan is further arranged in the air conditioner;
the condensed water discharge method includes the steps of:
s10: monitoring the deformation quantity of the elastic component when the air conditioner operates in a refrigerating mode, and calculating the liquid level height of condensed water in the water receiving tray according to the deformation quantity;
in this embodiment, the water collector of air conditioner is fixed through an elastic component, elastic component can take place elastic deformation along with the weight change of water collector. During the cooling operation of the air conditioner, when the surface temperature of the evaporator coil of the air conditioner is lower than the dew point temperature of the air inlet flow, the vapor condensation can occur on the surface of the evaporator coil to generate condensed water. The surface temperature of the indoor evaporator is generally 7-12 ℃, the temperature of the condensed water is about 10-15 ℃, the temperature is lower, and the higher the moisture content in the air is, the more condensed water is generated. After the comdenstion water flowed into the water collector by the coil pipe surface of evaporimeter, caused the whole weight of water collector to increase, the weight of water collector increases, and the elastic component who supports the water collector must take place elastic deformation, and the displacement takes place for the displacement in elastic component's deformation direction for the water collector, and the displacement volume that the water collector took place is equal to elastic component's deformation volume generally speaking moreover, therefore in other embodiments, also can replace elastic component's deformation volume through the displacement variation volume that detects the water collector. Each elastic component has an elastic coefficient, and in a compressible range, the elastic component can be elastically deformed by applying an acting force to the elastic component, so that the weight change of the water receiving tray can be determined by the deformation quantity and the elastic coefficient of the elastic component, the increment of condensed water in the water receiving tray is further determined, and the liquid level height of the condensed water in the water receiving tray can be determined according to the specification parameters of the water receiving tray, such as the water receiving tray is of a square or cuboid or cylinder structure, and the bottom wall area of the water receiving tray.
S20: and controlling the operation of the drainage pump or outputting an alarm prompt of the fault of the drainage pump according to the comparison result of the liquid level height and the preset liquid level.
After the liquid level height of the condensed water in the water receiving tray is calculated, the liquid level height of the condensed water can be compared with a preset liquid level, and different control actions are executed according to the comparison result. If the liquid level of the condensed water is detected to be higher than a first preset liquid level, controlling a drainage pump of the air conditioner to start running to execute drainage work; and the liquid level height that detects the comdenstion water continues to rise to the second and predetermines the liquid level, perhaps the liquid level height of comdenstion water still is higher than first predetermined liquid level after a period of time, can further judge that the drain pump has taken place the trouble this moment, the drainage function has been lost, the hidden danger that causes air conditioner indoor set to leak is overflowed to the comdenstion water in the water collector this moment, the warning suggestion of drain pump trouble can be exported, the drain pump of this air conditioner of suggestion user or maintenance station breaks down, in time maintenance is needed, and then the operational reliability of air conditioner is improved.
The liquid level height of the condensed water calculated in each time is the current liquid level height of the condensed water at the moment, validity of monitoring data is guaranteed, and operation reliability of the air conditioner is improved.
According to the condensed water discharge method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the liquid level height of condensed water in the water receiving tray is calculated according to the deformation quantity of the elastic component during the refrigeration operation of the air conditioner, and the operation of the drainage pump is controlled or the alarm prompt of the fault of the drainage pump is output according to the comparison result of the liquid level height and the preset liquid level. The condensed water discharging method of the invention calculates the liquid level height of the condensed water in the water receiving tray by utilizing the deformation quantity of the elastic component for fixing the water receiving tray, thereby controlling the operation of the draining pump or outputting the alarm prompt, avoiding the overflow of the condensed water and the leakage of the internal machine caused by the loss of the draining function when the water level float switch is blocked by foreign matters in the existing draining pump, and improving the operation reliability of the air conditioner.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the first embodiment of step S10, based on the condensed water discharging method of the above embodiment, includes:
s11 a: detecting the deformation amount of the elastic component every a first preset time interval;
in this embodiment, since the condensed water flows out from the water collecting tray under the evaporator of the indoor unit, the flow rate thereof is generally related to the moisture content of the air, the dew point temperature, the indoor ambient temperature, and the like. And based on the fact that the generating speed of the condensed water is low, which is well known to those skilled in the art, the weight change of the water tray in a short time is small, and in order to ensure the validity of the monitoring data, the deformation quantity of the elastic component can be detected every first preset time interval, so as to obtain more effective detection data. In this embodiment, the first preset time period may be selected from a range of 3min to 10min, preferably 5min, and in other embodiments, the first preset time period may be set separately.
