The lock block 132 includes a connecting portion 1321 and a handle portion 1322, in which the connecting portion 1321 is stopped against the pull-top hanging ring 10 in the locking position, the connecting portion 1321 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, the connecting portion 1321 is rotatably connected to an end portion of the pull rod 131, a central axis of the connecting portion 1321 is substantially perpendicular to an axis of the pull rod 131, the handle portion 1322 is connected to a peripheral wall of the connecting portion 1321, the handle portion 1322 is provided on the connecting portion 1321 so as to facilitate pulling the connecting portion 1321, and a line of the connecting portion 1321 relative to a rotation axis 131a of the pull rod 131 deviates from the central axis of the connecting portion 1321. The handle portion 1322 gradually decreases in thickness in a direction away from the central axis of the connecting portion 1321, and the tip of the handle portion 1322 has a circular arc top surface. The pull rod 131 is formed as a screw, and one end of the pull rod 131, which is remote from the locking piece 132, is provided with a slip-off preventing nut 135 for preventing the pull rod 131 from slipping off from the rotating shaft 131a of the pull rod 131. The pull rod 131 is sleeved with a pre-tightening gasket 136, and in the locking position, the pre-tightening gasket 136 is clamped between the pull-up hanging rings 10 and the locking blocks 132. An intermediate gasket 140 is located between the pull-up hanger 10 and the body hanger 120 to ensure the connection tightness between the pull-up hanger 10 and the body hanger 120.
In the quick-release structure 10 of the food waste disposer of the embodiment, the locking piece 132 in the locking rod assembly 130 has a locking position and a release position, when in the locking position, the locking piece 132 can lock the body hanging ring 120 on the pull-top hanging ring 10, so that the main body of the disposer is connected with the water tank opening, when in the release position, the locking piece 132 can release the body hanging ring 120 from the pull-top hanging ring 10, so that the main body of the disposer can be detached from the water tank opening, in addition, as the locking piece 132 is driven by the pull rod 131 to realize the conversion between the locking position and the release position, that is, when the main body of the disposer is required to be mounted or dismounted, only the pull rod 131 is required to be rotated, so that the mounting and dismounting of the main body of the disposer can be completed without using an excessive driving force by a tool, and the quick mounting and dismounting of the main body of the disposer are realized.
A food waste disposer 1 in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the food waste disposer 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a flange assembly 20, a disposer body (not shown), and the quick release structure 10 of the foregoing food waste disposer, wherein the flange assembly 20 is adapted to be mounted at a sink opening of a sink, the disposer body is disposed below the flange assembly 20, a housing tube is disposed at a top of the disposer body, and a pulverizing cavity is defined in the disposer body. The pull-top hanging ring 10 is connected to the flange assembly 20, and the sleeve is sleeved in the machine body hanging ring 120.
It will be appreciated that since the body link 120 is connected to the main body of the disposer, the pull-top link 10 is connected to the sink opening, and the locking block 132 is engaged in the locking hole 111 of the pull-top link 10 to lock the body link 120 to the pull-top link 10 in the locked position, that is, the body link 120 is not separated from the pull-top link 10 under the locking action of the locking block 132, so that the stable connection between the main body of the disposer and the sink opening is realized. When in the release position, the locking block 132 is separated from the locking hole 111 to release the body hanging ring 120 from the pull-top hanging ring 10, and the body hanging ring 120 can be detached from the pull-top hanging ring 10 due to the locking hole 111 separated from the locking block 132, that is to say, the processor main body can be detached from the water tank opening. Meanwhile, the locking block 132 is driven by the pull rod 131 to realize the conversion between the locking position and the releasing position, that is, only the pull rod 131 is required to be rotated when the processor body is required to be mounted or dismounted, so that the processor body is quickly dismounted relative to the water notch.
In summary, when the processor main body needs to be disassembled, only the pull rod 131 needs to be rotated to drive the locking block 132 to move from the locking position to the releasing position, so that the user can complete the assembly and disassembly of the processor main body without using any tool or excessive driving force, and the processor main body is quickly assembled and disassembled.
According to the food waste disposer 1 of the embodiment of the invention, due to the quick-release structure 10, a user does not need to use tools or excessive driving force to complete the mounting and dismounting of the disposer body, and quick mounting and dismounting of the disposer body are realized.
