根据本发明提供一种黄菊花干制天然染料,黄菊花干制天然染料黄菊花干提取物、聚酯树脂、二甲苯、丙酸钠、阴离子抗静电剂、去离子水、纤维素醚。
其中,按重量份数黄菊花干制天然染料的配方中包括黄菊花干提取物35-55份、聚酯树脂5-10份、二甲苯2-5份、丙酸钠0.2-1.8份、阴离子抗静电剂3-8份、去离子水40-70份、纤维素醚0.8-3.2份。
进一步,按重量份数黄菊花干制天然染料的配方中包括黄菊花干提取物40-50份、聚酯树脂6-9份、二甲苯3-4份、丙酸钠0.5-1.3份、阴离子抗静电剂4-6份、去离子水50-60份、纤维素醚1.6-2.4份。
更进一步,所述阴离子抗静电剂采用的是磷酸。
其中,所述黄菊花干提取物的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤1、收取黄菊花,冲洗,烘干,制得黄菊花干;
步骤2、在利用粉碎装置粉碎黄菊花干,形成黄菊花干粉;
步骤3、将黄菊花干粉倒入温度在20℃-30℃的水中,浸泡2h-3h,然后加热至50℃-65℃,浸泡1.5h-2.2h,然后逐渐升温至75-80℃,不断的搅拌10min,过滤即可得到可以用于生产天然染料的黄菊花干提取物。
其中,步骤3中黄菊花干粉与水的重量份数比为3:4。
本发明所述的黄菊花干制天然染料具有配方合理,形成浅黄色,色彩感清新,防霉抗静电效果好。

其中,按重量份数黄菊花干制天然染料的配方中包括黄菊花干提取物35-55份、聚酯树脂5-10份、二甲苯2-5份、丙酸钠0.2-1.8份、阴离子抗静电剂3-8份、去离子水40-70份、纤维素醚0.8-3.2份。