S12: calculating the condensed water increment in the water pan according to the deformation quantity and the elastic coefficient of the elastic component;
according to the above, when the liquid level height of the condensed water in the water pan is calculated through the deformation amount of the elastic component, the elastic component is elastically deformed by the gravity action of the water pan mainly according to the Newton's third law, so that the weight change of the water pan can be calculated according to the deformation amount and the elastic coefficient of the elastic component, and the weight increment of the condensed water in the water pan can be calculated. The elastic coefficient of the elastic component can be preset in a memory of the air conditioner so as to be called at any time, and can be preferentially acquired from a cloud end or set information when the condensed water increment of the water pan is calculated.
S13 a: calculating the liquid level increase height of the condensed water according to the condensed water increment and the specification parameters of the water pan;
after the condensed water increment in the water pan is obtained, the volume change of the condensed water in the water pan can be obtained through calculation according to the calculation formula rho of the density, and then according to the volume change and the specification parameters of the water pan, if the water pan is in a regular structure such as a cube, a cuboid or a cylinder, the liquid level increase height of the condensed water can be directly calculated according to the bottom wall area of the water pan.
S14 a: and calculating the liquid level height of the condensed water in the water receiving tray according to the initial liquid level height of the condensed water in the water receiving tray and the liquid level increasing height.
After the liquid level increase height of the condensed water is obtained, the liquid level height of the condensed water in the water receiving tray can be obtained according to the sum of the initial liquid level height of the condensed water in the water receiving tray and the liquid level increase height. The initial liquid level height can be obtained according to a liquid level detection unit arranged in the water pan, and when the initial liquid level height is 0, the liquid level increasing height can be directly regarded as the liquid level height of condensed water in the water pan.
Further, referring to fig. 6, the second embodiment of step S10, based on the condensed water discharge method of the above embodiment, includes:
s11 b: detecting the deformation quantity of the elastic assembly and first liquid level data fed back by the liquid level detection unit at intervals of a second preset time length;
in this embodiment, the air conditioner still including set up in the liquid level detection unit of water collector, the liquid level detection unit is fixed in the diapire of water collector follows the water collector reciprocates. The liquid level detection unit can be electrode type level sensor, temperature sensor, water level switch etc. and the liquid level change in the preferred electrode type level sensor monitoring water collector of this application. In addition, since the condensed water flows from the water collecting tray under the evaporator of the indoor unit, the flow rate of the condensed water is generally related to the moisture content of the air, the dew point temperature, the indoor environment temperature, and the like. And based on the low generating speed of the condensed water in the air conditioner known by the technical personnel in the field, the weight change of the water tray in a short time is small, and in order to ensure the validity of the monitoring data, the deformation quantity of the elastic component and the first liquid level data fed back by the liquid level detection unit can be detected every second preset time interval, so as to obtain more effective detection data. In this embodiment, the second preset time period may be selected from a range of 3min to 10min, preferably 5min, and in other embodiments, the second preset time period may be set separately.
S12: calculating the condensed water increment in the water pan according to the deformation quantity and the elastic coefficient of the elastic component;
according to the above, when the liquid level height of the condensed water in the water pan is calculated through the deformation amount of the elastic component, the elastic component is elastically deformed by the gravity action of the water pan mainly according to the Newton's third law, so that the weight change of the water pan can be calculated according to the deformation amount and the elastic coefficient of the elastic component, and the weight increment of the condensed water in the water pan can be calculated. The elastic coefficient of the elastic component can be preset in a memory of the air conditioner so as to be called at any time, and can be preferentially acquired from a cloud end or set information when the condensed water increment of the water pan is calculated.
S13 b: calculating second liquid level data of the condensed water according to the condensed water increment and the specification parameters of the water pan;
after the condensed water increment in the water receiving tray is obtained, the volume change of the condensed water in the water receiving tray can be obtained through calculation according to a calculation formula rho of density, wherein the rho is m/v, and then according to the volume change and specification parameters of the water receiving tray, if the water receiving tray is of a regular structure such as a cube, a cuboid or a cylinder, the second liquid level data of the condensed water can be directly calculated according to the area of the bottom wall of the water receiving tray.
