The present invention also provides an air conditioner control method, based on the above air conditioner, in which an indoor unit and an outdoor unit of the air conditioner are connected by a first throttling unit 2 and a second throttling unit 12 connected in parallel with the first throttling unit 2, the second throttling unit 12 includes a throttling component 121 and an electromagnetic valve 122 connected in series, a sensor 14 for detecting a temperature of a shell of a compressor is provided on a compressor 5 of the air conditioner, as shown in fig. 3, the air conditioner control method includes:
step S100, obtaining a shell temperature TK of the compressor 5;
step S200, judging whether TK > TC1 is established, wherein TC1 is a first preset temperature value, and TC1 is greater than 135 ℃;
and step S300, when TK > TC1 and the duration exceeds tm1, determining that the first throttling unit 2 is blocked, and controlling the electromagnetic valve 122 to be opened to enable the second throttling unit 12 to be connected into an air conditioner pipeline, wherein tm1 is the first preset time, and 8 minutes < tm1<12 minutes.
Because the compressor 5 continuously compresses the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant entering from the inlet in the working process and sends the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant out of the exhaust outlet, the refrigerant provides the power for the flowing of the refrigerant for the pipeline of the whole air conditioner, and in the process that the compressor 5 compresses the low-temperature refrigerant, the refrigerant simultaneously plays a role of cooling the mechanical parts of the compressor 5 for compressing, if the flow quantity of the refrigerant is reduced due to the blockage of the throttling part in the pipeline, the refrigerant entering the compressor 5 is also reduced, therefore, the refrigerant compressed by the compressor 5 is reduced, the function of cooling the mechanical parts of the compressor 5 is also reduced, so that the temperature of the mechanical parts of the compressor 5 is increased, the shell temperature of the compressor 5 connected with the mechanical parts is also increased, and the part with the smallest cross section area through which the refrigerant flows in the pipeline of the air conditioner is the throttling part, therefore, when the compressor 5 is blocked, for example, the throttling part is the most frequently blocked place when oil blockage or ice blockage occurs in the pipeline, and whether the throttling part in the pipeline is blocked can be determined by judging whether the shell temperature of the compressor 5 is abnormal.
Specifically, the temperature value TK is determined by judging whether the adjustment of the casing temperature value TK is greater than the first preset value TC1 for the first preset time tm1 is satisfied, where the first preset value TC1 and the first preset time tm1 are determined by experiments, and generally TC11 is greater than 135 ℃, for example, 140 ℃, 8 minutes < tm1<12 minutes, for example, 10 minutes. If the temperature TK of the shell is judged to exceed 140 ℃ in more than 10 minutes, the first throttling unit 2 is judged to be blocked, the electromagnetic valve 122 is controlled to be opened, the second throttling unit 12 is connected to a pipeline of the air conditioner to replace the first throttling unit 2 to throttle the refrigerant, and then the normal circulation of the refrigerant in the pipeline of the air conditioner is maintained.
According to the air conditioner control method, the shell temperature TK of the compressor 5 is detected and obtained, whether the shell temperature continuously exceeds the first preset time and is larger than the first preset temperature value or not is judged, the blockage of the first throttling unit 2 of the compressor 5 is judged, the electromagnetic valve 122 is controlled to be opened, the second throttling unit 12 is connected to a pipeline of the air conditioner, the first throttling unit 2 is replaced to throttle the refrigerant left and right, the normal circulation of the refrigerant in the air conditioner pipeline is maintained, and the problem that the shell of the compressor 5 is overhigh in temperature due to the blockage of the first throttling unit 2 and the fault is caused is solved.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the air conditioner control method of the present invention, in the second embodiment of the air conditioner control method of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the first throttling unit 2 of the air conditioner is a capillary tube, and when TK > TC1 does not hold, the air conditioner control method further includes:
step S301, judging whether TC2< TK is not less than TC1, wherein TC2 is a second preset temperature value, and TC2 is not less than 118 ℃ and not more than 122 ℃;
step S302, when TC2< TK is less than or equal to TC1, detecting and acquiring continuous operation time tcn of the compressor 5;
step S303, judging tcn > tm2, wherein tm2 is a second preset time, and 38 minutes < tm1<43 minutes;
step S304, when tcn > tm2, detecting and acquiring an operation current value Icomp of the compressor 5 and an exhaust temperature value TP of the compressor;
step S305, determining whether Icomp < I0 is true, wherein I0 is a first preset current value, and 0.8A < I0< 1.5A;
step S306, when Icomp < I0, judging whether TP > TC3 is true, wherein TC3 is a third preset temperature value, and 89 is equal to or greater than TC3 and equal to or less than 92 ℃;
and step S307, when TP > TC3 and the duration time exceeds a third preset time tm3, determining that the first throttling unit 2 is blocked, and controlling the electromagnetic valve 122 to be opened so as to enable the second throttling unit 12 to be connected into an air conditioner pipeline, wherein 0.5 minute < tm3<2 minutes.
