The air conditioner control device is preset with a plurality of current regulation and control intervals, and the standard critical value of each current regulation and control interval can be determined according to the characteristics (such as rated values and the like of the circuit on-off device) of the circuit on-off device in the loop of the total circuit of the electricity utilization environment where the air conditioner is located, the corresponding national standard and the type of the controlled electrical appliance in the target electricity utilization environment. In the process of using the circuit on-off device, the critical value of the current regulation and control interval can be a standard critical value, and can also be a critical value obtained after the regulation on the basis of the standard critical value according to the use condition of the circuit on-off device.
The current regulation and control interval can be a continuous current interval to ensure that the air conditioner control device can comprehensively and reliably monitor the total current of the power utilization environment of the air conditioner, for example, the maximum critical value of the normal operation interval is equal to the minimum critical value of the frequency maintaining interval, the maximum critical value of the frequency maintaining interval is equal to the minimum critical value of the frequency reducing interval, and the minimum critical value of the shutdown interval is equal to the maximum critical value of the frequency reducing interval. In addition, the current regulation and control interval can be set to be a discontinuous current interval according to actual requirements. Besides the division mode, the current regulation and control interval can be divided into different areas according to different types of electrical appliances.
Specifically, the current regulation and control interval in the air conditioner control device may include a normal operation interval, a frequency maintenance interval, a frequency reduction interval, and a shutdown interval. Wherein, the current value in the normal operation interval < the current value in the holding frequency interval < the current value in the frequency reduction interval < the current value in the shutdown interval. According to the characteristics of the circuit switching device, the rated tripping current value of the circuit switching device is defined as d0, and d0 can be used as the minimum critical value of the frequency reduction interval. The current less than or equal to d0 is divided into a holding frequency interval and a normal operation interval, wherein a critical value between the holding frequency interval and the normal operation interval is defined as dk, and dk can be multiplied by a coefficient less than 1, such as 0.92, on the basis of d 0. In addition, dk may also be determined according to the lowest possible required current value of the air conditioner and the trip current value d0 of the circuit switching device, and if the lowest sustainable required current for the cooling capability of the air conditioner is defined as I0, dk may be set as dk-d 0-I0. And dk can also be determined according to the current value required by the lowest sustainable air conditioner cooling capacity and the rated value of the household circuit switching device, and the current required by the lowest sustainable air conditioner cooling capacity is defined as I1, and the dk can be set to d 0-I1. The maximum threshold of the down-conversion interval, i.e. the minimum threshold of the shutdown interval, may be determined according to the characteristics of the on-off circuit device, such as d1 ═ d0 × s, and 1< s < 2.
Different current regulation intervals correspond to different current regulation rules. When the air conditioner control device is used in an air conditioner in an electricity utilization environment where a target air conditioner is located, the total current of the electricity utilization environment where the air conditioner is located can be obtained, the current regulation and control interval where the total current is located is judged, and the operation of the air conditioner in the electricity utilization environment where the air conditioner is located is controlled according to the corresponding current regulation and control rule, so that the total current is regulated and controlled, and the fact that the circuit on-off device of the electricity utilization environment where the air conditioner is located is triggered by the total current is guaranteed.
Based on the divided current regulation and control intervals, the air conditioner control device obtains the total current of the power environment where the air conditioner is located when the air conditioner receives a starting signal, judges the current regulation and control interval where the total current is located, controls the air conditioner to be normally started if the total current is located in a normal operation interval, and controls the air conditioner not to be started and sends prompt information to a user if the total current is located in a frequency maintaining interval, a frequency reducing interval or a stopping interval. In the running process of the air conditioner, the air conditioner control device acquires the total current of the electricity environment where the air conditioner is located, and when the total current is located in a shutdown interval, the compressor or the outer machine of the air conditioner is controlled to be closed, and the inner machine is kept running; when the total current is in a frequency reduction interval, controlling the air conditioner to operate in a frequency reduction mode according to a certain frequency reduction rate, and if the total current does not enter a frequency maintaining interval when the frequency is reduced to 0, controlling a compressor or an outer machine of the air conditioner to be closed and maintaining the inner machine to operate; and when the total current is in the maintaining frequency interval, controlling the air conditioner to keep the current frequency to operate.
