技术领域
本发明涉及微型泵,特别是,涉及一种以压电陶瓷片的逆压电效应为能量转换装置的压电泵。
背景技术
压电泵是一种新型流体驱动器。它不需要附加驱动电机,而是利用压电陶瓷的逆压电效应使压电振子(压电陶瓷片)产生变形,再由变形产生泵腔的容积变化实现流体输出或者利用压电振子产生波动来传输液体。由于压电泵将传统泵的驱动源部分、传动部分及泵体三者合为一体,实现结构简单、体积小、重量轻、耗能低、噪声小、无电磁干扰,并可根据施加电压或频率控制输出流量。压电泵可广泛应用于小型移动设备、CPU及显示卡、游戏机控制板、笔记本电脑、刀片服务器、光生伏打电池、LED灯、美容、家电、医疗器械、石化设备、生物医学、电池注液、汽车和航空电子设备等流体输送、精密计量注液和水冷技术方案的产品配套。
压电泵由压电振子(压电陶瓷片)、泵阀和泵体组成。其工作原理是;当压电振子两端施加交流电源U时,压电振子在电场作用下产生径向伸缩,压电泵的结构致使压电振子内部产生拉伸或压缩应力,从而使压电振子弯曲变形。当压电振子正向弯曲时,泵腔容积增大,腔内流体压力减小,流体进口泵阀打开,液体进入泵腔;当压电振子向反向弯曲时,泵腔容积减小,腔内流体压力增大,流体进口泵阀关闭,泵腔液体被挤压排出,形成平缓的连续不断的定向流动。
压电泵是一种新型泵,现在市面上已有产品要真正普及推广并惠及民生还有不少问题需要解决,压电泵泵腔和泵阀结构的设计、零部件材料以及制造工艺改进等许多方面都有可以改进和提升的空间。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:用一种简单的膜片实现压电泵阀片和密封圈一体化;用一些新式的产品结构,实现产品制造的高品质、高效率。
本发明的技术方案如下:用一种膜片材料做压电泵的阀片,泵的进出口阀和密封圈集合成一体,制造工艺简单高效。膜片阀相对于进出水口中心均匀分布的开有多个通孔,减少泵腔内部流体冲击和涡流。在阀座的出水口和内壳的进水口做有凸缘,凸缘使阀片产生张紧力,有利膜片阀闭合密封。阀座和内壳的圆周分别做有凸缘和凹槽,装配时压紧膜片阀圆周,张紧膜片阀,保证膜片阀的密封功能。压电泵的内外壳用自身螺纹连接,可靠地锁紧内部零件压电陶瓷片、膜片阀和阀座。

以下结合附图和具体实施例,对本发明进行更详细地说明。
参见附图1-8,为本发明膜片阀压电泵的实际应用。该实施例由外壳(1)、引线(2)、阀座(3)、压电陶瓷片(4)、内壳(5)、膜片阀(6)和螺钉(7)组成。图1中的标示A为压电泵出水口,标示B为压电泵进水口。图2中的标示C为外壳(1)和内壳(5)的螺纹连接,图2中的标示D为阀座(3)的凸缘J和内壳(5)的凹槽G,装配时压紧膜片阀(6)的圆周,保证阀座(3)和内壳(5)之间的密封。阀座(3)的出水口和内壳(5)的进水口分别做有凸缘E和H,它们有利于膜片阀(6)在压电泵进出口的密封。图5中的标示F和图6中的标示I分别为内壳(5)和外壳(1)的螺纹。图7为开有相对于进出水口中心两个均布的流体流通孔的膜片阀(6),图8为开有相对于进出水口中心四个均布的流体流通孔的膜片阀(6)。这个实施例产品装配制造工艺简单,密封可靠性好,产品一致性好。该实施例图例为双阀泵,单阀泵同样适用。

1.一种膜片阀压电泵,其特征在于:包括外壳、引线、阀座、压电陶瓷片、内壳和膜片阀连接组合而成;所述的膜片阀用薄膜片材料制成,它可同时完成泵阀的开闭和密封件的密封功能。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的膜片阀压电泵,其特征在于:外壳和内壳用螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膜片阀压电泵,其特征在于:膜片阀开有相对于进出水口中心均布的流体流通孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的膜片阀压电泵,其特征在于:在阀座的出水口和内壳的进水口做有凸缘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的膜片阀压电泵,其特征在于:阀座和内壳的圆周分别做有凸缘和凹槽,装配时压紧膜片阀圆周。
6.根据权利要求1所述的膜片阀压电泵,其特征在于:一个膜片阀,可集合压电泵单阀、双阀和密封圈功能于一体。
