The invention discloses a method for manufacturing tobacco shreds with uniform length, which comprises the steps of cutting a tobacco leaf into a leaf base part and a leaf tip part, slitting the leaf tip part, cutting the leaf tip part into uniform tobacco strips with the width consistent with the distance between cutters, mixing, redrying and boxing tobacco strips of the first section of the leaf tip part and tobacco strips of the leaf base part after threshing and peduncle removing, conveying the tobacco strips of the second section of the leaf tip part along with a belt and sequentially falling into a conveying net belt clamping groove, redrying the tobacco strips by a net belt type redrying drying device, and then respectively boxing the tobacco strips according to the length. The tobacco carton box is alcoholized according to a normal tobacco flake alcoholization mode, then the tobacco shred box is sent to a shred making link, the tobacco shred box is opened, heated and remoistened, then the tobacco shred box is shredded according to the width direction parallel to the direction of a cutter, and the finished tobacco shred is prepared by the procedures of tobacco shred feeding, shred baking and the like. 6) shredding: putting the tobacco strips processed in the step 5) in a mode that the width direction is parallel to the cutter direction, conveying the tobacco strips to a tobacco cutter for cutting, feeding cut tobacco shreds in a tobacco shred feeding mode, and then drying and rolling the cut tobacco shreds.
The leaf base is subjected to threshing and redrying according to the threshing and redrying process.
The distance adjusting range of the cutters is 10-20 mm.
The slitting point is located at the total length of the tobacco flakes from the leaf tip 1/4 to 1/3.

5) Temperature raising and moisture regaining: and (3) carrying out temperature-increasing and moisture-regaining on the alcoholized tobacco strips in the step 4) by adopting vacuum moisture regaining, wherein the moisture content after moisture regaining is 17-19%, and the temperature is 40-60 ℃.
6) Shredding: the tobacco strips processed in the step 5) are placed in a mode that the width direction is parallel to the direction of the cutter, and are conveyed to a tobacco cutter to be cut into shreds, the shredding direction is shown as the arrow direction in figure 5, and the cut tobacco shreds are dried and rolled after being fed in a tobacco shred feeding mode.
In the actual production process, after the tobacco bundle is arranged in the outward direction of the leaf base, the blade is cut into the leaf base and the leaf tip by the cutter from the cutting point, and the cutting point is always located at the total length of 1/4-1/3 tobacco sheets from the leaf tip, as shown in fig. 2. The leaf base part is treated according to the normal threshing and redrying process flow, the leaf tip part is cut into strips, the initial cutting section of the top end of the leaf tip is defined as a first section of the leaf tip part, the rest of the leaf tip part is a second section of the leaf tip part, and the second section of the leaf tip part is uniformly cut into long strips with the width of 10-20mm, as shown in figure 3. Wherein, the first section of the tip part of the tobacco leaf and the tobacco flakes after the tobacco leaves and stems are threshed at the base part of the tobacco leaf are mixed, redried and boxed, and the second section of the tip part of the tobacco leaf is treated by the steps 3) to 6). The tobacco strips at the second section of the leaf tip part are conveyed along with the belt and sequentially fall into a conveying mesh belt clamping groove, and moisture of the tobacco strips is redried to 11.0-13.5% by mesh belt redrying drying equipment and then is respectively packed according to the length. The tobacco carton box is alcoholized according to a normal tobacco flake alcoholization mode, then the tobacco shred box is sent to a shred making link, the tobacco shred box is opened, heated and remoistened, then the tobacco shred box is shredded according to the width direction parallel to the direction of a cutter, and the finished tobacco shred is prepared by the procedures of tobacco shred feeding, shred baking and the like.
Example of implementation
Spreading Fujian Nanping C3F tobacco leaves, placing the leaves, slicing, taking 15cm (about 1/3 length of the leaves) of the leaf tips, adjusting the distance between slitting knives to 10mm, uniformly slitting the leaf tip parts into 15 parts, conveying the 15 parts along with a conveying belt, falling into a conveying mesh belt clamping groove, redrying the tobacco strips by mesh belt type redrying until the moisture content is 11.5%, and then respectively boxing and alcoholizing. After alcoholization, the tobacco strips are remoistened to about 19% of moisture by adopting vacuum remoistening equipment, cut into shreds, fed, dried and flavored, and then rolled, indexes such as the percentage of the 10mm long tobacco shreds in the tobacco shreds, the tobacco shred content, the cigarette suction resistance mark deviation, the working procedure quantity, the threshing and redrying processing fragment rate and the like are detected, the original process processing test result is used as a comparison, and the result is shown in table 1.

After alcoholization, the tobacco strips are remoistened by vacuum remoistening equipment until the moisture content is about 19 percent, and then cut, fed, dried and flavored to be rolled, the indexes of the cut tobacco with the length of 15mm, the cut tobacco label content, the cigarette suction resistance standard deviation, the process quantity, the threshing and redrying processing fragment rate and the like in the cut tobacco are detected, the original process processing test result is used as a comparison, and the result is shown in table 2.

6) shredding: putting the tobacco strips processed in the step 5) in a mode that the width direction is parallel to the cutter direction, conveying the tobacco strips to a tobacco cutter for cutting, feeding cut tobacco shreds in a tobacco shred feeding mode, and then drying and rolling the cut tobacco shreds.
