Background
At present, a stud in the sheet metal product industry is mainly connected with a sheet by adopting traditional manners such as cold working process riveting and welding, but the manners have defects such as deformation, pre-perforating, appearance marks and the like, and for products with high appearance requirements, the spot welding and press riveting marks become factors for reducing the appearance.

Example 1:
As shown in fig. 1, a quick connect conductive stud includes a sheet metal part 4, a UV glue layer 3, a transparent base 2, a metal insert 1, and a stud 5.
The sheet metal part 4 can be an SGCC, SECC, 304 and other treatment-free sheet metal.
The UV glue layer 3, in particular, is cured by Ultraviolet (UV) radiation by Dymax (4-20418) UV glue, other types of UV glue may also be used. The requirement is satisfied as long as the UV adhesive can be cured after ultraviolet irradiation to bond the sheet metal part 4 and the transparent base 2 together. This example is exemplified only with Dymax (4-20418) UV glue.
The transparent base 2 is adhered to the sheet metal part 4 through the UV adhesive layer 3, the purpose of the transparent base 2 is that the transparent base 2 can penetrate Ultraviolet (UV), the Ultraviolet (UV) is utilized to penetrate through the transparent base 2 and irradiate the coated Dymax (4-20418) UV adhesive, so that the UV adhesive is quickly cured, the transparent base 2 and the sheet metal part 4 are quickly connected together (about 3-10 s), and the adhesive can reach more than 80% of curing strength within 10 s.
The metal insert 1 with the internal threaded hole is embedded in the transparent base 2 through injection molding, and the stud 5 is installed in the internal threaded hole of the metal insert 1, and the bottom end face of the metal insert 1 extending out of the transparent base 2 is in contact with the sheet metal part 4 so that the stud 5 is in conductive connection with the sheet metal part 4. The metal insert 1 in this embodiment is a metal copper insert.
The electric connection between the stud 5 and the sheet metal part 4 is realized through the connection between the metal insert 1 and the sheet metal part 4. Through setting up a transparent base 2 and gluing on sheet metal component 4 through the UV, avoid riveting, the damage that the welding caused sheet metal component 4 surface. The metal insert 1 and the transparent base 2 realize the engagement between the insert and the nylon base through vertical straight insections on the metal insert 1, which is used for increasing the bonding strength of the metal insert 1 and the transparent base 2, avoiding the left-right direction rotation of the metal insert 1 in the transparent base 2, and the groove 7 in the middle of the metal insert 1, wherein the groove 7 forms a step with the periphery of the upper and lower straight insections, and the lock catch is formed through injection molding, thereby avoiding the movement of the metal insert 1 in the upper and lower directions in the transparent base 2.
The embodiment utilizes the characteristic of quick solidification of UV glue, reliably conducts the connection with double-screw bolt 5 and sheet metal component 4, and PCB integrated circuit board is installed at the top of double-screw bolt 5, need not to open on sheet metal component 4, reaches the pleasing to the eye effect of surface, and wherein metal insert bottom is directly connected with sheet metal component 4, has realized PCB integrated circuit board and casing reliable connection circular telegram.
Example 2:
On the basis of the embodiment 1, a containing groove is additionally arranged at the bottom of the transparent base 2. The bottom of the transparent base 2 refers to the end of the transparent base 2 connected to the sheet metal part 4. In practice, studs with different heights can be customized according to trial requirements, the distance between the PCB board card and the sheet metal part can be customized according to requirements, and the flexibility is high.
When the transparent base is adhered to the sheet metal part 4, the support legs 8 passing through the transparent base 2 are supported in the sheet metal part 4, and when the stud 5 is connected with the internal threaded hole of the metal insert 1, the bottom ends of the studs 5 penetrate through the accommodating grooves 9 to be flush with the support legs 8, so that the studs 5 are in direct contact with the sheet metal part 4, and the studs 5 are in conductive connection with the sheet metal part 4. The top of the stud 5 is connected with the PCB board card, and by adopting the structure, the stud 4 can be directly connected with the sheet metal part 4 in a conductive manner except for the indirect conductive connection part between the metal insert 1 and the sheet metal part 4, so that two paths are provided for the electric connection of the PCB board card and the sheet metal part 4.
In order to increase the adhesion between the UV glue and the transparent base 2 during the gluing, the interface between the transparent base 2 and the UV glue layer 3 is the frosted surface 10, and in this embodiment 2, the frosted surface 10 is the groove wall of the accommodating groove 9.
