Abstract
一种防爆无头加压空心螺钉,包括螺钉头部、螺钉杆部、螺钉尾部和螺钉芯孔,螺钉芯孔贯通螺钉头部、螺钉杆部和螺钉尾部;螺钉头部、螺钉杆部和螺钉尾部的外表面设有螺纹,且上述螺纹的螺距由螺钉头部至螺钉尾部减小,螺钉头部设置自攻槽,螺钉尾部设有内六角孔或内六角花形孔,且螺钉尾部外表面的螺纹上设置多个泄压防爆槽。本发明在螺钉旋入的过程中不断加压,从而得到了更好的加压效果;螺钉头部设置自攻槽,以自攻槽取代了钉尖,减少了对软组织的刺激,而且能够实现螺钉的自攻自钻,螺钉尾部设置泄压防爆槽一方面能够使螺钉旋入更加容易,另一方面也避免了旋入过程中的骨头爆裂,简便了手术操作,有利于患者术后恢复。

技术领域
本发明涉及骨科医疗器械的技术领域,具体说是一种防爆无头加压空心螺钉。
背景技术
骨折是最常见的损伤之一,随着人口老龄化越发严重,骨折年发生率逐步上升,外科手术是比较有效的治疗方案,随着新的手术理论的不断提出,人们意识到骨折周围软组织的损伤程度及保证骨组织获得良好的血液供给同样重要,无头加压空心螺钉是一种减少对软组织刺激的良好方案。
现有技术中的无头加压空心螺钉,包括螺钉头部、螺钉杆部、螺钉尾部和螺钉芯孔,在螺钉的外部设置均匀的连续螺纹,螺钉头部设置钉尖,使用时由专用钻孔工具在骨组织上钻孔,再由钉尖引导螺钉旋入,但现有技术的无头加压空心螺钉无法起到有效加压,而且容易刺激骨周围的软组织,在螺钉旋入时困难,并存在螺钉尾部旋入直径变大而导致的骨头爆裂的风险。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防爆无头加压空心螺钉。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
本发明的防爆无头加压空心螺钉,包括螺钉头部、螺钉杆部、螺钉尾部和螺钉芯孔,螺钉芯孔贯通螺钉头部、螺钉杆部和螺钉尾部;螺钉头部、螺钉杆部和螺钉尾部的外表面设有螺纹,且上述螺纹的螺距由螺钉头部至螺钉尾部减小,螺钉头部设置自攻槽,螺钉尾部设有内六角孔或内六角花形孔,且螺钉尾部外表面的螺纹上设置多个泄压防爆槽。

所述的螺钉尾部外表面的螺纹上均匀设置六个泄压防爆槽。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
本发明的防爆无头加压空心螺钉中,螺钉头部至尾部的螺纹螺距逐渐减小,在螺钉旋入的过程中不断加压,从而得到了更好的加压效果;螺钉头部设置自攻槽,以自攻槽取代了钉尖,减少了对软组织的刺激,而且能够实现螺钉的自攻自钻,使用时无需其他钻孔工具,螺钉尾部设置泄压防爆槽一方面能够使螺钉旋入更加容易,另一方面也避免了旋入过程中的骨头爆裂,简便了手术操作,有利于患者术后恢复。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明的防爆无头加压空心螺钉,包括螺钉头部1、螺钉杆部2、螺钉尾部3和螺钉芯孔7,螺钉芯孔贯通螺钉头部、螺钉杆部和螺钉尾部,从而使穿过螺纹芯孔的导针在手术中定位精确;螺钉头部、螺钉杆部和螺钉尾部的外表面设有螺纹4,且上述螺纹的螺距由螺钉头部至螺钉尾部减小,即螺钉头部的螺距最大,在螺钉使用时,螺钉头部较大的螺距更加有利于螺钉的旋入,而螺钉尾部较小的螺距则更有利于与螺钉与骨组织的加压固定;在螺钉头部设置自攻槽5,可以实现螺钉的自攻自钻,小规格的螺钉旋入不再需要其它钻孔工具,而较大规格的螺钉可使用钻头钻孔后再植入,但即便是使用钻头钻孔的情况,带由自攻槽的螺钉头部一样能够使螺钉旋入更加容易,螺钉可完全埋在骨头中,不会对关节的活动产生负面影响,并减少对骨周边软组织刺激的效果;螺钉尾部设有内六角孔8或内六角花形孔,六角孔或六角花形孔同样能够实现相同的作用,能够配合器械将螺钉植入到骨中,具体的形状可以根据实际情况进行选择;在螺钉尾部外表面的螺纹上设置多个泄压防爆槽6,从而能够在尽量不减小螺钉轴向加压强度的前提下,减小了螺钉径向与骨组织之间的压力强度,使螺钉更加容易旋入,同时也避免了骨头爆裂带来的损伤。
螺纹的螺距由螺钉头部、螺钉杆部至螺钉尾部逐渐连续减小,从而使旋入进程和加压过程均匀进行,使用起来更加平顺。
螺钉尾部外表面的螺纹上均匀设置六个泄压防爆槽,泄压防爆槽的设置位置可以与螺钉尾部的内六角孔或内六角花形孔的设置方式相对应。

1.一种防爆无头加压空心螺钉,包括螺钉头部、螺钉杆部、螺钉尾部和螺钉芯孔,螺钉芯孔贯通螺钉头部、螺钉杆部和螺钉尾部;其特征在于:螺钉头部、螺钉杆部和螺钉尾部的外表面设有螺纹,且上述螺纹的螺距由螺钉头部至螺钉尾部减小,螺钉头部设置自攻槽,螺钉尾部设有内六角孔或内六角花形孔,且螺钉尾部外表面的螺纹上设置多个泄压防爆槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆无头加压空心螺钉,其特征在于:螺纹的螺距由螺钉头部、螺钉杆部至螺钉尾部逐渐连续减小。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防爆无头加压空心螺钉,其特征在于:螺钉尾部外表面的螺纹上均匀设置六个泄压防爆槽。
