The invention belongs to the technical field of water cooling and water spraying systems, and particularly relates to a water cooling and water spraying system applied to an explosion-proof electric sweeper, which comprises a water spraying system and an explosion-proof heat exchange device, wherein the explosion-proof heat exchange device comprises a water cooling device, a cover body and a shell which are sequentially sleeved on the water cooling device from inside to outside, a water cooling cavity is formed between the water cooling device and the cover body, an explosion-proof cavity is formed between the cover body and the shell, a cable interface is arranged on the shell, the water cooling device is communicated with the water spraying system, corresponding through holes are formed in the cover body and the shell, and water in the water spraying system flows through the water cooling device. The explosion-proof performance and the heat dissipation efficiency of the explosion-proof heat exchange device are improved, the motor controller in the box is effectively protected, and meanwhile, heat generated during the operation of the motor controller is transferred to the water spraying system of the sweeper, so that the water spraying system can still work normally in a cold working environment.

Background
With the progress and development of technology, the automatic mechanical structure gradually replaces the manpower. When the electric sweeper works, a great amount of dust is raised during sweeping of the sweeper brush, and static electricity and sparks are generated during working of the working brush. The current common method is to spray or water the cleaning brush. However, when the sweeper works in a cold environment, icing can occur, so that the water spraying system cannot work normally. Meanwhile, when the electric sweeper works, the motor controller can generate electric sparks, electric arcs or dangerous high temperature, and when the motor controller of the explosion-proof electric sweeper works in flammable and explosive environments, an explosion-proof box is required to be adopted for explosion suppression to prevent the motor controller from contacting with the external environment so as to prevent explosion.
When the motor controller frequently works, the motor controller can generate high temperature, heat in a sealed explosion-proof box is difficult to quickly flow away, and when the temperature in the box exceeds the temperature of the motor controller, the motor controller can quickly age and even can not work normally.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a water cooling and water spraying system for an explosion-proof electric sweeper comprises a water spraying system and an explosion-proof heat exchange device, wherein the explosion-proof heat exchange device comprises a water cooling device, a cover body 4 and a shell body 1 which are sequentially sleeved on the water cooling device from inside to outside, a water cooling cavity is formed between the water cooling device and the cover body 4, an explosion-proof cavity is formed between the cover body 4 and the shell body 1, a cable interface (not shown in the drawing) is arranged on the shell body 1, a motor controller is positioned in the explosion-proof cavity and is connected with the cover body 4, and a control line connected with the motor controller is connected with the motor controller through the cable interface.
The motor controller is arranged in the explosion-proof cavity, so that an explosion-proof protection effect on the motor controller is achieved, the water cooling cavity and the explosion-proof cavity exist independently, and the water cooling cavity plays a role in cooling the motor controller.
The cable interface comprises a cable inlet and an opening for plugging in the motor controller, and the input and output device comprises a motor controller output interface, a motor controller input interface, a cable inlet connector and a cable outlet connector; the motor controller output interface and the motor controller input interface are arranged on one side of the shell 1, the cable inlet connector is arranged on one side of the shell 1, the cable outlet connector is arranged on the other side of the shell 1, and the motor controller output interface, the motor controller input interface, the cable inlet connector and the cable outlet connector are respectively and hermetically connected with the shell 1. How to seal the coupling is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail here.
The water cooling device is communicated with the water spraying system, corresponding through holes are formed in the cover body 4 and the shell body 1, and water in the water spraying system passes through the water cooling device. When the water flowing through the water cooling device and the motor controller work, heat generated in the explosion-proof box body exchanges heat to form warm water, and the warm water is sprayed out through the water spraying system.
The water cooling device comprises a water cooling pipeline 6 and a bottom plate 7, wherein the water cooling pipeline 6 is arranged on the bottom plate 7, the bottom plate 7 is connected with the cover body 4 to form a water cooling cavity, and the water cooling pipeline 6 is of a spiral structure and is positioned in the water cooling cavity.
