背景技术
冲锋衣是属于户外运动服装的一种,首先要做的就是要把冲锋衣的层数这个"层"同平时穿几层衣服的这个"层"区别开来,冲锋衣的防水透气面料的几层是复合在一起的,凭眼睛是看不到有几层的,不管是两层布、三层布以及2.5层布,按照穿几层衣服里面这个"层"的概念来说都应该算是一层,因为它们是一个整体。
户外环境复杂多变,为抵御恶劣环境对人体的伤害,保护身体热量不被散失以及快速排出运动时所产生的汗水,在登山、攀岩及其他户外运动时,应该做到分层着装。所谓的分层着装是指在户外运动中穿着不同材质的衣服,以适应野外各种天气变化对人体所带来的影响,例如冲锋衣裤、抓绒衣裤、保暖衣裤、防晒衣裤、速干衣裤等等。
由于户外运动、探险等环境比较恶劣,户外服装必须要具有良好的防水性,保暖性,抗菌性,透气性及抗紫外线能力。

一种用于冲锋衣生产的服装面料,包括内层100、传递层200、弹性抗菌层300、抗紫外线层400;所述内层100、传递层200、弹性抗菌层300、抗紫外线层400依次由面料的内至外设置;其中,所述弹性抗菌层300抗菌材料制成,所述抗紫外线层400为抗紫外线涂料均匀喷涂于所述弹性抗菌层300表面形成;且所述抗紫外线层厚度为2-10μm。
为了更清楚描述本发明的结构,做以下解释:具体的,所述内层100由多数个半圆形的球体101并列组成,所述内层100上的所述传递层200中交错设有多个传递通道201,所述传递通道201是为了更好的将人体散发的热量和汗味传递散发出去;所述传递层200上方形成的所述弹性抗菌层300,所述弹性抗菌层300内纵向间隔设有多个椭圆形弹性颗粒301,每两个所述椭圆形弹性颗粒301之间都存在形成着空间,在一定程度上减少了整个面料的质量,使得整个面料质地轻盈,同时弹性抗菌层300具有良好的抗菌功效;所述弹性抗菌层300表面形成的所述抗紫外线层400具有良好的抗紫外线功能。
实施例1
所述抗菌材料由以下重量份数组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯18份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙20份、聚乙烯醇30份、聚磷酸铵12份、甲基纤维素30份、 氨乙基亚胺丙基聚硅氧烷13份、2-巯基苯并咪唑20份、百菌清28份、聚乙二醇酯10份、海藻酸钠11份、过硼酸钠12份、三聚磷酸铝21份、纳米二氧化钛10份、壳聚糖30份、二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌8份、辛酸甘油酯12份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵7份、脱氢醋酸钠11份、氢氧化镁13份、纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂30份;
所述抗紫外线涂料由以下重量份数组成:萘啶酸和氟哌酸4份、ABS树脂10份、硅烷偶联剂1份、水溶性壳聚糖8份、异二醇单丁醚1份、异丙基苯磺酸钠1份、穿心莲内脂2份、夏枯草提取液1份、纯化水20份、纳米氧化锌10份。
实施例2
所述抗菌材料由以下重量份数组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯24份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙22份、聚乙烯醇38份、聚磷酸铵18份、甲基纤维素34份、 氨乙基亚胺丙基聚硅氧烷21份、2-巯基苯并咪唑24份、百菌清36份、聚乙二醇酯16份、海藻酸钠15份、过硼酸钠22份、三聚磷酸铝31份、纳米二氧化钛16份、壳聚糖40份、二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌18份、辛酸甘油酯20份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵9份、脱氢醋酸钠17份、氢氧化镁21份、纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂36份;
所述抗紫外线涂料由以下重量份数组成:萘啶酸和氟哌酸10份、ABS树脂14份、硅烷偶联剂5份、水溶性壳聚糖10份、异二醇单丁醚3份、异丙基苯磺酸钠3份、穿心莲内脂4份、夏枯草提取液5份、纯化水40份、纳米氧化锌14份。
实施例3
所述抗菌材料由以下重量份数组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯21份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙21份、聚乙烯醇34份、聚磷酸铵15份、甲基纤维素32份、 氨乙基亚胺丙基聚硅氧烷17份、2-巯基苯并咪唑22份、百菌清32份、聚乙二醇酯13份、海藻酸钠13份、过硼酸钠17份、三聚磷酸铝26份、纳米二氧化钛13份、壳聚糖35份、二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌13份、辛酸甘油酯16份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵8份、脱氢醋酸钠14份、氢氧化镁17份、纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂33份;
所述抗紫外线涂料由以下重量份数组成:萘啶酸和氟哌酸7份、ABS树脂12份、硅烷偶联剂3份、水溶性壳聚糖9份、异二醇单丁醚2份、异丙基苯磺酸钠2份、穿心莲内脂3份、夏枯草提取液3份、纯化水30份、纳米氧化锌12份。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)本发明生产出的服装等产品具有良好的抗菌和抗紫外线能力,同时具有良好的耐磨性能和保暖性能;(2)相比同等面积的其他面料,该服装面料质地更加轻盈,舒适度更高。

1.一种用于冲锋衣生产的服装面料,其特征在于:包括内层、传递层、弹性抗菌层、抗紫外线层;所述内层、传递层、弹性抗菌层、抗紫外线层依次由面料的内至外设置;其中,所述弹性抗菌层抗菌材料制成,所述抗紫外线层为抗紫外线涂料均匀喷涂于所述弹性抗菌层表面形成;
