Description

Communication system for fresh air system and method for establishing communication system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fresh air, in particular to a communication system for a fresh air system and a debugging method.
Background
The fresh air system is an independent air processing system consisting of an air supply system and an air exhaust system, the air supply system processes outdoor fresh air (such as filtering, disinfecting, sterilizing, oxygenating, heating and the like) and then sends the processed fresh air into the room, and the air exhaust system exhausts the turbid air out of the room, so that ventilation and air exchange are realized through 'one inlet and one exhaust'. The small-sized fresh air system generally only needs to be provided with one fresh air fan (the fresh air fan is a cavity purifying device capable of enabling air circulation to be generated indoors and outdoors), the large-sized and medium-sized fresh air system needs to be provided with a plurality of fresh air fans, and in order to achieve automatic control of the fresh air fans, indoor air state parameters such as temperature, humidity, PM2.5 values, formaldehyde, VOC values and the like need to be collected through sensors. In the prior art, the sensors are arranged on the fresh air fans, and each fresh air fan needs to be provided with a plurality of sensors for detecting the air state, so that the structure of the fresh air fan is complex, and the cost of the fresh air fan is greatly increased. In addition, the sensor is arranged at the air outlet of the fresh air machine, the detected air quality can only reflect the air outlet quality of the fresh air machine, the indoor overall air quality cannot be truly reflected, and the automatic control of the fresh air machine is not facilitated. In addition, if the air quality data of different user living environments need to be collected for big data analysis, each new fan needs to be connected into the cloud platform through the Ethernet, the network structure is complex, and the network construction cost is increased.
The inventor designs a split type fresh air machine with a detector (a sensor is arranged on the detector) separated from a fresh air machine, the detector sends sensing data to the fresh air machine in a wireless communication mode, and the detector can be installed at a position where indoor air is concentrated to monitor air quality due to the flexible installation position of the detector. However, the communication frequency of the fresh air fans is uniform when the fresh air fans leave the factory, and a plurality of fresh air fans need to be configured in the large and medium fresh air system, if the whole fresh air system still adopts the uniform communication frequency to transmit sensing data, a disorder of the communication system can be caused, and if a plurality of detectors simultaneously transmit the sensing data to the same fresh air fan, the fresh air fans cannot judge which detector should receive the sensing data.