Preferably, the air conditioner control device and the air conditioner are in one-way communication for cost saving.
In one embodiment of the present invention, in the communication between the air conditioner control device and the air conditioner, in order to reduce the power consumption of the air conditioner control device, the number of times of communication between the air conditioner control device and the air conditioner may be reduced. The air conditioner control device sends a control command to the air conditioner, and the control command can be: and determining control parameters of the air conditioner according to the on-off time, and controlling the air conditioner to operate according to the control parameters, or controlling the air conditioner to operate at the operating frequency, or controlling the air conditioner to operate at the frequency reduction rate, and the like. Before sending the control command of the example each time or before sending the command next time, judging whether the command needs to be sent again. For example, when the control instruction sent each time is the same, the same command may not always be sent to the air conditioner control device; for example, the control parameters of the air conditioner are determined according to the on-off time, the operation of the air conditioner is controlled according to the control parameters, a control command needs to be sent to the air conditioner, and if the commands are all frequency reduction commands, the control command can be sent discontinuously and only once.
Specifically, controlling the number of times of communication between the air conditioner control device and the air conditioner includes:
taking bidirectional communication between a control box (air conditioner control device) and an air conditioner (air conditioner) as an example, the specific communication method is as follows:
when the control box collects the total current of the electricity environment where the air conditioner is located, the current regulation and control interval where the total current is located is judged:
and if the total household current is in the shutdown interval, communicating with the air conditioner according to a preset communication period T.
If the total household current is in the area outside the shutdown interval, a corresponding command is sent to the air conditioner, and then the command is not sent if the following two conditions are met simultaneously:
1. the command returned by the air conditioner confirms that the command sent by the last control box is received.
2. And the total current of the electricity environment where the air conditioner is located is collected next time, the current regulation and control interval is the same as that of the previous time, no change occurs, and the command to be sent is the same.
When any one of the conditions is not satisfied after a certain current is detected, communication is performed according to a preset communication period T, and the steps are repeated.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner control method, including:
step S10, acquiring the current total current of the electricity environment of the air conditioner;
and in the running process of the air conditioner, the current total current of the electricity utilization environment where the air conditioner is located is obtained continuously or at preset time intervals. The power utilization environment of the air conditioner is a local area power grid which is connected with the air conditioner and obtains electric energy from the power grid, and the power utilization environment comprises a plurality of other electric appliances such as a refrigerator, a television, a computer, a projector, a printer and the like besides the air conditioner. The total current of the electricity utilization environment where the air conditioner is located is provided with a maximum limit value, and when the total current of the electricity utilization environment exceeds the maximum limit value, the circuit switching-off device is required to be tripped, so that the electricity utilization safety of the electricity utilization environment is protected. Specifically, the power consumption environment in which the air conditioner is located may be a home power consumption environment in which a plurality of home appliances are connected and which uniformly obtain electric energy from a municipal power grid, an office power consumption environment in which a plurality of office appliances are connected and which uniformly obtain electric energy from a municipal power grid, or a regional power consumption environment in which a plurality of home power consumption environments and/or a plurality of office power consumption environments are connected.
The current total current is the sum of the working currents of all the electric appliances in the total circuit loop of the electricity environment where the air conditioner is located in the running process of the air conditioner, for example, three electric appliances of the air conditioner, the refrigerator and the television are connected in the loop of the total current of the electricity environment where the air conditioner is located, wherein the current working current of the air conditioner is I1, the current working current of the refrigerator is I2, and the current working current of the television is I3, so that the current total current value of the electricity environment where the air conditioner is located is I1+ I2+ I3.
