Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 shows an example of an overall schematic diagram of an elevator using the present invention.
In fig. 1, a car 1 and a counterweight 2 are respectively engaged with main ropes 3, and the main ropes 3 are driven by a hoisting machine (motor) 4. The traction machine (motor) 4 is supplied with electric power from a three-phase alternating-current power supply 5, and the electric power supplied to the traction machine (motor) 4 is controlled by a control board 6. The control panel 6 is provided with a power converter 7, a control device 8, and the like, the power converter 7 converts three-phase ac power from the three-phase ac power supply 5 into electric power suitable for elevator operation, and the control device 8 transmits a command to the power converter 7. The control device 8 receives sensor signals and various data (hall call signals, car call signals (destination signals), car position signals, rotation pulse signals of the hoisting machine, and the like) (not shown) necessary for elevator control, and transmits commands for controlling the speed of the car 1 and the position of the car to the power converter 7.
An in-car extension telephone (slave set) 9, which is a device for obtaining communication with the outside in an emergency, is installed in the car 1, and the in-car extension telephone (slave set) 9 is composed of an in-car speaker 91 and an in-car microphone 92. An in-car extension telephone call switch 93 is also provided. In addition, a destination floor button and the like, illumination and the like are provided in the car, and illustration thereof is omitted.
In addition, a telephone (master) 11 is provided in the machine room 10 for obtaining communication with the inside of the car. The telephone (master) 11 in the room is also composed of a room speaker 111 and a room microphone 112. An in-house telephone call switch 113 is also provided. In the present embodiment, the extension telephone base unit is installed in the machine room, but the present invention is also applicable to a case where the extension telephone base unit is installed in the manager room of a building in which an elevator is installed.
The car-inside devices and the car-on devices (not shown) are connected to the control panel 6 of the machine room via the tail wire 12, and the car-inside devices and the car-on devices are connected to the power supply via the tail wire 12 and receive control signals from the control panel 6. The car interior extension telephone (slave unit) 9 and the machine room interior telephone (master unit) 11 are connected via a tail wire 12.
Fig. 2A shows a detailed view of the extension phone of one embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 2A shows a detailed circuit of the car-interior extension telephone (slave unit) 9 and the machine-interior extension telephone (master unit) 11. When the car-interior extension telephone calling switch 93 or the machine-room extension telephone calling switch 113 is pressed and activated, the car-interior extension telephone (slave unit) 9 and the machine-room extension telephone (master unit) 11 can be connected to each other. By pressing the car-interior telephone call switch 93 to activate it, the call sound of the room speaker 111 can be sounded, and the sound collected by the car-interior microphone 92 can be output by the room speaker 111. Further, by pressing and activating the in-room telephone call switch 113, it is possible to output the sound collected by the room microphone 112 to the in-car speaker 91. In this way, the passenger in the car can communicate with the maintenance staff in the machine room (the manager in the management room when the extension telephone master is installed in the management room).
Next, a confirmation system of the extension phone call function in the present embodiment will be described.
As shown in fig. 2A, the car-side inspection relay 94 is connected in parallel to the car-interior telephone call switch 93, and the machine-room-side inspection relay 114 is connected in parallel to the machine-room telephone call switch 113. In the present embodiment, the car-side inspection relay 94 or the machine-room-side inspection relay 114 is brought into a connected state by the circuit shown in fig. 2B. That is, the relay is controlled by an output buffer that can be controlled to be turned on/off in accordance with a command signal from the control panel 6. For example, by transmitting a start command to the car-side inspection relay output buffer 95, the car-side inspection relay 94 is excited, and the contact of the car-side inspection relay 94 is turned on. Thus, the extension telephone is connected via a car-side inspection relay 94 connected in parallel to the in-car extension telephone call switch 93. Similarly, by transmitting a start command to the output buffer 115 for the room-side inspection relay, the room-side inspection relay 114 is excited, and the contact of the room-side inspection relay 114 is turned on. Thereby, the extension telephone is connected via the machine room side inspection relay 114 connected in parallel to the extension telephone call switch 113.
