Description

Traditional Chinese medicine dentifrice and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to a dentifrice, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine dentifrice and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Toothpaste is a common cleaning product in daily life and has a long history. With the continuous development of scientific technology, various types of toothpaste come out successively, and the quality and grade of products are improved continuously. Toothpaste is a necessity of life, and a considerable part of toothpaste in the market is fluorine-containing toothpaste, however, experts point out that children under 6 years old are at a high risk of using fluorine-containing toothpaste, and excessive fluorine not only causes the thinness of teeth but also reduces the hardness of bones because fluorine is a toxic substance.
In addition, the existing toothpaste only has the function of cleaning teeth, but cannot discharge fire, and has no function of preventing dental ulcer and the like. The traditional Chinese medicine dentifrice provided by the invention does not contain fluorine, not only can clean teeth and prevent decayed teeth, but also can purge fire, resist bacteria, diminish inflammation and relieve pain, and has the effects of preventing dental ulcer, gingival bleeding and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine dentifrice which is prepared by mixing a plurality of Chinese herbal medicines, and can clear away heat and toxic materials, resist bacteria, diminish inflammation, relieve pain, prevent dental ulcer and gingival bleeding, protect throat, relieve sore throat and the like on the basis of cleaning teeth and preventing decayed teeth.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine dentifrice.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a traditional Chinese medicine dentifrice comprises the following components in parts by weight: 9-17 parts of a traditional Chinese medicine composition, 1.5-2 parts of a surfactant, 0.02-0.06 part of a sweetening agent, 18-30 parts of an abrasive agent and 0.02-0.08 part of a spice; the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises 1.8-2.5 parts of blackberry lily, 2-3 parts of spreading hedyotis herb, 1-2 parts of walnut kernel, 0.2-0.5 part of cubeb, 0.2-0.3 part of baical skullcap root, 0.1-0.2 part of fragrant solomonseal rhizome, 0.5-1.5 parts of lotus root, 0.5-1 part of boat-fruited sterculia seed, 1-2 parts of tangerine peel, 1-2 parts of eucommia bark, 0.1-0.2 part of tabasheer, 0.1-0.3 part of clove mother and 0.5-1.5 parts of red yeast rice.
Preferably, the surfactant is tea saponin.

A preparation method of traditional Chinese medicine dentifrice is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) soaking: pulverizing herba Hedyotidis Diffusae, semen Juglandis, fructus Litseae, Scutellariae radix, rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, semen Scaphii Lychnophori, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, rhizoma Belamcandae, Eucommiae cortex and fructus Caryophylli, sieving with 20 mesh sieve, dicing rhizoma Nelumbinis, and soaking in the soaking solution for 30-40 min;
2) extraction: heating and extracting soaking solution of herba Hedyotidis Diffusae, semen Juglandis, fructus Litseae, Scutellariae radix, rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, rhizoma Nelumbinis, semen Scaphii Lychnophori, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, rhizoma Belamcandae, Eucommiae cortex, and fructus Caryophylli for 3 times, each for 1 hr, filtering, and mixing filtrates;
3) concentration: concentrating, making into paste, adding concretio silicea Bambusae seu Schizostachyi fine powder, kneading into ball, placing the ball on a screen, granulating, air drying, pulverizing, and mixing with red rice fine powder to obtain Chinese medicinal composition;
4) preparation of a friction agent: calcining Concha Haliotidis at 100-120 deg.C, spraying 5-10 wt% saline water, drying, grinding, sieving with 400 mesh sieve, and mixing with calcium hydrogen phosphate;
5) mixing: mixing the Chinese medicinal composition, surfactant, sweetener, abradant, and perfume uniformly to obtain Chinese medicinal dentifrice.
Preferably, the soaking solution is prepared by mixing forging range ash and water.
Preferably, the forging stove ash is firstly contained in a basin or other vessels, is placed on fire for heating, and then is added with water and uniformly mixed; the ratio of the forging stove ash to the water is 1: 2-3.