Step S20, when the current total current is in a preset interval, determining the frequency reduction rate of the air conditioner according to the total current;
after the current total current of the electricity utilization environment where the air conditioner is located is obtained, a current regulation and control interval preset in the air conditioner control device is obtained, and the current regulation and control interval where the current total current is located is judged. The preset interval is specifically a frequency reduction interval in the current regulation interval, and the minimum critical value of the preset interval is greater than or equal to the rated value of the circuit on-off device. The rated value of the circuit on-off device is the rated tripping current value of the circuit on-off device. And when the current total current is in the frequency reduction interval, determining the frequency reduction rate of the air conditioner according to the current total current. Wherein the current target frequency of the down conversion is less than the current operating frequency of the compressor. And when the current total current is not in the frequency reduction interval, controlling the operation of the air conditioner according to the current regulation and control rule corresponding to the current regulation and control interval in which the current total current is.
The total current of the electricity environment where different air conditioners are located can correspond to different frequency reduction rates, and the frequency reduction rate of the corresponding air conditioner can be determined according to the obtained current total current in the modes of formulas, table lookup and the like. The higher the current total current of the air conditioner is, the higher the frequency reduction rate of the air conditioner corresponding to the current total current is. Specifically, the frequency reduction rate of the air conditioner can be calculated according to the magnitude of the current total current and a fitting formula between a pre-established total current value and the frequency reduction rate; the frequency reduction interval can also be divided into a plurality of sub frequency reduction intervals according to the size of the total current value, each sub frequency reduction interval corresponds to one frequency reduction rate, the larger the current value in the sub frequency reduction interval is, the larger the corresponding frequency reduction rate is, the sub frequency reduction interval where the current total current is located is determined, and the frequency reduction rate corresponding to the sub frequency reduction interval is obtained and used as the frequency reduction rate of the air conditioner.
The frequency reduction rate herein may refer to the reduction of the air conditioner operation frequency per unit time, and may also refer to the reduction of the air conditioner operation frequency per unit total current.
And step S30, reducing the operating frequency of the air conditioner according to the frequency reduction rate.
Specifically, the air conditioner can be controlled to be adjusted downwards according to the determined frequency reduction rate on the basis of the current operating frequency, the current operating frequency is controlled to be adjusted downwards at intervals of unit time by a certain preset frequency, the whole downward adjustment process can be stopped after being maintained for a certain time, and the whole downward adjustment process can also be stopped after the total current is reduced to a frequency holding interval. In addition, the target frequency of the air conditioner can also be determined according to the frequency reduction rate, for example, the target frequency of the air conditioner can be calculated through a fitting formula obtained through analysis of a large amount of data, such as the frequency reduction rate, the last determined frequency of the air conditioner, and the like, or through the frequency reduction rate, the current operating frequency of the air conditioner, and the like. And after the target frequency of the frequency reduction is determined, controlling the operating frequency of the air conditioner to be reduced to the determined target frequency of the frequency reduction. The frequency reduction target frequency is less than the current running frequency of the air conditioner; in addition, the frequency reduction amount of the air conditioner can be determined according to the frequency reduction rate, and the air conditioner is controlled to operate after the determined frequency reduction amount is reduced on the basis of the current operation frequency.
In the embodiment, the current total current of the electricity environment where the air conditioner is located is obtained; when the total current is in a preset interval, determining the frequency reduction rate of the air conditioner according to the total current; and reducing the operating frequency of the air conditioner according to the frequency reduction rate. Through the setting of the preset interval, when the current total current is higher than the rated value of the circuit on-off device, the circuit on-off device cannot be immediately tripped, the air conditioner is kept in the running state, the running frequency of a compressor of the air conditioner is reduced, the air conditioner does not need to be frequently switched on and off, the running stability of the air conditioner is ensured, and the service life of the air conditioner is prolonged; the frequency reduction rate of the air conditioner is different according to the current total current of the electricity environment where the air conditioner is located, and is closer to the operation characteristic of the circuit on-off device, so that the electric quantity in the electricity environment can be effectively utilized, the refrigeration or heating requirements of users are guaranteed, and the optimal efficiency of the air conditioner is exerted. In addition, along with the increase of the current total current, the lower the frequency reduction rate is faster, and the higher the running frequency of the air conditioner is reduced, so that the working current of the air conditioner is reduced faster, the adjustment effect of the air conditioner on the current by frequency reduction is ensured, and the tripping phenomenon of the circuit on-off device is more reliably prevented.