S14 b: and performing weighted calculation on the first liquid level data and the second liquid level data to obtain the liquid level height of the condensed water in the water pan.
Because there may be a difference between the second liquid level data of the condensed water calculated according to the deformation amount of the elastic component and the first liquid level data of the condensed water detected according to the liquid level detection unit, in order to ensure the accuracy and precision of the liquid level height of the finally obtained condensed water, the first liquid level data and the second liquid level data of the condensed water can be weighted and calculated after being obtained. Specifically, a weighting coefficient can be determined according to the percentage of the difference between the two to the self, and the final liquid level height can be obtained through weighted average calculation.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the condensed water drain method is proposed based on the above, and in this embodiment, step S20 includes:
s21: when the liquid level of the condensed water is detected to be higher than a first preset liquid level, controlling the drainage pump to start running;
in this embodiment, the first predetermined liquid is preset according to the working condition of the heating, ventilation or air conditioning system and the depth of the water pan, and is mainly used to control the drainage pump to open and perform the drainage function. The height of the first preset liquid level is generally set to be 40-60% of the depth of the water receiving tray, and can be additionally set in other embodiments, when the liquid level height of condensed water in the water receiving tray reaches the first preset liquid level, a corresponding control signal is generated to control the drainage pump to operate and drain the water receiving tray, so that the influence on the operation reliability of the air conditioner is reduced.
S22: when the liquid level height of the condensed water is detected to be higher than a second preset liquid level, or the time that the liquid level height of the condensed water is higher than the first preset liquid level is longer than a third preset time length, outputting an alarm prompt of the fault of the drainage pump;
wherein the second preset liquid level is higher than the first preset liquid level.
After the drainage pump is started to drain water, the liquid level height of condensed water in the water receiving tray generally falls below a first preset liquid level along with the lapse of time, but if the drainage pump fails to have a drainage function, the liquid level height of the condensed water in the water receiving tray shows a continuous rising trend, and at the moment, an alarm prompt of the fault of the drainage pump of the air conditioner needs to be output to a user or a maintenance station so as to ensure the operation reliability of the air conditioner. And if the liquid level of the condensed water is detected to be higher than the second preset liquid level or the time that the liquid level of the condensed water is higher than the first preset liquid level is longer than the third preset time length, outputting an alarm prompt of the fault of the drainage pump to a user or a maintenance station. The second preset liquid level is generally set to 71% -80% of the depth of the water receiving tray, and can be set additionally in other embodiments. The third preset duration is the duration required by increasing 1% -9% of the depth of the water pan on the basis of the first preset liquid level.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a third embodiment of the condensed water discharge method is proposed based on the above, in which the drain pump includes a main drain pump and a backup drain pump, and step S20 includes:
s23: when the liquid level height of the condensed water is detected to reach a first preset liquid level, controlling the main drainage pump to start to operate;
in this embodiment, in order to avoid the air conditioner from losing the drainage function when the drainage pump fails and further from affecting the operation reliability of the air conditioner, another drainage pump is added to the original drainage pump, and for the sake of convenience of distinction, the original drainage pump is set as the main drainage pump, and the drainage pump added separately is set as the backup drainage pump. When the liquid level of the condensed water in the water receiving tray reaches 40% -60% of the depth of the water receiving tray, a corresponding first control signal is generated to control the main drainage pump to start to operate and drain the water receiving tray, so that the influence on the operation reliability of the air conditioner is reduced.
S24: when the liquid level of the condensed water is detected to be higher than a second preset liquid level, or the time that the liquid level of the condensed water is higher than the first preset liquid level is longer than a third preset time length, outputting an alarm prompt of the fault of the main drainage pump and/or controlling the standby drainage pump to start and operate;
wherein the second preset liquid level is higher than the first preset liquid level.
Similarly, after the main drainage pump is started to drain, the liquid level height of the condensed water in the water receiving tray generally falls below a first preset liquid level along with the lapse of time, but if the main drainage pump fails and loses the drainage function, the liquid level height of the condensed water in the water receiving tray presents a continuous rising trend, and at the moment, an alarm prompt of the fault of the drainage pump of the air conditioner needs to be output to a user or a maintenance station so as to ensure the operation reliability of the air conditioner. And if the liquid level height of the condensed water is detected to be higher than 71% -80%, or the time for the liquid level height of the condensed water to be higher than the first preset liquid level is longer than a third preset time, outputting an alarm prompt of the drainage pump fault to a user or a maintenance station. The third preset duration is a duration required for increasing the depth of the water pan by 1% -9% on the basis of the first preset liquid level, and in other embodiments, the third preset duration may be set separately.