所述抗菌材料由以下重量份数组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯18-24份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙20-22份、聚乙烯醇30-38份、聚磷酸铵12-18份、甲基纤维素30-34份、 氨乙基亚胺丙基聚硅氧烷13-21份、2-巯基苯并咪唑20-24份、百菌清28-36份、聚乙二醇酯10-16份、海藻酸钠11-15份、过硼酸钠12-22份、三聚磷酸铝21-31份、纳米二氧化钛10-16份、壳聚糖30-40份、二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌8-18份、辛酸甘油酯12-20份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵7-9份、脱氢醋酸钠11-17份、氢氧化镁13-21份、纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂30-36份;
所述抗紫外线涂料由以下重量份数组成:萘啶酸和氟哌酸4-10份、ABS树脂10-14份、硅烷偶联剂1-5份、水溶性壳聚糖8-10份、异二醇单丁醚1-3份、异丙基苯磺酸钠1-3份、穿心莲内脂2-4份、夏枯草提取液1-5份、纯化水20-40份、纳米氧化锌10-14份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于冲锋衣生产的服装面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌材料由以下重量份数组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯18份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙20份、聚乙烯醇30份、聚磷酸铵12份、甲基纤维素30份、 氨乙基亚胺丙基聚硅氧烷13份、2-巯基苯并咪唑20份、百菌清28份、聚乙二醇酯10份、海藻酸钠11份、过硼酸钠12份、三聚磷酸铝21份、纳米二氧化钛10份、壳聚糖30份、二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌8份、辛酸甘油酯12份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵7份、脱氢醋酸钠11份、氢氧化镁13份、纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂30份;
所述抗紫外线涂料由以下重量份数组成:萘啶酸和氟哌酸4份、ABS树脂10份、硅烷偶联剂1份、水溶性壳聚糖8份、异二醇单丁醚1份、异丙基苯磺酸钠1份、穿心莲内脂2份、夏枯草提取液1份、纯化水20份、纳米氧化锌10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于冲锋衣生产的服装面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌材料由以下重量份数组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯24份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙22份、聚乙烯醇38份、聚磷酸铵18份、甲基纤维素34份、 氨乙基亚胺丙基聚硅氧烷21份、2-巯基苯并咪唑24份、百菌清36份、聚乙二醇酯16份、海藻酸钠15份、过硼酸钠22份、三聚磷酸铝31份、纳米二氧化钛16份、壳聚糖40份、二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌18份、辛酸甘油酯20份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵9份、脱氢醋酸钠17份、氢氧化镁21份、纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂36份;
所述抗紫外线涂料由以下重量份数组成:萘啶酸和氟哌酸10份、ABS树脂14份、硅烷偶联剂5份、水溶性壳聚糖10份、异二醇单丁醚3份、异丙基苯磺酸钠3份、穿心莲内脂4份、夏枯草提取液5份、纯化水40份、纳米氧化锌14份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于冲锋衣生产的服装面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌材料由以下重量份数组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯21份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙21份、聚乙烯醇34份、聚磷酸铵15份、甲基纤维素32份、 氨乙基亚胺丙基聚硅氧烷17份、2-巯基苯并咪唑22份、百菌清32份、聚乙二醇酯13份、海藻酸钠13份、过硼酸钠17份、三聚磷酸铝26份、纳米二氧化钛13份、壳聚糖35份、二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌13份、辛酸甘油酯16份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵8份、脱氢醋酸钠14份、氢氧化镁17份、纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂33份;
所述抗紫外线涂料由以下重量份数组成:萘啶酸和氟哌酸7份、ABS树脂12份、硅烷偶联剂3份、水溶性壳聚糖9份、异二醇单丁醚2份、异丙基苯磺酸钠2份、穿心莲内脂3份、夏枯草提取液3份、纯化水30份、纳米氧化锌12份。
