As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the food waste disposer 1 according to the embodiment of the invention includes a disposer main body 20, a flange assembly 30 and the quick-release structure 10 of the food waste disposer, where the flange assembly 30 is suitable for being mounted at a water port of a water tank, the disposer main body 20 is disposed below the flange assembly 30, a mounting tube 210 is disposed at the top of the disposer main body 20, a connecting groove 211 is disposed on the outer wall of the mounting tube 210, a grinding cavity is defined in the disposer main body 20, a hanging ring 110 is connected to the flange assembly 30, the mounting tube 210 is sleeved in the hanging ring 110, the connecting groove 211 is disposed opposite to the hanging hole 111, and a part of the rolling body 130 is clamped in the hanging hole 111 and a part of the rolling body is clamped in the connecting groove 211.
It will be appreciated that, as described above, when the turnbuckle ring 120 is in the locked position, the rolling bodies 130 are pressed by the turnbuckle ring 120, and a portion of the rolling bodies 130 is exposed from the hanging hole 111. At this time, the rolling bodies 130 fitted in the mounting holes 111 are partially caught in the mounting holes 111 and partially caught in the coupling grooves 211, so that the disposer body 20 is coupled to the mounting ring 110, and the flange assembly 30 mounted at the sink opening of the sink is coupled to the mounting ring 110. Therefore, the disposer body 20 can be more firmly connected to the sink. However, when the turnbuckle ring 120 rotates to the release position, the relief groove 121 on the turnbuckle ring 120 is opposite to the mounting hole 111 on the mounting ring 110, and at this time, rotating the mounting tube 210 can make a portion of the rolling element 130 enter the relief groove 121, that is, the rolling element 130 is separated from the connecting groove 211 of the mounting tube 210.
In summary, when the processor main body 20 needs to be disassembled, only the swivel ring 120 needs to be rotated, so that the user can complete the assembly and disassembly of the processor main body 20 without using excessive driving force without using tools, and the rapid assembly and disassembly of the processor main body 20 are realized.
According to the food waste disposer 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, with the quick release structure 10 described above, a user does not need to use a tool to complete the mounting and dismounting of the disposer body 20, and an excessive driving force is not required, so that the quick mounting and dismounting of the disposer body 20 is realized.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-3, the flange assembly 30 includes a sink flange 310, the sink flange 310 being fitted at the sink opening, one end of the sink flange 310 protruding from the sink opening. The hanging ring 110 is sleeved on the water tank flange 310, and the hanging ring 110 is clamped on the water tank flange 310 through the limiting snap ring 350.
It can be appreciated that the hanging ring 110 is clamped on the sink flange 310 by the limiting clamp ring 350, so that the hanging ring 110 can be prevented from falling off the sink flange 310, and the sealing performance between the main body 20 of the disposer and the sink opening is poor. In addition, the hanging ring 110 is not directly connected to the water tank outlet, so that the structure of the hanging ring 110 can be simplified to a certain extent, the production cost of the hanging ring 110 is reduced, one end of the hanging ring 110 is sleeved on the water tank flange 310, and the other end of the hanging ring 110 is sleeved on the sleeve pipe 210, so that the hanging ring 110 has a certain sealing effect, and the sealing performance between the processor main body 20 and the water tank outlet is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-3, the flange assembly 30 further includes a flange supporter 320 and a pressing member 330, the flange supporter 320 is sleeved on the tub flange 310, the flange supporter 320 is located between the flange 311 of the tub flange 310 and the hanging ring 110, a portion of the tub surrounding the water slot is sandwiched between the flange 311 and the flange supporter 320, the pressing member 330 is connected between the hanging ring 110 and the flange supporter 320, and a length of the pressing member 330 between the hanging ring 110 and the flange supporter 320 is adjustable.
It will be appreciated that, due to the retaining collar 350 provided between the hanging ring 110 and the sink flange 310, that is, after the hanging ring 110 is sleeved on the outer side of the sink flange 310, the hanging ring 110 and the sink flange 310 can be regarded as a single body. Since the portion of the sink surrounding the water slot is sandwiched between the flange 311 of the sink flange 310 and the flange supporter 320, when the pressing member 330 is adjusted such that the length between the hanging ring 110 and the flange supporter 320 becomes shorter, the distance between the flange 311 and the flange supporter 320 becomes smaller. Thus, the part of the water tank surrounding the water notch can be tightly pressed between the flange 311 and the flange support 320, so that the tightness between the water tank notch and the hanging ring 110 is ensured.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the compression members 330 are a plurality of circumferentially spaced around the hanging ring 110. Thus, the part of the water tank surrounding the water slot can be further tightly pressed between the flange 311 and the flange support 320, and the tightness between the water slot and the hanging ring 110 is ensured. Alternatively, the pressing member 330 is formed as a bolt.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2-3, a snap-on rim 113 is provided on the inner periphery of the hanging ring 110, and a pre-load cushion 40 is provided between the snap-on rim 113 and the encasement tube 210.
