as shown in fig. 1, a deceleration clutch apparatus of a washing machine includes:
an input shaft 16;
a lower planetary gear train including a lower carrier 4;
an upper planetary gear train including an upper carrier 11;
an output shaft 8 and an output shaft sleeve 9;
the input shaft 16 transmits power to the lower planetary gear train, which transmits power to the output shaft 8 through the lower carrier 4 and the upper planetary gear train, which transmits power to the output shaft sleeve through the upper carrier 11.
The washing machine decelerating clutch device is provided with an upper planetary gear train and a lower planetary gear train, wherein the input shaft inputs power, the lower planetary gear train decelerates and then drives the output shaft 8 to output power, meanwhile, the lower planetary gear train also transmits the power to the upper planetary gear train, and the upper planetary gear train decelerates and then drives the dewatering shaft to output power, so that the washing machine decelerating clutch device drives the output shaft and the output shaft sleeve to perform double-power driving during washing through the planetary gear trains of the lower planetary gear train and the upper planetary gear train, the stirring mode in the washing process is increased, and the washing effect of clothes is improved.
The washing machine decelerating clutch device adopts the structural design of the lower planetary gear train and the upper planetary gear train, has simple structure, is convenient to manufacture and process and has low cost.
As one embodiment of the invention, the lower planetary gear train comprises an input shaft gear 1 and a plurality of lower planetary gears 2 arranged on a lower planetary gear carrier, one end of an input shaft 16 is fixedly connected with a driving motor, and the other end of the input shaft 16 is fixedly connected with the input shaft gear 1 to drive the input shaft gear 1 to synchronously rotate; the input shaft gear 1 is in external meshed transmission with a plurality of lower planetary gears 2; one end of the output shaft 8 is fixedly connected with the lower planet carrier 4, and the other end is fixedly connected with the pulsator 7 of the washing machine.
According to the invention, the input shaft 16 is driven to rotate by the driving motor, the input shaft 16 drives the input shaft gear 1 to synchronously rotate, the input shaft gear 1 drives the lower planetary gear 2 to rotate, the lower planetary gear 2 revolves and rotates, the lower planetary carrier 4 and the lower planetary gear 2 synchronously revolve to drive the output shaft 8 to rotate, and the driving motor is used for driving the output shaft 8 to rotate.
Further, in order to realize the fixed connection between the output shaft 8 and the lower planet carrier 4, the lower planet carrier 4 includes a lower planet carrier cover and a plurality of lower planet wheel axles 15 fixed on the lower planet carrier cover, the plurality of lower planet gears 2 are rotatably mounted on the lower planet wheel axles 15 in a one-to-one correspondence, and one end of the output shaft 8 is fixedly connected with the lower planet carrier cover.
Preferably, a gear shaping is arranged at one end of the output shaft 8, a gear shaping groove is arranged at the central position of the lower planet carrier cover, and the gear shaping of the output shaft is inserted into the gear shaping groove of the lower planet carrier cover to fixedly connect one end of the output shaft 8 with the lower planet carrier cover.

Further, in order to increase the running stability of the lower planetary gear train, the lower planetary gear train further comprises a lower annular gear 3 fixedly arranged, and the plurality of lower planetary gears 2 are respectively in meshed transmission with the lower annular gear 3.
As one embodiment of the invention, the lower planetary gear train transmits power to the upper planetary gear train through the output shaft 8, so that the integral transmission structure is simplified.

As an embodiment of the present invention, in order to achieve the transmission of the power of the lower planetary gear train to the upper planetary gear train, the structure of the output shaft is improved, the output shaft 8 has a first shaft section, a second shaft section and a third shaft section, the diameter of which gradually decreases, one end of the third shaft section away from the second shaft section is fixedly connected with the lower planetary gear carrier, and the third shaft section of the output shaft passes through the sun gear to fix the third shaft section on the second shaft section. The step is formed between the shaft sections of the output shaft, so that the fixed installation of the sun gear 6 and the lower planet carrier 4 can be limited, and the stability of power transmission is ensured.
Preferably, the third shaft section has a first gear shaping thereon, and the second shaft section has a second gear shaping thereon.

The washing machine can drive the output shaft and the output shaft sleeve to operate through the speed reduction clutch device during washing, double-power driving is realized, so that the washing effect is improved, and the output shaft sleeve are driven to operate at the same speed and in the same direction through the speed reduction clutch device during dehydration, so that the dehydration working condition is realized.