The car side inspection relay output buffer 95 and the machine room side inspection relay output buffer 115 can be automatically controlled to be turned on/off in accordance with a command from the control panel 6, whereby an extension telephone connection state for confirming an extension telephone call can be automatically established, and an automatic inspection of the following extension telephone call function can be performed.
Next, the method for confirming the extension telephone call function according to the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
In the present embodiment, the extension telephone call function is automatically confirmed in accordance with the software program stored in the storage device of the control device 8. The call function confirmation of the extension phone is performed by the maintenance worker as one of the items of the elevator maintenance check in the past, but in the present embodiment, the confirmation is performed by a program according to a plan once every several days (for example, 2 or 3 days), and the call function confirmation of the extension phone can be performed even when there is no maintenance worker at the place where the elevator is installed or when the maintenance worker does not deal with it specifically at the maintenance center. As a new added item in european elevator standard EN81-20/50, a function of periodically checking an extension telephone is required, and this embodiment can cope with such a standard. In addition, when the call function of the extension phone is confirmed when there is a passenger in the car, the passenger in the car is scared (service experience of the passenger is impaired) by the sound generated at the time of the call confirmation, and thus it is important to confirm when there is no passenger in the car. In this embodiment, the program is set to start the call function confirmation of the extension phone at a predetermined timing in a time zone in which the elevator is hardly used.
However, elevators are equipment that is available for 24 hours use and therefore do not know when passengers will board the car. Therefore, in the present embodiment, after confirming that no passenger is present in the car, the call function of the extension phone is confirmed (step 1001). For example, based on elevator control information (car call signal, hall call signal, car illumination on/off signal, etc.) acquired by the control device 8 of the control panel 6, when the control device 8 determines that there is no car call or hall call for a certain time (for example, about 3 minutes) and the car illumination lamp is off, it recognizes that there is no passenger in the car and starts the extension phone call function confirmation.
When it is determined in step 1001 that a passenger is present in the car, the normal operation of the elevator is continued (step 1014), and after a predetermined time (for example, about 10 minutes), the confirmation of the call function of the extension phone is started. When a hall call is made during the confirmation of the call function of the extension telephone, the confirmation of the call function of the extension telephone is immediately canceled and the elevator is normally operated (step 1014). Then, the confirmation of the call function of the extension phone is started next time or after a predetermined time (for example, about 10 minutes). This makes it possible to automatically confirm the call function of the extension telephone without causing any anxiety in the passenger.
When it is determined in step 1001 that there is no passenger in the car, the master-slave unit is placed in a call state (step 1002). That is, as described above, the output buffer 95 for the car-side inspection relay and the output buffer 115 for the machine-side inspection relay are activated, the car-side inspection relay 94 and the machine-side inspection relay 114 are excited, and the contact between the car-side inspection relay 94 and the machine-side inspection relay 114 is turned on. Thereby, the extension telephone becomes a connected state.
Next, the extension telephone (master) 11 rings (step 1003). That is, the contact of the car-side inspection relay 94 is turned on, and the car-interior telephone call switch 93 is pressed to be activated, so that a call sound is output from the machine room speaker 111. In this way, the present embodiment uses a calling tone (ringing tone) of the room speaker 111 which rings when a call is made from the slave unit. This makes it possible to confirm the extension telephone call function by the existing device. Further, since the function confirmation of the room speakers 111 can be performed in step 1007 described below, a sounding device may be provided separately from the room speakers 111 to sound the room speakers.
