The leakage stopping device for the water supply and drainage pipeline is characterized by comprising an inner clamping plate (2) and an outer clamping plate (3) which are clamped on the inner side and the outer side of a pipeline (1) correspondingly, wherein the inner clamping plate (2) and the outer clamping plate (3) are strip-shaped plates with arc-shaped width edges, one surface, facing the outer clamping plate (3), of the inner clamping plate (2) is hinged with a driving rod (4), and a second handheld part (6) with anti-skid grains (5) distributed on the outer surface is fixed at the free end of the driving rod (4); outer splint (3) are equipped with circular shape locating hole (7) with the position that actuating lever (4) articulated department aligns, and are equipped with locating piece (8) in locating hole (7), locating piece (8) upper end is equipped with locating piece (8) integrated into one piece and the surface cloth has handheld portion (9) of anti-skidding line (5), external screw thread (10) and internal thread (11) that are equipped with the looks adaptation are corresponding respectively to locating piece (8) surface and locating hole (7) internal surface, the inside cavity of locating piece (8) and handheld portion (9) forms perforation (12) that supply actuating lever (4) to pass, perforation (12) internal surface is equipped with and rotates to the same internal thread two (13) with external screw thread (10) length equals, actuating lever (4) surface is equipped with external screw thread two (14) with internal thread two (13) looks adaptation.

4. The leakage stopping device for the water supply and drainage pipeline as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first handheld part (9) is a square body.

The leakage stopping device for the water supply and drainage pipeline as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a ring hoop (15) surrounding the outer clamping plate (3) and the outer side of the pipeline (1), wherein the ring hoop (15) is provided with a clamping portion (151) for clamping the outer clamping plate (3), and a downward-concave hoop groove (16) matched with the clamping portion (151) is formed in one surface of the outer clamping plate (3) facing away from the inner clamping plate (2).

The leakage stopping device for the water supply and drainage pipeline as claimed in claim 5, wherein the ring hoop (15) comprises an upper hoop (152) and a lower hoop (153) which are matched with each other, the clamping portion (151) is arranged in the middle of the upper hoop (152), flanges (17) with the same specification are respectively arranged at two ends of the upper hoop (152) and the lower hoop (153), the flanges (17) at the corresponding sides of the upper hoop (152) and the lower hoop (153) are fixedly connected through fixing bolts (18), and nuts (19) are arranged at the sides of two ends of each fixing bolt (18).

The leak stopping device for the water supply and drainage pipeline as claimed in claim 6, wherein the sides of the two ends of the inner clamping plate (2) are respectively hinged with a driving rod (4), and correspondingly, the sides of the two ends of the outer clamping plate (3) are respectively provided with a positioning hole (7); two ring hoops (15) are arranged on the outer sides of the outer clamping plate (3) and the pipeline (1) in a surrounding mode, and correspondingly, a hoop groove (16) is formed in each of the two ends of the outer clamping plate (3).
8. The use method of the leak stopping device for the water supply and drainage pipeline as claimed in claim 7, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, cutting off a leakage part on a pipeline (1) to form a regular strip-shaped hole (20);
selecting an inner splint (2) with the length larger than the length of the strip-shaped hole (20) and the width larger than the width of the strip-shaped hole (20), wherein the distance between two driving rods (4) on the inner splint (2) is smaller than the length of the strip-shaped hole (20), and the sum of the height of the inner splint (2) and the diameter of the driving rods (4) is smaller than the width of the strip-shaped hole (20);
thirdly, after the inner clamping plate (2) is rotated to a state parallel to the driving rod (4), one end of the inner clamping plate (2) firstly stretches into the pipeline (1) from one end of the strip-shaped hole (20), when the other end of the inner clamping plate (2) can stretch into the pipeline (1) from the other end of the strip-shaped hole (20), the other end of the inner clamping plate (2) also stretches into the pipeline (1), and the inner clamping plate (2) is adjusted to be clamped in the pipeline (1) at two ends thereof, namely the two ends of the inner clamping plate (2) are lifted simultaneously and cannot pass through the strip-shaped hole (20);
fourthly, after the inner clamping plate (2) completely extends into the pipeline (1), the second handheld part (6) is held by a hand to pull up the driving rod (4), after the driving rod (4) moves upwards to the upper end of the inner clamping plate (2) to touch the inner wall of the pipeline (1), the driving rod (4) continues to move upwards to enable the inner clamping plate (2) to rotate, and when the inner clamping plate (2) rotates to the state that the two ends touch the inner wall of the pipeline (1), the driving rod (4) can not be pulled up any more; at the moment, the outer clamping plate (3) is sleeved on the driving rod (4) in a penetrating manner, so that the positioning hole (7) on the corresponding side is sleeved on the outer side of the corresponding driving rod (4); then, a through hole (12) of the positioning block (8) is sleeved with the free end of the driving rod (4), the positioning block (8) is sleeved on the driving rod (4), the first handheld part (9) is rotated, the first external thread (10) and the second internal thread (13) rotate along with the first external thread (10) and the second internal thread (13), the positioning block (8) is screwed into and fixed in the positioning hole (7) due to the matching effect of the first external thread (10) and the first internal thread (11), meanwhile, the driving rod (4) is fixed in the through hole (12) due to the matching effect of the second external thread (14) and the second internal thread (13), and the fixing of the inner clamping plate (2) and the outer clamping plate (3);
fifthly, combining the upper hoop (152) and the lower hoop (153) to surround the outer side of the outer clamping plate (3) and the pipeline (1), clamping the clamping part (151) in the hoop groove (16), then connecting the flanges (17) at the corresponding sides of the upper hoop (152) and the lower hoop (153) by using a fixing bolt (18) and screwing a nut (19), and finally completing the installation of the leakage stopping device of the water supply and drainage pipeline.