In this embodiment, based on the first embodiment, specifically in the case where the first throttling unit 2 is a capillary tube, when it is detected that the casing temperature TK of the compressor 5 is lower than the first preset temperature TC1, other detection parameters including the compressor continuous operation time tcn, the compressor 5 operation current Icomp, and the exhaust temperature TP of the compressor 5 are introduced, and it is further comprehensively determined whether the first throttling unit 2 is clogged.
Taking a specific judgment step as an example, where TC2 takes a value of 140 ℃, TC2 takes a value of 120 ℃, tm2 takes a value of 40 minutes, I0 takes a value of 1A, TC3 takes a value of 90 ℃, tm3 takes a value of 1 minute, when the temperature of 120 ℃ < TK < 140 ℃, and after the compressor 5 continuously operates for 40 minutes, when the operating current value Icomp of the compressor 5 is judged to be less than 1A, and the duration time exceeds 1 minute under the condition that the exhaust temperature TP is greater than 90 ℃, it is judged that the first throttling unit 2 is blocked, and at this time, the electromagnetic valve 122 is controlled to be opened to enable the second throttling unit to be connected to the air conditioner pipeline. When the refrigerant flow is reduced due to the blockage of the pipeline, the power of the compressor 5 is reduced, namely the running current is reduced, and meanwhile, the exhaust temperature is relatively reduced, the exhaust temperature of normal refrigeration can reach more than 120 ℃, and whether the throttling component is blocked or not can be obtained by introducing the new parameter comprehensive judgment.
Further, based on the second embodiment of the air conditioner control method according to the present invention, in a third embodiment of the air conditioner control method according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, in step S306, when TP > TC3 is not established, the air conditioner control method further includes:
step S308, judging whether TC4 (TP is greater than or equal to TC 3) is true, wherein TC4 is a fourth preset temperature value, and TC4 is greater than or equal to 78 ℃ and less than or equal to 82 ℃;
and step S309, when TC4< TP ≦ TC3 and the duration time exceeds a fourth preset time tm4, determining that the first throttling unit is blocked, and controlling the electromagnetic valve to be opened so that the second throttling unit is connected to the air conditioner pipeline system to work, wherein 18 minutes < tm4<24 minutes.