In some embodiments, the flange assembly 20 includes a sink flange 210, the sink flange 210 being fitted at the sink opening, one end of the sink flange 210 extending from the sink opening, and the pull-up collar 10 being sleeved over the sink flange 210. It can be understood that the structure of the pull-top hanging ring 10 can be simplified to a certain extent without directly connecting the pull-top hanging ring 10 to the water tank outlet, and the production cost of the pull-top hanging ring 10 is reduced.
In some embodiments, the flange assembly 20 further includes a flange support 220 and a pressing member 230, the flange support 220 is sleeved on the sink flange 210, the flange support 220 is located between the flange 211 of the sink flange 210 and the pull-top hanging ring 10, a portion of the sink surrounding the water slot is sandwiched between the flange 211 and the flange support 220, the pressing member 230 is connected between the pull-top hanging ring 10 and the flange support 220, and a length of the pressing member 230 between the pull-top hanging ring 10 and the flange support 220 is adjustable.
It will be appreciated that since the pull-up collar 10 is sleeved over the sink flange 210, that is, after the pull-up collar 10 is sleeved outside the sink flange 210, the pull-up collar 10 and the sink flange 210 can be seen as one piece. Since the portion of the sink surrounding the water slot is sandwiched between the flange 211 of the sink flange 210 and the flange support 220, when the pressing member 230 is adjusted such that the length between the pull-up hanger 10 and the flange support 220 becomes shorter, the distance between the flange 211 and the flange support 220 becomes smaller. Thus, the part of the water tank surrounding the water notch can be tightly pressed between the flange 211 and the flange support 220, so that the tightness between the water notch and the pull-top hanging ring 10 is ensured.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1, the compression members 230 are a plurality of circumferentially spaced around the pull-top ring 10. Thereby, the part of the water tank surrounding the water slot can be further tightly pressed between the flange 211 and the flange support 220, and the tightness between the water slot and the pull-top hanging ring 10 is ensured. Alternatively, the pressing member 230 is formed as a bolt.
In some embodiments, a limiting snap ring 240 is disposed between the sink flange 210 and the middle gasket 140, it can be appreciated that a portion of the sink flange 210 is located inside the middle gasket 140 to improve the sealing effect of the middle gasket 140, and the limiting snap ring 240 is disposed between the sink flange 210 and the middle gasket 140 to prevent the middle gasket 140 from axially moving to affect the sealing effect.
Examples:
the following describes a specific structure of a food waste disposer 1 in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the food waste disposer 1 of the present embodiment includes a flange assembly 20, a disposer body (not shown), and the quick release structure 10 of the aforementioned food waste disposer, the flange assembly 20 being adapted to be mounted at a sink opening of a sink; the processor body is arranged below the flange assembly 20, a sleeving pipe is arranged at the top of the processor body, and a crushing cavity is defined in the processor body. The pull-top hanging ring 10 is connected to the flange assembly 20, and the sleeve is sleeved in the machine body hanging ring 120.
The specific structure of the quick release structure 10 is already described in detail in the foregoing, and will not be described again.
The flange assembly 20 includes a sink flange 210, a flange support 220, a hold down 230, a snap ring 240, and a splash guard 250. The splash guard 250 is arranged at the water tank opening, the water tank flange 210 is matched at the water tank opening and sleeved on the splash guard 250, one end of the water tank flange 210 extends out of the water tank opening, and the pull-up hanging ring 10 is sleeved on the water tank flange 210. The flange support 220 is sleeved on the water tank flange 210, the flange support 220 is positioned between the flange 211 of the water tank flange 210 and the pull-top hanging ring 10, a part of the water tank surrounding the water slot is clamped between the flange 211 and the flange support 220, the pressing piece 230 is connected between the pull-top hanging ring 10 and the flange support 220, and the length of the pressing piece 230 between the pull-top hanging ring 10 and the flange support 220 is adjustable.