It will be appreciated that the provision of the pre-tensioned damping washer 40 between the clamping rim 113 and the encasement tube 210 not only further reduces the likelihood of leakage between the hanging ring 110 and encasement tube 210 at the junction, but also reduces vibration between the hanging ring 110 and encasement tube 210. It should be noted that the specific material, model and sealing grade of the pre-tightening cushion ring 40 are not particularly limited, and an appropriate pre-tightening cushion ring 40 may be selected according to practical situations.
Advantageously, the distance between the lowermost end of the catch 113 and the uppermost end of the encasement tube 210 is less than the thickness of the pre-tensioned damping washer 40, whereby a better seal between the hanging ring 110 and the encasement tube 210 can be ensured.
The following describes a specific structure of a food waste disposer 1 in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 1-4.
The food waste disposer 1 of this embodiment includes the processor main part 20, flange subassembly 30 and the quick detach structure 10 of food waste disposer previously described, flange subassembly 30 is suitable for installing in the mouth of a trough department of basin, the processor main part 20 is established in the below of flange subassembly 30, the top of processor main part 20 is equipped with the cover tube 210, be equipped with spread groove 211 on the outer wall of cover tube 210, the crushing chamber is injectd in the processor main part 20, hanging ring 110 is connected on flange subassembly 30, the cover tube 210 cover is established in hanging ring 110, spread groove 211 is just to hanging hole 111 setting.
The quick release structure 10 comprises a hanging ring 110, rolling bodies 130 and a turnbuckle ring 120, wherein a through hanging hole 111 is formed in the peripheral wall of the hanging ring 110, the hanging hole 111 is provided with an inner end and an outer end, two hanging holes 111 are formed along the peripheral direction of the hanging ring 110, each hanging hole 111 is internally matched with one rolling body 130 formed as a rolling ball, the turnbuckle ring 120 is sleeved on the hanging ring 110 in a relatively rotatable manner, two yielding grooves 121 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the two hanging holes 111 are formed in the inner wall of the turnbuckle ring 120, the turnbuckle ring 120 is provided with a locking position and a release position, the turnbuckle ring 120 is rotated in the locking position to squeeze the rolling bodies 130 so that a part of the rolling bodies 130 extend out of the inner ends of the hanging holes 111 into the connecting grooves 211, and the yielding grooves 121 are opposite to the hanging holes 111 in the release position so that the rolling bodies 130 can roll into the yielding grooves 121 at least partially. The width and depth of the two relief grooves 121 gradually increase in the direction of rotation of the clasp 120 from the locking position toward the release position.
The hanging ring 110 is provided with a limiting hole 115, a rotation limiting piece 116 formed as a screw is arranged in the limiting hole 115, a gasket is arranged between the rotation limiting piece 116 and the hanging ring 110, the rotary buckle 120 is provided with a rotation limiting groove 122 matched with the rotation limiting piece 116, and the rotary buckle 120 can only rotate within a certain angle range due to the matching of the rotation limiting piece 116 and the rotation limiting groove 122. One end of the rotation limiting groove 122 is provided with a rotation limiting protrusion 1221 that defines the rotation limiting member 116. In the rotational direction of the turn-buckle ring 120 from the locking position toward the releasing position, the rotation limiting protrusion 1221 is located at the upstream end of the rotation limiting groove 122, i.e., the rotation limiting piece 116 is engaged with the rotation limiting protrusion 1221 when the turn-buckle ring 120 is in the locking position.
The flange assembly 30 includes a tub flange 310, a flange supporter 320, a pressing member 330, and a tub gasket 340, the tub flange 310 being fitted at a tub opening, one end of the tub flange 310 protruding from the tub opening. The hanging ring 110 is sleeved on the water tank flange 310, and the hanging ring 110 is clamped on the water tank flange 310 through the limiting snap ring 350. The flange support 320 is sleeved on the water tank flange 310, the flange support 320 is positioned between the flange 311 of the water tank flange 310 and the hanging ring 110, a part of the water tank surrounding the water slot is clamped between the flange 311 and the flange support 320, the pressing piece 330 is connected between the hanging ring 110 and the flange support 320, the length of the pressing piece 330 between the hanging ring 110 and the flange support 320 is adjustable, and the water tank gasket 340 is arranged between the water tank flange 310 and the flange support 320. The inner circumference of the hanging ring 110 is provided with a clamping edge 113, and a pre-tightening shock-absorbing washer 40 is arranged between the clamping edge 113 and the sleeving tube 210.
