when the paperboard is needed to be cut, the horizontal adjusting cylinder 31 is started according to the width needed by the paperboard, the horizontal connecting rod 33, the sliding sleeve rod 34 and the adjusting supporting plate 35 are driven to move left and right through the movable connecting plate 32, and the distance between the cutting disc cutter 39 and the paperboard blocking plate 12 is equal to the width needed by the paperboard; then according to the thickness of the paperboard, the rotary central plate 36 rotates to drive the cutter driving motor 38 and the slitting disc cutter 39 to eccentrically rotate, so that the distance between the lower end face of the adjusting supporting plate 35 and the horizontal tangent plane at the lower side of the cutting edge of the slitting disc cutter 39 is equal to the thickness of the paperboard, when the paperboard supporting plate 22 ascends, the left side of the upper end face of the paperboard supporting plate 22 is flush with the horizontal tangent plane at the lower side of the cutting edge of the slitting disc cutter 39, at the moment, the slitting disc cutter 39 is located above the cutting edge avoiding groove 220, the left end of the paperboard is abutted against the paperboard blocking plate 12, and the left side of the upper end face of the paperboard supporting plate 22 is moved from the back and is slit by the rotating slitting disc cutter 39.