One end of the water cooling pipeline 6 is a water inlet, the other end is a water outlet, and the shell 1 is provided with corresponding through holes as follows: a housing water-cooled duct inlet 2 and a housing water-cooled duct outlet 8; the cover body 4 is provided with corresponding through holes as follows: a cover water-cooling pipeline inlet 5 and a cover water-cooling pipeline outlet 10. One end of the water-cooling pipeline 6 can pass through the shell water-cooling pipeline inlet 2 and the cover water-cooling pipeline inlet 5, and the other end of the water-cooling pipeline 6 can sequentially pass through the cover water-cooling pipeline outlet 10 and the shell water-cooling pipeline outlet 8, so that the water-cooling pipeline is communicated with a water spraying system.
The bottom plate 7 is provided with a baffle 11, the water cooling cavity is divided into a plurality of spiral calandria cavities which are communicated with each other through the baffle 11, and the water cooling pipeline 6 sequentially penetrates through the calandria cavities.
Further, for convenience of connection with the motor controller, a motor controller fixing plate 3 is provided on the cover body 4. After connection, the motor controller is positioned between the cover body 4 and the motor controller fixing plate 3, and the motor controller can be pressed by the motor controller fixing plate 3. The joint of the cover body 4 and the shell 1 is provided with a sealing ring 9 which can play a role in sealing.
The cover 4, the housing 1 and the water cooling device (bottom plate 7) can be specifically connected by the following structure:
the edge of the cover body 4 is uniformly provided with a plurality of cover body connecting holes; the opening surface of the shell 1 is provided with a fixed hole at the position corresponding to each cover body connecting hole; the cover body 4 is provided with a fixing hole for fixing the explosion-proof heat exchange device; the cover body 4 and the bottom plate 7 are respectively provided with a fixed hole at the corresponding position. The specific positions of the fixing holes and the connecting holes can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
Preferably, the connecting piece between the cover body 4 and the shell 1 is a bolt, and the cover body 4 is in sealing connection with the shell 1 through the bolt and the sealing ring piece 9; preferably, the connecting piece between the cover body 4 and the bottom plate 7 is a screw, and the bottom plate 7 is connected with the cover body 4 through the screw; preferably, the connection between the cover 4 and the motor controller fixing plate 3 is a screw.
As shown in fig. 1, the water spray system may be constructed as is common in the art.
The water spraying system comprises a water storage device, a first water pumping device and a water spraying device, wherein the water storage device is communicated with the first water pumping device, and the first water pumping device is communicated with the water spraying device through a water cooling device. The method comprises the following steps: the water outlet of the first water pumping device is communicated with the water inlet at one end of the water cooling pipeline, and the water outlet at the other end of the water cooling pipeline is communicated with the water spraying device.
The water storage device provides cooling water for the system, the first water pumping device pumps out water in the water storage device, the pumped water (cooling water) flows through the water cooling device to cool the motor controller, heat generated in the explosion-proof box body during the working of the cooling water and the motor controller exchanges heat to form warm water, and the warm water is finally sprayed out through the water spraying device.
A water filtering device is arranged between the water storage device and the first water pumping device, and water in the water storage device is filtered through the water filtering device. The water filtering device is a common filtering device in the prior art.
The water storage device is communicated with the water storage device through the second water pumping device. Directly pumping out the water in the water storage device through the second water pumping device and shunting the pumped water through the second flow dividing device so as to provide a water source for the water use part in sweeping (such as a windshield wiper and a spray gun which are communicated with the water outlet of the second flow dividing device)
Specific: the water storage device is a water storage container, adopts the structure in the prior art, is provided with a water filling port and a water outlet, and is provided with a water filtering sheet at the water outlet so as to play a role in rough filtration. The devices can be communicated through fiber reinforced polyurethane hoses, such as: the water storage device is communicated with a water pumping port of the first water pumping device through a fiber reinforced polyurethane hose.
The water spray device can adopt the atomizer structure among the prior art, and atomizer's quantity can be set for according to actual conditions, if: the vehicle main brush and the side brush are respectively provided with an atomizing nozzle, the two atomizing nozzles can be communicated with the water outlet at the other end of the water cooling pipeline through a first flow dividing device, and water flowing out of the water cooling pipeline is divided into the two atomizing nozzles through the first flow dividing device.
The first flow dividing device and the second flow dividing device can adopt two-position three-way electromagnetic valves, the first water pumping device and the second water pumping device can adopt electric water pumps, and the two-position three-way electromagnetic valves and the electric water pumps are powered by batteries in the equipment.
The specific communication structure and control manner are well known to those skilled in the art and can be adjusted according to practical situations, so they are not described in detail herein.