The mounting and dismounting process of the food waste disposer 1 of this embodiment is as follows:
when in installation: the body hanging ring 120 aligns with the pull-top hanging ring 10, the pull rod 131 is rotated to enable the pull rod 131 to drive the locking block 132 to rotate until the pull rod 131 is matched in the locking hole 111 and the connecting portion 1321 of the locking block 132 is stopped against the end face of the pull-top hanging ring 10, and at the moment, the handle portion 1322 is shifted to enable the connecting portion 1321 to squeeze the pull-top hanging ring 10 to complete main body connection of the processor.
When the processor is disassembled, the handle part 1322 is shifted to enable the connecting part 1321 to release the compression joint of the pull-top hanging ring 10, the pull rod 131 is rotated to enable the pull rod 131 to drive the locking block 132 to rotate until the pull rod 131 is separated from the lock hole 111 and the connecting part 1321 of the locking block 132 is separated from the end face of the pull-top hanging ring 10, and the processor body is disassembled by pulling down the machine body hanging ring 120.

Claims (10)

1. A quick release structure for a food waste disposer, comprising:
pulling a top hanging ring;
the machine body hanging ring is arranged opposite to the pull-top hanging ring;
a locking bar assembly, the locking bar assembly comprising:
the pull rod is rotatably connected to the machine body hanging ring;
the locking piece is arranged on the pull rod, the locking piece can be driven to switch between a locking position and a releasing position when the pull rod rotates, the machine body hanging ring can be locked on the pull-top hanging ring by the locking piece when the locking piece is in the locking position, and the machine body hanging ring can be released from the pull-top hanging ring when the locking piece is in the releasing position;
the lock rod components are distributed circumferentially around the pull-top hanging ring or the machine body hanging ring.
2. The quick release structure of claim 1, wherein the outer peripheral wall of the body hanging ring is provided with a mounting lug, the rotating shaft of the pull rod is arranged on the mounting lug in a penetrating manner, and an anti-falling piece and/or a limiting pre-tightening block are arranged between two ends of the rotating shaft and the mounting lug.
3. The quick release structure of a food waste disposer of claim 1, wherein the lock comprises:
the connecting part is stopped on the pull-top hanging ring at the locking position, is formed into a cylinder shape and is rotatably connected to the end part of the pull rod, and the central axis of the connecting part is generally perpendicular to the axis of the pull rod;
the handle part is connected to the peripheral wall of the connecting part, and the handle part is arranged on the connecting part so as to conveniently stir the connecting part.
4. The quick release structure of claim 3, wherein the connecting portion is offset from a central axis of the connecting portion with respect to a rotational axis of the pull rod.
5. The quick release structure of a food waste disposer of claim 2, wherein the pull rod is formed as a screw, and an end of the pull rod remote from the locking piece is provided with a slip-off preventing nut for preventing the pull rod from slipping off the rotating shaft.
6. The quick release structure of a food waste disposer of claim 1, wherein the pull rod is sleeved with a pre-tightening washer, and the pre-tightening washer is clamped between the pull-top hanging ring and the locking piece in the locked position.
7. The quick release structure of any one of claims 1-6, further comprising an intermediate gasket positioned between the pull-top hanging ring and the body hanging ring to ensure a connection seal between the pull-top hanging ring and the body hanging ring.
8. A food waste disposer, comprising
A flange assembly adapted to be mounted at a sink opening of a sink;
the processor main body is arranged below the flange assembly, a sleeving pipe is arranged at the top of the processor main body, and a crushing cavity is defined in the processor main body;
the quick release structure of a food waste disposer of any of claims 1-7, the pull-top collar being connected to the flange assembly, the sleeve being received within the body collar.
9. The food waste disposer of claim 8, wherein the flange assembly comprises: the water tank flange is matched with the water tank opening, one end of the water tank flange extends out of the water tank opening, and the pull-top hanging ring is sleeved on the water tank flange.
10. The food waste disposer of claim 9, wherein the flange assembly further comprises:
the flange support piece is sleeved on the water tank flange, the flange support piece is positioned between the flanging of the water tank flange and the pull-top hanging ring, and the part, surrounding the water tank opening, of the water tank is clamped between the flanging and the flange support piece;
the compression piece is connected between the pull-top hanging ring and the flange supporting piece, and the length of the compression piece between the pull-top hanging ring and the flange supporting piece is adjustable.