Next, the ringing sound in step 1003 is picked up by the room microphone 112 (step 1004). The sounding sound collected by the machine room microphone 112 is output from the in-car speaker 91 of the in-car extension telephone (slave set) 9 (step 1005). Since the car door is closed, the sound outputted from the car speaker 91 is sounded in the car. The in-car microphone 92 picks up the reverberation of the ringing (step 1006). The ringing sound (reverberation) collected by the in-car microphone 92 is output from the base speaker 111 (step 1007). Since the master-slave unit is in a call state in steps 1004 to 1007, these steps are performed in sequence, and no other special control is necessary as long as the call state is established.
Next, the sounding of the room speaker 111 of the room extension telephone (master) 11 is stopped (step 1008). Then, a circuit voltage diagnosis of the room speakers 111 is performed (step 1009). In the circuit voltage diagnosis, the circuit voltage when the room speaker 111 is outputting (when the sounding sound is output in step 1003) and the circuit voltage when the room speaker is stopped are measured (step 1009). The measured circuit voltage is introduced into the control device 8, and whether or not the circuit voltage is equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold is determined by an arithmetic device of the control device 8 (step 1010). As shown in fig. 4, when the circuit voltage is equal to or higher than the threshold value, it is determined that the extension phone call function is normal (step 1011), and when the circuit voltage is lower than the threshold value, it is determined that the extension phone call function is abnormal (step 1012). When it is determined that there is an abnormality, a failure is reported (failure report) via a line between the control device 8 and a maintenance center (not shown), and a maintenance worker is called (step 1013). After that, the automatic confirmation mode of the extension telephone call function is completed, and the normal operation is resumed.
The diagnosis result determined to be normal in step 1011 may be stored in a memory in the control device 8 together with the confirmation date, or may be transmitted to the maintenance center via a line.
In the present embodiment, it is possible to automatically confirm a two-way call between a base unit and a slave unit by 1) setting an extension telephone set provided in a control panel of a machine room and an extension telephone set provided in a car in a call state, 2) sounding the extension telephone set of the machine room, 3) collecting the sounding sound with a microphone of the machine room, 4) outputting the sounding sound with a speaker in the car, 5) collecting the sounding sound (reverberation sound) reverberating in the car with a microphone in the car, 6) outputting the sounding sound returning as the reverberation sound in the car with a speaker of the extension telephone set of the machine room, measuring a circuit voltage when the speaker of the machine room outputs, and confirming that the circuit voltage is equal to or higher than a threshold value. In addition, with this configuration, the function confirmation of the extension telephone call can be performed without installing a new device such as a recording device.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications are also included. For example, the above-described embodiments are detailed for the purpose of easily and easily explaining the present invention, and not necessarily all the structures described above are provided. In addition, a part of the structure of a certain embodiment may be replaced with the structure of another embodiment, and the structure of another embodiment may be added to the structure of a certain embodiment. However, some of the structures of the embodiments may be added, deleted, or replaced with other structures.
For example, although the above-described embodiment automatically performs the confirmation of the extension telephone call function according to a predetermined schedule based on the extension telephone call function confirmation program stored in the control device, switches for starting the car-side inspection relay output buffer 95 and the machine-side inspection relay output buffer 115 may be provided in a machine room or an administrator room, for example, and the confirmation of the extension telephone call function may be started by starting the switches. Further, the confirmation of the extension telephone call function may be started by issuing a command from the maintenance center to the control panel to activate the output buffer 95 for the car-side inspection relay and the output buffer 115 for the machine-side inspection relay.
In the above embodiment, the extension telephone handset is installed in the car, but the present invention can also be applied to a case where the extension telephone handset is installed in a place where communication with the outside is required in an emergency, such as on the car or in a pit. Even on the car or in the pit, the sound outputted from the sub speaker can be collected by the sub microphone and returned. In addition to the elevator, the present invention can be used for an extension telephone in which a handset is placed in an environment where a ringing sound is reverberated. For example, in an extension telephone system in which an extension telephone handset is installed in a hotel bathroom and an extension telephone base is installed in a front desk, the extension telephone call function can be confirmed by using the echo sound in the hotel bathroom.