The total current and the frequency reduction rate can be fitted into different quantitative relations according to actual conditions. Wherein, the frequency reducing rate of the air conditioner can be exponentially increased along with the increase of the total current. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the step of determining the frequency reduction rate of the air conditioner according to the total current includes:
step S21, determining the adjustment amplitude of the frequency reduction rate according to the total current;
step S22, determining the frequency reduction rate of the air conditioner according to the adjustment amplitude and the preset frequency reduction rate; wherein the adjustment magnitude increases exponentially as the total current increases.
The preset down-conversion rate may be a minimum value of the down-conversion rate in the preset down-conversion interval or a maximum value of the down-conversion rate in the preset down-conversion interval, where the minimum value of the down-conversion rate may be the down-conversion rate corresponding to the minimum threshold value of the down-conversion interval, and the maximum value of the down-conversion rate may be the down-conversion rate corresponding to the maximum threshold value of the down-conversion interval. Different total current values or current intervals may correspond to different down conversion rate increments. And increasing or decreasing the adjustment amplitude on the basis of the preset frequency reduction rate to obtain the frequency reduction rate corresponding to the current total current of the air conditioner.
Specifically, the down-conversion rate of the air conditioner can be controlled by C ═ C0+ (a)I/T-1) calculating, wherein C0 is the frequency reduction rate corresponding to the minimum critical value of the frequency reduction interval, C is the frequency reduction rate corresponding to the current total current of the air conditioner, (a)I/T-1) is the adjustment amplitude of the frequency reduction rate, a, T, 1 are adjustment coefficients determined by mass data analysis, and I is the current total current of the electricity environment in which the air conditioner is located.
In the above exponential relationship, as the total current increases, the adjustment range of the down-conversion rate of the air conditioner increases.
By adopting the similar index rule to calculate the frequency reduction rate, when the total current is larger, the corresponding frequency reduction rate is faster, the rule between the delay tripping time of the circuit on-off device and the current can be closer, the more reliable circuit on-off device can be ensured not to trip, and meanwhile, the air conditioner can run more stably, the running state of the air conditioner is prevented from being fluctuated frequently by a large margin, the service life of the air conditioner is obviously prolonged, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In addition, the adjustment amplitude of the frequency reduction rate of the air conditioner can be increased linearly as the total current is increased.
Specifically, the above steps S10 to S30 are cyclically performed during the operation of the air conditioner. And in the running process of the air conditioner, the current total current of the total circuit of the electricity utilization environment where the air conditioner is located is monitored in real time. The corresponding current regulation and control rule is determined according to the current regulation and control interval in which the current total current is located, the operation of the air conditioner is controlled according to the determined current regulation and control rule, the operation frequency of a compressor of the air conditioner can be timely reduced when the current total current of the electricity utilization environment is larger, and the phenomenon that the circuit on-off device in the electricity utilization environment in which the air conditioner is located is tripped due to the fact that the current of a total circuit is too large when the air conditioner is used is avoided. And continuously acquiring the current total current value, determining the frequency reduction target frequency and storing the total current of the power environment where the air conditioner is positioned and the determined frequency reduction target frequency in the process of controlling the compressor to operate according to the determined frequency reduction target frequency when the current total current is positioned in the preset interval.
Referring to fig. 4, the step of reducing the operating frequency of the air conditioner according to the frequency reduction rate includes:
step S31, determining the frequency reduction amplitude of the air conditioner according to the frequency reduction rate;
and step S32, reducing the operating frequency of the air conditioner according to the frequency reduction amplitude.
