Description

Disposable cartridge and method of assembling such a cartridge
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a disposable kit, in particular to a disposable kit for eating meals, and to a related method of assembling such a kit.
Background
Today, the reasons for the rhythms, work, learning, or free time of enthusiasm suggest changes in people's lifestyle: thus, it is common for an increasing number of people to eat fast food at home or outside, using school cafeterias, restaurants, corporate cafeterias, commercial cafeterias, dining services, bars, or other services intended to provide food.
It is therefore clear how it becomes necessary and common to use disposable elements for eating meals in order to achieve economic advantages and further to allow for addressing hygiene or user needs.
In this context, disposable cartridges are known for storing and transporting food products, such as described in the patents:
US 2015297004, which discloses a disposable cartridge made of a single layer of material, which is also suitable for use in a microwave oven. The known disposable cartridge further has a biodegradable film placed on the upper end of the disposable cartridge, thereby providing dust and moisture prevention and ensuring the sanitation of the food. However, the above described disposable cartridges lack many elements required for eating meals, such as, for example, tableware, napkins, glasses;
CN 203428207, which discloses a disposable cartridge made of punched paper, having a lid on which a cardboard rod is placed. Such disposable cartridges, since they are equipped only with a stick for processing food, limit their use only to users who can use the above-mentioned stick, and in addition to limit their use to certain types of food; and
CN 201855019, which discloses a disposable box consisting of a plate connected to a lid by a connecting shaft, a telescopic rod and a scoop placed in a recess present in the plate. However, this known disposable cartridge does not provide a complete combination of all the elements useful for eating meals.
A set of disposable cutlery is also known in the art, as disclosed in the patents:
US 2014033540, which discloses a set of disposable cutlery comprising a knife and a fork, or a knife and a spoon, or a knife and cutlery, and having a spoon at one end of the fork and a spoon at the other end. In addition, the knife has a recess in which the second utensil is placed. However, the set of disposable cutlery described above is incomplete because no stick is included;
CN 103371697, which discloses a set of cutlery incorporated in an implement consisting of a first stick with a spoon at one end and a second stick with a fork at the other end. In the central part, the cutlery is connected by elastic connecting elements, which enable the use of the stick for users who are not familiar with its use. However, the multiple use of this set of disposable cutlery is hardly realized, since they are used both as individual cutlery (spoons and forks) and as tools equipped with sticks; and
CN 202908437, which discloses a set of disposable tableware with a detachable structure. The handle of the cutlery remains unchanged and it is possible to replace the end element. The ladle element on the handle may be replaced by a fork element or a knife element, depending on the need. However, it is clear how the set of disposable cutlery described above is almost unhygienic and practical, since during eating the user is forced to change the end element several times and cannot use the cutlery (fork and knife) at the same time.
Disposable plates made of composite material and shaped as a truncated cone are also known in the art, as disclosed in WO 2014116138. This shape and the composite material from which the above-described disposable plate is made allow its simple use in different situations, such as on public transport, camping, picnic etc. Disposable plates are also known in the art, as disclosed in US 2012248124, which comprise on their outer edge a support element for a fork or for a spoon.
Then observe how the prior art has embodiments of disposable elements, either alone or in partial combination.
In addition, it is clear that more expense is required, since other necessary elements must be found; in addition, more space is required to store the above elements.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to solve the above mentioned prior art problems by providing a disposable kit suitable for efficiently eating meals in a variety of banquet situations.
The above and other objects and advantages of the present invention, resulting from the detailed description, are obtained by a disposable set and a related method for assembling such a set, as claimed in the respective independent claims. Preferred embodiments and significant variants of the invention are the subject matter of the dependent claims.
All of the appended claims are intended to be an integral part of this specification.
It is clear that many changes and modifications (for example, relating to the shape, dimensions, arrangements and parts with the same function) can be made to what has been described without departing from the scope of the invention, as it appears from the appended claims.
Drawings
The invention will be better described by means of some preferred embodiments thereof, provided as non-limiting examples with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
fig. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a first embodiment of a disposable cartridge according to the invention;
FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of a second embodiment of a disposable cartridge according to the present invention;
