本发明公开了一种新型带肩双头螺柱,包括螺柱主体,所述螺柱主体上设有环形肩板,环形肩板将所述螺柱主体分成螺柱上部和螺柱下部,所述螺柱上部包括上光杆部和上螺纹部,所述螺柱下部包括下光杆部和下螺纹部,所述上光杆部为圆柱形,所述下光杆部为六棱柱形;所述环形肩板上环形阵列有若干三角形槽,相邻两三角形槽的槽口边沿相互连接。本发明通过下光杆部为六棱柱形,便于扳手旋动;通过环形阵列的三角形槽,使得环形肩板上端面呈阶梯状,螺母旋上后经振动不易松动;通过螺柱主体两端设置倒角,便于套装螺母或螺母片,整体功能完善,实用性强。

本发明涉及紧固件技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种新型带肩双头螺柱。
背景技术
紧固件,是作紧固连接用且应用极为广泛的一类机械零件。紧固件,使用行业广泛,包括能源、电子、电器、机械、化工、冶金、模具、液压等等行业,在各种机械、设备、车辆、船舶、铁路、桥梁、建筑、结构、工具、仪器、化工、仪表和用品等上面,都可以看到各式各样的紧固件,是应用最广泛的机械基础件。它的特点是品种规格繁多,性能用途各异,而且标准化、系列化、通用化的程度也极高。因此,也有人把已有国家标准的一类紧固件称为标准紧固件,或简称为标准件。
螺柱又名双头螺栓,两端均带有一段螺纹,没有头部,它的一端须旋入带有内螺纹孔的零件中,另一端穿过带有通孔的零件中,然后旋上螺母,把这两个零件紧固连接成为一个整体。
但现有的螺柱多结构简单,螺母不易旋紧,长时间使用易使螺母松动,整体效果不佳。据此,本发明提出了一种新型带肩双头螺柱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种新型带肩双头螺柱,该双头螺柱具有螺母旋上后长时间使用仍不易松动的特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是这样实现的:本发明所涉及的一种新型带肩双头螺柱,包括螺柱主体,所述螺柱主体上设有环形肩板,环形肩板将所述螺柱主体分成螺柱上部和螺柱下部,所述螺柱上部包括上光杆部和上螺纹部,所述螺柱下部包括下光杆部和下螺纹部,所述上光杆部为圆柱形,所述下光杆部为六棱柱形;所述环形肩板上环形阵列有若干三角形槽,相邻两三角形槽的槽口边沿相互连接。
本发明进一步设置为:所述螺柱上部的长度小于螺柱下部的长度。