In the process of reducing the operating frequency of the air conditioner, the operating frequency of the air conditioner is directly and continuously reduced according to the frequency reduction rate, the frequency reduction amplitude of the air conditioner can be determined according to the determined frequency reduction rate, then the current operating frequency of the air conditioner can be directly reduced by the frequency reduction amplitude, or the current target frequency of the air conditioner can be calculated according to the frequency reduction amplitude, and the operation of the air conditioner is controlled according to the determined target frequency, so that the operating frequency of the air conditioner is reduced.
Specifically, different frequency reduction rates or frequency reduction rate intervals in which the frequency reduction rates are located may be set to have different frequency reduction amplitudes. The fitting formula comprises one or more of current total current, current operating frequency of the air conditioner, last determined frequency reduction target frequency, last obtained total current, current refrigeration requirement of the air conditioner and the like as adjusting parameters besides the frequency reduction rate and the frequency reduction amplitude as variables. And the frequency reduction amplitude of the air conditioner can be accurately calculated according to the frequency reduction rate and a fitting formula obtained in advance.
In the embodiment, the frequency reduction amplitude of the air conditioner is determined according to the frequency reduction rate, and the running frequency of the air conditioner is controlled to be reduced and then used as the running frequency of a new air conditioner, so that the running frequency of the air conditioner can be more matched with the total current of the electricity utilization environment where the air conditioner is located, the regulation and control effect of the frequency reduction of the air conditioner on the current is further guaranteed, the effective utilization of the electric quantity in the electricity utilization environment is guaranteed, and the reliability of the tripping prevention performance of the air conditioner is improved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the step of reducing the operating frequency of the air conditioner according to the frequency reduction amplitude includes:
step S321, acquiring the target frequency of the last frequency reduction operation of the air conditioner;
step S322, determining the current target frequency of the air conditioner according to the frequency reduction amplitude and the target frequency of the last frequency reduction operation;
and step S323, reducing the operating frequency of the air conditioner to the target frequency.
And when the air conditioner control device circularly detects and monitors the total current of the electricity environment where the air conditioner is located, acquiring the target frequency of the last frequency reduction operation of the air conditioner from the stored data. And determining the frequency reduction rate according to the current total current when the last target frequency of the last frequency reduction operation of the air conditioner is the target frequency of the current frequency reduction operation of the air conditioner, which is determined according to the current frequency reduction rate when the last obtained total current of the power environment of the air conditioner is in the preset interval.
When the total current of the electricity environment where the air conditioner is located is detected in a circulating manner, when the current total current is located in a preset interval, firstly, whether the last obtained total current is located in the preset interval is judged, and if yes, the step S321 is executed; if not, the current operating frequency of the compressor of the air conditioner can be obtained, the current target frequency of the air conditioner is determined according to the current operating frequency and the frequency reduction amplitude of the compressor of the air conditioner, so that when the total current of the power utilization environment where the air conditioner is located is continuously located in the frequency reduction interval, the current target frequency of the air conditioner is determined according to the determined frequency reduction amplitude and the target frequency of the last frequency reduction operation, if the current total current is in the preset interval and the last obtained total current is not in the preset interval, the fact that the obtained target frequency of the frequency reduction operation is invalid is indicated, and the target frequency can be determined directly through the current operating frequency and the frequency reduction amplitude, so that the accuracy of the determined target frequency and the effectiveness of current regulation are guaranteed.
The target frequency of the last downconversion operation can be directly obtained from the stored data. After the target frequency of the last frequency reduction operation of the air conditioner is obtained, the current target frequency of the air conditioner is calculated by combining the frequency reduction amplitude determined according to the current total current and the last frequency reduction target frequency, and the current operation frequency of the air conditioner is reduced to the determined current target frequency.
The current frequency reduction target frequency of the air conditioner is determined by combining the last frequency reduction target frequency and the frequency reduction rate, so that the more accurate target frequency of the air conditioner can be obtained, the running frequency of the air conditioner can be more suitable for the change of the current total current of the electricity environment where the air conditioner is located, and the reliability of the tripping prevention performance of the air conditioner is further improved.