The difference between this embodiment and the second embodiment is that the detected discharge temperature TP of the compressor is a range value less than or equal to TC3, i.e. the discharge temperature is further decreased, and at this time, the determination of the duration of maintaining the discharge temperature value condition is added, taking a specific determination step as an example, where TC4 is 80 ℃, tm4 is 20 minutes, when the discharge temperature TP satisfies 80 ℃ < TP ≦ 90 ℃, and when the condition is satisfied, the continuous operation time of the compressor 2 exceeds 20 minutes, it is determined that the first throttling unit 2 is blocked, and at this time, the solenoid valve is controlled to be opened to connect the second throttling unit to the air conditioner pipeline.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the air conditioner control method of the present invention, in a fourth embodiment of the air conditioner control method of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the first throttling unit 2 of the air conditioner is an electronic expansion valve, and when TK > TC1 does not hold, the air conditioner control method further includes:
step S310, judging whether TC2< TK is not less than TC1, wherein TC2 is a second preset temperature value, and TC2 is not less than 118 ℃ and not more than 122 ℃;
step S311, when TC2< TK is less than or equal to TC1, detecting and acquiring continuous operation time tcn of the compressor 5;
step S312, judging tcn > tm2, wherein tm2 is a second preset time, and 38 minutes < tm1<43 minutes;
step S313, when tcn > tm2, detecting and acquiring an operating current value Icomp of the compressor;
step S314, determining whether Icomp < I0 is true, wherein I0 is a first preset current value, and 0.8A < I0< 1.5A;
step S315, when Icomp is less than I0, acquiring the current opening value D of the electronic expansion valve;
step S316, judging whether D is more than Dmax-D1, wherein Dmax is the maximum opening value of the electronic expansion valve, D1 is a preset opening value, and 70 steps are less than D1 and less than 90 steps;
and step S317, when D is more than Dmax-D1 and the duration time exceeds a third preset time tm3, determining that the first throttling unit 2 is blocked, and controlling the electromagnetic valve 122 to be opened so as to enable the second throttling unit to be connected into an air conditioner pipeline, wherein 0.5 min < tm3<2 min.
In this embodiment, based on the first embodiment, specifically, in the case that the first throttling unit 2 is an electronic expansion valve, when it is detected that the casing temperature TK of the compressor 5 is lower than the first preset temperature TC1, other detection parameters including the compressor continuous operation time tcn, the compressor 5 operation current Icomp, and the electronic expansion valve opening value D are introduced, and it is further comprehensively determined whether the first throttling unit 2 is blocked.
Taking a specific judging step as an example, in the above parameters, the TC2 takes 140 ℃, the TC2 takes 120 ℃, the tm2 takes 40 minutes, the I0 takes 1A, the D1 takes 80 steps, and the tm3 takes 1 minute, when the temperature is 120 ℃ and TK is less than or equal to 140 ℃, and after the compressor 5 continuously operates for 40 minutes, when the operating current value Icomp of the compressor 5 is judged to be less than 1A, and the duration time exceeds 1 minute under the condition that the current opening D of the electronic expansion valve is greater than Dmax-80, it is judged that the first throttling unit 2 is blocked, and at this time, the electromagnetic valve 122 is controlled to be opened to enable the second throttling unit 2 to be connected to the air conditioner pipeline. Where Dmax typically takes the value of 480 steps. On the basis of the second embodiment of the control method of the present invention, when the refrigerant flow is reduced due to the sending of a blockage in the pipeline of the air conditioner, in addition to the reduction of the operating current of the compressor 5, the capacity of the air conditioner for sending cold air or hot air by the indoor unit in the cooling or heating mode is insufficient, and under the existing air conditioner control rule, if the cooling or heating capacity of the air conditioner cannot meet the target temperature, i.e., the requirement of the set temperature value, the air conditioner will increase the opening degree of the expansion valve until the set temperature requirement of cooling or heating is met, and when the opening degree of the expansion valve is adjusted to be very close to the maximum opening degree and the set temperature requirement cannot be met for a while, it can be determined that the second throttling unit 2 is blocked.
Further, based on any one of the first to fourth embodiments of the air conditioner control method according to the present invention, in a fifth embodiment of the air conditioner control method according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, after determining that the first throttling unit 2 is blocked, the controlling electromagnetic valve 122 is opened to enable the second throttling unit 2 to be connected to the air conditioner pipeline system operating step, the method further includes:
step S411, accumulating the times N for judging the blockage of the first throttling unit;
step S412, when the compressor is started again, whether N is more than or equal to N0 is judged, wherein N0 is a preset numerical value, and N0 is more than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 5;
and step S413, when N is larger than or equal to N0, determining that the first throttling unit is in a normally blocked state, and controlling the electromagnetic valve to be opened so that the second throttling unit is connected to the air conditioner pipeline system.