The mounting and dismounting process of the food waste disposer 1 of the present invention is as follows:
when the processor main body 20 is installed, the rotary buckle 120 is rotated clockwise to enable the rolling bodies 130 to enter the connecting groove 211 from the back-off groove 121, and the rotary buckle 120 is continuously rotated until the limiting piece is stopped at one end of the limiting groove with the limiting protrusion, so that the installation is completed;
the processor main body 20 is detached, the rotating ring 120 is rotated anticlockwise to enable the limiting piece to be abutted against one end of the limiting groove, which is not provided with the limiting protrusion, at the moment, the rolling body 130 enters the back-off groove 121 from the connecting groove 211, and then the processor main body 20 is pulled downwards to separate the processor main body 20 from the hanging ring 110.
In summary, the food waste disposer 1 of the present embodiment has the quick-release structure 10, so that the user does not need to use tools or excessive driving force to complete the mounting and dismounting of the disposer body 20, thereby realizing quick mounting and dismounting of the disposer body 20.

Claims (8)

1. A quick release structure of a food waste disposer, the quick release structure comprising:
the hanging ring is provided with a through hanging hole on the peripheral wall of the hanging ring, the hanging hole is provided with an inner end and an outer end, and at least two hanging holes are arranged along the peripheral direction of the hanging ring;
the rolling bodies are arranged in the hanging holes in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
the rotary buckle ring is sleeved on the hanging ring in a relatively rotatable manner, the inner wall of the rotary buckle ring is provided with relief grooves corresponding to the hanging holes one by one, the rotary buckle ring is provided with a locking position and a release position, the rotary buckle ring presses the rolling bodies in the locking position so that part of the rolling bodies extend out of the inner ends of the hanging holes, and the relief grooves are opposite to the hanging holes in the release position so that at least part of the rolling bodies can roll into the relief grooves;
in the same rotation direction, the width and depth of the plurality of relief grooves are gradually increased;
the rolling bodies are spheres, and the diameter of the hanging holes, which is adjacent to the inner end, is gradually reduced from outside to inside.
2. The quick release structure of claim 1, wherein one of the hanging ring and the rotating ring is provided with a rotation limiting groove for limiting a rotation angle, and the other of the hanging ring and the rotating ring is provided with a rotation limiting member matched with the rotation limiting groove.
3. The quick release structure of a food waste disposer of claim 2, wherein the rotation limiting protrusion for locking the rotation limiting member to the end of the rotation limiting groove is provided on the inner wall of the rotation limiting groove.
4. The quick release structure of a food waste disposer of claim 2, wherein the rotation limiting member is a rotation limiting screw threadedly coupled to the mounting ring.
5. A food waste disposer, comprising:
a flange assembly adapted to be mounted at a sink opening of a sink;
the processor main body is arranged below the flange assembly, a sleeve pipe is arranged at the top of the processor main body, a connecting groove is formed in the outer wall of the sleeve pipe, and a crushing cavity is defined in the processor main body;
the quick release structure of a food waste disposer of any of claims 1-4, wherein the mounting ring is coupled to the flange assembly, the sleeve is positioned within the mounting ring, the connecting slot is positioned opposite the mounting hole, and a portion of the rolling body is captured within the mounting hole and a portion of the rolling body is captured within the connecting slot.
6. The food waste disposer of claim 5, wherein the flange assembly comprises:
the water tank flange is matched with the water tank opening, and one end of the water tank flange extends out of the water tank opening;
the hanging ring is sleeved on the water tank flange, and the hanging ring is clamped on the water tank flange through a limiting snap ring.
7. The food waste disposer of claim 6, wherein the flange assembly further comprises:
the flange support piece is sleeved on the water tank flange, the flange support piece is positioned between the flanging of the water tank flange and the hanging ring, and the part, surrounding the water tank opening, of the water tank is clamped between the flanging and the flange support piece;
the compressing piece is connected between the hanging ring and the flange supporting piece, and the length of the compressing piece between the hanging ring and the flange supporting piece is adjustable.
8. The food waste disposer of claim 5, wherein a snap-on rim is provided on an inner periphery of the mounting ring, and a pre-load shock-absorbing washer is provided between the snap-on rim and the mounting tube.
