(2) mixing the pigment with the first varnish in the step (1) according to the ratio of 1: 8-12 to obtain pigment paint with the viscosity of 200-300mPa & s, then dipping the pigment paint, randomly dipping the pigment paint on the surface of the prepared lacquer base at the ambient temperature of 20-35 ℃ in the thickness of 3-8mm until the pigment paint covers more than 85% of the area of the upper surface of the body, and drying;
(3) uniformly coating the second varnish for 5-7 times until the surface is flat, wherein the total coating thickness is 3-8mm, and then drying under the conditions that the temperature is 20-35 ℃ and the humidity is 30-60%;
(4) and (5) polishing the surface of the piano body to be smooth.
