Abstract
The invention discloses a slag soil vertical conveying device for pipe jacking construction, which solves the problems of large occupied space, inflexible lifting and low working efficiency in the prior art of slag soil transportation in pipe jacking construction. The invention comprises a slag car, a guiding mechanism and a vertical traction mechanism, wherein the slag car is matched with a slag car guide rail and moves along the slag car guide rail, the guiding mechanism is provided with a limiting mechanism, and the limiting mechanism corresponds to connecting members arranged on two sides of the slag car; the slag car comprises a box car body and a supporting frame arranged at the bottom of the box car body, slag wheels are arranged on the supporting frame and matched with slag car guide rails, and connecting members are arranged on two sides of the box car body. When the slag car moves to the hole, the limiting mechanism fixes the slag car on the connecting plate of the guiding mechanism, the two sides of the connecting plate and the guiding upright posts are guided and limited in a wheel rail mode, and then the electric hoist vertically pulls the slag car to ascend, so that stable, safe and quick lifting of the slag car is ensured, and the high cost of crawler hoisting is saved.

At present, a tunnel boring machine is mainly divided into two modes, namely mud water balance and soil pressure balance, mud water is injected into a sealed compartment of a shield excavation face in the mud water balance mode, and stability of soil body of the excavation face is guaranteed through mud water pressurization and external pressure balance; the soil pressure balance mode is to discharge the dregs (i.e. the dug waste soil) to the dreg car by the screw conveyor, the sliding gate or the rotary hopper arranged at the soil discharge port of the screw conveyor is used for controlling the amount of the discharged soil, so that the stability of the face is ensured, after the dreg car of the soil pressure balance push bench is conveyed to the starting hole, the dreg car is lifted out of the well by adopting the crawler crane, and the lifting space is limited because of the limitation of the top iron opening and the stroke of the jacking oil cylinder, and the lifting process only can realize the air transverse movement of the dreg car by adopting the synthetic movement of the rotary arm, the telescopic arm and the like after the dreg car is lifted by the crawler crane, so that a great amount of time is consumed in the lifting process, and the construction efficiency is reduced.

The guide mechanism comprises two vertical columns and at least two guide wheels, the guide wheels are connected through a connecting plate, the connecting plate is located between the two vertical columns, vertical guide rails are arranged on the vertical columns, and the guide wheels are matched with the vertical guide rails.
The two vertical columns are positioned on the same straight line, the connecting plate is a rectangular plate, four guide wheels are arranged between the two vertical columns, and the four guide wheels are respectively positioned at four corners of the connecting plate.
The limiting mechanism comprises a C-shaped steel seat arranged on the connecting plate, the connecting member comprises a connecting seat and a clamping seat arranged on the connecting seat, the clamping seat is matched with the C-shaped steel seat, and the clamping seat is connected with the C-shaped steel seat through a limiting pin shaft.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in embodiment 1, a slag vertical transport device for pipe jacking construction comprises a slag car 2, two groups of guide mechanisms 4 symmetrically arranged at an opening, and a vertical traction mechanism 5 for lifting the slag car 2, wherein the vertical traction mechanism 5 can be arranged on the ground for lifting the slag car. The slag car 2 cooperates with a slag car guide rail 1 arranged in the tunnel and moves along the slag car guide rail 1, the slag car guide rail 1 is arranged between two sets of guide mechanisms 4, and the slag car 2 moves in the tunnel along the slag car guide rail 1. The guide mechanism 4 is provided with a limiting mechanism 3, and the limiting mechanism 3 corresponds to connecting members 6 arranged on two sides of the slag car 2; when the slag car is filled with slag soil and then moves to the opening, the connecting member is connected with the limiting mechanism 3, and then moves upwards under the action of the vertical traction mechanism to convey the slag soil out of the opening. The slag car 2 comprises a box-shaped car body 201 and a supporting frame 202 arranged at the bottom of the box-shaped car body 201, wherein the box-shaped car body is used for containing slag soil; the slag wheels 207 are arranged on the supporting frame 202, the slag wheels 207 are matched with the slag car guide rail 1, the connecting members 6 are arranged on two sides of the box-type car body 201, so that stress balance is ensured in the lifting process, and the slag car is prevented from tilting.
Further, the guiding mechanism 4 comprises two vertical columns 404 and two guiding wheels 402, the guiding wheels 402 are connected through a connecting plate 403, the connecting plate 403 is located between the two vertical columns 404, a vertical guide rail 401 is arranged on the vertical columns 404, the guiding wheels 402 are matched with the vertical guide rail 401, in the lifting process, the connecting plate is connected with the slag car, the guiding wheels move along the vertical guide rail, the rim of the guiding wheels is tangent to a groove of the vertical guide rail, the horizontal displacement and rotation of the connecting plate and the slag car are limited, and the lifting safety is ensured.
