The invention relates to a cutting device for lampshade plates.
Background
In order to facilitate transportation and storage, a lampshade plate is generally made of aluminum alloy into a sheet strip shape and is rolled into a cylinder shape, the cylinder-shaped lampshade plate is output and then cut by a cutter to obtain a plate material with a required specific length, and the plate material is used for manufacturing a top plate of a formed lamp.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a cutting device for a lampshade plate, which comprises a workbench, a conveying mechanism positioned on one side of the workbench, and a cutting mechanism arranged above the workbench, wherein the workbench is also provided with a pre-storage mechanism, the pre-storage mechanism is positioned between the conveying mechanism and the cutting mechanism, the conveying mechanism outputs the lampshade plate linearly at a constant speed, the pre-storage mechanism comprises a rotating part positioned below the workbench, the cross section of the middle part of the rotating part is in the shape of a cam, and a notch is machined in the workbench corresponding to the rotating part.
As a further improvement of the invention, the conveying mechanism comprises at least one roller frame which can freely roll, and a driving wheel and a driven wheel which are positioned in front of the roller frame and abut against the roller frame up and down.
As a further improvement of the invention, the driving wheel is positioned below, and a transition wheel is arranged between the driving wheel and the roller frame.
As a further improvement of the invention, the rotating part is fixed on the lower surface of the workbench through a shaft seat, and the rotating part is externally connected with a stepping motor.
As a further improvement of the invention, the material cutting mechanism comprises a door-shaped frame fixed on the workbench and a cutter which moves up and down on the door-shaped frame.
As a further improvement of the invention, the blanking mechanism further comprises a baffle plate positioned at one end of the workbench.
As a further improvement of the invention, a side pushing cylinder is further arranged on the left side of the material cutting mechanism on the workbench, a blanking port is processed on the opposite side of the side pushing cylinder on the workbench, and a movable material collecting box is arranged below the blanking port.
As a further improvement of the invention, a rolling shaft is arranged on the right side of the material cutting mechanism on the workbench.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
conveying mechanism can continuously carry lamp shade panel, when blank mechanism blank, reaches the purpose that lamp shade panel prestores through the action of prestoring the mechanism, does not have the time interval in the work of cutter single blank, and blank efficiency improves greatly.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the blanking device for lampshade plates according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a worktable 7, a conveying mechanism 2 located on one side of the worktable 7, and a blanking mechanism 5 installed above the worktable 7; the conveying mechanism 1 linearly outputs the lampshade plate 2 at a constant speed, the conveying mechanism 1 comprises at least one roller frame 11 which rolls freely, and a driving wheel 14 and a driven wheel 13 which are positioned in front of the roller frame 11 and abut against the upper part and the lower part, the driving wheel 14 is positioned below, and a transition wheel 12 is arranged between the driving wheel 14 and the roller frame 11; the worktable 7 is also provided with a pre-storage mechanism 3, the pre-storage mechanism 3 is positioned between the conveying mechanism 1 and the cutting mechanism 5, the pre-storage mechanism 3 comprises a rotating part 31 positioned below the worktable 7, the cross section of the middle part of the rotating part 31 is a cam, a notch 71 is processed at the worktable 7 corresponding to the rotating part 31, the rotating part 31 is fixed on the lower surface of the worktable 7 through a shaft seat 32, and the rotating part 31 is externally connected with a stepping motor; the cutting mechanism 5 comprises a door-shaped frame 51 fixed on the workbench 7 and a cutter 52 which does lifting motion on the door-shaped frame 51, and the cutting mechanism 5 also comprises a baffle 53 positioned at one end of the workbench 7; a side pushing cylinder 6 is further arranged on the left side of the material cutting mechanism 5 on the workbench 7, a feed opening 72 is processed on the opposite side of the side pushing cylinder 6 on the workbench 7, and a movable material collecting box is arranged below the feed opening 72; a rolling shaft 4 is arranged on the right side of the cutting mechanism 5 on the workbench 7 (see figures 2 and 3).