It should be noted that the target frequency of the air conditioner may also be determined directly according to the target frequency of the last down-conversion operation without considering the down-conversion rate. If so, reducing the target frequency of the last frequency reduction operation according to a preset reduction proportion to obtain the current frequency reduction target frequency, such as f1 y, wherein f is the current frequency reduction target frequency, and f1 is the target frequency of the last frequency reduction operation; if not, the current frequency reduction target frequency is determined to be 0, and the compressor or the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can be controlled to be closed.
Specifically, the step of determining the frequency reduction amplitude of the air conditioner according to the frequency reduction rate includes:
step S311, acquiring the last total current of the air conditioner;
step S312, determining the frequency-reducing amplitude according to the last total current, the total current, and the frequency-reducing rate.
And when the air conditioner control device circularly detects and monitors the total current of the electricity utilization environment where the air conditioner is located, acquiring the last total current of the air conditioner from the stored data. The last total current of the air conditioner is the total current of the electricity environment where the air conditioner is used for determining the target frequency of last frequency reduction operation of the air conditioner.
After the last total current of the air conditioner is obtained, the frequency reduction amplitude can be determined according to the difference value between the last total current and the current total current of the power environment where the air conditioner is located and the frequency reduction rate.
Specifically, the frequency reduction amplitude can be calculated through a preset formula; the formula for calculating the frequency reduction amplitude is as follows: Δ f ═ C (I-If), where Δ f is the downconversion amplitude, I is the total current, If is the total current from the previous time, and C is the downconversion rate. It should be noted that the preset formula may also have different forms according to different data models, different control requirements, and different fitting methods, which are not described herein again.
After the frequency reduction amplitude of the air conditioner is determined, the target frequency f of the air conditioner is f1- Δ f, wherein 1 is the target frequency of the last frequency reduction operation of the air conditioner or the current operation frequency of the air conditioner.
The frequency reduction amplitude of the air conditioner is determined by combining the last total current of the air conditioner, the current total current of the electricity environment where the air conditioner is located and the current frequency reduction rate of the air conditioner, so that the current frequency reduction target frequency can be more accurately adapted to the change characteristics of the total current of the electricity environment where the air conditioner is located, a better current regulation and control effect is obtained, the air conditioner can exert better efficiency, and the reliability of the anti-tripping performance of the air conditioner is further improved.
Further, referring to fig. 6, before the step of reducing the operating frequency of the air conditioner to the target frequency, the method further includes:
step S00, judging whether the target frequency is less than or equal to a preset threshold value;
if so, step S01 is executed, otherwise, the step S323 is executed.
Step S01, controlling the compressor or the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to stop running;
if the operation frequency of the air conditioner is too low, the operation frequency of the air conditioner cannot be reduced, or the operation of the air conditioner after the frequency is reduced cannot ensure the normal realization of the refrigeration or heating requirement of the air conditioner, so that the energy consumption of the air conditioner is caused. Therefore, a lowest operation frequency can be selected as a preset threshold according to actual conditions. When the target frequency is less than or equal to the preset threshold value, the running frequency of the air conditioner is not reduced any more, but the compressor and/or the outdoor unit of the air conditioner are controlled to stop running, at the moment, the indoor fan of the air conditioner can be kept running normally, and the indoor fan of the air conditioner can be turned off at the same time. When the target frequency is greater than the preset threshold, the current operating frequency of the air conditioner can be adjusted to the determined target frequency.
By the mode, when the target frequency is less than or equal to the preset threshold value, the compressor or the outdoor unit is directly closed, so that the working current of the air conditioner is reduced, and the energy consumption of the air conditioner is avoided; and when the current frequency reduction target frequency is greater than a preset threshold value, reducing the current running frequency of the air conditioner. Thereby ensuring the reliable realization of the anti-tripping function of the air conditioner.