In other embodiments, when it is detected that the liquid level of the condensed water is higher than 71% -80%, or the time that the liquid level of the condensed water is higher than the first preset liquid level is longer than a third preset time, a corresponding second control signal may be generated to control the standby drain pump to start operating the docking tray to drain water.
In another embodiment, when it is detected that the liquid level of the condensed water is higher than 71% -80%, or the time that the liquid level of the condensed water is higher than the first preset liquid level is longer than a third preset time, a corresponding second control signal may be generated to control the standby drain pump to start operating to drain the water tray, and an alarm prompt of a fault of the main drain pump is output to a user or a maintenance station.
Further, after the standby drainage pump is started to operate for a fourth preset time, if the liquid level height of the condensed water is higher than the second preset liquid level, the air conditioner is controlled to stop, and an alarm prompt of the standby drainage pump fault is output.
In this embodiment, based on the above, after the drainage by the backup drainage pump is started, the liquid level of the condensed water in the water receiving tray will generally fall below the second preset liquid level over time, but if the backup drainage pump fails and loses the drainage function, the liquid level of the condensed water in the water receiving tray will show a trend of continuously rising, and at this time, to ensure the operational reliability of the air conditioner, the air conditioner needs to be controlled to stop, so as to avoid the continuous increase of the condensed water in the water receiving tray, and meanwhile, an alarm prompt of the failure of the backup drainage pump is output to a user or a maintenance station. If the liquid level height of the condensed water is detected to be still higher than the second preset liquid level after the standby draining pump is started to operate for the fourth preset time, the standby draining pump is judged to have a fault, a third control signal is further generated to control the air conditioner to stop, and meanwhile, an alarm prompt of the fault of the standby draining pump is output to a user or a maintenance station. The fourth preset duration is a duration required for increasing the depth of the water pan by 1% -5% on the basis of the second preset liquid level, and the fourth preset duration may be additionally set in other embodiments.
Further, when the liquid level height of the condensed water is detected to be lower than a third preset liquid level, or the time that the liquid level height of the condensed water is lower than the first preset liquid level is longer than a fifth preset time length, the main drainage pump or the standby drainage pump is turned off.
In this embodiment, when the main drainage pump is not in fault, after the main drainage pump is started to drain water, the liquid level height of condensed water in the water pan falls below a first preset liquid level along with the lapse of time, and if the liquid level height of the condensed water is detected to be lower than a third preset liquid level, or the time that the liquid level height of the condensed water is lower than the first preset liquid level exceeds a fifth preset time duration, it can be determined that most of the condensed water in the water pan is drained, the possibility of indoor unit water leakage caused by overflow of the condensed water cannot occur in a short time, and the operational reliability of the air conditioner cannot be threatened, and at this time, the main drainage pump can be turned off in order to reduce energy consumption. In this embodiment, the third preset liquid level is generally set to 20% to 30% of the depth of the water pan, and may be set separately in other embodiments. The fifth preset duration is the time required for the liquid level to fall to the third preset level on the basis of the first preset level.
Similarly, in another embodiment, when the main drain pump fails to start the standby drain pump to drain, and the standby drain pump fails, the level of the condensed water in the water pan falls below the first preset level over time, and if it is detected that the level of the condensed water is lower than the third preset level, or the level of the condensed water is lower than the first preset level for longer than a fifth preset time, it can be determined that most of the condensed water in the water pan has been drained, and the possibility of water leakage of the indoor unit due to overflow of the condensed water does not occur in a short time, and the operational reliability of the air conditioner is not threatened, and at this time, the standby drain pump can be turned off to reduce energy consumption. In this embodiment, the third preset liquid level is generally set to 20% to 30% of the depth of the water pan, and may be set separately in other embodiments. The fifth preset duration is the time required for the liquid level to fall to the third preset level on the basis of the second preset level.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention also proposes a storage medium storing a condensed water drain program that implements the steps of the condensed water drain method as described above when executed by a processor.