When the air conditioner judges that the first throttling unit 2 is blocked and controls the electromagnetic valve 122 to be opened so as to enable the second throttling unit 12 to be connected into the pipeline of the air conditioner, if the compressor 5 is closed in the working process of the air conditioner, for example, the compressor 5 is controlled to be closed because the current indoor environment temperature value T1 reaches the set temperature value TS, or other protections occur so that the compressor 5 is closed, the electromagnetic valve 122 needs to be controlled to be closed after delaying for a short preset time such as 1 minute so as to enable the pressure in the whole pipeline to be balanced, namely, the second throttling unit 12 is controlled to be disconnected from the pipeline of the air conditioner, because the pipeline at the moment can be only temporarily blocked, the recovery is possible when the compressor is started again, and the second throttling unit 12 only temporarily replaces the first throttling unit 2, the throttling effect of the refrigerant is not as good as that of the original second throttling unit 2, especially when the second throttling unit 2 is an electronic expansion valve, the capillary tube of the second throttle unit 12 cannot be adjusted in throttle opening, and therefore, can be used only as an emergency.
Therefore, after the first throttling unit is judged to be blocked in the working process of the compressor, when the compressor is started again, whether the first throttling unit 2 is blocked or not can be detected again, when the compressor 5 is started again each time, if the first throttling unit 2 is detected to be blocked, the blocking times N can be accumulated again, if the blocking times meet the preset times value N0, if the blocking times are 3 times, the first throttling unit 2 can be confirmed to be in a normally blocked state, namely, the times of blocking cannot be recovered in time, so that the electromagnetic valve 122 is directly controlled to be opened when the compressor is started again, and the second throttling unit 122 is connected to an air conditioner pipeline to replace the first throttling unit 2 to throttle the refrigerant.
Further, according to the fifth embodiment of the air conditioner control method of the present invention, in the sixth embodiment of the air conditioner control method of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, when N ≧ N0 is false, the air conditioner control method further includes:
step S414, judging whether TK is less than or equal to TC 4;
in step S415, when TK is equal to or less than TC4, it is determined that the first throttling unit 2 is clogged and recovered, and the electromagnetic valve 122 is controlled to close.
In the first embodiment, when it is judged that the number of times of clogging of the first throttling unit 2 has not reached N0, that is, the normal clogging state has not been reached, it is recognized as clogging recovery according to a drop of the casing temperature TK below the fourth preset temperature TC 4.
When the pipeline of the air conditioner is not blocked any more, the refrigerant entering the compressor is increased at this time, so that the refrigerant is compressed, and meanwhile, the cooling capacity of mechanical parts for compression of the compressor is also increased, so that the shell temperature of the compressor is reduced, when the temperature is reduced to a fourth preset temperature value TC4, such as below 80 ℃, the pipeline of the compressor is judged to be not blocked, and at this time, the control electromagnetic valve 122 is closed, so that the second throttling unit 12 is disconnected from the pipeline, and the first throttling unit 2 still works.
Further, according to the fifth embodiment of the air conditioner control method of the present invention, in the seventh embodiment of the air conditioner control method of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, when N ≧ N0 is false, the air conditioner control method further includes:
step S416, judging whether Icomp is greater than or equal to I0;
in step S417, when Icomp is greater than or equal to I0, it is determined that the clogging of the first throttle unit 2 is recovered, and the solenoid valve 122 is controlled to be closed.
Like the sixth embodiment, the electromagnetic valve 122 needs to be controlled to close when the compressor is closed, if the air conditioner pipeline is no longer blocked, the refrigerant entering the compressor increases, so that the work is increased when the mechanical parts of the compressor compress, the power of the compressor increases, so that the operating current Icomp of the compressor increases, when the operating current Icomp increases to a preset value such as above 1A, it is determined that the pipeline of the compressor is not blocked, and the electromagnetic valve 122 is controlled to close, so that the second throttling unit 12 is disconnected from the pipeline, and still works with the first throttling unit 2.
